Obama’s Aunt and Anti-Rumor Plans

Less than 72 hours to go, and McCain’s campaign is pushing an “anti-Obama” message and a Pro-McCain message second. Rumors continue to circle like sharks smelling blood around Obama, his family and his associates.  As usual the MSM- Main Stream Media has pretty much ignored Obama shortcomings and instead focused on polls surmising an Obama Victory.  McCain managed a one point lead over Obama last week but then Zogby decided to average out the polling for three days in a row, and ta-da, Obama is back in the Main Stream News leading by a huge margin .  “Remember, as I said yesterday, one day does not make a trend. This is a three-day rolling average and no changes have been tectonic.”  said pollster, John Zogby http://www.zogby.com/news/ReadNews.dbm?ID=1627 

Obama’s anti-rumor plan, it seems has worked. Rather than continuing to answer questions directly about lingering questions like: his citizenship, former relationships with terrorists like William Ayers, his ministry with Reverend Jeremiah Wright, the missing L.A. Times tape, or most recently his Aunt who is not only an illegal alien but illegally donated to his campaign, Obama instead has relied on his website fightthesmears.com to alleviate any lingering questions. http://www.fightthesmears.com/  Apparently the Obama campaign is too busy to provide a statement at this time regarding his Aunt, the L.A. Times Tape, or any of the pending litigation against him like Berg vs Obama on his site.   

Obama was quoted in a mid-June Times article saying, “”We have seen this before. There is dirt and lies that are circulated in e-mails, and they pump them out long enough until finally you, a mainstream reporter, asks me about it,” Obama said, bristling. “That gives legs to the story. If somebody has evidence that myself or Michelle or anybody has said something inappropriate, let them do it.”  America has asked repeatedly for clarifications, yet Obama fails to answer directly. 

In the matter of Obama’s aunt, Obama couldn’t even manage to make a comment himself instead relying on spokesman Ben LaBolt, saying that the campaign was returning $265 dollars donated by the aunt to her nephew’s campaign.

While McCain has often wavered in his message, Obama’s from day one has said “What you won’t hear from this campaign or this party is the kind of politics that uses religion as a wedge, and patriotism as a bludgeon — that sees our opponents not as competitors to challenge, but enemies to demonize.”- Barack Obama, June 3, 2008.  I find it disheartening to know that I and other citizens who merely question his policies are demonizing him and unpatriotic.

McCain too has had his fair share of citizenship eligibility questions lobbed at him.  In April of this year, a number of Obama’s congressional supporters – including Gov. Claire McCaskill (D-MOi), Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) Sen. Tom Coburn (R-OK), Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY), and Sen. Whereas, since it was entered into Congressional Records as fact, McCain did not have to provide a  birth certificate and neither does Obama, clearly circumventing the Constitution.  No such Congressional record exsisits to recognize that Baraq Obama is natural born.  According to Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer: “The president, The Supreme Court justices, and all members of Congress, have taken an oath to defend and protect the Constitution and have an affirmative duty to protect the Constitution by doing whatever is necessary to insure that presidential (and congressional) candidates meet the Constitutional requirements for the offices they seek. It is a mandatory duty, and failure to do so violate their oaths of office. If they don’t follow this oath in Obama’s case, it will be the biggest swindle in American history, allowing Obama and the DNC to have concealed his true identity and lack of citizenship, thereby conning Democrats out of hundreds of millions of dollars of campaign contributions. If justice is served, dozens of `leading’ Democrats should go to prison for fraud.” from Tulsa Today.

Obama’s Aunt From Kenya, Illegal US Citizen

Obama doesn’t bother to take care of your his own family members let alone citizens of America.  Obama’s Aunt Zeituni Onyango, from Kenya is living in the the United States illegally and living in the Boston projects – just up the road from the Harvard Law School that Obama attended.  WASHINGTON (AP) – Barack Obama’s aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.  Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as “Aunti Zeituni” in Obama’s memoir,  “Dreams of my Father” was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request. http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D945SVMO1&show_article=1  She decided to stay in the US and why wouldn’t she with her nephew slated in some polls to win the Presidency of the USA?

