How about the missing vials of lord knows what, bc they don’t from Ft. Detrick. Recall it was the plague and missing animals and vials.

Bad idea people. Just wait til WHO ask you to get a vaccine for a flu that never existed until it was made in a lab.

While humans are not ideal hosts for H5N1, bird flu viruses do sometimes manage to adapt for easy transmission from human to human, and the results can be devastating. In 1918, one such transformation led to the Spanish flu pandemic, a global outbreak that claimed an estimated 50 million people.

To better understand the possibility of H5N1 making a similar transformation, two teams of scientists recently manipulated the virus until it could spread through the air from one ferret to another. Getting back to the eggs.

Avian influenza (AI)–the bird flu–is a virus that infects wild birds (such as ducks, gulls, and shorebirds) and domestic poultry (such as chickens, turkeys, ducks, and geese). There is a flu for birds just as there is for humans and, as with people, some forms of the flu are worse than others.

Wild ducks often introduce LPAI into domestic flocks raised on range or in open flight pens through fecal contamination. Within a poultry house, transfer of an HPAI virus between birds also can occur via airborne secretions. The spread of avian influenza between poultry premises almost always follows the movement of contaminated people and equipment.

AI also can be found on the outer surfaces of egg shells and in the case of HPAI, can infect the inside of the egg which includes the yolk and albumen or the egg white. Transfer to eggs is a potential means of AI transmission. Airborne transmission of virus from farm to farm is highly unlikely under usual circumstances.

HPAI can be spread from birds to people as a result of extensive direct contact with infected birds. Broad concerns about public health relate to the potential for the HPAI virus, such as the HPAI H5N1, to mutate, or change into a form that could spread easily from person to person. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is aggressively working to ensure public health is protected.”

To address the variability in the egg supply, Sanofi Pasteur restructured its flock management so that embryonated eggs would be available to support vaccine production at full capacity throughout the year. Flu Killing Seals, Chickens, People V2

The flu is back in the news.
Last fall, 162 dead harbor seal pups washed up on the beaches of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

In a paper published Tuesday in the journal mBio, a team of scientists reports that the pups were killed by a new strain of influenza. Their research indicates that the virus evolved from bird flu, gaining the ability to spread from seal to seal — a real-life example of the transformation that scientists have been exploring in their labs.

Within 24 hours, Dr. Anthony and his colleagues had discovered that all five seals carried an influenza virus. There have been a few documented flu outbreaks in seals, the most recent having hit in 1992. As far as scientists can tell, these outbreaks came directly from birds; the virus could not spread from mammal to mammal.

Within another 24 hours, the researchers had determined that the virus was a strain of the flu never seen in seals. The virus belongs to a flu subtype known as H3N8. 162 seals did not eat the same bird to get the virus.  The H3N8 flu virus adapted to its mammal hosts. Just like when one person in your family gets the flu, they spread it to others. The good scientists knew this within 48 hours but it took them nearly 10 months to release their findings? uh, huh.  Far as we know there is no flu vaccine for the seals. There is one for chickens and Mexico is buying 10 millions of them to combat against the highly contagious bird flu strain that has already led to the deaths of five million birds which either fell ill or were slaughtered.

The National Health, Food Safety and Food Quality Service (SENASICA)  reiterates that the H7N3 influenza virus poses no risk to humans, whether they are in contact with birds or poultry products, such as meat and eggs, and that the control measures are intended to protect the commercial poultry production in the area.

It was confirmed that three laboratories – Avimex, IASA and Ceva – will manufacture in Mexico some 80 million doses of the vaccine. Those will be available later this month to protect a population, initially, of 40 million birds. We begin to wonder if H7N3 poses no risk to humans, is there an increased chance of a vaccinated

chicken being more toxic?

Many vaccine manufacturers rely on using chicken eggs to harvest compounds for use in influenza vaccines.  Contaminated chickens, contaminated eggs being used in the processing of vaccines? Not everyone tho uses the chicken embryo, now we have them being processed with tobacco leaves.  Yep, likely government subsidized tobacco.

