We were debating on watching the debate figuring it would be a yawn. We figured MSM and the internet would inform us on the results in the morning. A few minutes into the coverage, it was clear we weren’t going to sleep until it was over.

Clearly to us Romney won and Obama and Big Bird lost.

Immediately after the debate, Romney tweeted, “It’s a clear choice…” asking for $15.

Obama on the other hand, shot out a weak email asking for $5.

Lest you forget how to manipulate numbers- campaigns will reveal the average amount donated. It offsets the millions reported from large donors.

If we didn’t see it with our own eyes, flipping from Fox to hear to liberal commentators, even they thought Obama lost. Wow, truth from MSM.

More amazing was that there was a group of undecided voters on TV raising there hands that they would now vote Romney. How anyone remains undecided is beyond us.

Even the New York Times couldn’t believe how how bad the president did. The CNN poll put Romney far ahead in the debate. Let’s all hope that leads to a bump in the swing states and a vote in the win column for Romney.

Filed under weird, what happened to Palin’s face? A recent Botox shot perhaps? Hope is was the lighting. Yeah, must of been the bad lighting on Obama also.

Register to vote, NOW. It is your responsibility! And duty. Many states require you to register 30 days before an election. You don’t even have to go anywhere to register your vote just to a computer.

The Obama social media are the experts in this election. From his web page you can register and you can be a Republican or a Democrat. Btw, by using the Obama website- you are offering up a whole bunch of privacy concerns as even your IP logs.

Register to Vote by That One-Obama

Mitt Romney’s website does not offer a means to link to register to vote. For a pretty smart man, this is an oversight that may come back on him.

Ironically, there doesn’t seem to be a .gov place to vote.

RegistertoVote.org claims to be a nonpartisan organization committed to reaching the 30% of the population that are not registered.

Paid for by Ending Spending Action Fund and not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee, register at- Paid for by Ending Spending Action Fund

Even those who support small independent business offer a site.
NFIB

There’s probably more places on line or you can register at you local election offices.

Go Vote, and please vote Romney!

Romney is loosing, at least in social media and we want to know why. How does someone run a campaign and tweet once in a 24 hour period as Romney has done?

There is so much to say in 140 characters. Ask for money. Tell is where u are. What did u have for breakfast? Did u go to church today? Are u tweeting on an Obama phone? Ha. Did you know in Ohio alone, taxpayer money for the year is around $75 MILLION dollars?

The 2000th USA soldier death in Afghanistan was today, how about a comment? And, the latest death was caused by our supposed allies- an Afghani traitor.

What do u think of the polls? Who won that contest to fly w u on the campaign trail? Who is your favorite football team? Where r u watching a game? Do u even like football?

Have u ever been to Disney? Do u like Pluto, the 7 Dwarfs or Bambi better? Thinking on Bambi, someone gave Ryan a sweet gun in Ohio yesterday. Do you hunt? Are u a vegetarian? Do u wish Portman was your running mate to have sealed Ohio?

Do you drink beer? Obama is brewing his own in the White House! Are u a diet pop kinda guy? Do u eat white bread or wheat? Pepsi v Coke?

Tweet something, anything. Don’t sit on the sidelines while Obama ads attack u and he out tweets u. U have big shoulders, we’d like to see a little muscle behind them. We know Ryan’s workout, what’s yours?

What did u have for dinner? Where? What is the most favorite thing Ann cooks? We know Obama likes sweet potatoes- not that it we give a crap but America has gotten to know him more personally than u.

Obama 6400 tweets. Romney 1188. Followers- Obama 20 million, Romney 1 million. Granted Obama has been tweeting longer, but this one tweet a day crap is not going to help win an election.

Tweet sir tweet, and tell the American people why four more years of Obama is not the change we need.

Maybe Romney is actually spending time reading the daily security briefs that he is now entitled to, and is too busy. We’d like to think Obama reads them too, in-between Letterman, The View and dinner w JayZ. Even Clinton was on Letterman playing the sax. A new low for a President.

The band is going to play on. Sure would be nice to hear the National Anthem playing when Romney takes the Presidential Oath on Inauguration Day. And if Obama wins, let’s hope he doesn’t flub his lines and have to take the oath again behind closed doors.

Sunday rant over. Off to the twitter sphere.

Voter turnout for election was far greater than what was projected.  Clearly the words and opinions of Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity have been heard.  The path of destruction under democratic party leadership has been derailed, as Republicans are on the rebound with victory  in key states.

