The once Indonesian Muslim boy named Barry Soetoro, now know as President Obama- the 5oth President of The United States of America, continues to haunt concerned citizens and the State of Hawaii with his birth certificate status.

Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Secretary of Health for the State of Hawaii, issued another public statement on the issue of the validity of the Certification of Live Birth the Hawaii Department of Health issued to President Obama in 2007, hoping to stem a recent surge in the number of inquiries about Obama’s birthplace.

“I … have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen,” Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said in a brief statement. “I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090728/ap_on_re_us/us_obama_birth_certificate

Rush Limbaugh, CNN’s Lou Dobbs and a lot of birther blogs haven’t put the issue to rest, nor should they. The release of the statement offers no new information, only a continuance of failed transparency in government.

What separate authority believes the electors don’t have the right of proof of a birth certificate in that our President meets the qualifications?  Take a guess…

Did the state of Hawaii, factcheck and the Annenberg Foundation just have a big old luau, roast a pig on birth certificate records- including President Obama’s, for the entire state and the voter wasn’t invited?

Lou Dobbs of CNN did a story (6/23/09) on a topic that some of us by now have reasonably asked ourselves- where is Obama’s Birth Certificate to prove his validity as natural born citizen? In questioning the so-called birthers, the shit hit the fan as CNN’s president as Jon Klein President of CNN allegedly said in an email-

“It seems this story is dead- because anyone who still is not convinced doesn’t really have a legitimate beef.” Klein asked CNN researchers to dig into the question of why Obama couldn’t produce the original birth certificate. The researchers contacted the Hawaii Health Dept. and confirmed that paper documents were discarded in 2001 when the department went paperless. That reportedly includes Pres. If the story were dead, why did the President of a major media outlet request the research in the first place?  Is Klein letting Dobbs be the fall guy?  Dobbs has expressed his personal belief that Obama was born in Hawaii.

I disagree with Klein in that I as an American citizen do, and am quite entitled to have a legitimate beef with a man as a sitting president who will not, or can not, and definitely has not provided proof- beyond any reasonable doubt that he is Constitutionally qualified to hold the office.

The center of attention is of course President Obama’s birth certificate, but what about his other records that he has failed to release to the public?  A full list of missing or now classified documents that he refuses to release are at  http://rightsoup.com/list-of-records-obama-refuses-to-release/.

Last year Hawaii released an official statement from the director of health Dr. Chiyome Fukino that she has seen Obama’s birth certificate and it exsits- circumventing State law (Hawai‘i Revised Statutes §338-18) which prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record. 

As the world turn, Dobbs said on his show July 23, 2009 that the state of Hawaii discarded Obama’s paper birth certificate eight years ago. The project’s organizing committee asked Obama to serve as the board chairman in 1995.  Annenberg Project Executive Director Ken Rollings said Ayers was not a member of that ad hoc group when the decision was made.  For seven years, Ayers and Obama — among many others — worked on funding for education projects, including some projects advocated by Ayers.

Does the Obama Administration have necessary intelligence to keep our country safe from attack?

The 4th of July’s fireworks in the U.S. could prove to be consequential for our military, world affairs, and life as we know it.  North Korea has warned that it anticipates firing another test missile, this one aimed toward the Hawaiian Islands.

Amazingly, President Obama made the decision to fire an an unarmed Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile configured with a National Nuclear Security Administration test assembly, launched from North Vandenberg yesterday-o6.29.09 at 3:01 a.m. http://www.vandenberg.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123156457  It launched from the California coast to an area in the Pacific Ocean some 4,200 miles away.

If North Korea was pissed that Defense Secretary Robert Gates ordered the deployment of a ground-based, mobile missile intercept system and radar system to Hawaii before the ICBM launch, imagine what they are thinking now?  America and Obama are about to find our who are friends are in the United Nations and New World Order having tested this missile. 

North Korea has repeatedly fired short and long range missiles, detonated nuclear bombs, threatened to nuke it’s neighbors, announces it’s going to launch a missile aimed for Hawaii and believes we should not defend ourselves.  That America is launching a pre-emptive strike?  By launching missiles from Vandenberg, is America the one’s providing the pre-emptive strike?  Kudos to Obama or has he lost his marbles?  Could he really not care if Hawaii and his original birth certificate gets blown up?

Both Obama and Barney Frank continue to seek a reduction in military spending while we fight: the war on drugs, the war on terror, the war in Afghanistan, the war on immigration, the war for socialism, etc..

Why not just drop million of  dollars over the war zones and give everyone an equal chance to steal from America for all the good sending weapons there will do?   How many times in U.S. history have we financed and trained foreign armies only to have them retaliate and fire back at U.S. soldiers?