DARPA has been trying to determine new ways of churning out antidotes in as little time as possible. Now its researchers say, that in only a month, scientists “produced more than 10 million doses (as defined in an animal model) of an H1N1 influenza vaccine candidatebased on virus-like particles (VLP).” Through DARPA’s previously established Blue Angel program, researchers have spent several years searching for new ways to produce mass quantities of vaccine-grade protein that could be used to combat what they say are very real emerging and novel biological threats. Andy Sheldon, Chief Executive Officer of Medicago , says in the company’s own press release that “The completion of the rapid fire test marks a substantial achievement in demonstrating our technology and the potential for Medicago to be the first responder in the event of a pandemic flu outbreak.”

Flu Rash, Gianotti-Crosti

Gianotti-Crosti sounds like a great name for an Italian sports car, instead it is the name of a rash that is often symptomatic with the administration of vaccines, like H1N1 Swine Flu, seasonal flu and others.

One of the most read articles on Ahrcanum is “Swine Flu, Rash Hives and Symptoms” at https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/10/19/swine-flu-rash-hives-symptoms/  where you can read posts from hundreds of people sharing in having some sort of rash.  Included there, is a post from “Good Luck,” who has a two year old grandaughter nicknamed JuneBug who had a horrible rash.  The parents opted to give her the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine with it’s two standard doses.  Six, yes Six doctors later it has been identified as Gianotti-Crosti Syndrome.

The rash of Gianotti-Crosti syndrome (GCS) usually has sudden onset and may be associated with an acute infectious illness or immunization. The rash is usually present for 2-4 weeks but can last as long as 4 months.  http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1111108-overview

It is most common in Mediterranean countries according to http://www.whonamedit.com/synd.cfm/4051.html.  I do not believe so many of the sufferers of this rash have been visiting the Mediterranean on holiday.

While the condition usually resolves spontaneously within about 3 weeks it is listed as a “rare disease” by the Office of Rare Diseases (ORD) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection

Kaposi’s sarcoma is characterized by purple or blue papules or macules of vascular origin on the skin, mucous membranes, and viscera. These lesions decrease in size with firm pressure and then return to their original size within 10 to 15 seconds. They may become scaly and ulcerate with bleeding.

Multiple variants of Kaposi’s sarcoma are known; most individuals are immunocompromised in some way, especially those with HIV or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Human herpes virus-8 has been strongly implicated as a cofactor in the development of Kaposi’s sarcoma.

Lichen planus

Discrete, flat, angular or polygonal, violet papules, commonly marked with white lines or spots, are characteristic of lichen planus. The papules may be linear or coalesce into plaques and usually appear on the lumbar region, genitalia, ankles, anterior tibiae, and wrists. Lesions usually develop first on the buccal mucosa as a lacy network of white or gray threadlike papules or plaques. Pruritus, distorted fingernails, and atrophic alopecia commonly occur.

Mononucleosis (infectious)

A maculopapular rash that resembles rubella is an early sign of mononucleosis in 10% of patients. The rash is typically preceded by a headache, malaise, and fatigue. It may be accompanied by a sore throat, cervical lymphadenopathy, and fluctuating temperature with an evening peak of 101° to 102° F (38.3° to 38.9° C). Splenomegaly and hepatomegaly may also develop.

For most flu sufferers, the list of complaints includes fever, malaise, a sore throat, and a headache.

A New Flu and Antrhrax, Vaccines

The Flu, Anthrax, Plague and Vaccines.

The U.S. Government has agreed to pay $2.5 million to the widow and family of  The National Inquirer Florida tabloid photo editor, Robert Stevens who was  killed in the 2001 anthrax attacks.  The document also says the U.S. is not admitting fault and she has to return sensitive documents. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/news/palm-beach/boca-raton/fl-anthrax-award-20111129,0,3694250.story

Whatever is in those sensitive documents surely would have been brought out in a trial.  Who will be the first to file a FOI?  The FBI continues to blame Bruce Ivins out of  Fort Detrick- he never got a trail and is an alleged suicide victim over dosing on Tylenol.  There’s a lot of doubt about that, some which we’ve written about prior here=http://wp.me/paBV0-JF.    Another scientist, Steve Hatfill was also accused but was cleared and got a $5.8 million settlement for invasion of privacy.

The CDC id’s a new strain and there is a vaccine in the mix already? Dang that was fast.  What about testing?  Want to be a Guinea pig?  How about testing out an anthrax shot?

