Obama Avoids FBI File Records Yet Again, This Time in Blagojevich Trial

President Obama remains unscathed by the legal system has sworn to uphold, yet again.  Whether Obama has played by the rules in his career certainly remains suspect.

Putting aside all the legal wrangling and avoidance of showing an actual birth certificate to put an end to all the birther questions; this time the Chicago Judge in the Blagojevich trial has denied a defense request to gain access to the FBI report summarizing then President-Elect Obama’s 2008 interview with federal investigators.

Defense lawyers argued in a filing last week that the government minimized Obama’s knowledge of the then-Governor’s attempts to horsetrade for the Senate seat appointment. They said that testimony by government witness John Harris contradicted that portrayal by federal prosecutors.

Alexi Giannoulias, a US Senate candidate from Illinois, has been subpoenaed for the Rod Blagojevich trial. Giannoulias set up a meeting between Valerie Jarrett and Tom Balanoff, head of SEIU in Illinois. But there is much more about Alexi Giannoulias that is of interest to anyone following Chicago corruption.

“The close association of Obama with a man who seems clearly to be involved in some shady deals with convicted criminals is yet another example of questionable judgment at best and typical dirty Chicago politics at worst. I wonder if Giannoulias will turn out to be the next in Obama’s never-ending series of “He’s not the man I knew”.”

It’s a letter with your name on it in big capital letters, PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA.

It’s postmarked June 16, 2010, and was mailed from Richmond, Va., with a 44-cent stamp. And, it’s printed in soy ink on recycled paper, so it’s eco-friendly.

But the fascinating part is whom the letter from PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA is addressed to:

Tony Rezko.

Yes, that Tony Rezko.

I’m not joking. This is a real letter.

Remember Tony? The “That’s not the Tony Rezko I knew” Tony? Your personal real estate fairy who helped you buy that dream house in Kenwood? The Tony of your “boneheaded” move? Yeah, that guy.

Your letter was sent to one of Rezko’s old business addresses in Chicago, and I got to take a look at it. I promised not to reveal the address if we could take a picture of it.

Mr. President, the first thing I thought was, “What would Barack want us to do with this letter?”

And the second thing I thought of was that I’d better write about it before Rahm sends the “Men in Black” to stun me with a ray gun that erases all memory.

Federal Law prohibits opening someone else’s mail.  What’s in the letter?  And why now in the midst of the Blago trial would Obama choose to correspond with Rezko?  Will Kas open the letter and take the consequences in the interest of freedom of the press?

Then there is the U.S Government Mole,  Bernard Barton, Jr. who in In 2000, moved to Chicago, changed his name to John Thomas and went undercover for the U.S. Attorney in Chicago in some sort of a deal to avoid jail time for federal business fraud relating to real estate investment.

Avoiding disclosure of FBI records and most other records, is nothing new to the Obama family.

In response to a Freedom of Information Act request, the FBI has formally acknowledged a file existed on President Barack Obama’s grandfather, Stanley Armour Dunham, that was destroyed May 1, 1997. The FBI previously released some 600 pages of the FBI file of Frank Marshall Davis, the Chicago-based journalist and poet who as a member of the Communist Party USA retired in Hawaii and befriended Dunham. http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=139805.

FBI files from 1976, recently made public under the Freedom of Information Act, confirm the connections between Weatherman, Havana, and Moscow. Weatherman leaders … traveled illegally to Havana … to engage in terrorist training. Need another example of dodging the FBI?  Tucker Carlson’s Daily Caller is forwarding claims that an “FBI document dump” related to the agency’s 2007 investigation into ACORN workers in Missouri is evidence that ACORN requires a “national criminal investigation” which is being halted by the Obama administration. http://mediamatters.org/blog/201006100047  It was originally halted by Bush pending further investigation.

Obama for all his hope and change, may end up getting more than a run for his money defending his reputation in this case; even without offering testimony, or having any of his FBI interviews or files released.

Obama Can’t Dismiss The Supreme Court

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.  It isn’t Halloween anymore, and the skeletons are still coming out of the Obama closet. 

