Obama Birth Certificate, Sign of The Times

Where’s the birth certificate?  Locked away like his health records and college transcripts, President Obama’s birth certificate remains as elusive as knowing the winning Power Ball Lottery winning Numbers in advance.  In fact we have a better chance at getting struck by lightening, but the issue of his citizenship will not go away- nor should it.

Last week  House press secretary Robert Gibbs said that he was incredulous.”I am incredulous that the issue just won’t go away. This question, in many ways, continues to astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy, with a seal, of the president’s birth… I certainly hope, by the fourth year of our administration, that we’ll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.”  The administration has dealt with it by paying huge legal fees to keep his records private.

Gibbs is astounded?  Hey jackass, it is millions of American’s who are astounded that our Constitution remains in jeopardy with the possibility that we are being led by a foreigner that may be ineligible.  Required by Article II Section 1 of the Constitution states, “No person except a natural-born citizen…shall be eligible to the Office of the President.”

Incredulously, Obama himself could have put an end to the lawsuits that began with Berg vs Obama, but the court proceedings linger on.  Why spend the money to defend your right to keep your sealed, certified birth certificate a secret unless there is something to hide?

Interestingly, there is a bill pending to require that all future  presidential candidates be required to show proof of eligibility before being placed on the ballot. Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., filed H.R. 1503, an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971. Virginia Republican Bob Goodlatte has signed on as a co-sponsor. 

“H.R.1503 Title: To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee’s statement of organization a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.

It appears the bill has been stalled with no action taken in more than two months.   http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/thomas.  Funny how our government under Obama can authorize the spending of billions for bailouts and buy General Motors and turn in into Government Motors- negating capitalism and open market principles in the process, but can not seem to pass a little bill that reinforces a candidates eligibility.   No matter who Obama’s grandparents are, I sincerely doubt that Obama would be grandfathered in- requiring him to prove unequivocally that he is qualified. 

Family Security Matters hasn’t gone away either.  In a letter to Rupert Murdoch of Fox News, “Revelation of this massive collapse of the fundamentals of the electoral process (ensuring candidate eligibility) at this point would make some very important people look hopelessly incompetent and inept.” http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/id.3320/pub_detail.asp   Say nothing of the 53% of voters who elected him.

Andy Martin said, “Secrecy laws were intended to protect the privacy of private citizens, not presidents.”  Martin filed an appeal May 27, 2009  to the court against Linda Lingle, in her official Capacity as Governor filing in Hawaii Courts again asking to see Obama’s birth certificate and citing numerous errors in the proceedings. http://www.pr-inside.com/obama-birth-certificate-brief-filed-in-r1278274.htm. Obama’s Citizenship and Birth Certificate Distraction

It seems it would be easier to find a needle in a hay stack than for Obama himself, to produce an authentic copy of his birth certificate.

Main Stream Media has all but dismissed coverage of any lingering questions regarding is eligibility to hold office under The U.S. Constitution-  Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and Article VI, Clause 2. of which should need no explanation.  Instead, suddenly Google has 729 news articles in it’s query and most dismiss the entire topic as being implausible. http://www.salon.com/news/feature/2008/12/09/birth_certificate/  has a review of all the “half baked legal theories,” and points to some on the fringe while ignoring the underlying facts that President Elect Obama has still refused to authenticate himself.

David Horowitz at Town Hall wrote, “It is not conservatism; it is sore loserism and quite radical in its intent. I fail to define seeking the truth for the highest office in the land, radical.  How is it radical to want to see our laws upheld?   Like most folks I live within the law.  Except for my last speeding ticket some ten years ago, I have a clean record.  I vote, work, pay taxes, have a family, and have a mundane life.  I attend church regularly where my clergy does not claim to “God Damn America.”  I am not a radical.  

When it comes to my individual right to have standing  in the court of law, I fail to see how the media does not strongly object.  Specifically Justice Surrick in Berg v Obama, et al said that Berg has no standing to challenge Obama’s citizenship- again we must ask, if he has no standing then who does?  Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr., Ph.D., J.D. writes…  “And, particularly in this situation, judges will desperately desire to escape having to take upon themselves the responsibility for the political consequences—let alone the odium whipped up by Obama’s touts in the big media—that will flow from the courts’ declaring Obama ineligible for the Office of President. Which responsibility and vilification wily judges can craftily evade by denying that voters, electors, candidates, and various other would-be litigants have “standing” to challenge his eligibility. For then the judges can claim both that, on the one hand, they have no authority to declare Obama ineligible because no litigant has “standing” to demand such relief, and that, on the other hand, by dismissing the cases solely on “standing” grounds they have not declared him eligible, either http://www.newswithviews.com/Vieira/edwin186.htm

In the National Press Room after some long winded comments which can be reviewed with a degree of fairness at http://www.americasright.com/2008/12/challenging-obamas-eligibility-just.html Berg said,  “My case in district court was dismissed for one reason – standing,” Berg said. “According to the court, I don’t have standing, Bob doesn’t have standing, no one in this room has standing. We’re asking for one qualification out of three. We know he’s at least 35 years old. We’ll give him the 14 years in the country. We just want to know that he is natural born. It’s not that difficult.”  Apparently it is.

