EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

Officials said this was not in response to any single development on an outbreak that has lasted months and has killed more than 1,000 people in the United States.  So why declare a National Emergency now? 

What else has killed 1000 people in the United States in the same period of time?  Drugs, violence, heart attacks, cancer, car accidents, suicides, vaccines? 

Where is the Swine Flu Czar to usurp the Constitution?

Sovereignty In Jeopardy, Climate Change and Climate Chains

Now comes the news that the mayor of Moscow has decided to stop it from snowing.  The mayor’s office will hire the Russian Air Force to spray a fine chemical mist over the clouds before they reach the capital.

The air force will use cement powder, dry ice or silver iodide to spray the clouds from Nov. 15 to March 15 — and only to prevent “very big and serious snow” from falling on the city, said Andrei Tsybin, the head of the department. This could mean that a few flakes will manage to slip through the cracks.  Precipitation Enhancement in California

Precipitation enhancement is the one form of weather modification done in California; hail suppression (reducing the formation of large, damaging hailstones) and fog dispersal (when fog is below freezing temperature) projects are conducted in other states. 

Winter orographic cloud seeding has been practiced in California since the early 1950s. Most of the projects are along the central and southern Sierra Nevada with some in the Coast Ranges. The projects generally use silver iodide as the active seeding agent, supplemented by dry ice if aerial seeding is done. Silver iodide can be applied from ground generators or from airplanes. Occasionally other agents, such as liquid propane, have been used.

While Climate Change isn’t weather, they are irrefutably related. Imagine it raining on drought stricken crops, water to drink, water for energy creation.  You could be a deceitful dictatorship and yield flooding and drought upon your people or your neighbor whom you don’t like.

On October 22, 2008- utility giant Pacific Gas and Electric posted a “Notice Of Intention” in the Mt. Shasta Area Newspapers outlining their plan to conduct a five-year “weather modification” program in southern Siskiyou County. Many wondered, “Wait a second… Our weather is going to be controlled by PG&E?” According to the notice, the answer is yes, at least partly. For some Siskiyou County residents, this is an unsettling thought, and many are demanding more information.  The program, called the “Pit-McCloud Cloud Seeding – Ground Water Enhancement Project,” is one of several projects of its kind throughout California. Just pour it over some clouds.  Dump it right on to those age old Red Wood Trees and Pine Trees of California.  Gee, can’t figure out why they burn so easily. Drop it on Nancy Pelosi’s and Arnold’s lawn! 

While The Obama Administration, Maurice Strong and Al Gore continue their rant on global warming, perhaps they should look to their own backyard for practicing weather modification and Climate Change on American citizens.

Guardian Gagging Order Lifted, Trafigura Investigation

(Update below) When freedom of the press is compromised in the New World Order, it is nothing less than another example of  government having control over it’s population.   In yet another instance:

The Guardian has been prevented from reporting parliamentary proceedings on legal grounds which appear to call into question privileges guaranteeing free speech established under the 1688 Bill of Rights.

The Guardian is also forbidden from telling its readers why the paper is prevented – for the first time in memory – from reporting parliament. Legal obstacles, which cannot be identified, involve proceedings, which cannot be mentioned, on behalf of a client who must remain secret.

The only fact the Guardian can report is that the case involves the London solicitors Carter-Ruck, who specialise in suing the media for clients, who include individuals or global corporations. ( emphasis mine)

The British oil trader Trafigura has offered to pay out in a historic damages claim from 31,000 Africans injured by the dumping of toxic waste in one of the worst pollution disasters in recent history, the Guardian can reveal.

The compensation deal for the victims of toxic oil waste dumping in west Africa – likely to be confirmed imminently – means the full extent of attempts to cover up what really happened can be spelled out for the first time. They have until now denied the compensation claims, and their lawyers repeatedly threatened anyone worldwide who sought to contradict their version. They launched a libel case against BBC Newsnight, forced a “correction” from the Times, demanded the Guardian deleted articles, and yesterday tried to gag  journalists in the Netherlands and Norway with legal threats.

