EPA Halts Dispersants at Deepwater Oil Spill

The Deepwater Horizon Oil spill or leak as BP calls it, is a disaster of epic proportion.  The response by the EPA is equally to blame in the approval of two chemical dispersants by BP, and it’s reliance soley on BP to clean it up and provide water samples.

Saturday May 15, 2010-“Based on the scientific analysis of the EPA and NOAA and review by the National Response Team, it has been determined that the use of dispersants at the subsea source is the prudent and responsible action to take along with other tactics including surface dispersant, skimming and controlled burns.” http://www.deepwaterhorizonresponse.com/go/doc/2931/551271/

We warned in this post, https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2010/05/16/deepwater-horizon-oil-spill-response/ that the use of chemical dispersants, is not without it’s own hazards.  BP asked, and got approval from the EPA to use COREXIT, manufactured by Nalco Company, Illinois. http://www.nalco.com/

COREXIT products clearly state that they are not to be used on surface water and are toxic to wildlife. And that, “It is unknown if dispersed oil has toxic implications to the human population because bioaccumulation through the food chain has not been evaluated.”  http://www.epa.gov/bpspill/dispersants.html#q3 

It was not prudent and responsible to approve these particular products, and now in a reverse course, EPA is revoking its decision.

The Environmental Protection Agency informed BP officials late Wednesday that the company has 24 hours to choose a less-toxic form of chemical dispersants to break up its oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, according to government sources familiar with the decision, and must apply the new form of dispersants within 72 hours of submitting the list of alternatives.

The move is significant, because it suggests federal officials are now concerned that the unprecedented use of chemical dispersants could pose a significant threat to the Gulf of Mexico’s marine life. BP has been using two forms of dispersants, Corexit 9500A and Corexit 9527A, and so far has applied 600,000 gallons on the surface and 55,000 underwater.http://views.washingtonpost.com/climate-change/post-carbon/2010/05/epa_demands_less_toxic_dispersant.html

May 20, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) –Nalco (NYSE:NLC) today issued the following statement:We are gratified that the EPA has acknowledged that the use of Nalco’s dispersants has been effective and has had no undue impact on the marine environment.  As the agency noted on its website today: “Toxicity data does not indicate any significant affects on aquatic life. Moreover, decreased size of the oil droplets is a good indication that, so far, the dispersant is effective.”

The results can be found at http://www.epa.gov/bpspill/ .  To date, approximately 600,000 gallons of dispersant has been used on the surface and approximately 55,000 gallons of dispersant has been used subsurface, at the source of the spill. 

Do you smell something fishy?

Nalco claims the products are working just fine with no hazards, yet the EPA is revoking the use of COREXIT?  Yep.  It boils down to the fact that the government is not happy with BP.  In a Letter From Secretary Napolitano and EPA Administrator Jackson to BP CEO Tony Hayward (PDF) they all but accuse BP of adulterating water samples to justify that COREXIT and the sucking up gadget is having a positive effect of the spill.

Salazar implies BP and other oil companies want to lose untold amounts of oil and money on purpose.  Gives you that warm fuzzy feeling that more independence will prevent this from happening again.  How about a new set of federal reforms that secure our border?

The Census, What Race is Obama?

The Census is a big reflection of who our Nation is.  ” This data is used to determine the appropriate number of seats in the House of Representatives.  It provides key population numbers for Congress and the Administration to determine how federal dollars flow to the states and the data is used by researchers, advocates and policy makers to develop reports, social service programs, and make critical policy decisions.” 

They’re here, they’re queer and want to be counted in the U.S. Census. 

