European Union Changes Name to Eurozone, New Flag

Plagued with debt problems, the E.U. has apparently changed its name to the Eurozone.  

“What’s in a name? That which we call a rose, By any other name would smell as sweet.” 

Here Juliet tells Romeo that a name is an artificial and meaningless convention, and that she loves the person who is called “Montague”, not the Montague name and not the Montague family. Romeo, out of his passion for Juliet, rejects his family name and vows, as Juliet asks, to “deny (his) father” and instead be “new baptized” as Juliet’s lover. This one short line encapsulates the central struggle and tragedy of the play.

No matter the name, The European Union, European Commission, E.U. or Eurozone, these countries are not playing for love, but for money and survival in the real world- far from Shakespeare’s time.

The flag looks like another spooky eyeball staring at you from The New World Order. There are 12 stars and 27 member states. Maybe it has to do with a clock having twelve positions, implying in time that there will only be 12 members in the future or that time will tell if the Eurozone survives.

Greenland is the only territory to have left the EU and it would appear, it was a smart move.

For all the implications  for the value of sterling and gilts of talks to form a British government, investors are this weekend probably more concerned about negotiations to stabilize the euro involving the European Central Bank and European government heads – as Jim O’Neill of Goldman Sachs pointed out on the Today Programme.

The big threat, not just to the health of the eurozone economy but to the world’s prosperity, is that Continental banks are finding it harder and more expensive to borrow for longer periods on wholesale markers.

In the midst of a financial disaster, we have a new flag.  Whip dee do.

On a rather sketchy legal basis, the leaders have told the European Commission to meet on Sunday and draw up plans for a “mechanism to preserve financial stability in Europe”.  The body that met today has no legal status, though Mr Sarkozy kept talking about “the council of the eurozone”, which I have never heard of before. Funny thing is, President Nicolas Sarkozy is not in anyway a leader of this group.  Ahh the limelight. 

The only other name change I can recall for a group of member states is when President Bush and subsequently President Obama, refer to the U.S. as The Homeland. 

The Homeland term is derived from and equivalent to the German Nazi term “der Fatherland”. Der Fatherland was used by Hitler to impassion Germans with patriotism, diverting their attention from laws, legislation and programs authorizing genocide and ethnic cleansing. http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=homeland.

The wing (nuts) of the UN- The United Nations Conference for Trade and Development, UNCTAD  have released a report calling for the elimination of the dollar. The Telegraph summed it up:

In essence, the report calls for a new Bretton Woods-style system of managed international exchange rates, meaning central banks would be forced to intervene and either support or push down their currencies depending on how the rest of the world economy is behaving.

“Replacing the dollar with an artificial currency would solve some of the problems related to the potential of countries running large deficits and would help stability,” said Detlef Kotte, one of the report’s authors. “But you will also need a system of managed exchange rates. Countries should keep real exchange rates [adjusted for inflation] stable. Central banks would have to intervene and if not they would have to be told to do so by a multilateral institution such as the International Monetary Fund.”

p. 12 [The SCHEME] Whatever form an enhanced scheme of SDR allocation may take, it will only be acceptable to all countries if the terms on which SDRs can be used as international liquidity are absolutely clear-cut, particularly the  parity of the SDR vis-à-vis all national currencies. The Bretton Woods system and the European Monetary System provide precedents for what could be an appropriate solution for determining exchange rates within a multilateral framework. In these systems the implicit rule was that the exchange rate of a national currency with the international currency was determined by the purchasing power of that currency expressed in all other currencies.

Straightforward and simple- To define the scheme, the dollar is going to be worthless or worth less upon the acceptance of a new global currency. The financial system that thrives on currency trading would do so no more.  So much for economics of growth in America!  NAFTA and GATT were the first steps to the “giant sucking sounds” quoting, Ross Perot who stood firmly that NAFTA would cause U.S. jobs to go south, and manufacturing east to china.  