Supporting his claim, Leigh provided internal emails from Trafigura’s company operatives around the world, which can be seen here- http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/sep/16/trafigura-email-files-read .  We do ask if  these company’s internal documents are proprietary or open as court documents?

The  e-mails “give a blow-by-blow account of the oil trading firm’s decision to buy gasoline from the Mexican state refinery PMI via a US oil terminal at Brownsville, and then process it at sea on a chartered tanker, the Probo Koala, using “caustic washing”.

Since the newspaper is under a gag order, we don’t know for sure if the two are related.  We surmise that there is enough preponderance of evidence that they are.  While the abuses allegedly committed by Tragifura come to light, it is not enlightening to know that a “democratic” Parliament has enabled itself,  ignoring laws to turn it’s back on freedom of the press.

“The editor, Alan Rusbridger, said: “The media laws in this country increasingly place newspapers in a Kafkaesque world in which we cannot tell the public anything about information which is being suppressed, nor the proceedings which suppress it. It is doubly menacing when those restraints include the reporting of parliament itself.”

The gag order comes on the heels of Italy’s freedom press rally where thousand’s gathered  protest in Rome’s central Piazza del Popolo against Silvio Berlusconi, Italy’s prime minister.  Berlusconi, owns three of Italy’s seven free-to-air TV channels, has also urged businessmen to stop placing ads in newspapers and magazines that attack him.

In yet another example of censorship, the Malaysia government has decided to prosecute the company that published the new cartoon magazine Gedung Kartun for not having a permit. The interior ministry said Zunar’s company, Sepakat Efektif, would be prosecuted under section 5 (2) (b) of the Printing Presses and Publication Act 1984 for “publication without a licence.” As its owner, Zunar faces up to three years in prison and a fine of up to 20 million ringgits.  Guess who issues the license?  The Malaysian government. http://www.rsf.org/spip.php?page=article&id_article=34658

North Korea Fires Missiles, Happy Columbus Day America

North Korea in another offense to The New World Order, while still coming to grips of the news of President Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize, ” for giving the world hope for a better future,” has put another match to the fire.   CBS reporting via (AP):

North Korea fired five short-range missiles off its east coast on Monday, a news report said, even as South Korea proposed working-level talks with its communist neighbor. Yonhap news agency, citing an unidentified South Korean government official, said the North test-fired the missiles on Monday afternoon from its eastern coastal launch pad.

Testing long and short range missiles does not improve relations, nor signify an intent for peace-making.  Firing missiles into the Sea of Japan is nothing but a display of another rogue leader’s power, with an underlying purpose to tell America to “set sail” to it’s past history of economic, political and military might on this Columbus Day.

Chicago Eliminated from Olympics- The Town President Obama Calls Home

Chicago received a shocking first-round exit from the race to hold the 2016 Summer Games, becoming the first city eliminated when International Olympic Committee members cast votes in a secret ballot Friday.

We are now up to three 747s, multiple cargo planes and costs for personnel who fly commercial ahead of POTUS. If FLOTUS flies separately, add a C-32 (757) for her and her staff, entourage, hangers-on etc, with attendant security, logistics, etc. Add a few more million dollars, though many personnel in Denmark will cover preparations for both POTUS and FLOTUS.

 Should  have just given the city of Chicago the $10 million if he was going to waste it heading to Denmark .  It could sure use it with some of the highest unemployment in the nation.

There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.” Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic. America isn’t the Third World. If a military coup does occur here it will be civilized. That it has never happened doesn’t mean it wont. Describing what may be afoot is not to advocate it. So, view the following through military eyes:

 Officers swear to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Unlike enlisted personnel, they do not swear to “obey the orders of the president of the United States.”