It’s crazy – the U.S. Census Bureau wants an accurate count of everyone in the country – but there’s no question in the survey that asks if you are lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender.  http://www.queerthecensus.org/site/c.jeJLIVOxEnH/b.5474287/k.9C4D/Queer_the_Census.htm 

If you are gay, green, transgender or whatever the census helps determine districts and funding.  Asking or telling if you are gay is not relevant, you are an American filling out a piece of paper.  End of story. I don’t yell out what I do under the sheets and I don’t want to hear about you being a queer.  To be referred to as queer,  the census must be rude for so many yet,  “For the first time in history, the Census will count both unmarried same-sex partners and legally married same sex spouses in its survey! This advancement is due in great part to advocacy by the Task Force, and our members and supporters.” Again, what does it matter?  No one gets married, homo or heterosexual on the basis of what district you live in.  Unless maybe it is 90210- Beverly Hills!

People, just people.  Black, White, Mixed, Muslim, Christian, Jew, rich, poor, all being born while some are dying.

$1 Billion for minorities?  Is that racist and prejudiced in and of itself?  Does the government assume minorities are stupid and can’t fill out the damned questionnaire?  The President of The United States of America is a minority and I think he can figure it out without $1 Billion extra spent on the instructions.

The programmatic risk relies on the post office ensuring delivery of the census and its return back to the government.   As for hard to reach populations, where in America is there a hard to reach population?    American Samoa where we shipped Guantanamo Bay refugees?  Do we get to count our servicemen and woman even though most of their votes were not counted in the election?

The bigger problem and most offensive is to the black or negro population, as the census refers to-  is for people who are not white.

But some blacks have complained that one of the form’s questions is outdated, offensive, and a throwback to the Jim Crow era.   Question No. 9 on the form asks: “What is Person 1’s race?”  The first selection, no surprise, is White. The second box includes choices in the following order – Black, African-Am., or Negro. Guardian Gagging Order Lifted, Trafigura Investigation

(Update below) When freedom of the press is compromised in the New World Order, it is nothing less than another example of  government having control over it’s population.   In yet another instance:

The Guardian has been prevented from reporting parliamentary proceedings on legal grounds which appear to call into question privileges guaranteeing free speech established under the 1688 Bill of Rights.

The Guardian is also forbidden from telling its readers why the paper is prevented – for the first time in memory – from reporting parliament. Legal obstacles, which cannot be identified, involve proceedings, which cannot be mentioned, on behalf of a client who must remain secret.

The only fact the Guardian can report is that the case involves the London solicitors Carter-Ruck, who specialise in suing the media for clients, who include individuals or global corporations. ( emphasis mine)

Gagged. Don’t stop the presses.  Last month,  the same reporter David Leigh wrote,  How the UK Oil Company Trafigura tried to cover up an Africa Pollution Disaster.  http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/sep/16/trafigura-oil-ivory-coast

The British oil trader Trafigura has offered to pay out in a historic damages claim from 31,000 Africans injured by the dumping of toxic waste in one of the worst pollution disasters in recent history, the Guardian can reveal.

The compensation deal for the victims of toxic oil waste dumping in west Africa – likely to be confirmed imminently – means the full extent of attempts to cover up what really happened can be spelled out for the first time. They have until now denied the compensation claims, and their lawyers repeatedly threatened anyone worldwide who sought to contradict their version. They launched a libel case against BBC Newsnight, forced a “correction” from the Times, demanded the Guardian deleted articles, and yesterday tried to gag  journalists in the Netherlands and Norway with legal threats.

Supporting his claim, Leigh provided internal emails from Trafigura’s company operatives around the world, which can be seen here- http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/sep/16/trafigura-email-files-read .  We do ask if  these company’s internal documents are proprietary or open as court documents?

The  e-mails “give a blow-by-blow account of the oil trading firm’s decision to buy gasoline from the Mexican state refinery PMI via a US oil terminal at Brownsville, and then process it at sea on a chartered tanker, the Probo Koala, using “caustic washing”.

Since the newspaper is under a gag order, we don’t know for sure if the two are related.  We surmise that there is enough preponderance of evidence that they are.  While the abuses allegedly committed by Tragifura come to light, it is not enlightening to know that a “democratic” Parliament has enabled itself,  ignoring laws to turn it’s back on freedom of the press.