China’s reserves are now more than – $2 trillion, the world’s largest.  Cheng Siwei now head of China’s green energy drive said referencing the US, “If they keep printing money to buy bonds it will lead to inflation, and after a year or two the dollar will fall hard. Most of our foreign reserves are in US bonds and this is very difficult to change, so we will diversify incremental reserves into euros, yen, and other currencies,” he said. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/economics/6146957/China-alarmed-by-US-money-printing.html  As proof of TARP’s failure- The more “money” the Federal Reserve creates – the less your “money” buys.

China, Germany, the U.N. and others previously called for a new “international reserve currency”, lessening a dependence of the dollar and U.S. economy.  Timothy Geithner’s response? He is ”quite open” to the suggestion to remove the greenback.  A$$hole- can’t even file his own taxes correctly.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP) exists in part, as a perfect way to introduce a regional currency called the Amero and regional cooperation between the U.S. Canada and Mexico. www.spp.gov This is just another step at eliminating sovereignty making the transition to a world currency more easily acceptable.  The EU has the euro, is the Amero really not plausible?

The Obama Barcode, RFID in The New World Order

How free am I really?  How free are you?  How do we ensure our freedoms?  We all have some basic day to day living choices.  More and more our government makes many of the decisions for us, and can easily track those decisions- far from acting to protect the people of a state from the out-of-control federal government which was formed to protect the same.

I am feeling less protected these days with the thought that the bailout is costing thousands from each taxpayer especially at the notion of a North American Union.  I am also feeling a bit exposed, as it has become rather evident that everything we do and every where we go is traceable. 

We are witnessing incentives for free enterprise dwindle and turn toward a socialistic government where the taking from one person’s hard work and giving it to someone else is basically slavery.  President Lincoln worked hard to remove the chains of slavery.  President Obama has managed to spend more money, shackle us with debt, and a misguided promise of economic freedom. 

As slaves to a national debt, we extend our hands for shackles and handouts instead using them for hard work.  Will we see bar codes on our wrists or chips implanted to track the slaves,-er, citizens?  Have RFID’s already been put into humans via vaccinations?  via abductions?     This Land is Your Land, This Land is My Land

    Adding to his promise of change and hope, President Obama today will give the government more control over grabbing American land and how it is used.

    Obama is fast becoming the best magician in the world, first print money out of thin air and now grabbing land away from private enterprise with his signature.  He is expected today sign into law the land bill that merges 164 separate bills for parks, wilderness and conservation projects into one single bill- the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009. 

    The Revolutionary War and War of 1812 Battlefield Protection Act, as it was originally proposed is yet another broken promise of transparency.  The bill has not been made available for more than five days; this time due to the fact he is scheduled to leave for London  Tuesday.   “When there’s a bill that ends up on my desk as president, you, the public, will have five days to look on line and find out what’s in it before I sign it. ” The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act and the Medicare expansion bill also went without posting the bill for five day comment.

    H.R. 116 – the full text at http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d111:HR00146:@@@L&summ2=m  is an act to designate certain land as components of the National Wilderness Preservation System, to authorize certain programs and activities in the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture, and for other purposes.  According to CBO, the 1,248-page bill is estimated to cost $6.4 billion. http://www.gop.gov/bill/111/1/s22  Again with the billions!

    The bill will  protect more than 2 million acres of wilderness in nine states and a thousand miles of rivers.  Forgetting that we need land and water management in cooperation with multiple uses, the bill decimates access to the land for energy development and does a tap dance on private property owners rights in the name of conservation.  While millions can not pay their heating bills we will have new national parks, trails, and a monument systems.  In Wyoming alone, the bill prohibits natural resource development on about 1.2 million acres in Wyoming and will take 8.8 trillion cubic feet of natural gas and 300 million barrels of oil out of production according to the Heritage Foundation. http://www.heritage.org/

    Will the State of California rename the soon to be restored, and salmon stocked San Joaquin River of  the Central Valley of California and call it, The Pelosi Valley or Baraq Watershed?  Don’t polish the RV for camping trip just yet, the American Motorcycle Association (AMA) has pointed out that the S 22 of H.R. 146 will prohibit all motorized vehicle access. http://quad.transworld.net/2009/03/29/omnibus-public-lands-bill-scheduled-for-vote-take-action-now/  Forget about hiking and finding an arrowhead, the bill criminalize the casual collecting of paleontological resources of federal land.  