As an election judge at our local polls, turnout was better than 50% in our precinct.  Previously a poll observer, this was the first time I have worked as an official.  I have to tell you, props go to ACORN for finding ways to deceive and influence an election because the sanctity of the voting process in our state is as tight as a flea’s ass.   Double and triple checking of id’s, addresses, etc., pissed of one out of thousands of voters.  The machines worked, the ballots were in English and all was fine.

Dropping off the votes was almost like pulling into a FEMA camp with tight security.  Do not exit your vehicle, hand over the master record of the votes, open your trunk for an officer to remove the voting materials, sign here that you verify everything is on the up and up.  Rather an intimidating and successful means of participating in the democracy that makes this nation great.

Congratulations to the winners.  More importantly congratulations to the voters for taking the time to speak out loud and clear in the voting booth against the gross injustices that the democrats have procured upon the United States of America.

Would anyone like to join me for a cup of Tea?    http://www.teapartyexpress.org/

Getting a bit personal in advance of election day.  I recall an uncle complaining he had jury duty when I was a teenager.  I got in his face and said it is what you need to do as an American, even though he had already served in the military.  He got out of it somehow.  He is now dead, but the story sticks in my craw.  I have had jury duty twice now and while it is no fun, it is my duty.  In the end, God will  judge us all.

Tomorrow being election day it is not only my duty to vote,  but my privilege for the first time  to work the election polls as an Associate Judge.  I will swear to uphold the integrity of everyone’s vote.  Our state  pays me to do this, which I personally find abominable, and will probably end up donating the roughly $100.

I would work the polls for for free.  I am blessed to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave.  It is the least I can do for my country, state and neighbors.  Republican, Democrat , Independent, Christian, Jew, Muslim or whatever- on election day, and what should be every day, we are Americans.

BTW, our ballots are all in the English language!

While our soldiers fight for democracy in Iraq and Afghanistan to protect what the Obama Administration calls “The Homeland,” I still call it The United States of America.  For all the U.S.A. stands for, this election day I will serve my country by sitting in a hard metal chair for more than 13 hours to ensure the integrity and privilege  the public to vote.  I will then escort the sealed ballots to their destination for counting, go home, greet my family to explain to the little ones why I wasn’t home for dinner and watch the election returns on Fox.

The least you can do is VOTE.

America has spoken.  The 2008 Presidential Election is over.  Barry Baraq Mohammad Hussein Dunham Stereo Obama, Jr., That One- Barack Obama is going to be the 44th President. http://my.barackobama.com/page/community/post/stateupdates/gGx3Kc

What struck me in the news coverage of The Election, were the tears of joy streaming from Jessie Jackson’s eyes.  In the words of many black voters, the dream has been at least partially realized.

While America celebrated, Russia was busy.  President Dmitry Medvedev sent congratulations via a telegram http://en.rian.ru/world/20081105/118142101.html .  While addressing the Federal Assemble Medvedev said, “We have no problems with the American nation, we have no inbred anti-Americanism. We hope our partners, the new United States administration, will make a choice in favor of full-fledged relations with Russia,”  Simultaneously he issued a direct threat with an announcement that he would deploy Iskander missiles to Russia’s Kaliningrad region, as a military response to U.S. plans to deploy missile-defense facilities in Poland and the Czech Republic, former Soviet satellites that are now NATO members.  He did not say if they would have nuclear warheads.  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB122588962209001415.html and updated at http://www.air-attack.com/news/news_article/3422.

Obama has promised to cut US defense spending and demilitarize while Russia is modernizing it’s fleet of missiles.  https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2008/10/22/obama-demilitarizes-while-russia-modernizes-missiles/  Only last Friday, A ground-based missile successfully intercepted a target missile in a test of the nation’s defense system. http://www.mda.mil/mdalink/html/mdalink.html An intercontinental ballistic missile interceptor blasted out of an underground silo at Vandenberg Air Force Base shortly after 1:15 p.m., and tracked a target missile that had lifted off from the Kodiak Launch Complex in Alaska. Two operational interceptor missiles are currently based at Vandenberg and there are 11 deployed at Fort Greely, Alaska.  Obama may want to play nicer with Sarah Palin from Alaska.  http://www.ocregister.com/news/missile-defense-interceptor-1854447-target-air

Russia is not alone in the quest for missile leadership. http://missilethreat.com/missilesoftheworld/ Accuracy of missiles like the Al Hussein, Project 1728, Al Hijara a Road Mobile SRBM- is such that it can only be effectively used against extremely large targets, as it can land as far as two miles away from the intended target. As such, it is useful to strike population centers, large military staging areas and oil fields, but little else.