Just when he thought Obama thought he could breath easy with the likes of Ayers, Rezko, Autchi behind him along comes Rod Blagojevich dragging the Obama name back through the slime of Chicago and Illinois politics yet again.

 The full complaint is at http://www.chicagotribune.com/media/acrobat/2008-12/43789434.pdf .  I highlight, the FBI affidavit said Blagojevich had been told by an adviser “the president-elect can get Rod Blagojevich’s wife on paid corporate boards in exchange for naming the president-elects pick to the Senate.”‘  Someone from the Obama team got taped for two whole hours talking about Obama’s Senate Seat up for grabs and the http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/ once again has summed up nicely the damning, mounting evidence to at the very least, Obama’s previous relationships. 

Who the hell has time to sit and talk for two hours? Why doesn’t Obama look as surprised as the rest of us?  Why isn’t he making passionate commentary on the issue instead spewing stoic words like Abe Lincoln?  Where is his outrage?  “It would be inappropriate to comment” said Obama in a statement. Where is the outrage from all those people who voted for him?  No comment?  Where is Bush who could appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the team that will replace his?

Who will be fired first? Patrick Fitzgerald the prosecuting attorney, or chosen one, Rahm Emanuel?   Maybe Axelrod who got his dates wrong and admitted the two met but then got amnesia? 

I found this humorous- Alternet  http://www.alternet.org/blogs/peek/112008/obama_unfairly_attacked_for_crimes_he_didn’t_commit_(again)/ writes that  “numerous news organizations have been attempting to make this the first “scandal” of the Obama presidency as if Blagojevich is somehow a member of the transition or an appointee to the future administration. The truth is Obama never endorsed Blagojevich and Blagojevich never endorsed Obama. Unless you consider Blagojevich’s obnoxious “f**k him” remark to be an endorsement, that is.”  I’m not sure what was more funny-  that the blogger thinks this is the first scandal or the fact that both Obama and Emanuel have worked for Blagojevich’s campaign, could not be called an endorsement of Blagojevich.

Maybe they didn’t speak, maybe they did. Maybe Obama told Blago to f**k off.   Maybe Obama is eligible, maybe he isn’t.  Maybe, maybe, maybe someone will bring a case to the Court that maybe will put and end to all the Obaminations coming from Illinois and Obama himself. 

The list of maybes attached to Obama is beyond belief and goes all the way back to the day of his birth.  Maybe he was born in Hawaii, maybe he was born in Kenya.   His own site www.fightthesmears.com says…

So far, the wisdom of the Court has prevailed as the case did not get thrown out on its ear and is scheduled for a full conference some time today, December 15, 2008.  Maybe, just maybe this case will be heard with expediency and forthrightness so that Obama is unable to dismiss lingering eligibility concerns.  Maybe the Court can pick a date before January 20, 2009.  The Supremes should forget Christmas break and not forget about the millions of Americans who died with honor defending our Constitution.

The entire issue of natural born citizen is quite the legal conundrum.  Among other sites, the folks at http://therightwing.net/index.php/2008/12/09/the-natural-born-citizen-case-explained/  have an easy explanation of the natural born citizen clause and its merit to our laws for Presidency. 

Obama has dismissed just about every single association he has had barring his wife and kids.  I don’t think anyone has seen his marriage certificate either.   On that one, let’s give him the benefit of the doubt that he is indeed married.  He’s dismissed releasing not only his birth certificate but his medical records and college records.  What’s to hide?  Even McCain admitted he was far from a stellar student. 

One thing Obama can not dismiss is the acts of The Supreme Court.  Yes, some cases regarding President Elects eligibility have been dismissed but no one can dismiss the blatant “above the law” attitude that Obama has chosen for himself.  No one can dismiss the fact that the Supremes are learning more and more about these matters.  I begin to wonder if the courts thought process is lumping together all the issues from Berg, Donofrio, and Wrotnowski cases and coming to the conclusion that while it not be in the best interest of the nation to have an unconstitutional president, it needs to define exactly what that means.

Obama can not dismiss the fact that he is from the same Illinois political machine as other imprisoned and indited politicians nor dismiss the rulings of The Supreme Court which may today turn a full conference into a full hearing.