  • Top military officers can see the Constitution they are sworn to defend being trampled as American institutions and enterprises are nationalized.
  •  They can see that Americans are increasingly alarmed that this nation, under President Barack Obama, may not even be recognizable as America by the 2012 election, in which he will surely seek continuation in office.
  •  They can see that the economy — ravaged by deficits, taxes, unemployment, and impending inflation — is financially reliant on foreign lender governments.
  •  They can see this president waging undeclared war on the intelligence community, without whose rigorous and independent functions the armed services are rendered blind in an ever-more hostile world overseas and at home.
  •  They can see the dismantling of defenses against missiles targeted at this nation by avowed enemies, even as America’s troop strength is allowed to sag.
  •  They can see the horror of major warfare erupting simultaneously in two, and possibly three, far-flung theaters before America can react in time.
  •  They can see the nation’s safety and their own military establishments and honor placed in jeopardy as never before.
  •  So, if you are one of those observant military professionals, what do you do?Wait until this president bungles into losing the war in Afghanistan, and Pakistan’s arsenal of nuclear bombs falls into the hands of militant Islam?

    Wait until Israel is forced to launch air strikes on Iran’s nuclear-bomb plants, and the Middle East explodes, destabilizing or subjugating the Free World?

    What happens if the generals Obama sent to win the Afghan war are told by this president (who now says, “I’m not interested in victory”) that they will be denied troops they must have to win? Do they follow orders they cannot carry out, consistent with their oath of duty? Do they resign en masse?

    Or do they soldier on, hoping the 2010 congressional elections will reverse the situation? Do they dare gamble the national survival on such political whims?

    Anyone who imagines that those thoughts are not weighing heavily on the intellect and conscience of America’s military leadership is lost in a fool’s fog.

  • Will the day come when patriotic general and flag officers sit down with the president, or with those who control him, and work out the national equivalent of a “family intervention,” with some form of limited, shared responsibility?Imagine a bloodless coup to restore and defend the Constitution through an interim administration that would do the serious business of governing and defending the nation. Skilled, military-trained, nation-builders would replace accountability-challenged, radical-left commissars. Having bonded with his twin teleprompters, the president would be detailed for ceremonial speech-making.

    Military intervention is what Obama’s exponentially accelerating agenda for “fundamental change” toward a Marxist state is inviting upon America. A coup is not an ideal option, but Obama’s radical ideal is not acceptable or reversible.

    Unthinkable? Then think up an alternative, non-violent solution to the Obama problem. Just don’t shrug and say, “We can always worry about that later.”

     In the 2008 election, that was the wistful, self-indulgent, indifferent reliance on abnegation of personal responsibility that has sunk the nation into this morass.

    I clearly understand the intent of the author is to say he and many members of the military do not agree with President Obama’s policies and seek an alternative to the direction our country is heading.  So do a lot of people.  While The President’s poll numbers are slipping, to suggest a domestic military intervention could happen is wrong- but it is the author’s opinion. 

    Should the article have been removed? 

    I don’t think so. 

    While I defend the office of President and disagree with his politics, he is The Commander and Chief of the greatest nation on earth and is still deserving of the respect of the office. 

    Perry wrote “So, if you are one of those observant military professionals, what do you do?”  We say, you take orders and do as you are told. Period.  You do not attempt to overthrow government and oust President Obama- that is the voters job!   Suggesting an uprising is degrading to the military personnel who fight the current wars and is equally offensive to veterans. 

    You think those soldiers who went to Vietnam totally agreed with American policy at the time? 

    The article should stand as a reminder to freedom of speech and Perry’s opinion. Removing it is censorship and curtailing freedom of the press.  I don’t have to agree or disagree, but I can sure as $hit flip to a new web site in a matter of seconds.

    I’d like to turn off health care reform, ACORN, the Olympic endeavor and other Obama propaganda with a wave of the wand (and Katie Couric too), instead we rant about politics and life here,  just like Perry does on Newsmax.  While we do not suggest a military over throw, we also hope no one decides to remove and delete our posts either.

