As summer dwindles down with the last of picnics this Labor Day weekend, unemployment numbers continue to rise.  Whatever President Barack Hussein Obama’s stimulus package was supposed to stimulate, it obviously did not occurr in the jobs sector and led us to a recession.

The Labor Department reported that productivity grew at a 6.6% annual rate in the second quarter http://www.bls.gov/news.release/prod2.nr0.htm.  People are working hard in America as they have always done, even with the government’s debt projections well into the trillions.

The latest means of government raising revenue to fund socialism, US congressman Peter DeFazio has introduced is HR 1068 which would tax financial transactions on Wall Street to repay TARP funds.  This Act may be cited as the `Let Wall Street Pay for Wall Street’s Bailout Act of 2009′. http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:H.R.1068.  with text in its entirety here at http://frwebgate.access.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/getdoc.cgi?dbname=111_cong_bills&docid=f:h1068ih.txt.pdf.

Author Les Leopold and the AFL-CIO think this is a great idea saying, “this is the best moment since the 1930s to do something about our obscene mal-distribution of wealth and our ruinous, bloated financial sector.” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/les-leopold/labor-day-special-reward_b_277094.html

The mal-distribution of wealth?  Whoa there Robin Hood!  It is American companies and the backbone of the American worker who supported the world economies for years.  Had bureaucrats and politicians done their job to inhibit and regulate blatant failures in the oversight of Frannie and Freddie Mac, AIG, and Madoff to name a few, the American economy would not have hit this bump on the road of democracy.  Don’t even put the blame on deregulation.  There are plenty of laws and taxes on the books that need enforcement, not layer upon layer of more regulation that allowed this scam of our tax dollars to occur.

HR 1068 is an insult to American Capitalism. A fabulous example if you are into the whole lettering writing campaign to send to you representative against this tax can be found at http://alphaguy.blogspot.com/2009/02/my-letter-to-steny-hoyer-about-hr-1068.html.

On the one hand, the government recommends you invest on Wall Street with a 401k, IRA’s, stocks and bonds for your retirement to avoid the burdened social security program and then, wants to place an additional tax upon the transaction!  Who is the thief?

“When an American says that he loves his country, he means not only that he loves the New England hills, the prairies glistening in the sun, the wide and rising plains, the great mountains, and the sea.  He means that he loves an inner air, an inner light in which freedom lives and in which a man can draw the breath of self-respect.” wrote, Adlai Stevenson.

Recently, President Obama was asked if he believed in American Exceptionalism.  The President of the United States of America replied: “I believe in American Exceptionalism, just as I suspect the Brits believe in British Exceptionalism and the Greeks believe in Greek Exceptionalism.”

The question wasn’t about patriotism, it was about exceptionalism!  Perhaps President Obama should have been more clear by saying something like, “In the new world order, everyone and every country will be exceptional.  My socialistic, Marxist policies will make individualism and the desire to create exceptionalism cease, along with America’s global economic, military, scientific and cultural dominance.”

“Afterburner with Bill Whittle” from Pajamas TV has created this fabulous video explaining to Bill Maher and President Obama the difference between patriotism and exceptionalism.  If you click no other videos today, make this be the one.

God Bless America this Labor Day and all the days.

I am beginning to think that the government is currently conducting subversive population control on women and vagina’s, and its leader may be Nancy Pelosi.  The latest stimulus plan sells itself on a clean bill of health in the best interest for all, but dirty little secrets and political motivations are slipping through the crack. [pardon the pun]

I read that the bidding recently topped $3.5 million in an auction for a virgin. http://www.salon.com/mwt/broadsheet/2009/01/23/virginity_auction/index.html  I can just see her tax reporting on this.  Is it a goods or a service tax?   This $3.5 million is just a drop in the bucket as to the real worth of  woman’s vagina’s on Capital Hill and in the marketplace.

The health and drug industry has a huge investments in Washington with lobbying groups resulting favorable laws coming down Capitol Hill and and into woman’s bodies, let alone the billions in profits. Contribution trends are into the millions.   http://www.opensecrets.org/industries/indus.php?Ind=H04v  In 2005, it was estimated that $2.7 billion dollars was spent on female personal hygiene alone.  http://www.mindbranch.com/listing/product/R567-440.html  That is a lot of  buying power in the economy!

