(Update below) When freedom of the press is compromised in the New World Order, it is nothing less than another example of  government having control over it’s population.   In yet another instance:

The Guardian has been prevented from reporting parliamentary proceedings on legal grounds which appear to call into question privileges guaranteeing free speech established under the 1688 Bill of Rights.

The Guardian is also forbidden from telling its readers why the paper is prevented – for the first time in memory – from reporting parliament. Legal obstacles, which cannot be identified, involve proceedings, which cannot be mentioned, on behalf of a client who must remain secret.

The only fact the Guardian can report is that the case involves the London solicitors Carter-Ruck, who specialise in suing the media for clients, who include individuals or global corporations. ( emphasis mine)

The British oil trader Trafigura has offered to pay out in a historic damages claim from 31,000 Africans injured by the dumping of toxic waste in one of the worst pollution disasters in recent history, the Guardian can reveal.

The compensation deal for the victims of toxic oil waste dumping in west Africa – likely to be confirmed imminently – means the full extent of attempts to cover up what really happened can be spelled out for the first time. They have until now denied the compensation claims, and their lawyers repeatedly threatened anyone worldwide who sought to contradict their version. They launched a libel case against BBC Newsnight, forced a “correction” from the Times, demanded the Guardian deleted articles, and yesterday tried to gag  journalists in the Netherlands and Norway with legal threats.

Supporting his claim, Leigh provided internal emails from Trafigura’s company operatives around the world, which can be seen here- http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/sep/16/trafigura-email-files-read .  We do ask if  these company’s internal documents are proprietary or open as court documents?

The  e-mails “give a blow-by-blow account of the oil trading firm’s decision to buy gasoline from the Mexican state refinery PMI via a US oil terminal at Brownsville, and then process it at sea on a chartered tanker, the Probo Koala, using “caustic washing”.

Since the newspaper is under a gag order, we don’t know for sure if the two are related.  We surmise that there is enough preponderance of evidence that they are.  While the abuses allegedly committed by Tragifura come to light, it is not enlightening to know that a “democratic” Parliament has enabled itself,  ignoring laws to turn it’s back on freedom of the press.

“The editor, Alan Rusbridger, said: “The media laws in this country increasingly place newspapers in a Kafkaesque world in which we cannot tell the public anything about information which is being suppressed, nor the proceedings which suppress it. It is doubly menacing when those restraints include the reporting of parliament itself.”

The gag order comes on the heels of Italy’s freedom press rally where thousand’s gathered  protest in Rome’s central Piazza del Popolo against Silvio Berlusconi, Italy’s prime minister.  Berlusconi, owns three of Italy’s seven free-to-air TV channels, has also urged businessmen to stop placing ads in newspapers and magazines that attack him.

In yet another example of censorship, the Malaysia government has decided to prosecute the company that published the new cartoon magazine Gedung Kartun for not having a permit. The interior ministry said Zunar’s company, Sepakat Efektif, would be prosecuted under section 5 (2) (b) of the Printing Presses and Publication Act 1984 for “publication without a licence.” As its owner, Zunar faces up to three years in prison and a fine of up to 20 million ringgits.  Guess who issues the license?  The Malaysian government. http://www.rsf.org/spip.php?page=article&id_article=34658

On September 25, 2009 at a forum, debate and roundtable at Columbia University “UNRWA historical performance in a changing context”  – “Rashid Khalidi of Columbia University also made an appearance as the debate’s moderator—an indication of the spectrum of opinions present—deviating from his role as an objective overseer only to reiterate his colleagues’ anti-Israel and anti-Western diatribes.” http://www.campus-watch.org/article/id/8525.

Rashid Khalidi continues to make appearances and thanks some freedom of the press his views remain public.

The BlagO, RezkO and Obama 3-Ring Circus

The circus used to come only once a year when I was a kid. As an adult, it shames me that this political circus and financial conundrum is playing out on a daily basis in all of America .  The whole world is shaking its head while the media parades it’s selective stories.

Having dirty underwear is pretty shitty and lots of politicians are shitting themselves about now.  Guilt by association doesn’t hold up in a court of law, but added up- circumstantial evidence just might.  Patrick Fitzgerald said, “The citizens of Illinois deserve public officials who act solely in the public’s interest, without putting a price tag on government appointments, contracts and decisions.”  I believe he misspoke.  No one in America deserves the hand that has been dealt, not just those in Illinois.

