What’s twisting our antenna today,

November 30, 2011?

The light bulb; we maybe getting screwed and we’re going on a rant.

Who will light up your life now that the standard incandescent light bulb is all but extinct?  Energy efficiency standards for light bulbs will begin to phase in on Jan. 1, 2012.  Readers might want to hope for light bulbs in their stockings this year.

We hope Santa’s sled can land with the news that the Present Global Cooling Rate is  .09 C / month.  Are we sure we want cooler?? Via

Tim Kelley NECN November 30, 2011

We could blame President Obama with all his global warming, tree hugging pandering to General Electric.  One can even go back to the Bush era with Congress passing an energy conservation measure that set standards to ban most ordinary incandescent bulbs.  But you know what? It is you and I that are to blame.  We voted them into office.  Some of them bought into global warming.  My vote may have canceled yours out, and the lefts effort to save the planet and some money in the process, has back fired.  Talk about being dim witted.

When a government can regulates what kind of light bulb you can buy, it becomes rather apparent just exactly how much might and power it has over its people.  The government also regulates what kind of toilet and shower faucet you use in an effort to save water.  For more than a hundred years,  incandescent light bulbs have lit up our homes and business just fine.

Since 1901, this incandescent bulb has been burning in a fire station in Livermore, California. http://www.snopes.com/science/lightbulb.asp

There is some debate on who invented the light bulb, but it wasn’t Thomas Edison.  He just got the patent. http://whatthefluffy.wordpress.com/2011/06/14/who-invented-the-light-bulb-wrong/

In September 2010-The last major GE factory making ordinary incandescent light bulbs in the United States closed marking a small, sad exit for a product and company that can trace their roots to Thomas Alva Edison’s innovations in the 1870s.  http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2010/09/07/AR2010090706933.html

Are you still relying on General Electric, GE bringing good things to life?

G.E. CEO Jeffrey Immelt leads Obama’s new Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. The panel replaces the President’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board led by former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volker….

Forget about ethics challenges in having a CEO whose income is determined by stock performance leading a panel designed to recommend government policies. G.E. (2009 revenue: $157 billion) is a huge government contractor and is always in the market for new subsidies and incentives. via http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2011/01/21/obama-teams-ge-iran-palaver-peters-arrives-white-house/
The Jobs Council’s October report to the President-http://www.jobs-council.com/2011/10/10/jobs-council-releases-taking-action-building-confidence-interim-report-to-the-president/

The report includes five major initiatives to increase employment while improving competitiveness:

  1. Measures to accelerate investment into job-rich projects in infrastructure and energy development;…

Plug into reality here.  American jobs have left for China to produce mercury laden light bulbs to bring good things to life back here in America.  You see those mercury-containing CFLs will never be made here under strict environmental regulations and the unions. CFLs made in India and China have environmental standards that are virtually non-existent. https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2008/12/17/obamas-cold-day-in-hell/

The Jobs Council guru has moved even more GE infrastructure to China.
…is all part of a “plan to invest about $2 billion across China” over the next few years.  But moving core pieces of its business overseas is nothing new for GE.  Under Immelt, GE has shipped tens of thousands of good jobs out of the United States.  Perhaps GE should change its slogan to “Imagination At Work (In China)”.  http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/ge-ceo-jeffrey-immelt-the-head-of-obamas-jobs-council-is-moving-jobs-and-economic-infrastructure-to-china-at-a-blistering-pace

Are the very people that have been entrusted with solving the unemployment crisis shipping jobs out of the country? In a New World Order, is America going to be last and sit in the dark with these crap light bulbs, with our new lamps designed to fit the funky base sizes and with proper ventilation?

The constituent materials in a typical CFL vary widely, because there are many technologies that can achieve the same (or at least similar) results. In general though, the basic ingredients are …http://sound.westhost.com/articles/incandescent.htm
  • glass
  • steel
  • silicon (in ICs, transistors, MOSFETs, diodes, etc.) *
  • mercury + mercury vapour **
  • fibreglass and epoxy resins (PCB, semiconductor cases) *
  • aluminium (electrolytic capacitor) *
  • various plastics (main housing, film capacitors) *
  • ferrites / ceramics (resistor bodies, choke cores) *
  • copper wire and PCB traces *
  • phosphors **
  • a small amount of high temperature plastic insulation
  • (lead free?) solder
  • plating material for exposed metal, probably nickel