“The editor, Alan Rusbridger, said: “The media laws in this country increasingly place newspapers in a Kafkaesque world in which we cannot tell the public anything about information which is being suppressed, nor the proceedings which suppress it. It is doubly menacing when those restraints include the reporting of parliament itself.”

The gag order comes on the heels of Italy’s freedom press rally where thousand’s gathered  protest in Rome’s central Piazza del Popolo against Silvio Berlusconi, Italy’s prime minister.  Berlusconi, owns three of Italy’s seven free-to-air TV channels, has also urged businessmen to stop placing ads in newspapers and magazines that attack him.

In yet another example of censorship, the Malaysia government has decided to prosecute the company that published the new cartoon magazine Gedung Kartun for not having a permit. The interior ministry said Zunar’s company, Sepakat Efektif, would be prosecuted under section 5 (2) (b) of the Printing Presses and Publication Act 1984 for “publication without a licence.” As its owner, Zunar faces up to three years in prison and a fine of up to 20 million ringgits.  Guess who issues the license?  The Malaysian government. http://www.rsf.org/spip.php?page=article&id_article=34658

Rashid Khalidi continues to make appearances and thanks some freedom of the press his views remain public.

Obama Birth Certificate Missing- Did Factcheck & Annenberg hold Luau Burning Documents?

Did the state of Hawaii, factcheck and the Annenberg Foundation just have a big old luau, roast a pig on birth certificate records- including President Obama’s, for the entire state and the voter wasn’t invited?

Lou Dobbs of CNN did a story (6/23/09) on a topic that some of us by now have reasonably asked ourselves- where is Obama’s Birth Certificate to prove his validity as natural born citizen? In questioning the so-called birthers, the shit hit the fan as CNN’s president as Jon Klein President of CNN allegedly said in an email-

“It seems this story is dead- because anyone who still is not convinced doesn’t really have a legitimate beef.” Klein asked CNN researchers to dig into the question of why Obama couldn’t produce the original birth certificate. The researchers contacted the Hawaii Health Dept. and confirmed that paper documents were discarded in 2001 when the department went paperless. That reportedly includes Pres. If the story were dead, why did the President of a major media outlet request the research in the first place?  Is Klein letting Dobbs be the fall guy?  Dobbs has expressed his personal belief that Obama was born in Hawaii.

I disagree with Klein in that I as an American citizen do, and am quite entitled to have a legitimate beef with a man as a sitting president who will not, or can not, and definitely has not provided proof- beyond any reasonable doubt that he is Constitutionally qualified to hold the office.

The center of attention is of course President Obama’s birth certificate, but what about his other records that he has failed to release to the public?  A full list of missing or now classified documents that he refuses to release are at  http://rightsoup.com/list-of-records-obama-refuses-to-release/.

Last year Hawaii released an official statement from the director of health Dr. Chiyome Fukino that she has seen Obama’s birth certificate and it exsits- circumventing State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) which prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. 

As the world turn, Dobbs said on his show July 23, 2009 that the state of Hawaii discarded Obama’s paper birth certificate eight years ago. So what the hell did the Hawaii Health Department officials see and what exactly did they mean to say in their news release of October 31, 2008?  A copy of the release is athttp://citizenwells.wordpress.com/2009/07/24/hawaii-discarded-obama-birth-certificate-lou-dobbs-cnn-july-23-2009-dobbs-wants-obama-to-produce-birth-certificate/.

The project’s organizing committee asked Obama to serve as the board chairman in 1995.  Annenberg Project Executive Director Ken Rollings said Ayers was not a member of that ad hoc group when the decision was made.  For seven years, Ayers and Obama — among many others — worked on funding for education projects, including some projects advocated by Ayers.

I Screwed Up, Admits That One

President Obama has admitted, “I screwed up,” in his reference to selecting Tom Daschle, Nancy Killefer,  and Bill Richardson, to key government positions.  How Tim Geithner squeaked by is beyond me.