Where’s the birth certificate?  Locked away like his health records and college transcripts, President Obama’s birth certificate remains as elusive as knowing the winning Power Ball Lottery winning Numbers in advance.  In fact we have a better chance at getting struck by lightening, but the issue of his citizenship will not go away- nor should it.

Last week  House press secretary Robert Gibbs said that he was incredulous.”I am incredulous that the issue just won’t go away. This question, in many ways, continues to astound me. The state of Hawaii provided a copy, with a seal, of the president’s birth… I certainly hope, by the fourth year of our administration, that we’ll have dealt with this burgeoning birth controversy.”  The administration has dealt with it by paying huge legal fees to keep his records private.

Gibbs is astounded?  Hey jackass, it is millions of American’s who are astounded that our Constitution remains in jeopardy with the possibility that we are being led by a foreigner that may be ineligible.  Required by Article II Section 1 of the Constitution states, “No person except a natural-born citizen…shall be eligible to the Office of the President.”

Incredulously, Obama himself could have put an end to the lawsuits that began with Berg vs Obama, but the court proceedings linger on.  Why spend the money to defend your right to keep your sealed, certified birth certificate a secret unless there is something to hide?

Interestingly, there is a bill pending to require that all future  presidential candidates be required to show proof of eligibility before being placed on the ballot. Rep. Bill Posey, R-Fla., filed H.R. 1503, an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971. Virginia Republican Bob Goodlatte has signed on as a co-sponsor. 

“H.R.1503 Title: To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require the principal campaign committee of a candidate for election to the office of President to include with the committee’s statement of organization a copy of the candidate’s birth certificate, together with such other documentation as may be necessary to establish that the candidate meets the qualifications for eligibility to the Office of President under the Constitution.

It appears the bill has been stalled with no action taken in more than two months.   http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/thomas.  Funny how our government under Obama can authorize the spending of billions for bailouts and buy General Motors and turn in into Government Motors- negating capitalism and open market principles in the process, but can not seem to pass a little bill that reinforces a candidates eligibility.   No matter who Obama’s grandparents are, I sincerely doubt that Obama would be grandfathered in- requiring him to prove unequivocally that he is qualified. 

Family Security Matters hasn’t gone away either.  In a letter to Rupert Murdoch of Fox News, “Revelation of this massive collapse of the fundamentals of the electoral process (ensuring candidate eligibility) at this point would make some very important people look hopelessly incompetent and inept.” http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/id.3320/pub_detail.asp   Say nothing of the 53% of voters who elected him.

Andy Martin said, “Secrecy laws were intended to protect the privacy of private citizens, not presidents.”  Martin filed an appeal May 27, 2009  to the court against Linda Lingle, in her official Capacity as Governor filing in Hawaii Courts again asking to see Obama’s birth certificate and citing numerous errors in the proceedings. http://www.pr-inside.com/obama-birth-certificate-brief-filed-in-r1278274.htm. Memorial Day Musings

Late as usual, we all made it dressed in red, white and blue to our little podunk parade.  One of our elected officials also flies C-130’s, so we got a treat of a fly by at maybe 1500 feet overhead.  AWESOME.

Just one of thousand’s of parades, but the best part comes at the conclusion. The flag raising, playing of the National Anthem, and the 21 gun salute which sounded more like cap guns still all convince me that there is no greater country than America and how much a privilege it is to live here to be able to attend even a hokey ceremony.

The village mayor and a local Reverend did the speeches honoring all who have served and both reminded us that Memorial Day is about remembrance.  President Obama in another major gaffe had this to say- “On this Memorial Day, as our nation honors its unbroken line of fallen heroes — and I see many of them in the audience here today — our sense of patriotism is particularly strong.”  Dead people in the crowd, huh?

Newsflash Obama-wan: There are many of us who hold the utmost respect for those who have worn the uniform, served, and given his life for the cause of freedom. Many of us already celebrate Memorial Day (not Veteran’s Day) by honoring the brave men and women who have died to protect our freedoms and liberties. And there are many of us who would rather spend federal money on our military than converter boxes for digital television.”

Americans are to observe the National Moment of Remembrance beginning at 3:00 p.m. local time on Memorial Day.  I wonder if  Janet Napolitano is worried about all those military extremists on this most special of days.

Obama “We’re Out Of Money” Recipe for Disaster

SCULLY: You know the numbers, $1.7 trillion debt, a national deficit of $11 trillion. At what point do we run out of money?

OBAMA: Well, we are out of money now. We are operating in deep deficits, not caused by any decisions we’ve made on health care so far. This is a consequence of the crisis that we’ve seen and in fact our failure to make some good decisions on health care over the last several decades.

This Memorial Day our recipe books are filled with the delights we will be making to share with family and friends.  President Obama’s recipes are filled with disaster for not only America but the New World Order he continues to guide us toward.  The government’s intrusion in the private sector is an abysmal display of capitalism.  Wanting government solutions to just about everything are breaking the backs of the few who still have jobs.  Rather than pull back the entitlements he talks about so often, Obama instantly turns to pushing for none other than, health care.