After nearly a trillion dollar bailout of whom we are still not sure, the Senate in D.C., blocked money for the Big 3 Automakers.  The Union said no wage concessions and that put a stop to it right there.  Unless GWB, the guy who is still our current President, has something up his sleeve -expect to see a huge deficit in the GDP and pronto. 

About the same time in NY,  Bernie Madoff  the former chairman of the Nasdaq Stock Market who founded Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, the closely held market-making firm was running a hedge fund under an alleged ponzi scheme that racked up billions of fraudulent losses.  

Madoff told senior employees of his firm on Wednesday that “it’s all just one big lie” and that it was “basically, a giant Ponzi scheme,” with estimated investor losses of about $50 billion, according to the U.S. Attorney’s criminal complaint against him. The article “Will Dirty Chicago Politics be the Undoing of Obama” seems to have hit the nail on the head some 10 months later.  He goes on to say, “The Obama-Rezko relationship must be understood in the context of the influence peddling, the casual corruption, the cronyism, the favoritism shown in less than open bidding – all part of a city and state political culture where the politician, the businessman, and the crook frequently rub elbows and sometimes wear each other’s hats.

I am beginning to think Obama paid for the tape himself.  Obama made no comment that I could find, instead the campaign insisted that its candidate “has been clear that Rashid Khalidi is not an adviser to him or his campaign and that he does not share Khalidi’s views.” 

What did Obama have to say about Rezko? ” I am saddened…this isn’t the Tony Rezko I knew, now he has been convicted by a jury on multiple charges that once again shine a spotlight on the need for reform. ”  Upon learning about Blago’s arrest,  Obama told reporters he was saddened and sobered. “I had no contact with the governor or his office and so I was not aware of what was happening.” http://www.chicagobreakingnews.com/2008/12/source-feds-take-gov-blagojevich-into-custody.html  America is saddened with you, President- elect Obama not only for you but for America herself.  America was also saddened to learn that Clinton really did have sex with that woman.

Tin Foil Hats Come Off in Seeking Truth on Obama’s Birth Certificate

The anti-Obama rumor mongering hasn’t seemed to dissipate but is flying along under most peoples radar.  I keep seeing more and more people blogging about Berg v Obama, Martin v Hawaii and Donofrio v Wells with statements like, I didn’t know about this until now, and why isn’t this in the mainstream media?  

The reason is simple – there is no proof to rumors.   Circumstantial evidence does not make it fact although one of my lawyer friends could certainly come up with cases where people have been convicted only on circumstantial evidence.  We have to cite the source in lawsuits and understand the rationale and motives behind those that may seek to discrete Obama.  At the same time, we must acknowledge that it imperative to understand that we all have a vested interest in making sure that we have a President who meets all of the qualifications set forth in the Constitution- including the natural born citizen clause.    

I believe in God even tho I have never seen him/her/it.  I believe Obama’s birth certificate exists, even though I have never seen it either. But God is an entity, Obama a mere mortal, fallible like all men.  His fallibility should not come at the expense of America in not producing a verifiable, vaulted copy of his birth certificate.

Reviewing a lot of the rumors that began to surface in August 2008,  is http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/obama-did-obama-actually-register-for-selective-service/ and months later we still have unanswered questions that keep coming up.  A question arose about Obama’s registration with the Selective Service and that he may not have done so as required by law.  As Debbie Schlussel points out, “The official campaign for President may be over. But Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration card and accompanying documents show that questions about him are not only NOT over, but if the signature on the document is in fact his, our next Commander-in-Chief may have committed a federal crime in 2008, well within the statute of limitations on the matter. If it is not his, then it’s proof positive that our next Commander-in-Chief never registered with the Selective Service as required by law.  http://www.debbieschlussel.com/archives/2008/11/exclusive_did_n.html   She refers to a copy of his Registration that seems to have discrepancies.  Obama’s COLB has discrepancies and that leads us to ask for clarification once again from Obama.    

There are 29 subjects of controversy that Obama identifies on his website. http://fightthesmears.com/   TWENTY-NINE times he has felt compelled to address issues like Reverend Wright, William Ayers, Rashid Khalidi, his COLB, and to defend himself.  There is no mention regarding his Selective Service issues.