    Maybe we can designate another Area 51 in Nevada?  Subtitle G , section 2601 provides for the conveyance of specified non-federal land administered by Carson City, Nevada to the Bureau of Land Management and again, limits the use of motorized and mechanical vehicles on federal land.  Could this be a perfect location for a FEMA detention camp? Another Guantanamo?

    In a further erosion of individual State’s regulations, Title IV: Forest Landscape Restoration- Section 4003- Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, through the Chief of the Forest Service, to establish a Collaborative Forest Landscape Restoration Program to select and fund ecological restoration treatments for priority forest landscapes. Requires the Secretary to establish a scientific advisory panel to evaluate, and provide recommendations on, any proposal. Requires the panel to include experts in ecological restoration, fire ecology, fire management, rural economic development, strategies for ecological adaptation to climate change, fish and wildlife ecology, and woody biomass and small-diameter tree utilization.

    National treasures and monuments could have easily been declared protected under the 1906 Antiquities Act, without consulting Congress. President Bush in fact, protected more of the ocean than anyone else in the world. First in 2006 when he established the 140,000-sq.-mi. Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument off the northwestern coast of the Hawaiian Islands, and in January of 2009 he created three separate marine national monuments in the central Pacific Ocean that together spans some 195,000 sq. mi.

    What about those other purposes? 

    Ever hear of the The Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Act? CDRPA attached as a separate bill, and the 14th Title of this 15 title omnibus legislation   http://unite2fightparalysis.org/images/uploaded/TitleXIV_of_HR_146.pdf.  is a government heath care policy shoved into a land act.   No one would dispute the tragedies associated with spinal cord injuries, Parkinson disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and paralyzing conditions,  but to bury it at the bottom of a land act?  Subtitle C provides legislation to, “establish a population-based database that may be used for longitudinal and other research on paralysis and other disabling conditions- makes rounding up folks a little easier when you know exactly where they are. 

    Redefining land laws amounts to creating another comprehensive supra-national government institution. Our laws, economics, cultures, and politics are co-mingling to take away individual private rights, discourage capitalism and disburse more government powers in The New World Order.  Will  governments domain over the land go so far into Canada and Mexico to create the NAU- North American Union? 

    World Net Daily in 2006, gave warning when it issued a story  titled “The U.N.’s Global Land Grab”  http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=49100  stating that: The Southern Appalachian Biosphere Reserve, or SAMAB, began in the 1970s when UNESCO recognized the 571,000-acre Great Smoky Mountains National Park as a site worthy to be included in its growing global network of Biosphere Reserves.  Biosphere Reserves, by definition, include “core wilderness areas” protected from human use, which are surrounded by “buffer zones,” which are managed for conservation objectives. Those are surrounded by “zones of cooperation,” which are “laboratories for sustainable development.”

     

    Under the guise of a bunny hugger plot and conservation objectives, the government is taking land and the rabbits with it.  What magicians you have elected.

    Bailout in USD or AMERO?

    $700 Billion, have we totally lost our minds?  Where is free market correction when you need it most?  $700 billion is something around a third of our federal budget.  The US Dollar Index- USDX currency markets have the dollar value on a spirling downwards tick.  If the fed raises rates the already fragile real estate market could collapse and if it lowers rates the dollar could collapse.  Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.

    Oil prices and other goods and services costs have to go up to counteract the decrease in the dollar value-INFLATION.  The US debt is well into the TRILLIONS with us owing China a huge chunk.  China instead of sitting on the dollars when they sell stuff, buys American interest bearing Treasury Bills and Treasury bonds.  Should Congress order the Fed to buy the debt back?  Everyone likes a Sale!  Money on sale, money on sale!  The buy back could be at a discounted rate but then it would further erode the value and increase the debt.  That won’t work and in the real world, sale items can not be returned with out a receipt.