“It’s important for this administration to send a message that there aren’t two sets of rules — you know, one for prominent people and one for ordinary folks who have to pay their taxes,” Obama said. Earlier in the day, Obama had proclaimed he was “absolutely” sticking with Daschle for Health and Human Services Secretary.-CNN

Only days on the job, and already he admits he screwed up?  Maybe the voters screwed up.  Certainly from someone with an advanced degree from Harvard, he could have chose to say I made a mistake instead of saying screwed. 

In another fine example of failure to vett potential nominees, we are again witness to people whose backgrounds reveal that they are deceitful, not unintentional oversights.   A person selected to oversee the implementation of policy should have impeccable credentials, just like Obama who has explained and dismissed any questionable relationship he has ever had with Ayers, Rezko, Kahlidi, Odinga, Rev. Wright Wrong, ACORN, etc. http://www.fightthesmears.com/

Obama has come out smelling like a rose en route the The Presidency even though his own vetting left a lot to be desired.  No one still has seen his official birth certificate even after numerous lawsuits by Berg, Donofrio and others.  Obama’s selective service documents are out of alignment with the truth. Where is his report card and transcripts?  Really, why would the American voters expect the vetting of his selections to be any different than Obama’s own vetting?

President Obama warned Republicans recently on Capitol Hill that they need to quit listening to radio king Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along with Democrats and the new administration.   “You can’t just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done,” he said to the GOP leaders whom he himself had invited to the White House to discuss his trillion dollar stimulus.  The funny thing is, I know more about Rush Limbaugh’s success and failures than Obama’s.  Too bad for Joe the Plumber who got a full vetting in public. 

Are we supposed to believe in all those government agencies working together to prevent terrorism when we have a leader who’s team can’t even vett or nominate someone without tax problems?  If the Obama government is trying to adjust the market’s allocation of wealth and opportunity it should start by selecting acceptable candidates and properly vetting them.  Perhaps he should take his own advice to heart and ask his wife when he said in an interview for of all places, The Ladies Home Journal, “I would never make a big decision without asking her opinion.”

The millions of Obama trolls must be saddened to know he owned up to a mistake.  Obama’s political e-mail list tops 13 million names, a digital force that he can rely on to push for his legislations, hinder critics, or seek support.  ” That power gives Obama’s on line advisers a potentially bigger role than many of his Cabinet picks and major hires in pushing through an agenda.   A Cabinet secretary stumping for a new bill has been rendered less powerful than a million e-mails crashing the Capitol; a visit to the Hill from top aides is unmatched to on line petitions that clog legislative offices.” http://sweetness-light.com/archive/obamas-online-trolls-to-keep-at-it.  The good thing for Obama is he doesn’t have to vett 13 million names.

The little thorns on the stem of the rose that smelled like sweet victory got him elected in the first place will keep pricking and poking away at his selections and his plans-those little thorns are called Republicans. As Obama so eloquently pointed out when people disagree with his policy, he said arrogantly, “I Won,” when challenged by republican Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl of Arizona over the contents of the stimulus package. 

You sure did win President Obama, now stop screwing up our land of hope and change.

The last political figure to admit, “I screwed up,” was John McCain telling David Letterman when he canceled a “Late Show” appearance. 

We all know what happened to McCain.

Having dirty underwear is pretty shitty and lots of politicians are shitting themselves about now.  Guilt by association doesn’t hold up in a court of law, but added up- circumstantial evidence just might.  Patrick Fitzgerald said, “The citizens of Illinois deserve public officials who act solely in the public’s interest, without putting a price tag on government appointments, contracts and decisions.”  I believe he misspoke.  No one in America deserves the hand that has been dealt, not just those in Illinois.

About the same time in NY,  Bernie Madoff  the former chairman of the Nasdaq Stock Market who founded Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC, the closely held market-making firm was running a hedge fund under an alleged ponzi scheme that racked up billions of fraudulent losses.  

