This morning another 6+ quake. A 7.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Torres Islands, Vanuatu area on Thursday, October 08, 2009  The earthquake occurred near the boundary between the Australia and Pacific plates. http://geology.com/news/2009/7-8-m-vanatu-earthquake-and-tsunami-warning.shtml

In a little known study outside the scientific world:  HAARP One- Hop Experiment The South Pacific Buoy, deployed April 2004. 

The program will study radio waves generated by the HAARP transmitter in Alaska. We expect some waves to be ducted along the earth’s magnetic field lines – propagating out beyond five times the earth’s radius and returning to earth at a remote location in the South Pacific Ocean….  {the South Pacific is a hot bed of Seismic Activity} These waves will propagate through several important physical layers beyond the earth’s atmosphere. With props to http://blacklistednews.com/?news_id=5975,  An experiment that fires powerful radio waves into the sky has created a patch of ‘artificial ionosphere’, mimicking the uppermost portion of Earth’s atmosphere.  It has spent nearly two decades using radio waves to probe Earth’s magnetic field and ionosphere. HAARP’s high-frequency radio waves can accelerate electrons in the atmosphere, increasing the energy of their collisions and creating a glow.

February 2008, HAARP induced a strange bulls eye pattern in the night sky. Instead of the expected fuzzy, doughnut-shaped blob, surprising irregular luminescent bands radiated out from the centre of the bulls eye, according to Todd Pedersen, a research physicist at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Massachusetts, who leads the team that ran the experiment at HAARP. The team modelled how the energy sent skywards from the HAARP antenna array would trigger these odd shapes. They determined that the areas of the bullseye with strange light patterns were in regions of denser, partially ionized gas in the atmosphere, as measured by ground-based high-frequency radar used to track the ionosphere.

“The novelty is not seeing the aurora – it’s the fact that we can actually create enough high-energy electrons to form plasma,” said Mike Kosch, chair of Experimental Space Science at Lancaster University, UK. “It shows something completely different and new that we hadn’t expected. Feb 5,6- Super Tuesday Tornado Eighty-seven tornadoes occurred over the course of the outbreak, which lasted over 15 hours from the afternoon of February 5 until the early morning of February 6. Feb 28-A shutdown at the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Station causes a loss of electricity for millions for millions in Florida. http://www.reuters.com/article/rbssFinancialServicesAndRealEstateNews/idUSN2636006520080226  “Some sort of “disturbance” in the power grid forced the Turkey Point nuclear plant in south Florida to go into an emergency shutdown…Officials called it a domino chain of blackouts. 

Ten significant seismic events, unusual weather patterns, and volcanic eruptions, nuclear power outages.  All in February of 2008,  all the while HAARP messes with the ionosphere.   Are we beginning to see a pattern here?

After the 1930 Idu Peninsula earthquake in Japan, for example, researchers collected over 1500 reports of unknown lights. And the Tangshan earthquake in China on 28th July 1976 was accompanied by a “colorful, flashing light display [that] was seen in the sky 200 miles away” In 1988 and 1999, the Saguenay region of Quebec had thirty eight instances of EQL activity,

1. Seismic lightning (no thunder);
2. Luminous bands in atmosphere;
3. Globular incandescent masses;
4. Fire tongues, small mobile flames near the ground, like Will-o’-the wisps; and

Just before the earthquake struck Sichuan province in China, there were odd visual disturbances and they were caught film and tape.  One puzzle is that the colors in the Chinese clouds were upside down from a normal circumzenithal halo – red pointing toward the horizon and blue to wards the Sun, instead of the other way round.

Just to throw in climate change, which is not weather the U.S. is presently covered with about 20% of snow.  We personally skipped the killing frost, and went right to snow.  Since October 10th the coverage has increased from 13.2% of the USA covered by snow. http://www.prisonplanet.com/early-start-to-winter-%E2%89%8820-of-usa-is-covered-in-snow-already.html

If HAARP is in some sort of collusion with global warming,  it is failing miserably over portions of the U.S.
