Conspiracy, science fiction, reality and all things aside, this Swine Flu, or Influenza H1N1 is one huge threat.  I wonder if this latest pandemic could end up in a Captain Trips reality.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_Trips  Captain Trips was the name of a superflu from Steven King’s best seller, The Stand.  I just finished my third read of the 1000+ page book and recommend it highly. Captain Trips, A6 is also mentioned in Night Surf, Wolves of the Calla, Song of Susannah, and The Dark Tower.  Sadly I am stuck on page 25 of Atlas Shrugged- yawn.

In The Stand, a form of superflu called Captain Trips originates in an American biological weapons lab under the Mojave Desert in California. The official code name of the virus development project was “Project Blue.”  Believed to have been created by breeding a hybrid of influenza and an AIDS like illness, 99.4% of the human population is vulnerable and the disease is universally and swiftly fatal to those that catch it.  Some people have immunity (although it is implied that the survivors are chosen by a higher power). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_Trips 

King outlines the total breakdown and destruction of society through widespread violence, the failure of martial law to contain the outbreak, and eventually the death of virtually the entire population.  Science Fiction?  Future Reality? Martial Law in America?  Fema Camps? We pray that a higher power could save humanity, but we also pray for cures that so far, have not stopped deaths inevitable knock on the door. 

Whatever your personal thoughts on God, the invention of vaccines and medicine have for the most part prevented millions of deaths.  So did Satan create the virus?  Who would might we identify as evil today?  Government?  Pharmaceutical Companies?  Scientists? Robertson, England’s leading bioengineer of flu viruses for the vaccine industry, and avid promoter of U.S. Government funding for lucrative “biodefense” contracts, along with collaborators at the US Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), helped Novavax, Inc., in Bethesda, Maryland, produce genetically-modified recombinants of the avian, swine, and Spanish flu viruses, H5N1 and H1N1, nearly identical to the unprecedented Mexican virus that has now spread to the United States. In response to the outbreak, Novavax is making a VLP, virus-like particle vaccine, candidate against the outbreak strain. Using Novavax’s recombinant technology, the VLPs will be genetically matched to the H1N1 influenza strain recommended by CDC, with the potential to induce specific and protective immunity. Whatever our government’s involvement in possibly creating the virus in the first place, it has been working on a program for responding to a mass superflu outbreak as early as 2001:    

HHS has also developed the National Pharmaceutical Stockpile Program (NPS) into a major national security asset. The purpose of the NPS is to be able to rapidly respond to a domestic biological or chemical terrorist event with antibiotics, antidotes, vaccines and medical materiel to help save lives and prevent further spread of disease resulting from the terrorist threat agent. Operated by HHS’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the NPS Program would provide an initial, broad-based response within 12 hours of the federal authorization to deploy, followed by a prompt and more targeted response as dictated by the specific nature of the biological or chemical agent that is used.  One of the NPS “12-hour Push Packages” was brought to operational status on September 11th. CDC delivered a 12-hour Push Package of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies by ground, vendor managed inventory by air, and a technical advisory team in New York City, all within 7 hours of the order to deploy. Three out of the four non-military aircraft in United States airspace on the night of September 11th were carrying National Pharmaceutical Stockpile assets and personnel to New York City.

The Stockpile Program was developed as a supplementary response asset mainly to address biological and chemical terrorism. But following the events of September 11th, the program is now being expanded for response to an all-hazards event. The Stockpile presently is able to provide a full course of anthrax post-exposure prophylaxis to more than 2 million persons. Secretary Thompson has directed that the Stockpile development be accelerated to provide increased anthrax prophylaxis capacity for 12 million persons, and CDC will reach that level of response within the next 12 months. We will also add four more push packs to the eight already located across the country, making more emergency supplies available and augmenting our existing supplies of 400 tons by another 200 tons.

But we must accelerate the production of vaccines and antibiotics and invest in essential programs to ensure the speedy and orderly distribution of antibiotics and other supplies in the event of a biological event. That is why the President has called for an additional $1.5 billion in federal funding for those areas most critical to our ability to respond to bioterrorist threats. His proposal includes include $643 million to expand the National Pharmaceutical Stockpile and $509 million to speed the development and purchase of smallpox vaccine.