    Obama Propaganda Advocates More School Time for Youth Volunteer Act

    President Obama and I disagree on a lot of things, but his idea of my children spending more time in school puts me over the edge of disgust.

    With props to Mommy Life http://mommylife.net/archives/2009/09/obama_kids_need.html  I stumbled into an AP article saying, “Obama says American kids spend too little time in school, putting them at a disadvantage with other students around the globe.

    Besides the fact that I have never seen any documentation of President Obama’s primary or secondary education, he is wrong.  Students around the globe come to America for the best education in the world, dear Sir.  There is no run for the border to Italy, Algeria, Egypt or elsewhere for higher learning.  Frig being a Rhodes scholar.

    The public and parochial school systems may often be nothing more than over inflated propaganda machines at times.  It is hard to teach true grit and the idea of hard work and the desire to be the best.  I see the handouts of xerox copies from antiquated books and hear of the President of the United States saying study hard and if a poor black kid can make it so can you. 

    The NEA and standardized testing teaches nothing as to what it takes to get ahead in this world.  One plus one used to equal two until President Obama’s socialistic programs came along to teach that you should spread the wealth so far that you will end up into negative territory.  Way to teach algebra.

    Told my kids that even though they studied hard and got an A on the test everyone was getting a C.  That was only fair so that everyone would pass right?  Redistributing things so that they alone were not rewarded.  They got attention pdq.

    One commentator at Mommy Life wrote- “Children need more love, more hugs, more kisses, more nature walks, more reading, more church camps, more gardening, more beach days, more pumpkin picking with Grandma, more museum visits, more visits to the elderly, more science center trips with Dad, more stories on Mommy’s lap, more LIFE!!”  I couldn’t agree more.

    I am a working adult and I too need more time for love, hugs, and kisses to be bestowed upon my children.  I kiss and hug up my spouse all the time in front of the children.  It is called displays of affection and love. They need to see it and what is acceptable in a healthy relationship as they mature.  No government and no school is going to teach that – no matter how many hours they are forced to attend.

    Our school offers something called ARC- a faith based youth group that goes out to do service deeds.  My eight year old absolutely refused to join saying that she does enough to help her grandmother with Alzheimer’s and that this group only pretends for a few hours to do the right thing.  That they don’t live community service,  they play and join when it is convenient.  That is grit- taught at home.  She is the only one out of the entire class that lives community service everyday, not just on Tuesdays and Thursdays for an hour.

    The convenience of a school day to accomplish tasks is nice as a parent I must admit, but to think that more time in a structured environment will encourage more productivity is bull $hit.

    It is the families job to have control of its children’s minds and hearts- not the governments.  Our youngest child is up at 6:30 am, gets home at 3, does homework for an hour, has dinner, grabs a shower, watches a few minutes of TV and sleeps. Throw in a soccer practice, track meet or some other extra curricular activity and the time spent as a family is reduced.  Play time—lol.

    No wonder people buy their kids cell phones at the age of 5- the push to do more, be more, burn yourself out and forget about being a kid when all they have to do to say “I love you” to a parent is to text them. 

    Imagination comes from play.  Sadly those days are few and far between during the school year.  Imagine if the apple had not hit Einstein, if no one dreamt of going to the moon, if all work and no play made Johnny so dull he never invented golf, tennis, football, basketball, etc.

    Mr. President Sir- even you made time for trips to Hawaii and Cape Cod with your family.  Two whole weeks with your kids.  I for one, want every weekend and everyday of summer to enjoy our children.  To know them, for them to know me.  To know their favorite color, to buy a balloon and them tell me where it might go and who might find it when it is let go at the end of the day.  To go skiing on a snowy day, to head to the beach for spring break without the punishment of homework.

    Letting go of our children to be productive citizens means we have done our jobs as parents and in no uncertain terms, it is not the job of the government.