His recipe is making me sick to my stomach.

Further in the interview regarding The Supreme Court; William Howard Taft served on the court after his presidency, would you have any interest in being on the Supreme Court?

OBAMA: You know, I am not sure that I could get through Senate confirmation.

Almost laughable, except the joke is at the expense of all Americans.  As President he has never provided a verified authentic birth certificate.  Surely at some point in the confirmation process he would be asked to show it, along with his college transcripts, medical records,etc. I doubt he could get a security clearance to get through the halls of justice.

Obama O’s Cereal – General Mills and Cheerios gains FDA Approval

Reacting quickly, Cheerios- the best-selling cereal in the world, is taking advantage of the Obama administration’ s admonishment.  General Mills will be issuing a new cereal to be named Obama O’s, of course -in specially marked boxes.  In compliance with the FDA,  OBama O’s will have absolutely no health claims.  

Obama O’s cereal will be made with Stevia.   In marketing the new sugar, this new sweetener is derived from the leaf of an herb called Stevia.  Consumer demand for so called natural products continues to grow, even in this mind boggling deficit and season of bailouts.  The sugar alternative is also known as Truvia and PureVia.

Cheerios and OBama O’s couldn’t have bought the kind of advertising and commentary it is receiving after the FDA sent a letter to General Mills Inc.  The letter scolded the company for violations and gave it 15 days to change the claims that the iconic ‘Os’ may lower cholesterol and help to treat heart disease.

With Obama slipping a bit in the polls, his advisor’s felt this the right time to allow the release of OBama O’s to the nation.  The O’s in the New OBama O’s cereal will be dyed red, white and blue.  The dye will be similar to the renewable, vegetable-based inks that was used for coloring easter eggs on the White House Lawn.  Those toasted O’ s will remain their crunchy texture unless the milk come from injected rBGH- growth hormone cows. The FDA fast tracked its approval at the President’s request. 

Plans are in the works for OBama O’s to correspond to the ad campaign for the Olympic Rings. ““The Obama White House is playing an unprecedented role in the bid to bring the 2016 Summer Olympics to Chicago, with top adviser Valerie Jarrett spearheading an effort that draws on the international symbolism of his presidency,” Politico writes, adding that “the emerging effort by the White House is unusually pointed in its attempt to wrap the campaign around the president and his appealing image abroad.”

While no one has ever seen President Obama’s birth certificate or medical records, by all accounts he appears fit enough to bow down to kings and most certainly presentable as setting a fine example of the American judicial and political system.   General Mills approached President Obama to lend his endorsement in lieu of a court injunction and or product seizure.  Obama O’s will be served at all state events. 
 
Obama previously said, “Why can’t I just eat my waffle?” –after being asked a foreign policy question by a reporter while visiting a diner in Pennsylvania.  Press Secretary Gibbs today, noted that in keeping with a great American Tradition, food products today aren’t as  healthy as its packaging leads shoppers to believe.

Berg v Obama The Tenacious Lawsuit

Tenacious is Phil Berg.  Whatever one’s opinion of Berg, he is still at the doors of The Supreme Court looking for answers regarding President Obama’s natural born citizenship issues which remain unresolved to some, even after the inauguration.
As Obama can attest to-if at first you don’t succeed, try again in the statement of The Oath of Office, Berg keeps trying again and again at The Supreme Court to find out the truth in Obama’s genealogy that would prove or disprove his eligibility to hold the Office of Presidency.

I Screwed Up, Admits That One

President Obama has admitted, “I screwed up,” in his reference to selecting Tom Daschle, Nancy Killefer,  and Bill Richardson, to key government positions.  How Tim Geithner squeaked by is beyond me.

“It’s important for this administration to send a message that there aren’t two sets of rules — you know, one for prominent people and one for ordinary folks who have to pay their taxes,” Obama said. Earlier in the day, Obama had proclaimed he was “absolutely” sticking with Daschle for Health and Human Services Secretary.-CNN

Only days on the job, and already he admits he screwed up?  Maybe the voters screwed up.  Certainly from someone with an advanced degree from Harvard, he could have chose to say I made a mistake instead of saying screwed. 

In another fine example of failure to vett potential nominees, we are again witness to people whose backgrounds reveal that they are deceitful, not unintentional oversights.   A person selected to oversee the implementation of policy should have impeccable credentials, just like Obama who has explained and dismissed any questionable relationship he has ever had with Ayers, Rezko, Kahlidi, Odinga, Rev. Wright Wrong, ACORN, etc. http://www.fightthesmears.com/

Obama has come out smelling like a rose en route the The Presidency even though his own vetting left a lot to be desired.  No one still has seen his official birth certificate even after numerous lawsuits by Berg, Donofrio and others.  Obama’s selective service documents are out of alignment with the truth. Where is his report card and transcripts?  Really, why would the American voters expect the vetting of his selections to be any different than Obama’s own vetting?