I find it an odd show of respect for the woman who helped raise him, to not bother with her funeral.  I recall his statements regarding Reverend Wright , “I can no more disown him,” he told an audience in Philadelphia of his former pastor, “than I can my white grandmother — a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe.”  http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081021/ap_on_el_pr/obama_grandmother

Obama’s Birth Certificate Heads to Supreme Court

09 NOVEMBER 2008: Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) Supreme Court Justice David Souter has agreed that a review of the federal lawsuit filed by attorney Phil Berg against Barack Hussein Obama II, et al., which was subsequently dismissed for lack of standing is warranted. SCOTUS Docket No. 08-570..  Berg’s petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari, which I believe, requires the concurrence of four justices, by December 1, 2008. 

The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that people like me and the others who want to know the origins of Barack Obama’s citizenship are not stupid, and the Court it appears to want to see Obama’s birth certificate too.  There is nothing in the main stream media about Berg vs Obama or Martin vs Hawaii and until it is, we have remained on the fringe until being vindicated, at least a little bit.  It seems when talking about Obama’s citizenship that people don’t know a thing, they believe it is a lie or they are following the pursuits of justice to determine his eligibility.  For millions of voters, any citizenship questions they may have had were laid to rest long ago but to others, questions still remain and poignantly is, why President Elect Obama will not just show us his vaulted birth certificate? 

Groups like fact check have show us what is called a ‘re-issued’ certificate, often called by the states a certificate of live birth or a COLB.  A COLB normally passes for a birth certificate and is just as good unless questions arise. Berg’s web site headlines “U. S. SUPREME COURT AWAITS RESPONSE TO BERG’S WRIT OF CERTIORARI FROM OBAMA, DNC and Co-DEFENDANTS For   For Immediate Release: – 11/07/08 http://www.obamacrimes.com/  “I look forward to receiving defendant Obama’s response to the writ and am hopeful the U. S. Supreme Court will review Berg v. Obama. I believe Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally-qualified natural-born citizen and is ineligible to assume the office of President of the United States.”

Rule 11 as noted by the Supreme Court seems to make it clear that Justice Souter’s granting of a review on the Writ of Certiorari is not a right entitled to citizen Phil Berg, but rather is a matter of judicial discretion based upon a compelling reason. The compelling reason is the Constitutional requirement that no person except a natural born citizen shall be eligible to the office of President.

As I understand it, what this means is that on or before December 1, 2008 Barack Hussein Obama must respond to the writ of certiorari.  The Berg v Obama case really is really about a whole list of 56 questions regarding Obama’s place of birth. http://quipster.wordpress.com/2008/10/11/56-questions-obama-refuses-to-answer-about-citizenship/

The Rule of 11 http://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcp/Rule11.htm (4) the denials of factual contentions are warranted on the evidence or, if specifically so identified, are reasonably based on belief or a lack of information.  I can not imagine that as a Harvard Law Graduate and as President Elect that Obama would ignore such a request from the Justices of the Supreme Court and he will be compelled to provide a vault copy his original birth certificate.  In what is called a writ of mandamus to do so, they have absolutely no legal basis to refuse an order of the Supreme Court of the United States.

If Obama fails to do present his birth certificate, surely the Justices would be remiss in being defied.  They will then have to decide what to do about a President-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.  Will Obama be held in contempt of court?  The Court may in fact, accept his COLB and in the long run issue a dismissal, citing that the responsibility of eligibility lies in Congress. We have already seen claims by The Federal Election Committee that it is not responsible for proof of eligibility. 

http://fightthesmears.com/articles/5/birthcertificate  posts his COLB but even that doesn’t’t prove even that is real, only that there is no credible evidence that it is a fake.  The raised seal and authoritative signature needed to validate the document cannot be seen on the scan http://web.israelinsider.com/Articles/Politics/12939.htm.  His campaign has a burden of proving otherwise and his website says that, “Smears claiming Barack Obama doesn’t have a birth certificate aren’t actually about that piece of paper — they’re about manipulating people into thinking Barack is not an American citizen.” Without that that little piece of paper, my friend- the fringe will not be convoluted into believing Obama is an American Citizen and that our Constitution will remain in crisis.

