The once Indonesian Muslim boy named Barry Soetoro, now know as President Obama- the 5oth President of The United States of America, continues to haunt concerned citizens and the State of Hawaii with his birth certificate status.
Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Secretary of Health for the State of Hawaii, issued another public statement on the issue of the validity of the Certification of Live Birth the Hawaii Department of Health issued to President Obama in 2007, hoping to stem a recent surge in the number of inquiries about Obama’s birthplace.

Rush Limbaugh, CNN’s Lou Dobbs and a lot of birther blogs haven’t put the issue to rest, nor should they. The release of the statement offers no new information, only a continuance of failed transparency in government.

He’s the 44th pres – not the 50th. From what I’ve found, he was born in Kenya. His Kenyan father was a British citizen at the time. His step-father (Soetoro) adopted him and they lived in Indonesia during his schooling where he was registered as Barry Soetoro, a Muslim student. his mother was from Hawaii and returned there after her divorce from Sotero. A certificate of live birth is not the same thing as a birth certificate. It is for parents who wish to claim their child as a citizen of that state, when they were born elsewhere (for example, if the parents were on vacation when the child was born). Either way, to be a natural born citizen is to have mother and father born in the US. A “native citizen” is one born here even if parents were not. So our pres. is NOT a “natural born” citizen and therefore never should have held our highest public office. He claimed that he was a foreign-born student so that he could get federal funding when he went to Occidental College. And now is claiming that he’s not even part-white according to his response on the 2010 US Census. When will somebody stand up and make him dispense with the lies?!?!

OBAMA/BARRY SOETORO is INELIGIBLE because he was a British Citizen at birth. This is already an established FACT. Obama held Kenyan Citizenship from birth to the age of 21. Obama was ineligible to run for President the second he was born, regardless of where he was born because his father was British. The framers of Constitution of the United States did NOT want somebody with dual citizenship to be President, unless they were alive during the signing of the Constitution. This is clear constitutional interpretation. Obama was NOT alive then.

Indeed but….IF the amendment eventually gets passed that interprets what a nat born citizen is before his
possible re-election, he WILL be forced to release his bc.
Here’s Obama’s dilemma in a nutshell (READ VERY CAREFULLY AND DIGEST):
If BHO shows his original long form birth certificate, indeed showing he was born in Hawaii, it will also show his father was American citizen, Frank Marshall Davis, not the Kenyan/British citizen, Barack Obama Sr. While that would allow Barack Jr. to be POTUS eligible as BOTH a “citizen”/“native born citizen” AND an Article 2 “natural born citizen” — that is, born to two American citizens on American soil — it would simultaneously show he is a fraud hiding his real father — a unacceptable political debacle.
If, on the other hand, BHO keeps hiding his original long form birth certificate — while simply repeating, without showing, he was born in Hawaii — he can still CLAIM BOTH he was born in Hawaii AND his father was the Kenyan/British Barack Obama Sr. This would enable Barack Jr. to claim he’s a “citizen”/“native born citizen” but it would mean (if a federal court would ever get around to declaring and thus far no one has standing to bring the suit) that he’s NOT an Article 2 “natural born citizen” and thus not eligible to be POTUS — a legal/constitutional debacle since all acts under an illegal POTUS are void.
So it seems, BHO has elected option one until forced to go option two because for now it looks like no federal court will ever find a plaintiff with standing. (Of course, there’s the additional issue of BHO losing American citizen status if/when he became an Indonesian citizen — that is, IF he returned and was naturalized he would be a legal citizen, but would lose both native and natural born status, and, IF he returned and was not naturalized, he would be an illegal immigrant unlawfully in this country — but we’ll leave that for another day.)
