Cheerios Conspiracy & FDA Corruption

cheeriosWhose feathers got ruffled enough to think Cheerios is a drug?  The egg industry?  The pork industry?  The pharmaceutical industry?  The FDA?

Promoting Cheerios as a drug that can lower cholesterol is going too far says the FDA.   “Based on claims made on your product’s label, we have determined that your Cheerios Toasted Whole Grain Oat Cereal is promoted for conditions that cause it to be a drug because the product is intended for use in the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of disease.” The agency takes special issue with these claims:  “you can Lower Your Cholesterol 4% in 6 weeks.” 

What a bunch of crapola.  An apple a day helps keep the doctor away, carrots are good for your eyes, lycopine in tomatoes reduces the risk of cancer, coffee is a diuretic, splenda food products cause diarrhea, etc.  A lot of food has heath benefits and warnings, but the Obama FDA Administration has gone after General Mills.

Avoiding bacon and eggs for breakfast everyday, and substituting Cheerios or any other reasonably good for you cereal couldn’t hurt in reducing cholesterol either.  The current box on my shelf has the disclaimer that says, ” MAY reduce the risk of heart attack.” The box also features an ad campaign Cheerios Circle of Helping Hearts, donating  $1 toward cholesterol screening for women in need.  www.cheerioshlepinghearts.com .  Considering Heart disease is the #1 cause of death among women, I’d say it a rather noble cause.

From the Harvard School of Health, study after study shows “Soluble fiber helps lower cholesterol. Insoluble fiber helps move waste through the digestive tract. Why did the FDA cross the road to go after one of America’s best loved breakfast food?   Mounting pressure from the egg and pork industry due to recent viral contaminations has everyone concerned.  The pork industry, already strained from recent outbreaks of the H1N1 flu virus, which is politically incorrect to call the Mexican Swine Flu Virus, prefers you eat bacon or sausage breakfast.

The Incredible Edible Egg.  Despite working hard to convince the world that Chinese food is safe, recently Hong Kong found traces of melamine in some eggs imported from China -“Select Fresh Brown Eggs” were 88% higher than the safety threshold allowed for the chemical.  China and the US are the leaders in egg production.  The egg industry hardly wants to hear about egg substitutes or eating tofu instead.  Neither industry want to hear about vegetarians!  http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2009/05/chickens-obama-white-house-may.html notes May 4, “International Respect for Chickens Day. A huge benefit from the Egg Industry lies in the production of vaccines.  Vaccines like the one’s the CDC Mandates for Children.  Obama is suggesting this fall all Americans receive three flu vaccines- one for the seasonal flu and two for the Swine Flu.    Mary Tacco’s site reiterates some of the vaccine concerns referencing  Dr. John Martin, former FDA administrator  ” These viruses fail to be recognized by the immune system and lead to neuropsychiatric illness including but not limited to autism.   He believes that the autism epidemic is due to an infectious component and not just thimerosal. (Much like the MMR infection – autism connection.) Also he states that our FDA and our government’s own vaccine studies found the cytomegalovirus DNA, which is from the African green monkeys (simian monkey virus) in the polio vaccination given to all Americans prior to 1992.  Instead of informing the public and taking responsibility for this, they covered it up.  Many doctors believe that the Aids epidemic is the product of these and other vaccines. ”  http://www.marytocco.com/vaccinefacts.htm

Is the FDA’s attack on Cheerios motivated by political donations?  Lobbying matters, don’t kid yourself. 2008 reports from www.opensecrets.com

Total For Food Processing & Sales: $6,700,516— Subtotal for Parent General Mills: $769,300—  Total For Crop Production & Basic Processing: $5,265,275— Subtotal for Parent Food Marketing Institute: $6,248,130— Subtotal for Parent Smithfield Foods: $350,000— Total For Poultry & Eggs: $841,342— The United Egg Producers $80,000— Subtotal for Parent National Chicken Council: $120,000.