You can’t just throw away an CFL bulb.  Because mercury is cumulative, you have to dispose of it in a toxic waste depot.  Right.  Got one right next door.  If you happen to break a bulb, look out for the mercury vapor and mercury containing phosphor powder.  The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a HAZMAT sheet for instructions,   http://www.energystar.gov/ia/partners/promotions/change_light/downloads/Fact_Sheet_Mercury.pdf

The EPA claims the new CFL use less energy than incandescent bulbs, and will actually result in less mercury being released because the power plants won’t have to make as much energy.  We’re pretty sure we only pay for actual energy used, but power companies still have to provide the full voltage and current.  Coal supplies around 50% of the electricity in the U.S., but  there is no mention of clean coal, instead focusing on an award winning new light bulb and five million smart meters.

Why is it the governments job to install smart meters on our power grids?  Wouldn’t the private sector do just as good of job and create private sector jobs?  So help me…are those smart grids manufactured in China? At least not all of them are–

Obama Solyndra: Corporate Crony Capitalism

obama solyndra.jpg

Like Solyndra, a number of “smart grid” companies have received taxpayer backing. But federal financing was not enough to keep Beacon Power, a manufacture of flywheel energy storage technology, from going bankrupt. They may not be the last smart-grid company consigned to that fate.

Beacon received a $43 million loan guarantee from the same stimulus-funded Energy Department program that financed Solyndra. Late last month the company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection…

Ener1, which, with subsidiary EnerDel, has received more than $120 million in federal grants, announced early last week that it had replaced its president, its chief executive, and its top financial officer. The company manufactures lithium-ion batteries for smart-grid energy storage.

That move came about a week after NASDAQ delisted Ener1 for a failure to comply with SEC filing requirements.  http://blog.heritage.org/2011/11/17/smart-grid-manufacturers-the-next-green-sector-under-fire/

  Meanwhile from energy dot gov-
…the President’s goals of generating 80 percent of electricity from clean energy sources by 2035 and putting one million electric vehicles on the road by 2015.  http://energy.gov/articles/five-million-smart-meters-installed-nationwide-just-beginning-smart-grid-progress

The Coal Industry has gotten better in the U.S. Is it a perfect means of energy production? No.  Obviously some smart grids are in trouble and some are smarter than others.  Oil, gas and the recent shale and sands drilling have there own drawbacks.  Still politicians have no problem accepting money. http://www.opensecrets.org/lobby/induscode.php?id=E1210&year=

Total For Coal mining: $13,482,214

Total For Alternate energy production & services: $22,655,301

The taxpayer is footing the bill to the green economy, companies, lobbyists and light bulbs that don’t work very well.  No wonder we’re going broke.

At least Ron Paul, “railed against government plans to transition from the incandescent light bulb to more energy saving light bulbs, citing Rand’s 1937 novel Anthem.  The similarity, according to Paul, is that “individual choice is banned and the collective basically runs society.” http://communities.washingtontimes.com/neighborhood/ad-lib/2011/nov/29/legacy-ayn-rand-rand-and-ron-paul-and-paul-ryan/

So if we pull out our tin foil hat.  Why are we being mandated into buying these new light bulbs?  Is it not only because it hurts the U.S.  industry as they emit light, but maybe to track your habits and internet connections?

Think Nicola Tesla for a minute.

Did Tesla lay the ground work for Wifi through a light bulb with this patent?

U.S. Patent 454622 (G.patent; PDF)System of Electric Lighting – 1891 June 23 – Apparatus devised for the purpose of converting and supplying electrical energy in a form suited for the production of certain novel electrical phenomena, which require currents of higher frequency and potential. It specifies an energy storage capacitor and discharger mechanism on the primary side of a radio-frequency transformer.    https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2010/03/11/haarp-wifi-lightbubls-teslatechnology-wifi-through-led-lamps/

So Tesla is long dead and while he had a lot of patents, he died with little money.  Fathom this little dose of reality from companies looking to harness similar technology.

The outlook for piping music into office space or the shop floor is about to get a lot brighter. Lighting solutions company Osram Sylvania and audio innovator Artisan have teamed up to produce the MusicLites system – a 10W LED light bulb with a 70mm full range hi-fi audio speaker built in. The inclusion of a 2.4GHz wireless transceiver means that compatible audio devices can send music sound signals to the unit, which then pumps out both sound and light. http://www.gizmag.com/musiclites-led-speaker-wifi-lighting/15112/

Emits sound and light? Cool!