She declined to answer most other questions about her relationship with the presidential contender until after the November 4 election. “I can’t talk about it, I just pray for him, that’s all,” she said, adding: “After the 4th, I can talk to anyone.”   I can’t wait to hear what Auntie Z she has to say.  Does Aunt Z know something about where Obama was born?  Did Obama himself ask her not to talk to the press until after the election?  How could her wealthy nephew, who is running for the Presidency, ignore her plight when easily as a Senator could have asked for intervention and review of her case?

Her latest contribution was $5 on Sept. 19. I wonder if the Federal Elections Committee is going to ask That One to give her a refund or even bother with scrutinizing any of the donations he has received in $5- $ 25 increments  .http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/01/obamas-radical.html wrote back in January 2008 about his half sister Maya Soetoro-Ng.  They have the same mother but have different fathers.  She is quoted to say, about him being a Muslim,  “it has been erroneously attached to my brother,  The man has been a Christian for twenty years.” that One has been a Christian for 20 years, what was he the other years?   A Muslim?

If we add up Obama’s alleged half brother in Kenya living in a hut on a dollar a month and an aunt from Kenya living here illegally, throw in twenty years as a Christian and we must question Obama’s family values and character once again.  America can not trust Obama as far as you can see him. 

Is Obama a racist in visiting and caring for his white grandmother, with whom he just visited in Hawaii, while his black aunt and black half brother live in poverty? 

Perhaps Obama has aligned himself to the Ownership Society more than previously thought.  In his Democratic Candidates acceptance speech he said of McCain, “For over two decades, he’s subscribed to that old, discredited Republican philosophy – give more and more to those with the most and hope that prosperity trickles down to everyone else. In Washington, they call this the Ownership Society, but what it really means is – you’re on your own. Out of work? Tough luck. No health care? The market will fix it. Born into poverty? Apparently Aunt Zeituni is on her own and Mr. & Mrs. Obama will not be spreading any of that wealth they have earned around to keep her out of public housing.

Obama’s Birth Certificate in Hawaii Certifiable Madness

It has been certifiable madness that there are so many lawsuits in the courts in an effort to get Barack Obama to provide his “vault version” of his birth certificate in order to prove his eligibility to become President.  Instead, we the public are shown a fraudulent birth certificate (short version)- a certificate of live birth,  that was deemed credible by factcheck.org (which by the way, is funded by the Anneneburg Foundation–the board Obama sat on for years with William Ayers of–no conflict of interest there!). Instead of making the lawsuits go away instantly by providing the vault version of his birth certificate, he has refused to do so. Wouldn’t logic dictate to provide it and the lawsuit would go away?  Instead, we have a Democrat, Philip J. Yesterday it seems that privacy laws were broken in Hawaii.   “Hawaii Health Department spokeswoman Janice Okubo told the Tribune state privacy laws and attorney general guidance barred her from confirming the certificate’s authenticity. But, “It looks exactly the same as my own birth certificate,” Okubo said.”  HOW DOES OKUBO KNOW WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE?  http://www.upi.com/Top_News/2008/10/30/Rumor_questions_Obamas_birth_certificate/UPI-64261225393575/  Hiding for months behind privacy laws and legal wrangling, the Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino has refused to issue a copy of his vaulted birth certificate.  Then, just in time for Halloween trick and treats we have Fukino saying in a report from Associated Press:  “HONOLULU (AP) – State officials say there’s no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.  Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino says she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama’s original birth certificate. Fukino says that no state official, including Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama’s certificate be handled differently from any other.  She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest in it.” http://www.khnl.com/Global/story.asp?S=9275581  “State law (Hawai’i Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record,” said DOH Director Chiyome Fukino. “Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai’i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawai’i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”

In a complete head spinning act like the girl from the movie The Exorcist, she makes a statement that not only has she seen Obama’s birth certificate, but that it is authentic and he was in fact born in Hawaii.  Well, that’s a bunch of vomit.  This is the woman who once said,        “All of the evidence that we have says that the beaches are as safe now as they were before the sewage spill.” http://thinkexist.com/quotes/dr._chiyome_fukino/  Seeing that she is so well versed in crap, we are expected to believe that she got off her high horse and broke the law to peer into a sealed document that is protected by her own state of Hawaii’s laws on privacy?