Just last week, Secretary Thompson announced that Acambis Inc., with support from its subcontractor, Baxter International Inc., has been awarded a $428 million contract to produce 155 million doses of smallpox vaccine by the end of 2002. Production of the vaccine under the new contract could begin as soon as this month and, once completed, will bring the total number of vaccine doses in the nation’s stockpile to 286 million by the end of next year, enough to protect every United States citizen, if needed. In light of increasing concerns regarding the possible use of biological agents such as smallpox in acts of terrorism or war, HHS is undertaking efforts to stockpile as much vaccine as needed to protect the nation in the event of an outbreak of smallpox. http://www.hhs.gov/asl/testify/t011205.html

Ironically, Baxter Pharmaceutical after numerous faux pas including distributing Avian Flu vaccines, and AIDS type II tainted plasma is the WHO’s leading choice in developing an H1N1, Swine Flu Vaccine. https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/03/11/vaccine-drug-deadly-costs-mistakes-threaten-pandemic/.  Baxter also has a plant within 50 miles of ground zero for the flu outbreak in Mexico City, Mexico.  Gee, I thought smallpox was eliminated.

The next National Level Exercise 2009 (NLE 09) is scheduled for July 27 through July 31, 2009. NLE 09 will be the first major exercise conducted by the United States government that will focus exclusively on terrorism prevention and protection, as opposed to incident response and recovery.  NLE 09 is designated as a Tier I National Level Exercise. Tier I exercises (formerly known as the Top Officials exercise series or TOPOFF) are conducted annually in accordance with the National Exercise Program (NEP), which serves as the nation’s overarching exercise program for planning, organizing, conducting and evaluating national level exercises. Obama has added further insult to all Americans saying that we have, “failed to appreciate Europe.”  Charles Krauthammer tore into Obama saying that “It’s hard to appreciate an entity’s leading role in the world when it’s been sucking on your tit for 60 years as Europe has.”

How does a sitting President jest at the same citizens he leads?   The same citizens who are bailing out the world with its tax dollars, promising to contribute funds to a global stimulus package. 

Being politically correct, note that it is suddenly offensive to refer to our government owned entities like GM and AIG as receiving bailouts, but rather government stimulus funds. 

Whether you call the domestic and international contribution a bailout or a stimulus, the money is funding The New World Order.  It’s not as if you weren’t warned, you just didn’t want to believe.   For better or worse, Gordon Brown has once again confirmed the future saying, “”This is collective action…we have resolved that from today we will together manage the process of globalization.”

Leaders at the G-20 summit have agreed to give $1 trillion to the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank for global unity and a financial strategy. 

We will have to wait to see how much Obama has promised at the G20 summit.  Who and what entity gives Obama the power to spend?  Who authorized Obama to wear a Mr. Goodwrench hat and authorize government backed car warranties?

The latest domestic budget is $3.6  trillion dollars and will create $9.6 trillion in debt.  From the WSJ, ” President Barack Obama delivered a $3.6 trillion budget blueprint to Congress Thursday that aims to “break from a troubled past,” with expanded government activism, tax increases on affluent families and businesses, and spending cuts targeted at those he says profited from “an era of profound irresponsibility.”  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123564748462081261.html

Roosevelt’s ‘New Deal’ failed because it hindered people from helping themselves.  In both domestic and on an international scale, we see the same mistakes.  Obama says it isn’t time to redecorate the house but rebuild foundations.  Founded upon the foundation of democracy, America now has a dictator style infringement upon the rights of private companies and private citizens. 

Obama’s budget bill will essentially allow the Treasury to define “fair pay” for all employees, at any level.  The Serve Act proposes to make volunteering for the government mandatory with pay and prohibits, “volunteers from participating in worship and church activities, political rallies and naturally being involved in a union.  All hail Obama?

Not ready for the NWO? Obama has plans for a civilian Army as large as our military, and as well funded- $650 billion annually.  U.S. Troops are on active duty on US Soil and Mexican Troops stand at the ready on the Mexican border.  The Omnibus Land Seizure Act just gave the government thousands of acres to train more soldiers or place civil disobedient citizens into detention centers.  The last stimulus Bill includes $8 billion for America’s railroad system will provide for easy transportation of dissenters to Fema camps. “High-speed rail is the infrastructure bank,” said Rahm Emanuel, quoted at http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0209/18924_Page2.html  Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on behalf of Las Vegas interests seeking a rail link to Los Angeles coined the term, “Sin City to Tomorrow Land.”

If Martial Law comes in America, do not expect ABC, BBC, CBS, CNN, Fox News Network, Reuters or the AP to give a full or accurate account of the truth due to limitations of the digital broadcasting system and the Fairness Doctrine.