Four years ago:   WiTricity Corp. http://www.witricity.com/

Massachusetts Institute of Technology researchers announced  they had made a 60-watt light bulb. The breakthrough, disclosed in Science Express, an online publication of the journal Science, is being called “WiTricity” by the scientists glow by sending it energy wirelessly, potentially previewing a future in which cell phones and other gadgets get juice without having to be plugged in. http://www.usatoday.com/tech/news/techinnovations/2007-06-08-mit-wireless-power_N.htm

Guess who invests in WiTricity?

  General Electric

GE!

…WiTricity Corp were also winners. GE didn’t disclose the amount of the funds that came from its venture-capital partners. When GE announced winners of the first contest, with a prize pool of $55 million, it planned to contribute about half the total. GE projects the power grid technology market will reach $20 billion by 2015.

Who else invested?

FOLLOW THE $$$$

As the exclusive licensee of this MIT intellectual property, WiTricity Corp. was founded by Prof. Soljačić and several colleagues from MIT.  WiTricity Corp. received its initial venture capital funding in November of 2007 from Stata Ventures and Argonaut Private Equity.  Stata Ventures is a technology investment firm managed by Ray Stata, the founder, Chairman, and former CEO of Analog Devices.

Still got your tin foil hat on?

Watch TeraDiode company. TeraDiode’s ultra-high brightness, direct-diode lasers enable many defense applications, including infrared countermeasures, target designators and directed energy weapons. http://teradiode.com/applications/defense/

DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS, like maybe HAARP?

Who may have invested in TeraDiode? On November 21, 2011 http://optics.org/news/2/11/19

The round was led by Argonaut Ventures – the same private equity firm owned by the George Kaiser Family Foundation that invested heavily in bankrupt solar firm Solyndra – while Stata Venture Partners, which invested $4 million through TeraDiode’s series A round in 2009, also took part. Camros Capital and others made smaller contributions to the latest financing.

The joint venture of Comcast and General Electric formed NBC Universal.  Imagine the company that sells a light bulb that delivers Wifi and TV, Radio, Internet, content.  Talk about an IPO.  Where is Apple?

And check out this old news- July 11, 2011- MediaTek Inc., a leading fabless semiconductor company for wireless communications and digital multimedia solutions and WiTricity, the technology leader in wireless power, today jointly announced that has entered into a technology transfer and license agreement. http://www.mediatek.com/en/News/news_content.php?sn=80

Sadly regarding patents-  according to John Hennessy, president of Stanford University

We need to get the money. I mean, the backlog is over 600,000 [sic, patent]applications. Now, not all those patents were grant, but that’s three years worth of patents just to put it in perspective.  So we’ve got to invest in order to make this process work faster and that’s an American competitiveness issue for us….http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-10-07/patent-office-must-control-funds-mit-leader-says-transcript-.html

Wow. more than a half a million patents in backlog.  Wonder what the backlog looks like on those patents being stolen?  Have fun reading them by a CFL lamp.

For our readers in liberal land who are convinced that the lights aren’t going out http://mediamatters.org/research/201111280004

Will the last one out shut off the lights?

(copyrights by respective owners.  WiTricity is a proprietary technology of WiTricity Corporation, and should not be used to refer to wireless electricity in a generic sense.)

In keeping with full disclosure- some of the writers have and may own stock in Cisco, Western Digital and NBC Universal; not in the other above aforementioned companies-at least not yet!

President Obama, arriving in Denver was treated to a freak early snowstorm.

Maybe the weather modification system is down or someone is having a good laugh at his expense.

Of course, a good fundraiser is enough to make anyone all fuzzy and warm just thinking about all that money.

Stay warm friends b/c that cold is likely heading your way soon.

Are the Earthquakes, Cyclones and Volcanoes that are occurring giving clue that some larger catastrophe is coming?

Conspiracies from HAARP, EISCAT, CERN’s LHC and other man-made experiments offer a plausible explanation, but certainly not a definitive one for the cause and frequency of the recent rash of disasters.

Is Mother Nature having growing pains with theories of Tectonic Shifts, Continental Drift, the sea floor spreading;  maybe a theory of global expansion?