Governor Lingle, clearly has indicated that Obama’s birth certificate not be handled any differently, yet we see a government employee doing just that and breaking the law.  Why now, after months of legal filings has she decided to come forward to admit that she has seen That One’s birth certificate?  When did she see it?  Under who’s authority did she act?  Why is spokesperson Janice Okubo claiming to have knowledge of what Obama’s birth certificate looks like.  If Okubo, a lowly employee got a glimpse of Obama’s birth certificate, at the very least there must be others who may also attest to its content. 

Perhaps Obama should sue in the state of Hawaii since it is obvious that a crime was committed against him by Hawaii’s own Health Department in releasing an opinion, opening a sealed document, and blatantly violating Obama’s own right to privacy.  Had the Hawaii Health Department claimed that Obama was in fact born some where else than Hawaii, the outcome would have serious repercussions on the election and immediate actions would be taken, most certainly in a court of law.  I do not believe that any Court in the land would accept testimony in place of the presentation of an actual document which is easily accessible to an expert witness.  Obama, before he became a politician was a graduate of the Harvard School of Law, and would certainly have never accepted a statement from an expert witness when there is documentation available.

Until Obama himself releases the authentic, vaulted birth certificate, this will not go away, nor should it.  The debate rages on as to who has standing to enforce the rules of eligibility, and in an effort to protect anyone from taking the Office of The President of The United States who is not a citizen, we the people need to see our nominees birth certificates and not take just take someone’s word for it.

America needs to move past this and Obama needs to once and for all release his own birth certificate.  While Obama is in full disclosure mode, he should at the very least make a statement about the dinner he attended for Khalidi with his wife and William Ayers.

Federal Election Commission Not In Charge

In the matter of Berg vs Obama, questioning Obama’s citizenship and eligibility to be President, Berg has appealed all the way to the Supreme Court and we are awaiting a ruling which may take until hell freezes over.  None the less, no facts were ruled valid or invalid as they have not been heard. In all these filings the FEC – Federal Election Committee is named along with Obama and rightfully so the FEC made a special filing to the Court requesting relief from the claim since the dismissal of the case not apparently mention them specifically from being dismissed. 

DEFENDANT FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION’S MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF SUBJECT MATTER JURISDICTION PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 12(b)(1)

Defendant Federal Election Commission (“FEC” or “Commission”) moves to dismiss the Complaint in this matter pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Plaintiff’s Complaint does not present an Article III case or controversy because plaintiff lacks standing to raise the issue of a candidate’s constitutional eligibility. Moreover, even if Berg had standing to raise the constitutional eligibility issue, the Commission should be dismissed as a party to this case because it has no oversight over the Constitution’s Presidential Qualifications Clause.

Obama’s Citizenship Goes to Supreme Court

I am convinced that Barry Baraq Mohammed Hussein Dunham Sottero Obama Jr., is not a natural born citizen as required by the U.S. Constitution to be President.  If Obama wins the election as most polls predict, Obama will be an Unconstitutional President the second he raises his right hand to God or Allah and takes the Presidential Oath of Office.