Madoff told senior employees of his firm on Wednesday that “it’s all just one big lie” and that it was “basically, a giant Ponzi scheme,” with estimated investor losses of about $50 billion, according to the U.S. Attorney’s criminal complaint against him. I am beginning to think Obama paid for the tape himself.  Obama made no comment that I could find, instead the campaign insisted that its candidate “has been clear that Rashid Khalidi is not an adviser to him or his campaign and that he does not share Khalidi’s views.”

Obama Can’t Dismiss The Supreme Court

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.  It isn’t Halloween anymore, and the skeletons are still coming out of the Obama closet. 

Just when he thought Obama thought he could breath easy with the likes of Ayers, Rezko, Autchi behind him along comes Rod Blagojevich dragging the Obama name back through the slime of Chicago and Illinois politics yet again.

 The full complaint is at http://www.chicagotribune.com/media/acrobat/2008-12/43789434.pdf .  I highlight, the FBI affidavit said Blagojevich had been told by an adviser “the president-elect can get Rod Blagojevich’s wife on paid corporate boards in exchange for naming the president-elects pick to the Senate.”‘  Someone from the Obama team got taped for two whole hours talking about Obama’s Senate Seat up for grabs and the http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/ once again has summed up nicely the damning, mounting evidence to at the very least, Obama’s previous relationships. 

Who the hell has time to sit and talk for two hours? Why doesn’t Obama look as surprised as the rest of us?  Why isn’t he making passionate commentary on the issue instead spewing stoic words like Abe Lincoln?  Where is his outrage?  “It would be inappropriate to comment” said Obama in a statement. Where is the outrage from all those people who voted for him?  No comment?  Where is Bush who could appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the team that will replace his?

Who will be fired first? Patrick Fitzgerald the prosecuting attorney, or chosen one, Rahm Emanuel?   Maybe Axelrod who got his dates wrong and admitted the two met but then got amnesia? 

I found this humorous- Alternet  http://www.alternet.org/blogs/peek/112008/obama_unfairly_attacked_for_crimes_he_didn’t_commit_(again)/ writes that  “numerous news organizations have been attempting to make this the first “scandal” of the Obama presidency as if Blagojevich is somehow a member of the transition or an appointee to the future administration. The truth is Obama never endorsed Blagojevich and Blagojevich never endorsed Obama. Unless you consider Blagojevich’s obnoxious “f**k him” remark to be an endorsement, that is.”  I’m not sure what was more funny-  that the blogger thinks this is the first scandal or the fact that both Obama and Emanuel have worked for Blagojevich’s campaign, could not be called an endorsement of Blagojevich.

Maybe they didn’t speak, maybe they did. Maybe Obama told Blago to f**k off.   Maybe Obama is eligible, maybe he isn’t.  Maybe, maybe, maybe someone will bring a case to the Court that maybe will put and end to all the Obaminations coming from Illinois and Obama himself. 

The list of maybes attached to Obama is beyond belief and goes all the way back to the day of his birth.  Maybe he was born in Hawaii, maybe he was born in Kenya.   His own site www.fightthesmears.com says…

So far, the wisdom of the Court has prevailed as the case did not get thrown out on its ear and is scheduled for a full conference some time today, December 15, 2008.  Maybe, just maybe this case will be heard with expediency and forthrightness so that Obama is unable to dismiss lingering eligibility concerns.  Maybe the Court can pick a date before January 20, 2009.  The Supremes should forget Christmas break and not forget about the millions of Americans who died with honor defending our Constitution.

Obama has dismissed just about every single association he has had barring his wife and kids.  I don’t think anyone has seen his marriage certificate either.   On that one, let’s give him the benefit of the doubt that he is indeed married.  He’s dismissed releasing not only his birth certificate but his medical records and college records.  What’s to hide?  Even McCain admitted he was far from a stellar student. 