Obama’s New Order & The Amero

“Novus Ordo Seclorum,” is a saying which embodies The United States of America’s President Obama, and it translates to “New Order of The Ages.” It is communistic, and socialistic and it is knocking at your front door- not tomorrow, today. 

The New World Order is wrapped around everyone of us, under Obama.  He is becoming practiced at hiding his  lack of empathy, while carefully studying other peoples emotions so as to mimic a degree of normalcy, and in cold blood, manipulating the American people. 

In a “60 Minutes” interview Obama laughed and chortled when talking about the world’s economy.  Steve Kroft said, “You’re sitting here. And you’re— you are laughing. You are laughing about some of these problems.  Are people going to look at this and say, ‘I mean, he’s sitting there just making jokes about money—’ How do you deal with— I mean: explain. . .” Are you punch-drunk?” “No, no. There’s gotta be a little gallows humor to get you through the day,” Obama said, with a laugh. http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0309/20339.html  It isn’t funny, Mr. President.  Not at all.  Obama is coping and corrupting with laughter while sending us to the gallows of socialism.  Even Jay Leno joked that “stimulus” is our way of saying “Communism,” and everyone laughed. 

“Timmy Boy” Geithner, tax dodger and Treasury Secretary, and the government claims the right to seize all financial instruments, currency, gold, silver and every thing else, if they deem an emergency exists.  Geithner called on Congress to grant extraordinary powers to take over failing institutions.  “The United States government does not have the legal means today to manage the orderly restructuring of a large, complex non bank financial institution that poses a threat to the stability of our financial system,” Geithner told the House Financial Services Committee. 

The legal means would be to declare a state of emergency, and that just may be the plan.  America is getting good at seizing things.  In 2003, “The U.S. Treasury Department announced the federal government will seize $1.4 billion in Iraqi assets frozen since The Gulf War and use the money for humanitarian and construction in Iraq.”  http://money.cnn.com/2003/03/20/news/frozen_assets/  I’d like to see an accounting of seizure and spending, please.

Broadly interpreting Constitutional prerogatives is a President’s prerogative. Harry S. Truman seized the U.S. steel mills in 1952.  A labor dispute between the industry and the United Steelworkers union threatened to idle the nation’s steel plants, stopping production of the weapons being used to fight the Korean War. The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Truman’s seizure was unconstitutional.  By the time Obama gets done with The Supreme Court’s next nominees,  I highly doubt we will see the same outcome.

Under the guise of youth volunteerism,  high-school and middle-school students are going to be encouraged to participate in national service and service learning programs. The  “Hitler Youth” Plan was just passed by the U.S. House this week.   HR 1388 is called, “Generations Invigorating Volunteerism and Education” (GIVE) and be read at http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h1388/show. 

So far the text of the legislation in its current form, does not include a mandate requiring service.  Whew.   The Bill was sponsored by Rep. Carolyn McCarthy (D-NY) with 37 others.   McCarthyism is the politically motivated practice of making accusations of disloyalty, subversion, or treason without proper regard for evidence. Maybe she is related to Joe McCarthy?

Meanwhile, China, Denmark, Germany, Russia and the United Nations want to eliminate the dollar as the back bone of the world’s economy.  Some have proposed an IMF dollar or perhaps a backing by the European Union’s Euro, but Oops!  Mirek Topolanek, head of the The Czech government and head of the EU, announced that the Czech economy has collapsed too,  following Iceland, Hungary, and Latvia.  

This is the perfect storm for Obama and Geithner to introduce the Amero.  It is no longer an invisible conspiracy, nor is a global currency called the Acmetal, which combines the Greek word “acme”, meaning peak or best and “capital”. 

If the rumors are true, Obama met secretly with Mikhail Gorbachev last week, and I bet it wasn’t to talk about the ruble.  The talk was about creating a super national reserve currency as part of a radical reform of the global financial system; one that would get America off the hook of foreign debt, into a further decline of capitalism and a lack of confidence in our economics of capitalism.  Maybe they talked about Topolanek and the U.S./NATO missile shield on Czech ground that is totally pissing off the Russiams.

Canadian economist Herbert Grubel first introduced the idea of unified currency 1999.   While at the Fraser Institute Grubel published : “The Case for the Amero: The Economics and Politics of a North American Monetary Union”  in which he proposed that Canada and the USA adopt a shared currency called the ‘Amero.”  Read it here:  http://oldfraser.lexi.net/publications/critical_issues/1999/amero/section_03.html.  The Amero would merge the Canadian dollar, U.S. dollar and Mexican peso.  Nearly ten years later we must at least respect the possibility of the Amero or the Acmetal- before we read about it on the front headlines of the NY Times or the Journal.