In the opinion of groups like Family Security Matters, “unless Obama can produce an authentic birth certificate proving that he is a “natural born citizen,” then every Democrat member of Congress, every person managing Obama’s campaign, every officer and director of the Democrat National Committee, and every person who has ever taken an oath to “support and defend” the Constitution and is now supporting an Unconstitutional candidate for president, has participated in a vast left-wing conspiracy to defraud millions of Democrats out of hundreds of millions of dollars to elect an Unconstitutional President.” http://familysecuritymatters.org/docLib/20080805_VoterGuide_Aug_4_2008CATOKvf1.pdf

In concealing the whereabouts of his birth, Obama so far has succeeded in dodging the most fundamental requirement of eligibility as President.  Numerous legal proceeding have been filed against Obama to provide proof of his citizenship but most cases have been quick in responding with motions to dismiss further allowing That One to continue to perpetrate fraud on the American people.  Berg vs Obama was dismissed by the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania last week, for lack of standing, he has appealed to the Supreme Court. No facts were ruled valid or invalid as they have not been heard.  Berg and all citizens of The USA must query the authority of Judge Surrick’s District Court’s decision and the eligibility of Obama’s citizenship.  Berg commented:

“This is a question of who has standing to uphold our Constitution. If I don’t have standing, if you don’t have standing, if your neighbor doesn’t have standing to question the eligibility of an individual to be President of the United States – the Commander-in-Chief, the most powerful person in the world – then who does?”

Enforcement of The Constitution’s Natural Born Citizen Clause

http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/10/who_enforces_the_constitutions.html asks who enforces the Constitution’s Natural Born Citizen Clause?  Apparently it isn’t you or I that enforce the Constitution.  We only foot the bill with our taxes to those duly elected, to protect and serve, “We the people.

Judge Surrick did not agree in Berg vs Obama, which undoubtedly will be refiled.

In another fine example of his character, while Obama has admitted previous associations with Rashid Khalidi there is now more proof as to how close the relationship was.  The LA Times said it obtained a video of Obama delivering an in-person testimonial in 2003 at the farewell party of anti-Israel professor Rashid Khalidi, who at the time was departing the University of Chicago for a new teaching position at Columbia University.  The LA Times says it will not release the video or its contents to the media. Guests besides Obama at the dinner for Khalidi included former Weather Underground members Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn.

Obama has purchased a half hour of television time, scheduled to air tonight, Wednesday, October 29, 2008.  The ad is slated to air on MSNBC, making it the only cable news outlet to run the ad. NBC, Fox, CBS, and Univision will also broadcast the ad.  CNN declined to accept the infomercial.  A big pat on the back to CNN for doing it’s job, reporting the news- however slanted it may be. CBS, NBC and Fox will pocket $1 million per network for the half hour of paid advertisement. There are also rumors circulating that Fox moved the start time of the World Series Coverage, but Fox Network says it did not move the World Series for the campaign ad, and that the first pitch was never slated for earlier than 8:30 PM. ”

Obama’s Job Application Denied

Vital records (birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates) for events that occurred in Hawaii are received and preserved by the Office of Health Status Monitoring, a unit of the Department of Health. In Hawaii, access to vital records is restricted by statute (HRS §338-18).

Certified copies of these records may be issued to authorized individuals and used for such diverse purposes as school entry, passports, Social Security participation, driver’s licenses, employment, sports participation, survivor’s benefits, proof of property rights, and other needs.  http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/vital-records/index.html

The most important job in the land of the free and the home of the brave, is that of President.  Seeing as Obama is petitioning for the job of President, one must ask the state of Hawaii to publicly release his birth certificate.  A certificate of live birth COLB- is an unacceptable document of proof of lineages and place of birth.  It should be is as simple as- either provide a birth certificate or your job application to become president should be denied.  

The President works for the people and current President George Bush should mandate The US Senate Rules and Administration Committee to investigate the legality of failing to provide proof of US Citizenship.  While he is at, President Bush needs to investigate how Obama won in the Primary Election in the first place.  Whether it is the Federal Elections Committee, The Senate Rules Committee, or the Democratic National Party, President Bush in all his own legal wrangling to defeat Al Gore should apply those same resources in ensuring that Omaba is qualified and legally won the primary. 

For heaven’s sake America had an investigation into Steroids in Baseball, the least they could do after spending our tax dollars is lead an election investigation.