    It seems the Fed may have created more problems than it was supposed to prevent. Yikes, the money supply is increasing and the value decreasing.   Let’s print more money!  As for the SEC- jeeze oh weeze Louise, what happened to enforcing the laws on the books?  Could it be that when WTC 7 burned in NYC on 9-11 it took with how investment banks may have operated to split up top shares of initial public offerings when the high tech boom was occurring and other hints of information that might have fortold of this economic panic?

    What it all boils down to is the printing of more and more money with little value.  How to increase the value?  That’s the billion/trillion dollar question.  Hey, remember the idea of the AMERO?  Let’s introduce a new currency to solve some problems.  Ironically, unsubstantiated rumors on the net are “circulating in the Kremlin today states that the US Secretary of the Treasury has informed the China Development Bankthat the US has shipped $800 Billion of a new currency called the Amero, which is to be based upon the merging of the economies of The United States, Mexico and Canada into what is termed as The North American Union.  The current American debt obligation to China, currently based on the US Dollar, is now estimated to be the staggering sum of $2.5 Trillion, and which this new Amero will be exchanged for $400 Billion of this debt as the current American currency is set to be devalued by 50 percent before the end of the year.”  http://www.nworeport.com/ussends.htm   WHAT?  Okay, cite the source, but holy crap batman!

    Maybe its all another case of shock and awe and to paraphrase author Naomi Klein, a “Rise of Disaster Capitalism,” providing exciting market opportunities in the wake of our financial crisis.   I’ve been to both countries and live in the US and since the people are all so nice everywhere, we could integrate Canada, USA, and Mexico into a North American Union to compete?  Good as reason as any.  All those troops serving a Brigade Homeland Tour, now on active duty, won’t have to worry about the borders any more.  We’ll be border-less just like the European Union.  We’ll all just be friends and get along splendidly.  The military will have more time to concentrate on countering terrorist threats just like they have participated by interdicting drugs and illegal aliens for decades.  I wonder if the Blackwater guys will mind being paid in the Amero?

    Is is a major inconvenience to exchange currency at the border, problem solved with the AMERO!  The Europeans have done it with the EU, and supposidly The African Union Group of Eminent Persons has a plan to introduce a bank of all African currency by 2010, named Gold Mandela.  Why not the USA? 

    President Bush has already hinted at this over the years and historically there is key legislation already in place- starting with NAFTA.  Mexican and Canadian trucks zip on thru US soil in the fast track with the Trusted Traveller Program. http://www.dhs.gov/xtrvlsec/crossingborders/  What’s another Executive Order?  Between the Military Commissions Act 2006, and the John Warner Defense Approprates Act 2007, and a list of Civil Disturbance Statues our President may have no problems convincing us that a North American Union is the way to achieve economic stability.  We’re already in a State of Emergency, let alone fighting the War on Poverty, the War on Drugs, the War on Terrorism, the Wars on Whatever.  Will the tax-paying citizens have run out of money and energy to fight a War against a NEU or Amero? 

    The things is, that if we abandon monetary nationalism –the almighty dollar, and move towards adapting to regional currencies, we could be going down a path to one world currency and globalization.  Is that bad?  A New World Order, ring a bell?  ding, ding, ding. 

    Label it what you wish– from A New World Order, to World Law, Global Democracy, Internationalism, A New Economic Order, Global Free Trade, or the International Monetary System.  Throw in the mix phrases like Global Citizenship, Global Warming, Unity in Diversity, Inter Faith-ism and Solidary and all reflect a big shift in who holds economic power.  It’s like a Star Trek episode, we come from the Federation of Earth.  Things like a $700 billion dollar bail out (or rescue- if you prefer the term) is going to reshape America. 

    For the better, I pray.  

    I question whether conspiracy is a foot, but damn I sure don’t want the shoe to fit.