Professor of Geophysics at the Nevada Seismological Laboratory, John N. Louie, Ph.D teaches, “The plates consist of an outer layer of the Earth, the lithosphere, which is cool enough to behave as a more or less rigid shell. Occasionally the hot asthenosphere of the Earth finds a weak place in the lithosphere to rise buoyantly as a plume, or hotspot.  “Only the lithosphere has the strength and the brittle behavior to fracture in an  earthquake.” http://www.seismo.unr.edu/ftp/pub/louie/class/100/plate-tectonics.html

Dr. J. Louie said, “occasionally,” yet there are daily reports of disasters from the four corners of the earth and a whole lot of places in between- most with no commonality to geography.  Some of the quakes are near tectonic plates, but not all.

IRIS Seismic Monitor

Look how far apart these large magnitude quakes have occurred!  It’s a heck of a long way from Haiti, to Chile, to Mexico to China, to Spain via  http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/recenteqsww/Quakes/quakes_all.php: A few recent examples –

The recent earthquakes have many people feeling earthquake anxiety and wondering if they are foretelling “The Big One” in the United States, which geologists say is inevitable.

But the U.S. Geological Survey insists the number of major quakes occurring has not increased in frequency, yet people continue to be unusually concerned.  There is a widespread perception that something unusual is going on – a pervasive level of anxiety regarding the stability of the earth under our feet – something we normally take for granted. http://news.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474978171654

Is it just pure randomness?  “In the last few years, scientists have found a new source of randomness that cannot be produced by a computer program. This is called algorithmic randomness and it is the gold standard when it comes to the absence of order.” http://www.technologyreview.com/blog/arxiv/25041/

There certainly is an absence of order on planet Earth!  There are often earthquake swarms where following one large quake, additional quakes occur as illustrated here http://fromtheold.com/news/earthquakes-today-chile-earthquake-swarm-continues-russia-and-new-guinea-has-few-earthquakes-20; they do not normally occur all over the earth.

Now we are witnessing volcanic swarms!  Thirty years ago, At 8:32 Sunday morning, May 18, 1980, Mount St. Helen’s erupted. Shaken by an earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale, the north face of this tall symmetrical mountain collapsed in a massive rock debris avalanche. Nearly 230 square miles of forest was blown down or buried beneath volcanic deposits… http://www.fs.fed.us/gpnf/mshnvm/

Ironically, there in an argument over funding for its National Monument Designation.  http://www.columbian.com/news/2010/apr/14/no-national-park-for-mount-st-helens-yet/

Now we see,

” A swarm of small earthquakes began Monday at a volcano near Anchorage in what scientists said was a warning that Mount Redoubt could be waking from its slumber. “It is reminding us that it is an active volcano.” said Rick Wessels, a geophysicist with the U.S. Geological Survey in Anchorage.

Wessels said the current earthquakes were not connected to Sunday’s magnitude-7.2 quake in Mexico just south of the U.S. border.

“We wouldn’t expect there to be any connection given the distances,” he said. http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5j8VGiRVV36COvlIWeZk4NOj06C2wD9ET7N300

We wouldn’t expect a connection?  Except, maybe there is a connection.

The eruption of Fimmvoerduhals volcano in Iceland Photo: EPA

Thousands of miles away:

An Icelandic volcano, dormant for 200 years, has erupted, ripping a 1km-long fissure in a field of ice.  The volcano near Eyjafjallajoekull glacier began to erupt just after midnight, sending lava a hundred metres high.  http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/8578576.stm

Eyjafjallajokull, the Icelandic volcano that has continued to belch lava, ash and steam since first erupting last weekend, isn’t the direct problem. It’s Katla, the noisier neighbor, that’s the concern. If lava flowing from Eyjafjallajokull melts the glaciers that hold down the top of Katla, then Katla could blow its top, pumping gigantic amounts of ash into the atmosphere.

Air Travel Grounded due to Volcanic Ash

Scientists say history has proven that whenever the Eyjafjallajokull volcano erupts, Katla always follows — the only question is how soon

“When volcanic ash reaches the stratosphere, it remains for a long time,” reports Hufford. “The ash becomes a very effective block of the incoming solar radiation, thus cooling the atmosphere’s temperatures.”  http://content.usatoday.com/communities/sciencefair/post/2010/03/global-cooling-what-happens-if-the-iceland-volcano-blows/1

The Batu Tara volcano off Indonesia isn’t sleeping soundly either with the Darwin Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) showing an ash plume rising 7,000 ft on April 5 and spreading a plume more than 35km.