The numbers pale in comparison to the Pharmaceuticals/Health Products lobby efforts pending, $235,315,408,  the subtotal for Parent Pharmaceutical Rsrch & Mfrs of America: $20,220,000.  Frig that knowledge is power- money talks.  The money trail to who has the power over what you eat must certainly be influenced by the FDA who’s member have ties primarily to the pharmaceutical industry- not the agricultural, egg, pork, dairy, chicken industries.  “Recent press reports revealed extensive evidence of serious wrongdoing by Dr. Andrew von Eschenbach, Dr. Frank M. Torti, top FDA attorneys, center and office directors, and many others in prominent positions of authority at FDA. As a result, Dr. Frank M. The FDA regulates products that represent about 25 percent of every consumer dollar spent. During the Bush administration, the agency was widely criticized for making decisions based on politics, not science.  NPR is reporting, “A Senate committee has approved President Obama’s nomination of Dr. Margaret Hamburg to be the next commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration. Lord know how much was spend on the propaganda of animal rights groups concerned with how chickens, pigs, cows and other animals are treated. “Recombinant bovine growth hormone, or rBGH, is injected into dairy cows to artificially increase their milk production. The hormone has not been properly tested for safety. Milk labeled rBGH-free is produced by dairy cows that never received injections of this hormone.”Milk lobbyists pointed out that the Food and Drug Administration considers the artificial hormone to be safe (although many scientists believe it may cause cancer). Oh no- I add milk to my cheerios.  A double drug whammy for sure.

I don’t know where General Mills gets the grain to make Cheerios, but I’d  bet that it is sprayed with some sort of pesticide.  There are health and safety risks to producing any food product.  Just ask the peanut industry and tomato growers with salmonella outbreaks.  Animals get antibiotics, and all sorts of injections to make them grow, increase production, alter immune systems – the same as humans, eh?

If a spread of the Avian Influenza (AI) virus cannot be stopped and the H1N1 flu mutates or becomes Pandemic 6; you can bet your sweet petuti consumers are going to refrain from eating poultry, meat and eggs- and maybe even beef, no matter what the FDA, CDC and WHO tell you. 

To think that the FDA has nothing else to worry about than Cheerios being a drug, only reinforces dereliction from The Obama Administration.  How many illegal drugs come into this country everyday?  Could we focus on that?

I wonder if mom’s of boys who use cheerios for kids to aim at during potty training are worried about the potential hazards? Better switch to Lucky charms–lol

I am once again reminded that using the term “homeland”, outside of a historical discussion of Germany, has allowed authorities access to broad powers and it is just a creepy reminder of Gestapo tactics. 

The latest assessments from The Department of Homeland Security, DHS and sent out to local police departments in advance of Tea Party’s of April 15 outlines disturbing viewpoints that should have every American taking pause.  What sort of government do we have that calls on people with Conservative viewpoints to be right wing extremists?

The federal Homeland Security Department document entitled “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Environment Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment” says “Right-wing extremists have capitalized on the election of the first African American president, and are focusing their efforts to recruit new members, mobilize existing supporters and broaden their scope and appeal through propaganda, but they have not yet turned to attack planning,” Read the entire report via https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/04/14/homeland-security-ids-tea-party-attendees-as-rightwing-threats/

Heading the Department of Homeland Security, DHS is Janet Napolitano the former Governor of Arizona, and a former US Attorney under Janet Reno in the Clinton Administration.  http://www.augustreview.com/obama_administration.pdf has her listed as a member of the CFR- the Council on Foreign Relations which advocates internationalism.  No doubt none of us want another WACO  or 911, ever- but releasing by releasing these documents and saying that illegal immigration is not a crime, plus that the 9/11 terrorists had entered the country from Canada (sourced at http://www.newsmax.com/insidecover/napolitano_illegals_crime/2009/04/22/205948.html ) when in reality they flew into this country on documents issued by the State Department -is a reminder of why she is not qualified to hold this appointed position.  She is supposed to be serving to protect our country, not decimate it with ignorance.  Now people are asking for her resignation.