In Iran, with whom Obama has pledged to sit down with no preconditions, the The Shahab-3 is a medium-range, liquid-propellant, road-mobile ballistic missile.  Nuclear, HE, chemical, or sub munitions, it is ready and operational in Iran.   Its range is sufficient to target Israel, Turkey, the Indian subcontinent, and US forces stationed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Persian Gulf. The missile’s low accuracy means the missile would probably only be usable to attack civilian populations and has no military application other than simply holding enemy populations hostage.

Obama said, ” If we can responsibly deploy missile defenses that would protect us and our allies we should – but only when the system works. ” http://campaignspot.nationalreview.com/post/?q=NDgzZTk5YjBjYmNkNDQ2NDhhOGFlNmJhYzJhYmFmODM= President Obama must understand that while not perfect, they are working and others are in development.  One is the Kinetic Energy Interceptor, an agile, high-acceleration system that can get close to launch sites because of its mobility. Another is the Airborne Laser, which will be able to strike lofting missiles above the clouds at the speed of light using a laser from hundreds of miles away. A third program is the Network Centric Airborne Defense Element, an inexpensive modification of the main air-to-air missile carried on U.S. fighters that could be ready to intercept enemy missiles by the end of the next president’s first term in office.  http://www.spacewar.com/reports/Thompson_Files_Missile_defense_realities_999.html

Also on the Election Day, The Bahraini Air Force conducted a joint exercise in missile defense with units from the US Central Command, Bahrain’s official BNA news agency reported on Tuesday.  http://www.spacewar.com/missiledefense.html

Israel celebrated the election by bombing the Gaza Strip. “A four-month ceasefire between Israel and Palestinian militants in Gaza was in jeopardy today after Israeli troops killed six Hamas gunmen in a raid into the territory.  Hamas responded by firing a wave of rockets into southern Israel.  http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/nov/05/israelandthepalestinians

In the Congo, http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/congo Rebels led by the renegade Tutsi general Laurent Nkunda clashed with pro-government Mai Mai militia today, threatening a fragile ceasefire around the provincial capital, Goma. The renewed fighting prompted aid groups to suspend efforts to reach ten of thousands of people displaced and starving by previous violence. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2008/nov/05/congo-aid

What could be worse than Proposition 4, 8, 10,12 or 14?  What is worse than the financial bailouts?  What is worse than reform or taxes?  What could be worse than war?  A nuclear war and  nuclear disaster.

President George Washington has summed it up, “The foundations of our national policy will be laid in the pure and immutable principles of private morality, and the preeminence of free government be exemplified by all the attributes which can win the affections of its citizens, and command the respect of the world.”

Joe Biden and Joe The Plumber can agree on one thing.  President Obama will be, and is being tested even before his inauguration.

No wonder Obama put forth so much effort into early voting when he, himself knew that there would be issues surrounding his character and the entire voting process that might make him less appealing in the last minute before entering into the voting booth.

With just three days left until Election Day, a new CBS News poll finds that the Democratic presidential ticket of Obama and Biden leads its Republican counterpart by 13 points among likely voters, 54 percent to 41 percent.  Yet Zogby according to (CNN) — Sen. John McCain has inched ahead of Sen. Barack Obama in national polls, but the Democratic candidate holds a steady lead in the most recent Electoral College estimates. http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/09/09/presidential.polls/

Oh, just shut up already.  I personally would put my family before anything in my life- I am a religious person, a Catholic in fact, and I while I believe in God, family for me comes first.  I see no evidence that Obama’s family comes first with relatives of every mix, nationality and religion scattered through out the world living in poverty.

Obama has down right, dirty deeded and unscrupioulsy attempted to influence early voters on the premise of reform.  What needs to be reformed is the whole idea of early voting.   Election day in America is November 4th, not one day before or one day after.  We have bent and yeilded the laws to make voting a convenience and it is a slap in the face of the American Voter to think that with out a rational excuse, you can vote early because you might have to stand in line for an hour or so on election day.  We have soldiers standing for us on foreign soil complaining they don’t have working guns and some shmuck will compain about the weather on election day.  Go figure.