“I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate,” says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. “They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. Most citizens, including myself will support the office and pray that should Obama pass through the Electoral collage and take the Oath of Presidency that his decisions yield the best four our future.  With more than a month and a half until Obama takes that Oath, we need a rational conclusion to make a rational judgment that he is in fact eligible.  The final judgment could be be influenced by any chaos that could result from de-certifying and voiding the election.  Found wrong or right, Berg and the American people could loose, even if he is right. 

What could be so hard about that, unless you have no birth certificate to present.

Less than 72 hours to go, and McCain’s campaign is pushing an “anti-Obama” message and a Pro-McCain message second. Rumors continue to circle like sharks smelling blood around Obama, his family and his associates.  As usual the MSM- Main Stream Media has pretty much ignored Obama shortcomings and instead focused on polls surmising an Obama Victory.  McCain managed a one point lead over Obama last week but then Zogby decided to average out the polling for three days in a row, and ta-da, Obama is back in the Main Stream News leading by a huge margin .  “Remember, as I said yesterday, one day does not make a trend. This is a three-day rolling average and no changes have been tectonic.”  said pollster, John Zogby http://www.zogby.com/news/ReadNews.dbm?ID=1627 

Obama’s anti-rumor plan, it seems has worked. Rather than continuing to answer questions directly about lingering questions like: his citizenship, former relationships with terrorists like William Ayers, his ministry with Reverend Jeremiah Wright, the missing L.A. Times tape, or most recently his Aunt who is not only an illegal alien but illegally donated to his campaign, Obama instead has relied on his website fightthesmears.com to alleviate any lingering questions. http://www.fightthesmears.com/  Apparently the Obama campaign is too busy to provide a statement at this time regarding his Aunt, the L.A. Times Tape, or any of the pending litigation against him like Berg vs Obama on his site.   

Obama was quoted in a mid-June Times article saying, “”We have seen this before. There is dirt and lies that are circulated in e-mails, and they pump them out long enough until finally you, a mainstream reporter, asks me about it,” Obama said, bristling. “That gives legs to the story. If somebody has evidence that myself or Michelle or anybody has said something inappropriate, let them do it.”  America has asked repeatedly for clarifications, yet Obama fails to answer directly. 

In the matter of Obama’s aunt, Obama couldn’t even manage to make a comment himself instead relying on spokesman Ben LaBolt, saying that the campaign was returning $265 dollars donated by the aunt to her nephew’s campaign.

While McCain has often wavered in his message, Obama’s from day one has said “What you won’t hear from this campaign or this party is the kind of politics that uses religion as a wedge, and patriotism as a bludgeon — that sees our opponents not as competitors to challenge, but enemies to demonize.”- Barack Obama, June 3, 2008.  I find it disheartening to know that I and other citizens who merely question his policies are demonizing him and unpatriotic.

McCain too has had his fair share of citizenship eligibility questions lobbed at him.  In April of this year, a number of Obama’s congressional supporters – including Gov. Claire McCaskill (D-MOi), Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK), Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), and Sen. Whereas, since it was entered into Congressional Records as fact, McCain did not have to provide a  birth certificate and neither does Obama, clearly circumventing the Constitution.  No such Congressional record exsisits to recognize that Baraq Obama is natural born.  According to Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer: “The president, The Supreme Court justices, and all members of Congress, have taken an oath to defend and protect the Constitution and have an affirmative duty to protect the Constitution by doing whatever is necessary to insure that presidential (and congressional) candidates meet the Constitutional requirements for the offices they seek. It is a mandatory duty, and failure to do so violate their oaths of office. If they don’t follow this oath in Obama’s case, it will be the biggest swindle in American history, allowing Obama and the DNC to have concealed his true identity and lack of citizenship, thereby conning Democrats out of hundreds of millions of dollars of campaign contributions. If justice is served, dozens of `leading’ Democrats should go to prison for fraud.” from Tulsa Today.