Obama has tried to stay ahead of the fray.  Anyone who walks in the middle of the road will get run over sooner or later.

Obama’s Ties to Blagojevich in Gotham City

Obama’s antics have been a lol like Batman and Robin movies, running around Gotham pretending he has super powers to save the good people.  From Batman Begins (2006)  –

Obama has in fact manufactured himself in to an ideal alright, but Obama doesn’t have the same super powers as Batman.  The characters like Rezko, Ayers, Khalidi and others are coming back to haunt him. 

Underscoring yesterdays indictment of Governor Blagojevich in Chicago, the scenario is far more frightening for Obama, whose Senate seat it seems was up for sale, a crime of corruption and abuse of power so massive on the scale of Justice.  The audacity.   Watergate, Obamagate, Senategate, what next?

The NY Times editorial summarized it this way- In exchange for his pick, authorities said Mr. Blagojevich was looking for a substantial salary for himself at a foundation or an organization affiliated with labor unions, a highly paid position for his wife on corporate boards, a cabinet post or ambassadorship for himself or promises of future campaign funds.”  Does this translate to a Barack Obama, in return for naming his selection for the Senate making promises to the governor?  Tit for tat. 

Even more integrating, Blagojevich has not stepped down and may yet still name a replacement.

Blagojevich and other Chicago citizens.  I’d bet The Federal Court in Illinois have most likely already secured wire taps on the Obama campaign itself, with more damning evidence to come.  

We  might as well throw Rahm Emmanuel in the mix potentially as being the unnamed President Elect Adviser A or Adviser B.  Obama and Emmanuel got all nice an cozy working for Blago’s campaign. Or could it be Obama aide and former Blagojevich legislative director, Michael Strautmanis?  Follow the Obama/Blago relationship here http://www.orangepower.com/showthread.php?t=62577

Fitzgerald only has until January 20 to indict Barack Obama and anyone else.  If/When he takes the oath of office Jan. 20, he plans to be sworn in like every other president, using his full name: Barack Hussein Obama.  That aside, Fitzpatrick will have to move fast because with so many people with ties to Obama, he is most likely going to be fired the day he takes office.  So who might  be named next?  Maybe the FBI informant who informed Blagojevich, Emmanuel, Strautmanis, Axelrod, Barack Hussein Obama and/or  Joe Biden?

Obama campaign guru David Axelrod said on Nov. 23 that President-elect Barack Obama and Illinois Governor Blagojevich had talked directly about filling Obama’s Senate seat, and had talked after  Nov. 4.   Did Axelrod misspeak since we now have him backpedaling ?  Obama himself said, “I had no contact with the governor’s office,” but did someone else who works for Obama?  The Gateway Pundit offers the truth.  http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/2008/12/obama-met-with-blagojevich-in-chicago.html

Tony Rezko raised about $250,000 for the senator’s campaign and then, “Obama, seeking to distance himself from his patron [Rezko], has donated $160,000 in Rezko-related contributions to charity.” (Dan Morain, “Obama To Be In Background Of Trial,” Los Angeles Times, 3/3/08)   Guess Obama kept the other $90,000.

Fitzgerald, was clear that the complaint makes no allegations against Mr. Obama.  This complaint may not, but the next one might.  

All are rightfully presumed innocent until proven guilty but, if Obama is dragged into this saga and found guilty of collaborating with Blagojevich, who will benefit the most?  The 25th Amendment, “If the President and Vice President are found disqualified from their offices, the succession of office goes to, Sec. of State”.  None other than,  Hillary Rodham Clinton.  Tit for tat.

Tin Foil Hats Come Off in Seeking Truth on Obama’s Birth Certificate

The anti-Obama rumor mongering hasn’t seemed to dissipate but is flying along under most peoples radar.  I keep seeing more and more people blogging about Berg v Obama, Martin v Hawaii and Donofrio v Wells with statements like, I didn’t know about this until now, and why isn’t this in the mainstream media?  