“Obama, bidding to become the nation’s first black president, led in national polls as well as surveys in several battleground states. McCain’s hopes of an upset hinged on winning all or nearly all the states that carried Bush to victory in 2004, and possibly carrying Pennsylvania to give him a margin for error. ” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/11/01/obama-mccain-visit-red-  st_n_139946.html  As if all of America didn’t know the color of Obama’s skin, the media must once again state the obvious, Obama is black.  Yawning now, most don’t really care what color That One is.

Curtis Gans, director of the Committee for the Study of the American Electorate at American University, says the trend may show the impact of Obama’s get-out-the-vote effort. “It might indicate an advantage, at least out of the early voting figures, for the Democratic Party,” he says. But Republicans could close that gap, he notes at http://www.usatoday.com/news/politics/election2008/2008-10-21-early-voting_N.htm

Is it fair to say that early voters might be registered democratics who stand the most to benefit from that One, O’bama’s spread the wealth programs?  Yep. Many early Democratic voters can go at thier leisure unlike the rest of many Republicans who actually have jobs and are accountable to a time clock and would not necessarily sacrifice personal paid time off the job to go and vote.

With less than 72 hours I don’t care if you have to crawl uphill both ways to vote on Election Day.  Vote and Vote McCain.

In the matter of Berg vs Obama, questioning Obama’s citizenship and eligibility to be President, Berg has appealed all the way to the Supreme Court and we are awaiting a ruling which may take until hell freezes over.  None the less, no facts were ruled valid or invalid as they have not been heard. In all these filings the FEC – Federal Election Committee is named along with Obama and rightfully so the FEC made a special filing to the Court requesting relief from the claim since the dismissal of the case not apparently mention them specifically from being dismissed.

DEFENDANT FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION’S MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 12(b)(1)

Defendant Federal Election Commission (“FEC” or “Commission”) moves to dismiss the Complaint in this matter pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff’s Complaint does not present an Article III case or controversy because plaintiff lacks standing to raise the issue of a candidate’s constitutional eligibility. Moreover, even if Berg had standing to raise the constitutional eligibility issue, the Commission should be dismissed as a party to this case because it has no oversight over the Constitution’s Presidential Qualifications Clause.

The FEC claims it has no oversight in the Constitutions Presidential Election Qualifications clause.

WHAT, NO OVERSIGHT?  Go and read the brief the FEC filed for yourself and see that the FEC is not in charge of eligibility.  Who the frig is in charge of election qualifications?

The history of the Berg filings.  http://dockets.justia.com/docket/court-paedce/case_no-2:2008cv04083/case_id-281573/

http://obamacrimes.com/index.php/component/content/article/2-news/49-press-release-10-30-2008-berg-filing-injunction-to-stay-presidential-election

Incidentally Judge Surrick on  wrote “AND NOW, this 27th day of October, 2008, having dismissed Plaintiff’s First Amended Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief, it is ORDERED that all pending motions are DISMISSED as moot. IT IS SO ORDERED.BY THE COURT:/s/ R. Barclay Surrick, Judge.

According to Mr Berg, he has filed two documents:

  1. Application for an Immediate Injunction to Stay the Presidential Election of November 4, 2008; and
  2. Petition for Writ of Certiorari. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Certiorari

I am convinced that Barry Baraq Mohammed Hussein Dunham Sottero Obama Jr., is not a natural born citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution to be President.  If Obama wins the election as most polls predict, Obama will be an Unconstitutional President the second he raises his right hand to God or Allah and takes the Presidential Oath of Office.

In the opinion of groups like Family Security Matters, “unless Obama can produce an authentic birth certificate proving that he is a “natural born citizen,” then every Democrat member of Congress, every person managing Obama’s campaign, every officer and director of the Democrat National Committee, and every person who has ever taken an oath to “support and defend” the Constitution and is now supporting an Unconstitutional candidate for president, has participated in a vast left-wing conspiracy to defraud millions of Democrats out of hundreds of millions of dollars to elect an Unconstitutional President.” http://familysecuritymatters.org/docLib/20080805_VoterGuide_Aug_4_2008CATOKvf1.pdf

In concealing the whereabouts of his birth, Obama so far has succeeded in dodging the most fundamental requirement of eligibility as President.  Numerous legal proceeding have been filed against Obama to provide proof of his citizenship but most cases have been quick in responding with motions to dismiss further allowing That One to continue to perpetrate fraud on the American people.  Berg vs Obama was dismissed by the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania last week, for lack of standing, he has appealed to the Supreme Court. No facts were ruled valid or invalid as they have not been heard.  Berg and all citizens of The USA must query the authority of Judge Surrick’s District Court’s decision and the eligibility of Obama’s citizenship.  Berg commented:

“This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution. If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States – the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world – then who does?”