“Singling out political opponents for working against the ruling party is precisely the tactic of every tyrannical government from Red China to Venezuela,” Texas Rep. John Carter told Politico. He organized an hour of floor speeches Wednesday night to call for Napolitano’s ouster. “The first step in the process is creating unfounded public suspicion of political opponents, followed by arresting and jailing any who continue speaking against the regime.”

It isn’t civil disobedience that motivates Republicans, Democrats, Conservatives, Libertarians or Independents to take a stand against the policies of the Obama Administration, it is the objection of where this country is headed. 

Does any of this proves that Obama is behind the “right wing radicals” memo out of Homeland Security?  Obama did appoint her.  One thing it proves is that the balance of privacy is shifting and even though Tax Day has ended, we must be diligent that the War the DHS is waging does not come at the cost of personal freedom and privacy for law abiding, decent Americans.

Obama’s Release of Torture Memos Threaten US Post 911

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Israeli intelligence Aman, and others warned with credible evidence of a major attack on the United States prior to September 11, 2001. THE WMD Guidebook show here was in use prior to 911.  In Pakistan and other Muslim countries they believe that the attacks were part of an Israeli conspiracy, but there is little doubt that it was Osama bin Laden and his Al-Qaeda network who were responsible for the attacks. 

Diligence or luck has prevented another attack on U.S. Soil even though VP Joe Biden has predicted that within six months of his administration, Obama would be tested just as John F. Kennedy was.  This is day 101.

The current crisis is Obama having declassified and released memos detailing the programs used to question al Qaeda suspects. Is water boarding torture, did it violate U.S. and international laws?  Has Obama has endangered the country by releasing CIA secrets.  Contradicting himself, he also said he would not necessarily oppose an effort to pursue a “further accounting” and investigation into the Bush-era interrogation program that included waterboarding, sleep deprivation, forced nudity, shoving people into walls and other methods.  You want to bet we’ll see a full blown investigation of the CIA Interrogation program that reveals more secrets for the terrorists to use against us? 

Even Donald Rumsfeld on a Larry King Interview prior to 911 said, “Well, we have to recognize that it’s a dangerous and untidy world. There’s a lot of very powerful, lethal weapons that exist and ways that people can impose enormous damage. And we have to be vigilant. We have to be willing to invest to see that we have the kinds of capabilities that we can deter and defend and, where necessary, preempt. ” http://www.september11news.com/Mysteries3.htm  He went on to mention that on the morning of 911 he predicted there would be an event that would occur in the world that would be sufficiently shocking that it would remind people, again, how important it is to have a strong, healthy Defense Department that contributes — that underpins peace and stability in our world.”

I call foul. Everyone knew something was about to happen and all that Intel slipped through the cracks allowing the most horrific attack on U.S. soil since Japan bombed Pearl Harbor.  Bush had more faulty Intel on Iraq.  We caught a few bad guys and even released some but when some piss ants cry foul about how we treat (-ed) enemy combatants, you have to wonder what information was gathered to prevent further incidents.  Why are members of Congress are doing a tight wire dance to relieve themselves of any association with interrogation procedures that not only did they know about, but worked.

Without full staff support, few lawmakers are equipped to make difficult legal and policy judgments about secret programs, critics say.

Representative Nancy Pelosi of California, who in 2002 was the ranking Democrat on the House committee, has said in public statements that she recalls being briefed on the methods, including waterboarding. She insists, however, that the lawmakers were told only that the C.I.A. believed the methods were legal — not that they were going to be used.  By contrast, the ranking Republican on the House committee at the time, Porter J. Goss of Florida, who later served as C.I.A. director, recalls a clear message that the methods would be used. “We were briefed, and we certainly understood what C.I.A. was doing,” Mr. Goss said in an interview. “Not only was there no objection, there was actually concern about whether the agency was doing enough.”  http://www.reuters.com/article/politicsNews/idUSTRE53J6MS20090422?sp=true  He said, she said- they all knew it was going on and although morally reprehensible, legal.