One thing Obama can not dismiss is the acts of The Supreme Court.  Yes, some cases regarding President Elects eligibility have been dismissed but no one can dismiss the blatant “above the law” attitude that Obama has chosen for himself.  No one can dismiss the fact that the Supremes are learning more and more about these matters.  I begin to wonder if the courts thought process is lumping together all the issues from Berg, Donofrio, and Wrotnowski cases and coming to the conclusion that while it not be in the best interest of the nation to have an unconstitutional president, it needs to define exactly what that means.

Obama can not dismiss the fact that he is from the same Illinois political machine as other imprisoned and indited politicians nor dismiss the rulings of The Supreme Court which may today turn a full conference into a full hearing.

Obama has tried to stay ahead of the fray.  Anyone who walks in the middle of the road will get run over sooner or later.

Obama’s Ties to Blagojevich in Gotham City

Obama’s antics have been a lol like Batman and Robin movies, running around Gotham pretending he has super powers to save the good people.  From Batman Begins (2006)  –

Obama has in fact manufactured himself in to an ideal alright, but Obama doesn’t have the same super powers as Batman.  The characters like Rezko, Ayers, Khalidi and others are coming back to haunt him. 

Underscoring yesterdays indictment of Governor Blagojevich in Chicago, the scenario is far more frightening for Obama, whose Senate seat it seems was up for sale, a crime of corruption and abuse of power so massive on the scale of Justice.  The audacity.   Watergate, Obamagate, Senategate, what next?

The NY Times editorial summarized it this way- In exchange for his pick, authorities said Mr. Blagojevich was looking for a substantial salary for himself at a foundation or an organization affiliated with labor unions, a highly paid position for his wife on corporate boards, a cabinet post or ambassadorship for himself or promises of future campaign funds.”  Does this translate to a Barack Obama, in return for naming his selection for the Senate making promises to the governor?  Tit for tat. 

Even more integrating, Blagojevich has not stepped down and may yet still name a replacement.

Fitzgerald only has until January 20 to indict Barack Obama and anyone else.  If/When he takes the oath of office Jan. 20, he plans to be sworn in like every other president, using his full name: Barack Hussein Obama.  That aside, Fitzpatrick will have to move fast because with so many people with ties to Obama, he is most likely going to be fired the day he takes office.  So who might  be named next?  Maybe the FBI informant who informed Blagojevich, Emmanuel, Strautmanis, Axelrod, Barack Hussein Obama and/or  Joe Biden?

Tony Rezko raised about $250,000 for the senator’s campaign and then, “Obama, seeking to distance himself from his patron [Rezko], has donated $160,000 in Rezko-related contributions to charity.” (Dan Morain, “Obama To Be In Background Of Trial,” Los Angeles Times, 3/3/08)   Guess Obama kept the other $90,000.

Fitzgerald, was clear that the complaint makes no allegations against Mr. Obama.  This complaint may not, but the next one might.  

All are rightfully presumed innocent until proven guilty but, if Obama is dragged into this saga and found guilty of collaborating with Blagojevich, who will benefit the most?  The 25th Amendment, “If the President and Vice President are found disqualified from their offices, the succession of office goes to, Sec. of State”.  None other than,  Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Tit for tat.

Obama Lawsuits Pending at Supreme Court

Is it Constitutional Law or Common Law that dictates the qualification of a natural born citizen and eligibility to hold the office of President?  I don’t think the Supreme Court is certain who has standing in seeking out the true citizenship and authentic birth certificate of President Elect Obama.  SCOTUS will be gathering in conference this Friday, December 5, 2008 to find out.  The Supreme Court judges will hopefully not deviate from their responsibility, which is the strict interpretation of written law.  I hope they will allow both the Berg and Donofrio cases to proceed against the grain of popularity, and with the scale of justice.