    The idea that schoolchildren are being indoctrinated to idolize President Barack Obama is ludacris and makes me wonder why now he has chosen to express his thought that kids need to spend more time in school.  Respect for the office yes but that is not what is coming across.   http://www.bostonherald.com/news/us_politics/view/20090926obama_song_prompts_school_probe/

    G-20 Summit Flight Path to The Future

    We happen to live in the flight path to the Pittsburgh Airport.  The sky has settled down with the ending of the G-20 held in the city these past few days.

    The land perimeter around Area G-20 was guarded by several miles in an attempt to thwart any terrorist attack and yet aircraft was a buzzing for days.

    Surely surveillance photos were taken from miles away with accurate  map tracking data that shows routes taken by planes with blocked tail numbers and no official destinations.

    When military or defense-industry workers, managers, and trade journalists speak about the “black world” (and they really do use that phrase), they’re referring to all of the programs, projects, people, and places involved with highly secret military programs paid for out of the “black budget” – the portion of the defense budget classified from the public. Some of these “black” programs are so highly classified their very existence is a state secret.     Pittsburgh for all intents and purposes was closed to the world for the last few days.  In order to enter downtown, residents had to meet certain criteria:
    Residents must submit a driver’s license with a downtown address (they will not need to provide vehicle registration). http://kdka.com/local/g20/g20.transportation.plan.2.1184577.html

    • If you do not have a downtown address, you must contact public safety to make arrangements
    • Motorcycles have same requirements as cars
    • Guests of residents will not be able to enter

    Basically if you live within the Secret Service perimeter, the going got a little tough.  Looking up in the sky though- I thought I might live near Groom Lake.  All day- for days, the buzz of low flying vehicles passed over our property causing the dogs to go nuts and the children and adults to peek outside to see what the commotion was about.

    The 54 government planes that arrived at Pittsburgh International Airport on Wednesday and Thursday for the Group of 20 summit will generate at least $400,000 for the airport through various fees and charges, an airport spokeswoman said..Commercial traffic also was expected to be busy later today and again tomorrow, as thousands of journalists and others who flocked to the region for the summit return home today.http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/news/pittsburgh/s_644947.html

    I swear every visitor and pertinent member of the G-20 flew over our house and was preceded by Men In Black Helicopters.  Lots of noise, flying low, no id markers.  From Helicopters, to little 2 seaters, to whopper 747’s at low altitude did a buzz over our residence. 

    To ensure the airspace is secure during this event, airspace restrictions will be in place around Pittsburgh. The restrictions are designed to provide a safe and secure environment for the G-20 Summit, but also ensure fair and equitable access to all airspace users, to the greatest extent possible.     North Central West Virginia Airport (KCKB) in Clarksburg, WV, has been designated as a gateway airport during the G20 Summit to accommodate aircraft arriving into Pittsburgh International Airport (KPIT) and Allegheny County Airport (KAGC).     Funny thing is, we happen to have what you would call a field airport in our backyard.  No 747 is ever going to land successfully- but plenty of small crafts and helicopters have managed just fine over the years.  KAGC is hardly a secure landing for the President or a flea on a camel’s ass- yet from where we live- there were a plenty of aircraft flying VFR- visual flight reference.   

    We were truly humbled looking up.  The men and women who nary give thought to the privilege of flight or the days of the Wright Brothers were flying over our home- destined to impact our future.  To think that World Trade Organization Director General Pascal Lamy may have flown over our home, makes me wonder if any of the powers that be he ever bothered looked down to see the work of the farmers below, the rust of the steel mills, or the thousands that could be harmed by the U.N. support of  H1N1 vaccines.  As for the media who focus on leaders rather than the people they lead- I would imagine that it was just another day on the job.

    Pissed off is my choice in words.

    Pissed that the US Justice Department’s Air Force Manual 10-100: Airman’s Manual, Aug 1999 version, and the manual “Managing Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents: An Executive Level Program for Sheriffs” which taught local law enforcement how to deal with terrorist attacks were a failure.  In practicing for an event like 911; the simplest statement to issue- “run” would have saved thousands.  Instead, they told people to stay in the buildings.