The reason is simple – there is no proof to rumors.   Circumstantial evidence does not make it fact although one of my lawyer friends could certainly come up with cases where people have been convicted only on circumstantial evidence.  We have to cite the source in lawsuits and understand the rationale and motives behind those that may seek to discrete Obama.  At the same time, we must acknowledge that it imperative to understand that we all have a vested interest in making sure that we have a President who meets all of the qualifications set forth in the Constitution- including the natural born citizen clause.    

I believe in God even tho I have never seen him/her/it.  I believe Obama’s birth certificate exists, even though I have never seen it either. But God is an entity, Obama a mere mortal, fallible like all men.  His fallibility should not come at the expense of America in not producing a verifiable, vaulted copy of his birth certificate.

Reviewing a lot of the rumors that began to surface in August 2008,  is http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/obama-did-obama-actually-register-for-selective-service/ and months later we still have unanswered questions that keep coming up.  A question arose about Obama’s registration with the Selective Service and that he may not have done so as required by law.  As Debbie Schlussel points out, “The official campaign for President may be over. But Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration card and accompanying documents show that questions about him are not only NOT over, but if the signature on the document is in fact his, our next Commander-in-Chief may have committed a federal crime in 2008, well within the statute of limitations on the matter. If it is not his, then it’s proof positive that our next Commander-in-Chief never registered with the Selective Service as required by law.  http://www.debbieschlussel.com/archives/2008/11/exclusive_did_n.html   She refers to a copy of his Registration that seems to have discrepancies.  Obama’s COLB has discrepancies and that leads us to ask for clarification once again from Obama.    

There are 29 subjects of controversy that Obama identifies on his website. http://fightthesmears.com/   TWENTY-NINE times he has felt compelled to address issues like Reverend Wright, William Ayers, Rashid Khalidi, his COLB, and to defend himself.  There is no mention regarding his Selective Service issues.

I find it an odd show of respect for the woman who helped raise him, to not bother with her funeral.  I recall his statements regarding Reverend Wright , “I can no more disown him,” he told an audience in Philadelphia of his former pastor, “than I can my white grandmother — a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe.”  http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20081021/ap_on_el_pr/obama_grandmother

Obama’s Lawyers and Law Battles for Birth Certificate and Eligibility

I think Barry and Michele Obama would be great dinner guests.  Our kids could play together and the dogs could sniff each other while we talk of being great citizens over a glass of wine, except that it of course will never happen.  Whatever questions we might ask, surely they would be answered in the same scripted response we have come to expect from The Obama’s.  Perhaps statements like, “I plead the fifth on that issue,” or, “I’ll have to talk to my attorney” would be dominate the conversation while we ate sweet potato pie. 

Having been served with numerous lawsuits regarding his citizenship I find it the epitome of irony that neither Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama https://www.iardc.org/ldetail.asp?id=514560103 nor her husband, Barry Baraq Mohammad Hussein Dunham Sotero Obama, Jr https://www.iardc.org/ldetail.asp?id=318304718 are currently authorized to practice law.    Obama worked nine years at Davis Miner Barnhill & Galland, a 12-lawyer firm that specialized in helping develop low-income housing. The firm’s top partner, Allison S. Davis, was, and is, a member of the Chicago Plan Commission, appointed by Mayor Daley. Lest Attorney Andy Martin be out of the lime light, instead of focusing his energy on his own case and search for Obama’s vaulted birth certificate, has written a letter to the PA Supreme Court Disciplinary Board to to investigate the conduct of attorney Philip J. Bill O’Reilly announced last night that his staff has been in contact with the LA Times and that the newspaper says it will not release the tape of Obama toasting radical Rashid Khalidi at a Jew-bash in Chicago. The O’Reilly Factor will report more on the story tomorrow.

In the meantime, Nancy Sullivan, spokeswoman for the Times, said the paper is not interested in revisiting the story. “As far as we’re concerned, the story speaks for itself,” she said.

JewishWorldReview.com | For the last week, this site has been receiving mail — lots of mail — asking that we somehow shame the Los Angeles Times into releasing a videotape they admit to having that shows then Illinois state Sen. Barak Obama praising Rashid Khalidi, the one-time PLO spokesman/adviser during a 2003 farewell party in Chicago. Shortly thereafter, he became the head of the Middle East Studies Department at Columbia University.