USGS offers these updates from around the world:

All that ash is another black mark for global warming.  Perhaps it can be washed clean with water from cyclones or hurricanes?

CALCUTTA, India (AP) — Disaster officials in India say there was no warning issued by forecasters before a cyclone struck overnight in a northeastern region. The storm’s winds topped 100 miles per hour and demolished thousands of mud homes across two states. http://www.wlos.com/template/inews_wire/wires.international/3f9eb90d-www.wlos.com.shtml

"NOAA understands and predicts changes in the Earth’s environment, from the depths of the ocean to the surface of the sun, and conserves and manages our coastal and marine resources."

NO WARNING? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, there are buoys everywhere to set off alarm bells.  The Cyclone is one  the most famous attraction in all of Coney Island and one of the most famous roller coasters in the world, (http://www.coneyislandcyclone.com/)  Those who died and lost their homes got taken for a ride alright, especially with NOAA claiming to predict weather related disaster.

West Bengal is located at approximately, Latitude : 23° 00′ N  Longitude : 87° 00′ E.  The closet data buoy is hundreds of miles away at Station 23101

http://www.ndbc.noaa.gov/station_page.php?station=23101  It is apparently out of order.  Could it have predicted the coming cyclone to give warning? It was supposed to.

Relative Intensities of NOAA POES Energetic Particles

Perhaps it is the Earth’s bombardment of Energetic Particles or Space Weather causing an abundance of earthquakes, volcanoes and cyclones all on one day.

Coincidences or not, the Earth is ticked off.  I wonder when CERN powers down if the Earth will settle down as well.

Stay tuned.

Methane bubbles are coming up from the Arctic Sea Bed at an alarming rate according to Martin Heimann in the article, “How Stable Is the Methane Cycle?‘ released today in Science Magazine. http://www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/short/327/5970/1211

Methane is, after water vapor and carbon dioxide the third most important greenhouse gas in the atmosphere and is about 20 times more powerful a gas at raising global temperatures than carbon dioxide .  Methane is also explosive and highly flammable.

Methane is a chemical compound so it does not have an atomic number, but it does have a molecular formula, which is written as CH 4.  Methane is composed of one carbon atom (atomic number 6) bonded to four hydrogen atoms (atomic number 1) and is a real and present threat.  Besides the fact as bacteria is digested in the digestive system it is eliminated by burping and farting- you can light your farts on fire because of methane!

According to the Timesonline, “The permafrost that covers vast tracts of land in the far North is thawing, steadily adding methane to the atmosphere. The Arctic has warmed at about twice the rate of the rest of the planet. Climate scientists are concerned that as rising temperatures melt more permafrost, the added methane will raise temperatures further and so cause a wider thaw.  http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/environment/article7050312.ece

Contradicting the theory that the Arctic ice is thawing, this daily chart illustrates that the Arctic Ice Cap continues to expand its coverage and is now within less than 2 standard deviations from the 1979-2000 average. http://nsidc.org/arcticseaicenews/.  But then it goes on to say, “Ice extent was above normal in the Bering Sea, but remained below normal over much of the Atlantic sector of the Arctic, including the Barents Sea, part of the East Greenland Sea, and in the Davis Strait.

Methanegate or more climategate? More ice there, less ice over there.

Methane has also been discovered on Mars, “…about 90% of the earth’s methane gas comes from living things, such as the decomposition of organic materials. So this is tantalizing evidence that perhaps some form of Martian life created this methane.” http://mkaku.org/home/?page_id=537

So far no one has admitted that there are Martians, but was a cataclysmic event due to a build of of Methane that rendered the planet  inhospitable millions of years ago?

Could Mars have had some sort of mantle breach caused by the huge kind of earthquakes and tsunami’s and natural disasters the Earth has been increasingly experiencing?   Is Earth’s future looking more like Mars past?