McCain’s Campaign Endorsements Grow

By now, we all know the L.A.Times and numerous other liberal newspapers have endorsed John McCain and it got me wondering who has endorsed McCain?  I also question why the L.A Times will not release a transcripts of a confidential video where Obama and his wife were at a “Jew-Bash” dinner, roasting and toasting PLO associate Khalidi with Bill Ayers and his wife.   If one thinks Obama is hiding pertinent information about his past now, wait and see what he hides from the American People if be becomes elected President.  Too many dirty little secrets. 

Wiki lists a who’s who http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_John_McCain_presidential_campaign_endorsements with notable politicians and movie stars from Clint Eastwood to Lee Greenwood and at  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newspaper_endorsements_in_the_United_States_presidential_primaries,_2008.  The accuracy of Wiki being reliable is especially questionable when it continues to show that the N.Y. Times has endorsed McCain, when in fact it has endorsed That One.

Info chimps blog spent a little time revealing the disparity geographically of Newspaper Endorsements.  http://blog.infochimps.org/2008/10/22/2008election-newspaper-endorsement-map/Apart from the unsurprising evidence that (choose one: [[Obama is the overwhelming choice]] -OR- [[there is overwhelming liberal media bias]]), I’m struck by the mismatch between papers’ endorsements and their “Red State” vs “Blue State” alignment.”  Definitely an interesting read of factual data with a little bit of a debatable fictional twist.

What gives newspapers and not television stations the right to endorse any one at all?  It is rather obvious which networks are fair and balanced in their political reporting.

In this campaign of Obama being everywhere, it is becoming annoying to see his face and logo go into saturation mode.  The half hour infomercial was an embarrassment to the whole political system, mocking the fact that he chose not receive federal funding.   I think by now Americans after two years get who the candidates are and what they stand for.  Finally, in making light of endorsements we have the  http://www.weeklyworldnews.com/alien-alert/october-surprise-alien-switches-endorsement-to-mccain/ depicting even an Alien turning away from Obama and supporting McCain. 

For sure endorsements matter even when they are from other worlds.  An alien endorsement for McCain has sealed the deal for me and McCain has my vote.

Saw a clip from the tape. Reason we can’t release it is because statements Obama said to rile audience up during toast. He congratulates Khalidi for his work saying “Israel has no God-given right to occupy Palestine” plus there’s been “genocide against the Palestinian people by Israelis.”

Bill O’Reilly announced last night that his staff has been in contact with the LA Times and that the newspaper says it will not release the tape of Obama toasting radical Rashid Khalidi at a Jew-bash in Chicago. The O’Reilly Factor will report more on the story tomorrow.

In the meantime, Nancy Sullivan, spokeswoman for the Times, said the paper is not interested in revisiting the story. “As far as we’re concerned, the story speaks for itself,” she said.

JewishWorldReview.com | For the last week, this site has been receiving mail — lots of mail — asking that we somehow shame the Los Angeles Times into releasing a videotape they admit to having that shows then Illinois state Sen. Barak Obama praising Rashid Khalidi, the one-time PLO spokesman/adviser during a 2003 farewell party in Chicago. Shortly thereafter, he became the head of the Middle East Studies Department at Columbia University.

At what turned out to be a “Jew-bash”, Obama, who the polls say will likely be the next leader of the Free World, chose to remain silent. Even after the presentations, the politician who now says he’s in favor of a secure Israel refused to denounce what he had just heard. Including, according to the Times:

A ” young Palestinian American recit[ing] a poem accusing the Israeli government of terrorism in its treatment of Palestinians and sharply criticizing U.S. support of Israel. If Palestinians cannot secure their own land, she said, “then you will never see a day of peace.”

And another speaker likened “Zionist settlers on the West Bank” to Osama bin Laden, saying both had been “blinded by ideology.”

The anti-Israel Arab American Action Network sponsored the gala. Obama reportedly helped funnel tens of thousands of dollars to them.

Obama did say, according to the LA Times, that his conversations with Khalidi over the years had influenced his thinking about the Israeli-Arab crisis. The discussions became, he recalled, “consistent reminders to me of my own blind spots and my own biases.”

There’s likely a lot more information on that tape that the electorate needs to be informed of.

I’m willing to personally get $5,000 to anybody who can get me a verified digital copy of the events of that evening. If readers want to add money, we’ll raise the “bounty”.

Once we get the video, which we’ll need by Friday, we will post it online for anybody to link to. We will return it back to the “public domain” where it belongs.