The Obama Care folks have authorized yet another vaccine trial, this one to test an anthrax vaccine on children.

Would you ever think to knowingly allow your child to be a part of an anthrax vaccine test?  How about any other vaccine test?   The U.S. government is supposed to obtain informed consent before giving an unapproved and experimental vaccine to anyone.  Yet in 1998, the Pentagon began a controversial mandatory immunization program for military personnel that was challenged in court over questions about the vaccine’s safety and reliability. 

The federal government has spent something like $1.1 billion to stockpile the anthrax vaccine to protect Americans in the event of an attack.  Imagine if the federal government spent an addition $1.1 billion on our borders with Mexico to protect Americans?

“The U.S. Government must do a better job of preparing for anticipated emergencies…. The German government did a good job at stockpiling an H1N1 vaccine and today are burning it.

Maybe sitting in a tanning bed isn’t such as good idea in general.  Some studies though, show an increase of Vitamin D keeps the flu away.  Might as well lay at the beach.

“The 2011-2012 vaccine will protect against an influenza A H3N2 virus, an influenza B virus and the H1N1 virus that emerged in 2009 to cause a pandemic,” according to the CDC.

Pandemic, what pandemic? The one that the media and Big Pharma has created?  Even the CDC website lists it as a Seasonal Flu.

Calling it Swine Flu or seasonal flu doesn’t really matter, what does matter is that the flu strain is rearing its ugly genetic mutations again and again. From Recombinomics, http://www.recombinomics.com/News/10251101/trH3N2_Adolescent.html

Although the same trH3N2 was in all five human isolates (from three states collected over a two month time frame), the gene constellation has not been reported in any swine isolate.

In spite of the solid sequence data, the CDC continues to cite a swine linkage for human trH3N2 cases, even though no symptomatic swine or trH3N2 virus has been reported for any of the swine loosely linked to the five human trH3N2 cases.

In the final 10 weeks of the 2010/2011 season (weeks 30-39) most (67) of the 107 influenza A positive cases were not sub-typed and most H3N2 sequences from adolescents collected since July, 2011 have been trH3N2 cases.  The CDC has released H3N2 sequences from 15 cases infected since July.  The age was given for 13 cases, and 4 were adults.  For the 9 sets of sequences from adolescents, 5 were the trH3N2 cases (see list below).

Thus, the CDC has failed to provide evidence that the human trH3N2 cases in 2011 originated in swine, or that the trH3N2 cases in adolescents were rare.

The CDC should be testing all influenza A positive samples for swine H3 using the sensitive PCR test, which should also be distributed to all state testing labs.

If his theory is correct that the, “CDC has failed to provide evidence that the human trH3N2 cases in 2011 originated in swine,” where did it originate from?  Why aren’t they sub-typing?

A natural evolution of the flu? Or maybe it came from a Fort Detrick, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, or some nefarious source? From ABC News, September 15, 2005:

Officials discovered two weeks ago a failure to account for three of 24 mice that had been injected with a bacterium that causes various forms of the plague, including bubonic plague, inside the high-security facility located in the middle of the city of Newark. The CDC claims that the vaccines have no relationship to Guillain-Barre syndrome.  Well……………maybe NOT.

How effective is the vaccine? Although 70 to 90 percent of recipients develop antibodies, the amount of flu that is prevented is questionable. Business as Usual in Vaccine Industry

It is business as usual for the vaccine industry.  The Supreme Court heard a case last week that could have destroyed pharmaceutical companies that manufacture vaccines.  

On February 22, the court ruled 6-2 to keep the special Vaccine Court system intact. In particular, they ruled against Russell and Robalee Bruesewitz, who were suing for damages on behalf of their daughter Hannah http://genome.fieldofscience.com/2011/02/supreme-court-saves-vaccine-system.html.

You see, in America if you want to sue a vaccine manufacturer you are required to go through special arbitration, in something called The Vaccine Court.  Federal law under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 ,

“The majority said that Congress found such a system necessary to ensure that vaccines remain readily available, and that federal regulators are in the best position to decide whether vaccines are safe and properly designed.”- Wapo.

Yep, you read correctly federal regulators are in the best position to make decisions on vaccine safety.  There is no tort remedy at all!  Too bad if the vaccine was not properly prepared, you have no remediation outside of The Vaccine Court.

