Rumor has it that the US Navy will dispatch 3 helicopter carrier ships to the shores of New York and New Jersey, USS Wasp,USS Carter Hall and USS Mesa Verde.

Active duty troops on US Soil! Posse Comitatus gives the military search, seizure, arrest, powers and must be authorized by Congress and over seen by The Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta. No declaration has happened that we know of.

The are just here to help.

The National Defense Authorization Act, signed by Pres Bush FY 2008, under 18 U.S.C. 983 does eliminates Posse Comitatus in a nuclear emergency. Say like at Oyster Creek- Nine Mule Point northwest of Syracuse, Indian Creek 25 miles north of NYC, the Salem Plant on the Delaware River NJ, the Millstone Plant in Waterford CN, Vermont Yankee south of Battleboro VT, and others that reported problems or reduced operations. Now we’re no nuclear power experts, but if 2 million people don’t have power, where is all the electricity going?

Sandy sure made a heck of a mess of things.

Stay safe friends.

You thought fracking for oil and gas could be bad? How about the tar sands of Alberta, Canada?

The tar sands cover 141,000 sq km of Alberta. Twenty per cent of this has 174billion recoverable barrels close enough to the surface to be strip-mined.
‘The sheer scale of devastation is almost beyond comprehension. Oily, stained ground stretches for hundreds of miles where there used to be forest’
Ashley Cooper, photographer
This is done by removing the forest and the peaty soil beneath, before gas-heated water is then forced through the tar sand to melt and separate bitumen from the sand and clay.

What a mess. We’ve seen strip mines in the U.S. mostly fully reclaimed but this is a huge effin land mass.

Besides the vast amount of land, is what appears to look like FEMA camps for the workers.

Where are all the employee cars? How come the fence looks like it is built to keep people in, not keep people out?

Who builds these kind of housing? Time to do a stock search. Wanna bet, made in China? Wanna bet that there is an order from FEMA in case of an emergency?

Seismic testing will begin on the farm today as Chesapeake Energy explores for oil and gas.

There are numerous flags, stakes, and markers. Kinda afraid to go up close in case there is a remote detonation and we happen to be standing on dynamite. The animals are in the pasture but surely they will hear and feel the ground vibration. We’ve eaten the chickens so not worried about egg production.

A few years back we attended a huge, week long fireworks event. It was put on by PGI- the pyrotechnics guild. The cows stopped producing milk and the chickens stopped laying eggs. Luckily the had insurance but that’s pretty nutty.

We’re pretty confident that there will be no problems. We do wonder how loud it will be. And, if it will feel like an earthquake happening. It’s doubtful they will share the findings as surely they will be proprietary. Suppose we’ll know if we sit on a pocket of oil or gas if Chesapeake shows up with a drilling platform.

Chesapeake drilled a well about 30 miles from us. Seemed like chaos for maybe a month, but the area looks pretty tidy now although the footprint was larger than expected.

Fracking is pretty controversial and in the end, the decision was made to let them on property on the fact that we use energy and that energy has to come from somewhere. It sure a shytt isn’t coming from the likes of Solyndra.

So far, 36 companies that have received federal support from taxpayers have either gone bankrupt or are laying off workers and are heading for bankruptcy. This list includes only those companies that received federal money from the Obama Administration’s Department of Energy. The amount of money indicated does not reflect how much was actually received or spent but how much was offered. The amount also does not include other state, local, and federal tax credits and subsidies, which push the amount of money these companies have received from taxpayers even higher.
List of Failed Green Co’s That Got Federal $

We did take some extra precautions against any damages and likely you should too if they knock on your door. This document helped Homeowners guide for seismic testing

Can’t get the song, Hell’s Bells out of our head. Good thing we like rock n roll!

A 13-year-old who inspired many to give a thumbs up lost his fight against cancer. Lane Goodwin died just before 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Read again, THIRTEEN years old. No playing on the football or basketball team. No prom. No sweet sixteen. No driving a car. No motorcycles. No making out behind church. No first beer with dad. No sneaking a cigarette. No more homework, no more school. No college. No fishing trips. No piercings, no ink- except where they may have marked him from years of chemo. No longer a big brother. Not in his bed to say prayers and kiss good night.

No longer suffering -he leaves his family to suffer over his death as they celebrate his life.

May God watch over his soul and his family.

No more cancer, please.

Tap, tap, tap! Even grabbed a gun to see what the racket was – thinking maybe a rabid coon. Woodpecker tapping an aloe plant either for dropping seeds or juice. Fall.

The deer are everywhere! Be safe drivers and hunters, it’s rutting season. Snapped this doe after she ran in front of the truck, only to stand there and look at me like nah, nah you missed me.

President Obama disses Christopher Columbus in Proclamation for Columbus Day.

“In the centuries since that fateful October day in 1492, countless pioneering Americans have summoned the same spirit of discovery that drove Christopher Columbus when he cast off from Palos, Spain, to pursue the unknown.”

Columbus Day Proclamation

Fateful? Fateful!

We hope it will be Romney’s fate to serve as the next President.

Its going to be a great Columbus Day! Woke up to frost and a chemtrail before sunrise. Scan the news that MSM doesn’t cover.

Turns out apparently Obama doesn’t own Obama dot com. It is owned by Robert Roche a Bundler in Shanghai with Business Ties to Chinese Government! Lmao, Obama didn’t build it, and he doesn’t even own it!

We were debating on watching the debate figuring it would be a yawn. We figured MSM and the internet would inform us on the results in the morning. A few minutes into the coverage, it was clear we weren’t going to sleep until it was over.

Clearly to us Romney won and Obama and Big Bird lost.

Immediately after the debate, Romney tweeted, “It’s a clear choice…” asking for $15.

Obama on the other hand, shot out a weak email asking for $5.

Lest you forget how to manipulate numbers- campaigns will reveal the average amount donated. It offsets the millions reported from large donors.

If we didn’t see it with our own eyes, flipping from Fox to hear to liberal commentators, even they thought Obama lost. Wow, truth from MSM.

More amazing was that there was a group of undecided voters on TV raising there hands that they would now vote Romney. How anyone remains undecided is beyond us.

Even the New York Times couldn’t believe how how bad the president did. The CNN poll put Romney far ahead in the debate. Let’s all hope that leads to a bump in the swing states and a vote in the win column for Romney.

Filed under weird, what happened to Palin’s face? A recent Botox shot perhaps? Hope is was the lighting. Yeah, must of been the bad lighting on Obama also.