The vagina  is also apparently, a huge drain on our economy.  Maybe it is only the financially poor vagina’s though as just yesterday, on ABC This Week, Sunday Morning, Nancy Pelosi defended the move to add birth control funding to the latest economic stimulus package saying, “Well, the family planning services reduce cost. They reduce cost. The states are in terrible fiscal budget crises now and part of what we do for children’s health, education and some of those elements are to help the states meet their financial needs. One of those – one of the initiatives you mentioned, the contraception, will reduce costs to the states and to the federal government.”  video link at http://www.breitbart.tv/?p=266063.

Family planning services sounds like Planned Parenthood- the leader in providing abortions to poor and economically disadvantaged woman.   Who is going to provide all these free birth control pills? Why your and my tax dollars of course.  Want to bet the Pill manufacturers were doing the happy dance when they heard the news.

The free prevention of birth assumes that it is the governments job to raise, feed and educate the children, not the responsibility of the parent.  If the government doesn’t have to support them in the first place, we all save money in the long run, right?  Less food stamps, less housing, etc.  Democrats want to prove that its better to stop life by funding it on the taxpayers dime and President Obama certainly seems to support that.  On his 3rd day in office he rescinded the “Mexico City Policy” that indicates his commitment to increasing abortions not only domestically but around the world, all at tax dollar expense.  “Our hard-earned tax dollars will now be used by international abortionists to kill babies and fill their coffers with cash,” said Laffety of  The Traditional Values Coalition. http://www.traditionalvalues.org/modules.php?sid=3538

Does this “actually open(s) the door to population control: “…there is no way advanced capitalism and rampant consumerism can deliver all the goods to all the people and “sustain” both the natural environment and the grossly inequitable distribution of wealth.”?  http://climateandcapitalism.com/?p=358  Maybe population control is only for poor, predominately black people who use social services.  Where is the outrage from the black community?

To add further insult, Immigration Services announced that people who want to become legal permanent residents are required to get the  “cervical cancer” vaccine against the human papillomavirus (HPV)-.the sexually transmitted cervical-cancer virus.  Manufactured by Merck, the Gardasil vaccine is so new there is no knowledge of how those patients might be affected, it is also impossible to know how long their protective effects will last, how they might affect women’s natural defenses against other strains of HPV or future fertility.  http://www.naturalnews.com/025411.html  Could this vaccine be just a subversive method for population control?

Merck is helping  efforts to pass state laws requiring girls as young as 11 or 12 to receive Gardasil and has bankrolled advocacy groups like Women in Government who support an, ” increase funding for screening and vaccination programs to ensure access for women who are uninsured or under insured.”  http://www.womeningovernment.org/home/.  Merck could generate billions in sales if Gardasil – at $360 for the three-shot regimen – were made mandatory across the country. http://www.concordmonitor.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?  Date=20070131&Category=REPOSITORY&ArtNo=701310329&SectionCat=48HOURS&Template=printart  I wonder if Gardasil will be a part of the stimulus package next.

In the medicalization of  sex, we see a million ads on TV for Viagra, but  barely any for making good choices in contraception and the prevention of unwanted pregnancy in the first place.   A Congressional Budget Office reported that Medicare spending on ED drugs would total $1.93 billion during the first 10 years of the new Medicare drug benefit, which began ’06.  http://www.kaisernetwork.org/daily_reports/rep_index.cfm?hint=3&DR_ID=30320

http://www.americanscientist.org/bookshelf/pub/contraception-from-contraband-to-rx  says “The business of birth control has become vastly more complex, involving regulatory agencies, research scientists and physicians, as well as companies and customers,” sad-where is God in the family planning discussion?

I guess fair is fair in government funding.  You know we have to spread the wealth around while spreading legs.  If we’re going to pay for someone to get it up we might as well pay for someone to prevent a birth.  Putting aside religious convictions, I guess a prescription is cheaper than an abortion.

“Here’s an idea, why not just teach abstinence, cut welfare, and not reward young kids for sexing it up and getting pregnant. Oh, that’s right, that would be controversial and might push religious beliefs, so Pelosi skates with more stupidity. ”  http://bungalowbillscw.blogspot.com/2009/01/sexing-up-economy-pelosi-twisted-views.html