One would think Hillary the winner, but that’s not quite how things worked in the Democratic Primary.   Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi decided they and not the delegates or the popular vote would nominate Barack Obama for the general election.

Each president recites the following oath, in accordance with Article II, Section I of the U.S. Constitution:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

It is the job of the President of the United States protect the Constitution of the United States.  President Bush on behalf of the American People need to get to the bottom of this travesty before the Constitution is changed forever under an Obama administration.

Is it possible that Americans really want Socialism? 

All rhetoric aside, the Obama’s campaign is positioning itself at warp speed to put rhetoric into action and on an unprecedented level.  Senator Obama is ranked the most liberal member of the Senate by the National Journal and he intends to keep everyone of his liberal campaign promises with the familiar bell of spreading the wealth around ringing in the background like jungle bells on Santa’s sled.

I don’t believe in Santa any more and I don’t want to believe that Americans think the policies of Obama will enhance the economy.  All of the election polls indicate America is ready for socialism and are standing in line to vote for That One, Obama.

It is hard to resist the need for change based on our current financial crisis but to think that Obama is going to give economic justice to some of the people who are the drain of our society is infuriating.  America is not the land of entitlement, you are entitled to little- except opportunity.  Not without sensitivity to people in actual need of entitlement programs, they need to be overhauled to enable people to become productive members of society and not just welfare recipients for life.  Immigrants daily flock across our borders seeking opportunity.  Some immigrants take advantage of free government programs designed for American citizens and yet many find success going on to become US tax paying, law abiding, citizens. 

The idea that ‘we’ll take care of you’ is vomitous and totally infuriating to the American way of life.  The virtue of hard work has improved a whole lot of lives.  Work hard, go to school, get a job, save, start your own business, pay taxes, hire other people, make the economy strong, go to church, and help others when in need and live out the American Dream as you see fit.   The American Dream should never be sitting on your ass collecting a welfare check for years and years waiting for social security to kick in.  

It used to be you were embarrassed if you got a welfare check or had to buy groceries with food stamps, now I see big signs in the front of stores accepting food stamps.    Right next to the signs for “We Accept Food Stamps” are the signs that say “Obama 08”; there’s Obama justice after all.

Obama’s Threat to America

Obama running mate Joe Biden is sounding the alarm bells that we are going to have an international crisis.  “Mark my words,” the Democratic vice presidential nominee warned at the second of his two Seattle fundraisers Sunday. “It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We’re about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don’t remember anything else I said. Watch, we’re gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy. I can give you at least four or five scenarios from where it might originate,” Biden said to Emerald City supporters, mentioning the Middle East and Russia as possibilities. 

What is apparent, is that Obama is unprepared and untested to defend or respond to any kind of threat to America.  We are reminded at http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/10/time_for_a_gut_check_america.html

Project a world-wide image of timidity and self-doubt that will only encourage our enemies, as Joe Biden said, to “test” our weak president, thereby increasing the probability of  attacks on America and our allies, all of which makes war more, not less, likely under an Obama  Presidency.

Aside from changing everything from abortion laws, marriage laws for homosexuals, to tax laws in a socialist redistribution of wealth, an Obama Presidency is going to increase the probability of attacks on America.  It won’t matter what legislation Obama enacts if our country is burning in the face of terrorism on US Soil.  Dead people can not vote nor do they care much about paying taxes- except for the death tax which under Obama will be collected.  Survivors of dead Americans will be the ones left questioning Obama just as they questioned President Clinton’s actions in how 9-11 could have been prevented.

No matter your support of the Bush doctrine, no large scale terrorist act has been committed inside the borders of America under his administration since September 11.

The Implications are clear from this study and in the very words of Biden, we are at risk. Do you know and trust Barry Baraq Mohammad Hussein Dunham Sottero Obama?  Do you know and trust him with total control of the United States of America?  The potential for threat requires a candidate with the skills necessary to keep our nation secure.  America needs John McCain now more than ever.  The World needs John McCain.