    I am pissed that school’s do not teach what happened on 911 other than if you are lucky, on the day of September 11, 2001.  The twin towers poster should be hanging right next to the flag of The United States of America that the children face as they say The Pledge of Allegiance.  Look at it everyday and see the sacrifice.

    I am pissed that there was no order to fly flags at half mast today in honor and respect of the day.  President Obama ordered that “US flags fly at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings, all military posts, all naval vessels, and diplomatic outposts around the globe until sunset on Sunday to honor Senator Edward M.     I am pissed that ground zero is still a concrete hole in the ground.  While lease holders argue about the name of the building, eight years later, not much has been done.  The NY Port Authority should have made it a park. Period.

    I am pissed that our President saw fit to bow to a Saudi King.

    I am pissed that while there can never be complete safety, that America’s borders remain wide open to illegal immigrants, drug dealers and terrorists alike.

    It’s would be laughable if it weren’t true.  Sub the job out to a private contractor, create some fukcing jobs and keep our borders safe.

    Now I am really pissed.  Boo hoo for the poor cat that can’t come over the border.  Humpty Dumpty sat on a fence.  The photographers should be sentenced to sit there for the same amount of time documenting the human trafficking, drug trafficking, gun trafficking, and illegal entry of who knows potentially carrying either Swine Flu or some weapon of mass destruction.

    Last thing, the thing that pissed me off the most.  I am pissed this day to be recognized as a National Day of Service and Remembrance .  How much of our money is going to be spent on taxpayer-funded grants for projects?

    American Exceptionalism on Labor Day, HR 1068

    As summer dwindles down with the last of picnics this Labor Day weekend, unemployment numbers continue to rise.  Whatever President Barack Hussein Obama’s stimulus package was supposed to stimulate, it obviously did not occurr in the jobs sector and led us to a recession.  

    The Labor Department reported that productivity grew at a 6.6% annual rate in the second quarter http://www.bls.gov/news.release/prod2.nr0.htm.  People are working hard in America as they have always done, even with the government’s debt projections well into the trillions. 

    The latest means of government raising revenue to fund socialism, US congressman Peter DeFazio has introduced is HR 1068 which would tax financial transactions on Wall Street to repay TARP funds.  This Act may be cited as the `Let Wall Street Pay for Wall Street’s Bailout Act of 2009′. http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:H.R.1068.  with text in its entirety here at http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h1068ih.txt.pdf.

    Author Les Leopold and the AFL-CIO think this is a great idea saying, “this is the best moment since the 1930s to do something about our obscene mal-distribution of wealth and our ruinous, bloated financial sector.” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/les-leopold/labor-day-special-reward_b_277094.html 

    The mal-distribution of wealth?  Whoa there Robin Hood!  It is American companies and the backbone of the American worker who supported the world economies for years.  Had bureaucrats and politicians done their job to inhibit and regulate blatant failures in the oversight of Frannie and Freddie Mac, AIG, and Madoff to name a few, the American economy would not have hit this bump on the road of democracy.  Don’t even put the blame on deregulation.  There are plenty of laws and taxes on the books that need enforcement, not layer upon layer of more regulation that allowed this scam of our tax dollars to occur.

    On the one hand, the government recommends you invest on Wall Street with a 401k, IRA’s, stocks and bonds for your retirement to avoid the burdened social security program and then, wants to place an additional tax upon the transaction!  Who is the thief?

    Recently, President Obama was asked if he believed in American Exceptionalism.  The President of the United States of America replied: “I believe in American Exceptionalism, just as I suspect the Brits believe in British Exceptionalism and the Greeks believe in Greek Exceptionalism.”

    The question wasn’t about patriotism, it was about exceptionalism!  Perhaps President Obama should have been more clear by saying something like, “In the new world order, everyone and every country will be exceptional.  My socialistic, Marxist policies will make individualism and the desire to create exceptionalism cease, along with America’s global economic, military, scientific and cultural dominance.”