Not surprisingly, the anti-vaccine groups like Age of Autism find this appalling,

No amount of reform or vaccination is going to stop viral mutations.  It what they do, so why didn’t we all get sick and die from H1N1?  Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases of the National Institutes of Health, holder of the Presidential Medal of Freedom and the National Medal of Science says,

As luck would have it, earlier this month–

“Feb 17, 2011 (CIDRAP News http://www.cidrap.umn.edu/cidrap/content/influenza/swineflu/news/feb1711strains.html  ) – Signaling that the current flu strains are likely to persist over the next several months, the World Health Organization (WHO) today recommended sticking with the current trio of vaccine strains for the Northern Hemisphere’s next influenza season.

The WHO’s vaccine strain advisory committee met on Feb 15 and 16 and released its recommendation on the WHO’s Web site. The group recommends the following for next season’s vaccine:

  • For the H1N1 component, a strain similar to A/California/7/2009
  • For the H3N2 component, a strain similar to A/Perth/16/2009
  • For the B component, a strain similar to B/Brisbane/60/2008-like virus

Each February, WHO experts assess the flu strains circulating throughout the globe before recommending the strains for the Northern Hemisphere’s next seasonal flu vaccine. It takes about 6 months for vaccine manufacturers to grow the viruses in chicken eggs and formulate them into trivalent vaccines.”

In the case of H1N1, it took about month before anyone added up the pieces to notify the public that there was a threat, yet within months we had a vaccine in place.

Across the drink in Ireland, “In its annual report, the Irish Medicines Board (IMB) has revealed that the Swine Flu vaccination has been linked to an increase in adverse reaction reports, with an additional 900 adverse reaction reports this year, reported The Herald.

“The committee agrees that further investigation is warranted concerning narcolepsy and vaccination against influenza (H1N1) 2009 with Pandemrix and other pandemic H1N1 vaccines,” the WHO said, quoted CBS News, which noted that the European Medicines Agency is also looking into the issue, as well. Pandemrix is not being used in the U.S. due to its immune-boosting compound that is not approved in this country.

Significantly, a CBS News Investigation in October 2009 revealed that reports from the U.S. government concerning the Swine Flu Outbreak were significantly overblown and that data from all of the United States indicated that many cases diagnosed as the swine flu were not a flu; the CDC apparently advised doctors to diagnose and count all flu-like illness as swine flu, without testing, added CBS News. http://www.newsinferno.com/pharmaceuticals/swine-flu-shots-lead-to-spike-in-irish-adverse-event-reports/ 

What?  The CDC may have advised doctors to diagnose flu-like symptoms as being H1N1, really imagine that? Because they could, can, did and just might do it again, and there is nothing you can do about it in a court of law in The United States of America.

Swine Flu Pandemic Cancelled, Investigation for FluGate Stalls in U.S.

The Swine Flu Pandemic has been cancelled.  There we said it, even when the World Health Organization, America’s Centers for Disease Control and Protection, and other worldly governments and states have not.  

Millions of sheeples bought into the propaganda of what could have been a devastating, never before seen virus identified as H1N1.  Whatever the origins of H1N1, man made or a natural genetic mutation, thankfully it did not materialize into the expectations of being a larger, true pandemic with millions dead.  

The WHO went to far as to change it’s own  definition of pandemic in order to declare a pandemic. An article from Michael Fumento at http://www.fumento.com/weblog/archives/2010/01/who_swine_flu_c.html  

…pointed out upon the WHO’s pandemic declaration in June, the previous definition required “enormous numbers of deaths.” But the agency desperately wanted a pandemic and swine flu, vastly milder than ordinary flu, clearly didn’t fit. So they simply penned a new definition to match swine flu, making deaths irrelevant and explicitly declaring “mild” strains would qualify.  

Lock, stock and barrel the WHO mislead millions. 11,160 was the median estimate number of deaths related to Swine Flu from April – December 2009  http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/estimates_2009_h1n1.htm .  Nothing will bring these people back, but we take comfort that the number was less than what is expected from the seasonal flu with, “CDC estimates that about 36,000 people died of flu-related causes each year, on average, during the 1990s in the United States with 90 percent of these deaths occurring in people 65 years and older. This includes people dying from secondary complications of the flu.”  