At what turned out to be a “Jew-bash”, Obama, who the polls say will likely be the next leader of the Free World, chose to remain silent. Even after the presentations, the politician who now says he’s in favor of a secure Israel refused to denounce what he had just heard. Including, according to the Times:

A ” young Palestinian American recit[ing] a poem accusing the Israeli government of terrorism in its treatment of Palestinians and sharply criticizing U.S. support of Israel. If Palestinians cannot secure their own land, she said, “then you will never see a day of peace.”

And another speaker likened “Zionist settlers on the West Bank” to Osama bin Laden, saying both had been “blinded by ideology.”

The anti-Israel Arab American Action Network sponsored the gala. Obama reportedly helped funnel tens of thousands of dollars to them.

Obama did say, according to the LA Times, that his conversations with Khalidi over the years had influenced his thinking about the Israeli-Arab crisis. The discussions became, he recalled, “consistent reminders to me of my own blind spots and my own biases.”

There’s likely a lot more information on that tape that the electorate needs to be informed of.

I’m willing to personally get $5,000 to anybody who can get me a verified digital copy of the events of that evening. If readers want to add money, we’ll raise the “bounty”.

In another fine example of his character, while Obama has admitted previous associations with Rashid Khalidi there is now more proof as to how close the relationship was.  The LA Times said it obtained a video of Obama delivering an in-person testimonial in 2003 at the farewell party of anti-Israel professor Rashid Khalidi, who at the time was departing the University of Chicago for a new teaching position at Columbia University.  The LA Times says it will not release the video or its contents to the media. Guests besides Obama at the dinner for Khalidi included former Weather Underground members Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn.

Here we have a wanna be leader of the free world, Barack Obama at a roast and toast for former PLO leader Khalidi who has made clear his opinion of Israel, and the media won’t release it.  In more from the National Review Online, “Obama told the crowd that those talks with the Khalidis had been “consistent reminders to me of my own blind spots. . . . It’s for that reason that I’m hoping that, for many years to come, we continue that conversation — a conversation that is necessary not just around Mona and Rashid’s dinner table” but around “this entire world.”

The actions of The LA Times are dispicable and a slap in the face to freedom of the press and down right good journalism.  If the LA Times never releases the video it really won’t matter as Main Stream America and good old boys like “Joe the Plumber” are coming in force to question the Obama sales pitch.  Joe was on Fox recently talking about his opinion on Obama’s stance on Israel. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/10/28/foxs-shepard-smith-forced_n_138674.html  “Anyway, five minutes with Joe The Plumber had Shepard Smith so frustrated that the Fox anchor felt compelled to issue a disclaimer, immediately following the segment, pushing back on any notion that Obama would mean the “death of Israel,” saying: “I just want to make this 100 percent perfectly clear — Barack Obama has said repeatedly and demonstrated repeatedly that Israel will always be a friend of the United States, no matter what happens once he becomes President of the United States.”  It is hard to fathom a President Obama enhancing a peace process for Isreal when he is friendly with the likes of Rashid Khalidi.

Obama has purchased a half hour of television time, scheduled to air tonight, Wednesday, October 29, 2008.  The ad is slated to air on MSNBC, making it the only cable news outlet to run the ad. NBC, Fox, CBS, and Univision will also broadcast the ad.  CNN declined to accept the infomercial.  A big pat on the back to CNN for doing it’s job, reporting the news- however slanted it may be. CBS, NBC and Fox will pocket $1 million per network for the half hour of paid advertisement. There are also rumors circulating that Fox moved the start time of the World Series Coverage, but Fox Network says it did not move the World Series for the campaign ad, and that the first pitch was never slated for earlier than 8:30 PM. ”

The Real Barack Obama

Who is the Real Barack Obama?  This video makes fun of the McCain camps attack ads and is pretty funny when you get right down to it.  It plays on Obama Hussein and Saddam Hussein having nothing in common except middle names. 

What is not funny is that I still am not sure of That One’s full name.  Are you? 

Barry Baraq Mohammad Hussein Sottero Obama and sometimes a Jr. is added in just for good measure.  Onyango is thrown in sometimes too, just for good measure.