President Obama warned Republicans recently on Capitol Hill that they need to quit listening to radio king Rush Limbaugh if they want to get along with Democrats and the new administration.   “You can’t just listen to Rush Limbaugh and get things done,” he said to the GOP leaders whom he himself had invited to the White House to discuss his trillion dollar stimulus.  The funny thing is, I know more about Rush Limbaugh’s success and failures than Obama’s.  Too bad for Joe the Plumber who got a full vetting in public. 

Are we supposed to believe in all those government agencies working together to prevent terrorism when we have a leader who’s team can’t even vett or nominate someone without tax problems?  If the Obama government is trying to adjust the market’s allocation of wealth and opportunity it should start by selecting acceptable candidates and properly vetting them.  Perhaps he should take his own advice to heart and ask his wife when he said in an interview for of all places, The Ladies Home Journal, “I would never make a big decision without asking her opinion.”

The millions of Obama trolls must be saddened to know he owned up to a mistake.  Obama’s political e-mail list tops 13 million names, a digital force that he can rely on to push for his legislations, hinder critics, or seek support.  ” That power gives Obama’s on line advisers a potentially bigger role than many of his Cabinet picks and major hires in pushing through an agenda.   A Cabinet secretary stumping for a new bill has been rendered less powerful than a million e-mails crashing the Capitol; a visit to the Hill from top aides is unmatched to on line petitions that clog legislative offices.” http://sweetness-light.com/archive/obamas-online-trolls-to-keep-at-it.  The good thing for Obama is he doesn’t have to vett 13 million names.

The little thorns on the stem of the rose that smelled like sweet victory got him elected in the first place will keep pricking and poking away at his selections and his plans-those little thorns are called Republicans. As Obama so eloquently pointed out when people disagree with his policy, he said arrogantly, “I Won,” when challenged by republican Senate Minority Whip Jon Kyl of Arizona over the contents of the stimulus package. 

You sure did win President Obama, now stop screwing up our land of hope and change.

The last political figure to admit, “I screwed up,” was John McCain telling David Letterman when he canceled a “Late Show” appearance. 

We all know what happened to McCain.

Was Joe Biden President, Will he be Again?

Along the campaign trail, when introducing Senator Joe Biden as his new running mate, Barack Obama slipped and almost declared the Senator from Delaware as the next Commander-in-Chief:

When Senator Biden got on stage he upped the ante declaring Barack Obama to be, not just the next President, but the next Super Hero.”A man I’m proud to call my friend.  A man who will be the next President of the United States — Barack America!”

Mr. Barack Hussein Obama had it right after all, as Joe Biden was the 44th President of the United States of America at noon on Inauguration Day, January 20, 2009 and through January 21, 2009 until 7:35 pm, when Obama re-took the Oath of Office.

Article 2 of  The Constitution-if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, or alternatively  if the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term, being 12:00 Noon which ability and/or qualification includes that he take the Article 2 Oath “before he enter on the execution of his office,” then either the Presidency shall devolve on the Vice President under Article 2 or the Vice President shall act as President under the 20th Amendment.  http://www.constitution.org/constit_.htm 

Vice President Joe Biden already took his Oath of Office before Obama completed his oath at approximately 12:05 PM.  To top it all off , we are well aware of the flub in reciting the Oath by Justice Roberts.  The misspeak was a huge flub which led some to question the authority of Obama’s Presidency from the first moments. 

As commentator Ted has pointed out, “This is significant because at such time that the Supreme Court finally rules on the merits on Obama’s disqualification as not being an Article 2 “natural born citizen” (clearly he is NOT), [emphasis is Ted’s] Biden’s automatic status (without needing to take a separate Presidential Oath) of being President would be predicated upon four different bases: First, having been Vice President under Article 2; second, having been Vice President-elect under the 20th Amendment; third, having been actual President in the hiatus before Obama took the ‘oath(s)’; and fourth, retroactively deemed President during the full period of the Obama usurpation so that the acts of the Federal Government under the usurpation can be deemed authorized and/or ratified by Biden’s legitimacy.”

Holy Batman, would Hillary Clinton or Nancy Pelosi fill in as Vice President?  By law, I think Nancy Pelosi, but it would be a good cat fight.  Poor Joe Biden. 

All for naught.  Obama re-swore The Presidential Oath given by Justice Roberts a day later, and this time correctly- putting away any constitutional doubters.  They did this out of “ an abundance of caution.”

The only doubt remaining,  is Obama qualified under the the natural born citizen clause of The Constitution?  If Obama is not, Biden could be, on a technicality the 44th, 45th and 46th President, without even running a campaign.