Less people died from H1N1 than the seasonal flu, even though millions of us caught it with some suffering significant side effects like the Swine Flu Rash https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/10/19/swine-flu-rash-hives-symptoms/.  CDC estimates that between 39 million and 80 million cases of 2009 H1N1 occurred between April and December 12, 2009. The mid-level in this range is about 55 million people infected with 2009 H1N1.  The current population clock http://www.census.gov/main/www/popclock.html  reads 308,584,418 divided by the 55 million and we see almost 20% of the U.S. population was infected, but lived to tell about it.  

“Worldwide, the number of deaths is small… we do not expect to see a sudden and dramatic jump in the number of severe or fatal infections,” said WHO’s Director-General, Harvard-trained Dr Margaret Chan

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is the only organization that we know of, investigating the antics of WHO in declaring the pandemic. “A scientist with the World Health Organisation has testified, during ongoing hearings in Strasbourg, France, that the swine flu pandemic was part of an overblown “angst campaign”, devised in conjunction with major drug companies to boost profits for vaccine manufacturers.  http://www.infowars.com/who-scientist-swine-flu-pandemic-was-completely-exaggerated/  

Following the organisation’s declaration of a pandemic, the Department of Health warned of 65,000 deaths, set up a special advice line and website, and suspended normal rules so anti-flu drugs could be given without prescription.  

But with just 250 or so deaths in Britain and 14,000 worldwide, the WHO is being asked to account for its actions.  

The Government is now trying to off-load millions of jabs it ordered at the height of the scare. Sources say it is even considering giving some doses away for free.  

Wolfgang Wodarg, former head of health at the Council of Europe, the Strasbourg-based ‘senate’ responsible for the European Court of Human Rights, said vaccine contracts were put in place in 2007, when it was feared the more lethal bird flu virus would mutate into human form.

Nations are quick to investigate assistance to the earthquake ravaged nation of Haiti, but not the Swine Flu.  Why?

Bill and Melinda Gates announced plans Friday to invest $10 billion in the fight against a number of illnesses including AIDS and said the record donation could save nearly nine million lives. Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, they said the 10-year program will focus on vaccines for AIDS, tuberculosis, rota virus and pneumonia.  “We must make this the decade of vaccines,” said Bill Gates. http://www.cnn.com/2010/BUSINESS/01/29/davos.bill.gates.donates/index.html?hpt=T1   

 The decade of vaccines?  Considering these are some of the poorest of poor would Gates’ money be better served to just hand out hundred dollar bills?

This should be the decade of sheeples coming to their senses that if this were a real pandemic, the U.S. is grossly unprepared.  President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) released a report assessing H1N1 preparations citing:     

Pg 45 outlines “an improbable prediction that Federal, state, and local authorities may take unilateral action such as border closure, seizure of essential commodities, or curtailment of individual freedoms, out of fear or as a result of public pressure….  We also recommend that the National Security Council, led by the Homeland Security Advisor, undertake a systematic review of potential legal, social, and financial barriers to action, to determine which might reasonably be ameliorated [sic- love those big words!] during the time of the anticipated epidemic and to set plans in motion to reduce or remove such barriers in accord with the observed severity of the epidemic.” p 47. via https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/08/31/swine-flu-obama-control/

Yes, H1N1 could change into a more deadly form, perhaps mixing with the H5N1 bird flu virus circulating widely in poultry. New Studies Connect Vaccines to HIV, Population Control

By now you should know the risks of vaccinations and likely collusion between The World Health Organization, world governments and pharmaceutical companies.  We write it, you read it, and you decide hopefully to refuse to vaccinate.

On World Aids Day, December 1, we announced in this post at https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/page/2/  that there is a conclusive correlation between Glaxo’s Pandemrix vaccine and an increased level of testing positive for HIV.  The who who list of toxic ingredients as highlights from The Summary of Product Characteristics or patient information sheet via  http://www.emea.europa.eu/humandocs/PDFs/EPAR/pandemrix/emea-combined-h832en.pdf says that Pandemrix contains:

AS03 adjuvant composed of squalene (10.69 milligrams), DL-polysorbate 80 (4.86 milligrams) tocopherol (11.86 milligrams), The vaccine contains 5 micrograms thiomersal.   6.1 List of excipients:  Polysorbate 80,  Octoxynol 10, Thiomersal, Sodium chloride (NaCl), Disodium hydrogen phosphate, Potassium dihydrogen phosphate,  Potassium chloride,  Magnesium chloride, Water for injections, Sodium chloride, Disodium hydrogen phosphate.