Armageddononline, at http://armageddononline.tripod.com/methane.htm says:  Small bursts of methane hydrate can be released by sudden events that break the lattice, such as landslides and earthquakes on the ocean floor. This releases a large amount of methane from the local area. This has been suggested as a possible explanation for the Bermuda Triangle – an area of ocean in the South Atlantic where dozens of ships and planes have disappeared without trace. The theory goes that landslides release the methane, which explodes on contact with, for example, a plane’s engines.

Is there a connection to CERN’s, the Large Hadron Collider (LHC)?   The new LHC is the world’s largest and most powerful particle accelerator, designed to (essentially) hurl two beams of magnet-accelerated particles at each other inside a vacuum, with the inevitable, hoped-for result being some incredible collisions.

On February 25,  days before the Chile quake struck far across the world at the Hadron Collider, “…some fifty of the mighty collider’s huge superconducting magnets to “quench”.

A quench occurs unpredictably when the magnets get warmer than 9.6 degrees above absolute zero, causing their superconducting properties to disappear and their powerful fields, necessary to bend hyperpowered lightspeed particle beams around into a circle, to collapse. Normally the magnets are kept chilled down to a frosty 1.9 degrees using liquid helium.

Should a quench occur with full-power beams up and circulating, the result would be disastrous as the released, uncontrolled bolts of high-energy protons would deliver a blast equivalent to being rammed by an aircraft carrier. However there are automatic “beam dump” systems to cope with this, where the rays are quickly fired into special cooled, shielded graphite absorbers before temperatures can climb too high.  http://www.theregister.co.uk/2010/02/25/lhc_nqps_hiccup_delay/

Is there a chance that the automatic beam dump, dumped its energy near Chili or, since Cern sits on top of known tectonic plates did  it caused a shift in the earth’s core?  On December 9, 2009-

The Large Hadron Collider (LHC), already the most powerful particle-punisher ever built, smashed the collision record yesterday night as humanity’s first 2.36 Tera-electron-volt collisions were recorded. http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/12/09/lhc_2_tev_collisions/

Was this the start of the increase in the frequency and severity of the recent rash of quakes?  One scientific paper discloses that the VLHC system for pumping methane, is in the a pumping antechamber! http://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q=cache:pacqX0fpiaAJ:www.osti.gov/bridge/servlets/purl/787159-i9Eit2/native/787159.pdf+hadron+collider+methane&hl=en&gl=us&pid=bl&srcid=ADGEESh40tD8oWovs2Njl7VWaoLo0qIQDDxg-CVHGg8RVMzLm1u6ct8JogRoYdqnzW45bNKBRoU-aaoe-vaT4gtu2y3EBM6sdhnE2HADI54BMs7nmYyHryCGIboHeAOyrovNo7F4G9XC&sig=AHIEtbQv3X5Za_6k8C4IELCeDtrNiPXVhg

Again with the methane.  (Insert fart sound here.)

Again with aftershocks measuring upwards of 6.3M in Chile this morning.

It is working so well that millions of collisions between protons from the two different beams have been induced. Each head-on collision between a pair of protons creates new elementary particles, which fly away from each other like flinders of an explosion…

“If the particle energy crosses a critical, still unknown threshold, we may discover new laws of nature. Even those physical laws that we find very familiar today are only valid up to a certain point.”

The measurements quoted in the publication were obtained at 0.9 to 2.36 teraelectron volts (TeV). This alone is a world record. However, the aim of the physicists is to achieve collisions at 14TeV. These would represent conditions as present shortly after the Big Bang.http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/03/100303094820.htm

Looks like HAARP in Alaska is picking a few big bangs of its own today.

HAARP ionospheric disturbance and magnetic interference variation 03.05.2010

Induction Magnetometer 03.05.2010

HAARP’s instruments are apparently working in cohesion, both noting interruptions.  Either that, or someone out in the field let a fart go laden with enough methane to show a reading.  This is probably not possible, but the thought the Hadron Collider itself creating enough methane to cause changes on earth gives plausibility.

It should be noted in all seriousness with the recent quake in Italy; the research program,” OPERA, collects neutrinos from the CERN particle physics lab in Geneva to the Gran Sasso underground in central Italy, 730 km away.” Right at about the April 2009 quakes epicenter.   https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/04/06/italy-earthquake-epicenter-near-nuclear-physics-lab/

As Senator Bunning has voted no to unemployment benefit extensions, the government is blaming winter for higher jobless rates!

Where’s the money honey?  There isn’t anymore.  Period.