Obama’s Birth Certificate Conspiracy SR 511 and Faithless Electors

Of all the low down dirty deeds regarding Obama’s citizenship, I had forgotten all about Senate Resolution 511.  Before Obama’s www.fightthesmears.com even began to address lurking questions on Obama’s illicit associations with Ayers, Retzko, Wright and the citizenship issue with Berg v Obama at the Supreme Court or Donofrio v Wells scheduled for a SCOTUS conference on December 5, 2008, was SR 511. 

What started out as an effort to put to rest any objection to Senator John McCain’s eligibility to become our nation’s President because he was born outside of the U.S. in Panama, was in fact a preemptive strike to eliminate any claim that Obama might not be a natural born citizen either . A February NY Times article raised the question as to whether McCain, who was born in 1936 on a U.S. military installation in the Panama Canal Zone, satisfied the constitutional prerequisites to become president. Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution requires a president to be a natural born citizen.

“There are powerful arguments that Senator McCain or anyone else in this position is constitutionally qualified, but there is certainly no precedent,” Sarah H. Duggin, an associate professor of law at Catholic University who has studied the issue extensively, told the NYT. “It is not a slam-dunk situation.”  http://blogs.wsj.com/law/2008/04/11/clinton-obama-agree-mccains-a-natural-born-citizen/.

SR 511 is Constitutional Resolution that got slam dunked when it passed in April of this year (08). Obama’s congressional supporters – including Gov. Claire McCaskill (D-MOi), Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK), Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), and Sen. James Webb (D-VA) –proposed and passed a Resolution (S.Res.511) entitled: Recognizing that John Sidney McCain, III, is a natural born citizen.  http://www.opencongress.org/bill/110-sr511/text.

S. Res.511 clearly states that “…Whereas the term `natural born Citizen’, as that term appears in Article II, Section 1, is not defined in the Constitution of the United States…”

Whereas, a natural born Citizen is not defined?  Hold your horses there and re-read.  Natural born citizen is not defined.  Hmmmmmmm? The bill states, ” Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible to be President…”  This piece of legislation was introduced, written and passed clearly with intent to extend the meaning of the Constitution, and prior to SR 511 there was no presidency in Congress.  

Mrs. Clinton’s support and co-authorship of this bill, even though they were battling in the primary election for the presidency, was so incredibly strategic and manipulative on Obama’s part that it borders on absolute fraud.  The bill completely attempts to redefine his citizenship and will try to keep him eligible, constitutionally as the 44th President, even after he finally shows his Official Vault Birth Certificate. 

Do you honestly think Obama wants Hillary Clinton to act as his Secretary of State?  Obama owes Hillary big time for sponsoring SR 511, and her nomination as SOS is payback.  He will put up with her, and torture her until he can no longer stand it or she will, herself – resign from the position. 

The Supreme Court may seek to grant Donofrio, Berg, and maybe even Keyes, a day in court and America may finally come to know the truth on Obama’s birth certificate.  It has been alleged his birth is in Kenya, he lost his citizenship in Indonesia, his mother was a minor when she gave birth, his dad was Frank Marshall, he is an illegal alien, blah, blah, blah- according to SR 511- the Democrats would have us believe Constitution was tossed by the wayside and no matter. 

Alas, in truth, “Simple resolutions do not require the approval of the other house nor the signature of the President, and they do not have the force of law.” http://www.senate.gov/legislative/common/briefing/leg_laws_acts.htm#4 

Whether or not we are ever witness to his birth certificate, the facts are fuzzy and circumspect that Obama may not be qualified to hold any office in the United States.  Would any elector who now votes for Obama may be found guilty of treason?  

The Electoral College meets on December 15, 2008 to issue an official election determination. This is not the change anyone had hoped for from Obama.

The campaign for President is winding down but the media’s news campaign for the results of the election are running full steam ahead.

Americans are tuning in to Main Stream Media and the Internet like never before to follow election results and see where our country is headed in the next four years.  It is incredible really, the amount of information that one has access to in America, and that the access and reporting is in real time.  It becomes unimaginable that there are places in the world like Russia and China where the government censures the media at it’s convenience.  Freedom of speech and of the press are often taken for granted in America.  Whatever the outcome, our Election Day coverage in the media displays to the entire world that democracy works.  There is no amount of advertising dollars that could ever be spent that indicates just how powerful freedom is.