Following influenza vaccination, false-positive serology test results may be obtained by the method for antibody to human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1), hepatitis C virus and, especially  HTLV-1. In such cases, the Western blot method is negative. These transitory false-positive results may be due to IgM production in response to the vaccine.

In July 2006, “The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has (sic had) announced 16 grants totalling $287 million to create an international network of highly collaborative research consortia focused on accelerating the pace of HIV vaccine development….

As part of the funding announced today, Dr Steven Patterson from Imperial College has received $9.2 million for research into the ‘optimisation and efficacy of a Ttanscutaneous ‘stealth’ adenovirus vector vaccine for mucosal protection against HIV’. His consortium will work to address a potentially major shortcoming of the leading vaccine approach for achieving immunity to HIV, called adenovirus type 5 (Ad5) vectored vaccines.

While Ad5-vectored vaccine candidates have been shown in early clinical trials to elicit relatively strong and long-lasting cellular immunity against HIV, they may be ineffective in developing countries. These vaccine candidates use Ad5 as a vector or ‘carrier’ to transfer inactive genetic material from HIV into human cells and stimulate an immune response to HIV.  

However, many people in developing countries have been exposed to Ad5 in its naturally circulating form (it causes common respiratory and intestinal infections), and have developed a pre-existing immunity to it, which could render Ad5 less effective as a carrier virus.http://www1.imperial.ac.uk/medicine/news/p625072/

Such a business-based approach to social and economic change will increasingly bring foundations into conflict with governments and special interests with their own political agendas–how will Muslim fundamentalists deal with programs that support the economic empowerment of women, say through micro-financing; or Christian fundamentalists with AIDS programs that promote safe-sex measures apart from abstinence?

Nor will all cultures be comfortable with philanthropic foundations that promote Western values of freedom, technological progress and entrepreneurship to solve the world’s underlying problems.

The ideas of false reactions in the lab, a pre-existing immunity, and increased false positive results for HIV are not encouraging to say the least. The poor people in developing nations are really most poor off when subjected to medical testing and cultural changes.   It is especially discouraging to find false positive results for HIV in the approved vaccine Pandemrix in the U.K.  How many people got the H1N1 Vaccine Pandemrix, went to the doctor for an AIDS test, tested positive and are now undergoing un necessary treatments, say nothing of altering their lifestyles and preparation for death by AIDS and HIV?

Most infections with adenovirus result in infections of the upper respiratory tract. Adenoviruses can also cause gastroenteritis (stomach flu). A combination of conjunctivitis and tonsilitis is particularly common with adenovirus infections. Some children (especially small ones) can develop adenovirus bronchiolitis or pneumonia, both of which can be severe. Nearly the same symptoms of H1N1 and most people recover from H1N1.

H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine For Children Recalled by Sanofi Pasteur

Our most precious of resources for the future is our children.  It will be their dreams that may will solve the numerous maladies affecting mankind.  From exploring space, to exploring Earth’s own oceans, to just maybe finding a cure against diseases like cancers and viruses like the flu.  It is our children who are exposed to a myriad of vaccines that are so toxic, they should be labeled hazardous materials.   

Say nothing of the suspected links to auto-immune disorders, almost all world governments and health organizations are advocating children receive the H1N1 Swine Flu Shot, even though little clinical testing has been done on them.  You’ll recall, “Shut up and just get your damned flu shot.”      

   

 Yesterday, the CDC announced that nearly one million does of H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccines intended for children are being recalled that were manufactured by Sanofi Pasteur, Inc..  http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/vaccination/syringes_qa.htm    

“Despite the recall, the vaccine is safe and effective; parents need not worry about unusual side effects or having their children re-vaccinated,” says Anne Schuchat, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases. “There’s no need for parents to call pediatricians. On December 7, Sanofi Pasteur notified CDC and FDA that the potency in one batch (called a “lot”) of pediatric syringes that had been distributed was later found to have dropped below a pre-specified limit. As a result of this finding, Sanofi Pasteur tested additional lots and found that three other lots that had been distributed also had an antigen content that, while properly filled at the time of manufacturing, was later measured to be below pre-specified limits.    