Finally someone, that person being Senator Bunning, has stood up in halt the extension of unemployment benefits to stop the sucking sounds coming from our national debt.

Claiming he already explained why he was filibustering a bill, he refused to talk to the press en route to the Senate Floor…

Senator Bunning was even more expressive before the cameras arrived, using a little sign language.  When Senate producer Z. Byron Wolf spotted Bunning exiting his office, Bunning said, “I’m not talking to anybody.” When Wolf asked him to stay and talk to our cameras, Bunning walked toward the elevator and shot the middle finger over his head via http://crooksandliars.com/john-amato/sen-bunning-tells-abc-senators-only-ele

Too bad more Senators and Americans don’t use that finger more often at the abuse our Constitution and the U.S economy is taking under President Obama.  Yes we get that we need health care reform and a whole lot of other things too, but the way to do it is to lower taxes for business and create jobs to get people off unemployment and the welfare system.

Enough already, stop the printing presses if you really want to hug a tree.  China is selling its U.S. treasury debt to Japan.  Russia and others and even the World Bank and International Monetary Fund are revisiting the U.S. dollars reliability as the basket currency.   In all actuality, we may not have to worry about keeping those printing presses going because the dollar will be worthless and at the very least, worth less.

Here’s the latest data on unemployment data from http://www.dol.gov/opa/media/press/eta/ui/current.htm.  It is a lot of people, some being on unemployment for around 199 weeks!

The outlook isn’t looking better anytime soon.  To put a spin on more expected bad news in anticipation of this Fridays coming jobless report, Reuters is reporting that White House economic adviser Larry Summers said on Monday, “Winter blizzards were likely to distort U.S. February jobless figures.”

The government is blaming winter for higher jobless rates!  Like we’ve never had winter before?  This is the same federal government that is shoving cap and trade, global warming, health care, the H1N1 vaccine, mercury laden light bulbs, and near socialism right down your throat.

Still analyzing February weather data, “During the month of January, the U.S. experienced near–normal temperatures and slightly above–normal precipitation — see the national temperature and precipitation state of the climate report. These environmental conditions, as well as record snowfall during December 2009, were associated with above-normal snow cover extents across the contiguous U.S. and North America for the month. Snow cover extent during January 2010 ranked as sixth largest January extent since 1967 for North America and the United States,” said the government at http://lwf.ncdc.noaa.gov/sotc/?report=snow&year=2010&month=1

The Moderate Voice had this to say,http://themoderatevoice.com/64559/its-snow-news/:

The previous week, the local news stations and TV all-news networks identified a crippling snow as “Snowmageddon” and “Snowpocalyse.” This week, with its winds, we learned about “Snowicane.”

“And so for two back-to-back snow-somethings, we had almost unlimited Team Coverage. The teams interviewed business owners—”So, how’s the snow affecting your business?” They interviewed residents—”So, how’s the snow affecting your plans?” They even interviewed public officials—”So, how’s the snow affecting your budget?”

Praise and props to Bunning.  Surely somehow our elected officials will figure out a way to reinstate the benefits to help people.  Surely the climatologists will find that global temperatures are increasing.  In the meantime, the unemployed with nothing else to do will be bundling up, shoveling more snow listening to more crap.

Giving total props to http://polizeros.com/2010/03/01/national-hurricane-center-disagrees-with-ipcc-about-global-warming-and-hurricanes/

We have come to substantially different conclusions from the IPCC,” said Chris Landsea, a lead scientist at the American government’s National Hurricane Center, who co-authored the report.

He added: “There are a lot of legitimate concerns about climate change but, in my opinion, hurricanes are not among them. We are looking at a decrease in frequency and a small increase in severity.” Landsea said he regarded the use of hurricane icons on the cover of Gore’s book as “misleading”.

A water vapor sunrise?

Living landlocked in the cold snowy winter makes us a more hearty kind of people,  so when there is actually a sunrise it is cause for celebration.

Having my morning cup of tea- don’t laugh it’s pomegranate, the family was peering outside to see the ground glistening with frozen water droplets glittering at the sun’s reflection.  Beautiful to see the sun, and not begin our day in complete darkness as we head off to the school bus.

And then, came the chemtrails.

Perhaps in the big heat wave of 38 degrees, the temperature becomes optimized for dispersion.
