A new study from PLOS Pathogens, Biological and Structural Characterization of a Host-Adapting Amino Acid in Influenza Virushttp://www.plospathogens.org/article/info%3Adoi%2F10.1371%2Fjournal.ppat.1001034 shows that a lysine amino acid is located in a different place in the protein strand than expected, and possibly the reason why H1N1 can adapt so easily.
…these results have led to the concept that PB2-627K or PB2-701N are critical for efficient influenza virus replication in mammalian species. Nevertheless, the pandemic H1N1 viruses and some H5N1 influenza viruses isolated from humans do not possess these amino acids. Here, we sought to identify additional amino acid changes that facilitate virus adaptation in mammalian species.
The findings offer an interesting insight.
The study was carried out on ferret, ostrich, mice, dog cell lines and human embryonic kidney cells. All influenza viruses used in this study were amplified in MDCK (dog) cells.

While Ad5-vectored vaccine candidates have been shown in early clinical trials to elicit relatively strong and long-lasting cellular immunity against HIV, they may be ineffective in developing countries. These vaccine candidates use Ad5 as a vector or ‘carrier’ to transfer inactive genetic material from HIV into human cells and stimulate an immune response to HIV.

Nor will all cultures be comfortable with philanthropic foundations that promote Western values of freedom, technological progress and entrepreneurship to solve the world’s underlying problems.
The ideas of false reactions in the lab, a pre-existing immunity, and increased false positive results for HIV are not encouraging to say the least. The poor people in developing nations are really most poor off when subjected to medical testing and cultural changes. Most infections with adenovirus result in infections of the upper respiratory tract. Adenovirus infections often show up as conjunctivitis, tonsilitis (which may look exactly like strep throat and cannot be distinguished from strep except by throat culture), an ear infection, or croup. Some children (especially small ones) can develop adenovirus bronchiolitis or pneumonia, both of which can be severe. Adenoviruses are often transmitted by coughed-out droplets, but can also be transmitted by contact with an infected person, or by virus particles left on objects such as towels and faucet handles. Some people with adenovirus gastroenteritis may shed the virus in their stools for months after getting over the symptoms. The virus can be passed from one person to another through some sexual practices, and through water in swimming pools that do not have enough chlorine in them. As with many other illnesses, good handwashing is one way to lessen the spread of adenoviruses from one person to another. Heat and bleach will kill adenoviruses on objects.
There are no antiviral drugs to treat adenoviral infections, so treatment is largely directed at the symptoms (such as acetaminophen for fever).

The symptoms of H1N1 are similar to those of regular seasonal flu. Virtually all the flu now in this country is H1N1 and not the seasonal flu, although there are other flu-like viruses that cause many illnesses. Whether it is caving to pharmaceutical pressure or what, America now has Agriflu added to its list of acceptable vaccines, further opening the door to allow Novartis to produce variated swine flu or some other pandemic vaccine in the future. It is safe for pregnant women to use any licensed swine flu vaccine, whether it contains a “booster” substance known as an “adjuvant” or not, the World Health Organisation said today. For that matter, there is no large randomized clinical trial on the influenza vaccine and whether it prevents death.
Pregnancy Category C: Animal reproduction studies have not been conducted with Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine or AFLURIA. It is also not known whether these vaccines can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity. Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.

The U.S. Approved, Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine, also contains Polysorbate 80 as does Celvapan, the second influenza vaccine made in a mammalian cell line that has been approved in the UK..
According to Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, Volume 95, Number 6, December 2005 , pp. 593-599(7), “it is of current relevance as a ‘hidden’ inductor of anaphylactoid reactions”, and “Polysorbate 80 was identified as the causative agent for the anaphylactoid reaction of nonimmunologic origin in the patient. Conclusions: Polysorbate 80 is a ubiquitously used solubilizing agent that can cause severe nonimmunologic anaphylactoid reactions.”
Put in plain English, polysorbate 80 can affect your immune system and cause severe anaphylactic shock which can kill. Emergency powers are not solely derived from legal sources. The extent of their invocation and use is also contingent upon the personal conception which the incumbent of the Presidential office has of the Presidency and the premises upon which he interprets his legal powers. EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.
EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.
Officials said this was not in response to any single development on an outbreak that has lasted months and has killed more than 1,000 people in the United States. So why declare a National Emergency now?

We would give thumbs up if we were to succumb to the theory of big pharmaceutical and government collaboration and collusion. Much evidence points H1N1 to being lab created. Wherever H1N1 originated from, it is a viral mutation from animals that has jumped into the human species. No virologist can predict the mutation of H1N1. No vaccine in the U.S. contains adjuvants, just a little injury causing mercury. Also, no cell line from African Green Monkey has been revealed in vaccine manufacturing for the U.S. (at least that we know of)

Lumping in the female perspective- perhaps women who may be pregnant do not want to pass toxins on to their fetus. Every source cites the fact that there no clinical studies on fertility from taking the H1N1 or seasonal flu vaccines.

The move to have active duty troops on U.S. soil throws Posse Comitatus out the door. Will the same planning measures of isolation, quarantine, and sequestration that applies to military personnel also apply to civilians?

As always with pandemic flu’s, taxpayers are footing the $1.5 billion check for the 250 million swine flu vaccines that the government has ordered so far and will be distributing free to doctors, pharmacies and schools. The Free Flu Shots that are being distributed cost taxpayers a whopping $600 each! There are about 307 million people in the United States, http://www.census.gov/main/www/popclock.html . Current vaccine distribution leaves roughly 57 million or about 18% of the population in the U.S. without access to the H1N1 Influenza Monovalent Vaccine.
Americans, by and large are skeptics and self-select whether or not to get any kind of vaccine. The evidence that vaccines may do more harm than good has become the topic at the water cooler and here. Children get 55 vaccines, and most of the adult population has had numerous inoculations. You only have to look at your arm as a reminder of the polio vaccine and the scar it left behind.
When it comes to the seasonal and Swine Flu shots, parents would be negligent not to worry about a virus that has caused hospitalization and death of both adults and children. As to whether parents are negligent in giving their child yet another vaccine, time will tell. We hope the last government Swine Flu Vaccination program from 1976 is not a precursor to what we can expect to see in the future.