For eight additional days, children were still receiving the flawed vaccine.  The Beatles sang “Eight days a week, I love love love you,” I see no love from the CDC in waiting eight days to begin a recall.    Pasteur’s approval was based on it’s Fluzone approved seasonal flu vaccine that was studied in all of 19 children according to their own patient insert on page 7. – link provided above-   

Ingredients on page 11- Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine, an inactivated influenza virus vaccine, for intramuscular use, is prepared from influenza viruses propagated in embryonated chicken eggs. The virus-containing allantoic fluid is harvested and inactivated with formaldehyde. Influenza virus is concentrated and purified in a linear sucrose density gradient solution using a continuous flow centrifuge. The virus is then chemically disrupted using a non-ionic surfactant, polyethylene glycol p-isooctylphenyl ether (Triton ® X-100), producing a “split virus”. The split virus is further purified and then suspended in sodium phosphate-buffered isotonic sodium chloride solution.     

Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine is formulated to contain 15 mcg hemagglutinin (HA) of influenza A/California/07/2009 (H1N1) v-like virus per 0.5 mL dose. Gelatin 0.05% is added as a stabilizer. Each 0.5 mL dose may contain residual amounts of formaldehyde (not more than 100 mcg), polyethylene glycol p-isooctylphenyl ether (not more than 0.02%), and sucrose (not more than 2.0%).    

There is no thimerosal used in the manufacturing process of the single-dose presentations of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine. The multi-dose presentation of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine contains thimerosal, a mercury derivative, added as a preservative. Each 0.5 mL dose of the multidose presentation contains 25 mcg mercury.    

Pregnancy Category C, found on page 10 : Animal reproduction studies have not been conducted with Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine or Fluzone vaccine. It is also not known whether these vaccines can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity. Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine should be given to a pregnant woman only if clearly needed.    

Some doctors around the world have managed to draw attention to these untested vaccines.  In Israel one doctor wrote- “The combination of squalene and polysorbate 80 in a buffered solution has been shown to be an excellent anti-fertility combination, in anti-fertility research performed by scientists for the W.H.O., who were assigned the job of developing anti-fertility vaccines to reduce world population. In the U.K., they too are unsure of just how many shots is necessary – 

In line with adults children will be given just one dose of the vaccine, rather than the two that was originally thought might be necessary for younger age groups. However, preliminary data from two newly released trials published in the Lancet suggest that a single vaccine may not offer children sufficient immunity against the virus. Since the pandemic began earlier this year 17 children under five have died after contracting swine flu, as well as 266 older children and adults. With a rush to produce millions of H1N1 vaccines by Pharmaceutical Companies, comes the news of the first recall of the vaccine.  Will it be the last? Canadian doctors have been advised not to use a batch of 170,000 swine flu vaccines after six reports of serious allergic reactions among recipients, but there are no similar reports from other countries, pharmaceuticals company GlaxoSmithKline PLC said Tuesday. via http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/11/24/swine-flu-recall-h1n1-vac_n_368776.html       

GlaxoSmithKline has asked that the October batch of H1N1 swine flu Pandemrix be taken out of circulation because it produced serious and immediate anaphylactic reactions in one out of 20,000 vaccinations, compared with one out of 100,000 in other shipments. Most of the vaccine Manitoba received from the suspect lot had already been used by the time the province received the alert. Of the 63,000 doses shipped, only 630 remained unused.

At least the expired Tamiflu for Oral Suspension hasn’t lost it’s potency!  Back up to July2009, The FDA authorized 4 lots of Tamiflu for Oral Suspension for use beyond their labeled expiration dates. FDA is now authorizing additional lots in an effort to ensure that Tamiflu for Oral Suspension is available for patients during this public health emergency. From cases of anaphylactic shock and low potency levels, this recall is another setback for vaccine manufacturers who continue to profess that their products are safe, even as they have been given full immunity from prosecution in the U.S. Perhaps these recalls will have the advantage to educate and warn parents not to vaccinate in the first place.