Summarily, “Berg’s suit sought to present evidence that Obama may have been born in Kenya, where under the law at the time, his mother (a U.S. citizen) would have had to have been 19 years old to have conferred her citizenship to him.  (Obama ACKNOWLEDGES dual citizenship with Kenya on his website https://donate.barackobama.com/page/contribute/splashmagnet_octexp).  Berg also sought to produce evidence that Obama later held Indonesian citizenship when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro and moved with him to Indonesia.  Indonesia and the U.S. did not recognize dual citizenship at the time, so the only valid citizenship he would have held in that case is Indonesian.  He would have expatriated any U.S. or other citizenship held.”  http://www.chronwatch-america.com/articles/3830/1/Berg-vs-Obama-Headed-for-Supreme-Court/Page1.html  Even if he subsequently regained U.S. citizenship, it would be thru naturalization, which is expressly ineligible to serve as President of the United States under Article II of the Constitution!

Berg v. Obama No. 08-cv-04083. can be followed here.

 http://dockets.justia.com/docket/court-paedce/case_no-2:2008cv04083/case_id-281573/

 http://www.supremecourtus.gov/ http://www.scotuswiki.com/index.php?title=Main_Page

http://obamacrimes.com/index.php/component/content/article/2-news/49-press-release-10-30-2008-berg-filing-injunction-to-stay-presidential-election further explains his appeal to the Supreme Court here.

The Supreme Court is a busy place and .  But remember: On November 4, we vote for electors, who then vote on December 15 for the President.
Technically, there’s still time, though time is of the essence.  The Electoral College consists of 538 popularly elected representatives who formally select the President and Vice President.  In 2008, it will make the selection on December 15.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electoral_College_(United_States).

Perhaps the October Surprise will come in time for Christmas.

Thy will be done, let justice be served

By now, we all know the L.A.Times and numerous other liberal newspapers have endorsed John McCain and it got me wondering who has endorsed McCain?  I also question why the L.A Times will not release a transcripts of a confidential video where Obama and his wife were at a “Jew-Bash” dinner, roasting and toasting PLO associate Khalidi with Bill Ayers and his wife.   If one thinks Obama is hiding pertinent information about his past now, wait and see what he hides from the American People if be becomes elected President.  Too many dirty little secrets.

Wiki lists a who’s who http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_John_McCain_presidential_campaign_endorsements with notable politicians and movie stars from Clint Eastwood to Lee Greenwood and at  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newspaper_endorsements_in_the_United_States_presidential_primaries,_2008.  The accuracy of Wiki being reliable is especially questionable when it continues to show that the N.Y. Times has endorsed McCain, when in fact it has endorsed That One.

Info chimps blog spent a little time revealing the disparity geographically of Newspaper Endorsements.  http://blog.infochimps.org/2008/10/22/2008election-newspaper-endorsement-map/Apart from the unsurprising evidence that (choose one: [[Obama is the overwhelming choice]] -OR- [[there is overwhelming liberal media bias]]), I’m struck by the mismatch between papers’ endorsements and their “Red State” vs “Blue State” alignment.”  Definitely an interesting read of factual data with a little bit of a debatable fictional twist.

What gives newspapers and not television stations the right to endorse any one at all?  It is rather obvious which networks are fair and balanced in their political reporting.

In this campaign of Obama being everywhere, it is becoming annoying to see his face and logo go into saturation mode.  The half hour infomercial was an embarrassment to the whole political system, mocking the fact that he chose not receive federal funding.   I think by now Americans after two years get who the candidates are and what they stand for.  Finally, in making light of endorsements we have the  http://www.weeklyworldnews.com/alien-alert/october-surprise-alien-switches-endorsement-to-mccain/ depicting even an Alien turning away from Obama and supporting McCain.

For sure endorsements matter even when they are from other worlds.  An alien endorsement for McCain has sealed the deal for me and McCain has my vote.