It will be interesting to note not only the variances in the graphic designs but the uncertainty of predictions.  In 2004, polling numbers, predictions and maps were cast aside as our Judaical system ruled in the end that George Bush won.  Statistics and graphs can misrepresent the truth and be manipulated into reflecting opinion, rather than fact.  Will Fox News, that typically leans toward Republican candidates, show graphs that reflect a bias toward McCain?  Will CNN, that is stereotypically pro Democrat, yield information that indicates Obama the winner?  Time will tell in the final outcome which media outlet is the most reliable, fair and balanced in reporting the results and activities of Election 2008.  My prediction and hope is that voters put country first and that in the end all the maps- no matter the source, confirm John S. McCain as the next President of The United States of America.

  • December 24, 2008 – Deadline for Receipt of Electoral Votes: The President of the Senate, the Archivist of the United States, and other designated Federal and State officials must have the electoral votes in hand.
  • January 6, 2009 – Counting Electoral Votes in Congress: The Congress meets in joint session to count the electoral votes (unless Congress passes a law to change the date).

    Riot Police Ready For Civil Unrest on Election Night

    Black, White, Yellow, or any other shade of peoples, Americans must believe in Red, White and Blue on Election Day.  The world looks to America for leadership and stability and when we deviate in our path of Democracy and fair elections, we subject ourselves to further erosion of our power to the world.  America and it’s allies helped allow for the first voting in 50 years in Iraq with the means of dipping a finger into purple ink, it is not so easy to identify a voter in America, nor should it be.  There is a whole variety of problems that we can anticipate.  In early voting, usually in favor of Democratic Candidates, we have already seen challenges at the polls.  On Election Day, indeed we may have voting machine manipulation and malfunction, polling places that run out of paper, long lines, and a potential that precincts could be overwhelmed by an outpouring of voters.  Just imagine in Chicago, if the turnout is so massive with 8 hour waits and not every voter gets to vote, what kind of voter unrest could occur?
     
    Only last year, with the results from Kenya’s closely contested elections still up in the air and evidence growing of election mischief, riots and ethnic clashes erupted across the country. Kenya is east Africa’s most stable and prosperous democracy but rioting killed hundreds after the election. Raila Odinga, who was leading in the polls prior to the election was the candidate Obama had been campaigning for but he lost his election to Mwai Kibaki. All the more reason that Obama’s lack of interference in his Aunt Zeituni’s plea for US Asylum seems suspect.
     
    When Main Stream Media, CBS News, brings out a blog post just two days before the election that is titled “Police Prepare For Possible Election Night Riots,” and the lead in question asks, ” Will election night bring civil Unrest?”  maybe we had better pay attention.  http://www.cbsnews.com/blogs/2008/10/22/politics/horserace/entry4539330.shtml 

    In Chicago, Obama is holding a rally downtown after the polls close on Tuesday night and Mayor Daley believes that up to a million people could flood the city’s streets.     This historic presidential contest will feature either America’s first black President or first female Vice President. Iraqi’s went to the polls in the face of real threats, I don’t think Americans will.  Clearly though, the unspoken concern among some is that a surprise Obama loss could lead to suspicion of foul play and violence could ensue in cities with large “black populations based on previous riots in urban areas.”  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riot.  “So let me get this straight: No matter what happens, we should expect blacks to riot.     We’ve seen “emergency-preparedness” steps taken in Denver before the DNC and at every campaign rally Obama and McCain have attended and nothing major has happened.  We’ve  prepared for Y2K and nothing happened.  In case all hell breaks loose, we will be duly prepared in major cities and do not forget that the Army’s Brigade Homeland Tour of U.S. Combat troops have been repatriated from Iraq to help with any civil unrest.

    .S. Army Field Manual 19-15, Civil Disturbances, 1985, is the current doctrinal reference on civil disturbances. Most tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) addressed in this manual were developed from experiences gained during domestic riots in the 1960s.     President Roosevelt once said, “In politics there are no accidents.  If it happens you can bet it was planned that way.” I hardly think people will take to the streets, nor will the service of the Army, The National Guard, or riot troops be necessary.  We are a patient people and have endured two years of campaigning with no unrest.  Election Day occurs on a school and work night with honest to God people who have to get up and go to work, and many of McCain supporters will be sleeping well before the results are in.   No matter who wins, I believe in widespread respect for the law and while I encourage you to vote McCain, my prediction is that nothing will happen.  That’s my theory anyways.