Horowitz’ article,  Obama Derangement Syndrome: Conservatives Need to Shut Up About the Birth Certificate asks “what difference does it make if Obama was born on U.S. Soil and that advocates will argue “Constitutional Principle”.  He is correct, I and others will argue rationally for my country and my Constitution every day, with every last breath, and not shut up.  There is no civil unrest, no riots, no nothing but freedom of speech.

Donofrio, Berg, Cort, and even Andy Martin have done much to uphold the laws of this land as the original signers of the Constitution intended.    It is not about disenfranchising or challenging the 65 million votes Obama garnered in the election that are being challenged, it’s the fact that Obama should provide proof that he was legally eligible in the first place.  We respect the outcome of elections as proof in Bush v Gore and even in those ballots still being counted for of all people, Al Franken.  From The NY Times “The missing votes favored Mr. Franken, who would fall 46 more votes behind Mr. Coleman if the recount numbers are used.” http://www.nytimes.com/2008/12/09/us/politics/09minnesota.html?_r=1&ref=politics   I fail to see how more votes would not assist Mr. Franken and that goes to show the quality of MSM election reporting.

The bailout has gone from billions to trillions in just days.  Were Obama’s eligibility falter, the outcome would be tragic.  It would be a bigger tragedy to have allowed a subversion of  America’s core document, The Constitution.

The first Chief Justice of the United States, John Jay, to George Washington in 1787 in a letter wrote:

Permit me to hint, whether it would be wise and seasonable to provide a strong check to the admission of foreigners into the administration of our national Government; and to declare expressly that the Commander in Chief of the American army shall not be given to, nor devolve on any but a natural born citizen.

Perhaps the Supremes have read, ““Let it be remembered that civil liberty consists, not in a right to every man to do just what he pleases, but it consists in an equal right to all citizens to have, enjoy, and do, in peace, security and without molestation, whatever the equal and constitutional laws of the country admit to be consistent with the public good.”

 Time will tell if denial and disenfranchisement of Obama’s citizenship is consistent with the public good.

Obama Ahead in Early Voting

No wonder Obama put forth so much effort into early voting when he, himself knew that there would be issues surrounding his character and the entire voting process that might make him less appealing in the last minute before entering into the voting booth.

With just three days left until Election Day, a new CBS News poll finds that the Democratic presidential ticket of Obama and Biden leads its Republican counterpart by 13 points among likely voters, 54 percent to 41 percent.  Yet Zogby according to (CNN) — Sen. John McCain has inched ahead of Sen. Barack Obama in national polls, but the Democratic candidate holds a steady lead in the most recent Electoral College estimates. http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/09/09/presidential.polls/

Oh, just shut up already.  I personally would put my family before anything in my life- I am a religious person, a Catholic in fact, and I while I believe in God, family for me comes first.  I see no evidence that Obama’s family comes first with relatives of every mix, nationality and religion scattered through out the world living in poverty.

Obama has down right, dirty deeded and unscrupioulsy attempted to influence early voters on the premise of reform.  What needs to be reformed is the whole idea of early voting.   Election day in America is November 4th, not one day before or one day after.  We have bent and yeilded the laws to make voting a convenience and it is a slap in the face of the American Voter to think that with out a rational excuse, you can vote early because you might have to stand in line for an hour or so on election day.  We have soldiers standing for us on foreign soil complaining they don’t have working guns and some shmuck will compain about the weather on election day.  Go figure.

Curtis Gans, director of the Committee for the Study of the American Electorate at American University, says the trend may show the impact of Obama’s get-out-the-vote effort. “It might indicate an advantage, at least out of the early voting figures, for the Democratic Party,” he says. Is it fair to say that early voters might be registered democratics who stand the most to benefit from that One, O’bama’s spread the wealth programs?  Yep. Many early Democratic voters can go at thier leisure unlike the rest of many Republicans who actually have jobs and are accountable to a time clock and would not necessarily sacrifice personal paid time off the job to go and vote. 

With less than 72 hours I don’t care if you have to crawl uphill both ways to vote on Election Day.  Vote and Vote McCain.

LA Times Video – Obama Praises Rashid Khalidi

Red Rover, Red Rover can Rashid Khalidi come over? 

Obama’s list of friends that he used to play with keeps coming back to haunt him.  MSM- Main Street Media portrays Obama like a cult leader, foraging his way through the USA, spreading his message of a redistribution of wealth,  rather than focusing on how Obama got to the Democratic Nomination in the first place.  Obama did not win the popular vote or the electoral vote, he was duly appointed by Pelosi. https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2008/10/28/obamas-job-application-denied/

In another fine example of his character, while Obama has admitted previous associations with Rashid Khalidi there is now more proof as to how close the relationship was.  The LA Times said it obtained a video of Obama delivering an in-person testimonial in 2003 at the farewell party of anti-Israel professor Rashid Khalidi, who at the time was departing the University of Chicago for a new teaching position at Columbia University.  The LA Times says it will not release the video or its contents to the media. Guests besides Obama at the dinner for Khalidi included former Weather Underground members Bill Ayers and his wife, Bernardine Dohrn.