Leo C Donofrio, SCOTUS Docket No. 08A407, Donofrio v. Wells, and recently Cort Wrotnowski, (SCOTUS Docket No. 08A469 lay in wait for review or dismissal at SCOTUS.  Berg hasn’t gone anywhere for the moment- from his SCOTUS appeal,

Ain’t that a kick in the pants?  It all goes back to the fact that if Philip J. Berg, American citizen, and former attorney general of Pennsylvania doesn’t have the “standing” to bring this type of lawsuit against Obama, then who in America does have standing? How is it that the lower court has decided that a citizen can not enforce there own Constitution in a court of law?

What the Judge missed is that Berg wasn’t challenging political rhetoric at all, he was and is, challenging Constitutional and Common Law that dictates who is eligible.  Berg’s filing to SCOTUS can be found here- http://www.sectalk.com/boards/showthread.php?t=62655&referrerid=1579

At the very least one hopes Berg’s case gets remanded back to the lower court who created this grave error in its ruling and at the very best scenario, The Supreme Court agrees to hear the case.

More filings are pouring in to lower and federal court to get to the bottom of Obama’s eligibility with Darrel Reese Hunter of Texas,  who ran as a Democratic Presidential nominee http://www.ontheissues.org/senate/Darrel_Hunter.htm.   According to his financial records he didn’t have much success in fund raising, garnering merely $200 in support of himself.  http://query.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/can_detail/P40003022/ . Essek and Hunter have put themselves out there for scrutiny, whatever there motives.  They as citizens, voters and wanna be elected officials, are pursuing fair competition for a fair election.  In all fairness to Obama, I haven’t seen their birth certificates either, but I’d bet they show you theirs if you showed them yours.  Don’t forget about Alan Keyes, former Reagan administration official, Ambassador and presidential candidate was among petitioners who filed an action last Thursday in the Superior Court of California seeking a court order enjoining Barack Obama’s California Electors from signing the Certificate of Vote until documentation showing the president-elect’s constitutional eligibility to serve as president is produced.

On other news from Hawaii http://www.earthfrisk.com/blog/?p=135#comment-7990  claims that none of HI hospitals have a record of birth for Obama.  In a most impressive compilation http://gto7.wordpress.com/2008/12/03/shocker-why-obama-will-not-be-president-in-january/ writes of the discrepancies in Hawaii law that may have allowed Obama and anyone else to obtain a Hawaiian birth certificate, even if he/she wasn’t born there. 

Shame, shame on Hawaii.  Is it still that easy to obtain a fraudulent birth certificate in Hawaii?  OMG- talk about a loophole in national security.   How can Governor Lingle in good conscious allow this to continue?  No wonder Andy Martin has been so persistent.  Here we have a government, capable of tracking our every move and it still issues documents to people born in foreign lands.

Ayer’s was a community organizer in Chicago around when Obama was, Obama went to a party at his house once and served with Ayers on a board THAT HAD ITS ROOTS IN THE REAGAN ADMINISTRATION!!! It was NOT a radical agenda, something about cars.  Stop associating this wacko with Obama! Its a weak argument and lowers the standard of McCain’s campaign!

This comment, ladies and gentlemen is the problem with America.  To even associate Ayers, a  member of CPUSA with the late great President Reagan is ludacris and what is more ludacris is that someone thinks it has to do with cars.  Cars?  WTFUp America.  Do tell, how questioning the truth about the characters of persons associated with is defamatory to McCain?   As for the cars comment, America will be out of the Automotive Industry faster than a flea lands on a camel’s ass the way the current economy is going. 

A few who knew Ayers during and before his WUO days know that the federal riot and bombing conspiracy charges against him, which were dropped in 1974 because of prosecutory misconduct, were not fantasies of imagination. They were not surprised that Ayers allegedly declaimed with glee, “Guilty as Hell, Free as a Bird, America is a great country.”

PS-  Pay attention to the source of that quote–it is almost mainstream media America— where questioning nothing has almost, almost cost us Democracy.  If little old Pittsburgh PA wants answers where is the rest of America?