The actions of The LA Times are dispicable and a slap in the face to freedom of the press and down right good journalism.  If the LA Times never releases the video it really won’t matter as Main Stream America and good old boys like “Joe the Plumber” are coming in force to question the Obama sales pitch.  Joe was on Fox recently talking about his opinion on Obama’s stance on Israel. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/10/28/foxs-shepard-smith-forced_n_138674.html  “Anyway, five minutes with Joe The Plumber had Shepard Smith so frustrated that the Fox anchor felt compelled to issue a disclaimer, immediately following the segment, pushing back on any notion that Obama would mean the “death of Israel,” saying: “I just want to make this 100 percent perfectly clear — Barack Obama has said repeatedly and demonstrated repeatedly that Israel will always be a friend of the United States, no matter what happens once he becomes President of the United States.”  It is hard to fathom a President Obama enhancing a peace process for Isreal when he is friendly with the likes of Rashid Khalidi.

Obama has purchased a half hour of television time, scheduled to air tonight, Wednesday, October 29, 2008.  The ad is slated to air on MSNBC, making it the only cable news outlet to run the ad. NBC, Fox, CBS, and Univision will also broadcast the ad.  CNN declined to accept the infomercial.  A big pat on the back to CNN for doing it’s job, reporting the news- however slanted it may be. CBS, NBC and Fox will pocket $1 million per network for the half hour of paid advertisement. There are also rumors circulating that Fox moved the start time of the World Series Coverage, but Fox Network says it did not move the World Series for the campaign ad, and that the first pitch was never slated for earlier than 8:30 PM. ”

IS AMERICA READY TO VOTE OBAMA?

America had better be ready to vote.  Common Cause believes some voting systems will fail through out the US,  but who know where.  Common cause is probably correct as we have already heard evidence of distress in voting in the news.  It may not always be easy to vote, but you have to.  How many people have fought and died to give you the right to vote?  http://icasualties.org/oif/ lists over 4000 US Service personnel in Iraq alone.  Americans do not die in vein.  We support our troops and we vote.

Every state and more especially the Federal Election Committee – should be vigilant to the degree that the process doesn’t interfere with the right of an eligible citizen to vote or cause any innacurracies in counting the vote.  As in the case with Mickey Mouse who ACORN registered to vote, one would hope that he is ineligible.

Obama’s ACORN investigation “a political agenda”

Over the years, ACORN http://www.acorn.org/groups have registered more than 4 million voters. One would think it should be good news to have so many new voters in the Presidential Election.  Mickey Mouse will be voting for Obama- I think.

By now we know that when authorities in various states checked ACORN registrations, they found many fraudulent registrants with problems like no known address, the person was deceased, or had multiple registrations.   The usually reliable, Associated Press reported that the FBI is investigating whether the community activist group ACORN is engaging in a nationwide election fraud conspiracy. Specifically, they are reportedly examining evidence that there was a coordinated state-by-state effort to engage in voter registration fraud.  That seems fair- investigate ACORN, what could be wrong with that?  http://opinionjournal.com/editorial/feature.html?id=110009189 The Wall Street journal wrote about ACORN indictments back in 2006 so why would The ACLU and Obama seems to have a problem with investigating voter fraud again especially ACORN, with it’s multi decade history of fraud?  http://www.consumersrightsleague.org/uploadedfiles/Latest%20Million%20Dollar%20ACORN%20Scandal.pdf

The Department of Justice should focus instead on the true threat to the elections this November – the widespread possibility that millions of voters could be disfranchised through voter suppression schemes such as unlawful purging and racially motivated voter intimidation.”  According this this, the FBI a government agency is partisan?  I think it might just be the ACLU that is partisan in getting Obama elected.

Maybe for just a minute it appears that disputing ACORN is all about Republican’s crying the tears blue seeing how candidate, John McCain is trailing in so many voter polls.  You bet McCain is pissed.  McCain is loosing in the polls (for now)  but what ACORN is actually about, is what appears to look like is voter fraud on a massive scale.  Obama for America has filed a letter from their general council- Robert Bauer, esq., to the Attorney General’s Office stating that “the law enforcement process is a political agenda.” http://www.politico.com/static/PPM106_obama_doj_letter.html  bringing up Bush’s removal of nine US Attorney’s in 2006 in a politically charged investigation.  Clinton fired attorneys.  Bush fired attorney’s.  Get over it. 

Hillary Clinton might be having something to say about ACORN too, as Obama pretty much stold the nomination from what rightfully should have been hers- had all the delegates been accounted for in Michigan and Florida. 

Should Obama win by a huge margin, a few 3 or 4 million votes won’t matter and he will become President of The Land.  Even after calling a winner on November 4th, or November 5th, or November 6th, or whenever- ACORN must be held accountable and so should Obama who accepted donations from them and certainly profited greatly.