Intel and congress knew attacks were imminent.  Intel and congress knew exactly what was happening at Guantanamo.  Peter J. Goss has the balls to actually admit that the information they got from torture, prevented further plans to destroy and attack America.    If acts of mental and physical ability to resist, resulted in saving American lives and halting the spread of terrorism, then so be it and Goss should be looked at as a hero not a scapegoat.

At the very least, if Obama wants to declassify details of the programs, he needs to declassify the findings as well.  By all accounts they acted legally within the interpretation of the law. I don’t have to like how they did it, but any future terrorist now knows that torture will not be a part of a deterrent to committing crimes against America. 

Transparency in America shouldn’t be good for the terrorists.

With all due respect, thanks anyways.  I am all for a conservative agenda but not one that captures data and then probably sell my phone number to someone else to call and pester me for money and donations on my dime.  You see in America you  have a choice in participating in simple things like texting, but it is becoming a little blurry on who interprets your choice in what you have to say and what is okay for you to believe in.  Apparently President Obama, the Department of Homeland Security, and our government is beginning to define lawful political dissent, and what is acceptable. rightwing1

Yesterday, Roger Hedgecock and the Liberty Papers posted an Office of Intelligence and Analysis report (file here) by the DHS that identifies ‘Right wing Conservatives’ as the major threat to our country’s security. 

The nine-page document was sent to police and sheriff’s departments across the United States on April 7 under the headline, “Right wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment.” Just in time for the peaceful Tea Party Protests.

It, “essentially indicts anyone who is pro Second Amendment, pro-border control, anti-abortion..or most tellingly, not a fan of the current Administration write, JoshuaPundit at http://joshuapundit.blogspot.com/2009/04/obamas-dept-of-homeland-security.html

From the report “Rightwing extremism in the United States can be broadly divided into those groups, movements, and adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority or rejecting government authority entirely.  It may include groups and individuals that are dedicated to a single issue, such as opposition to abortion or immigration.

Rightwing extremists are harnessing this historical election as a recruitment tool. Many Rightwing extremists are antagonistic toward the new presidential administration and its perceived stance on a range of issues, including immigration and citizenship, the expansion of social programs to minorities, and restrictions on firearms ownership and use.” 

Would that include: questioning Obama’s own citizenship, pro-capitalism vs anti-socialism, going to church, owning a gun and generally any disgruntled Americans who go to a tea party is now a right wing extremist?  Conservatives have every right to be pissed that Obama is painting conservatives as radicals.  I guess there will be no tea served at the parties tomorrow, only kool aid.

President Barack Obama has “distanced” himself from this report, according to the Washington Times.  What?  Like neither he or Homeland Security Janet Napolitano aren’t responsible for this report?  Ummm- where’s the transparency you promised?  We are seeing right through it!   Being a conservative is not being a terrorist.

I was doing research on earthquake predictions and was curious to what underground seismography might be available in Nevada from the Operation Dominick underground nuclear explosions, and if they were still active to show data to correspond to recent tremors in California.  Here was my little shake up on government authority for the day.

New World Order, Obama’s Tomorrow Land is Today

Obama has added further insult to all Americans saying that we have, “failed to appreciate Europe.”  Charles Krauthammer tore into Obama saying that “It’s hard to appreciate an entity’s leading role in the world when it’s been sucking on your tit for 60 years as Europe has.”

How does a sitting President jest at the same citizens he leads?   The same citizens who are bailing out the world with its tax dollars, promising to contribute funds to a global stimulus package. 

Being politically correct, note that it is suddenly offensive to refer to our government owned entities like GM and AIG as receiving bailouts, but rather government stimulus funds. 

Whether you call the domestic and international contribution a bailout or a stimulus, the money is funding The New World Order.  It’s not as if you weren’t warned, you just didn’t want to believe.   For better or worse, Gordon Brown has once again confirmed the future saying, “”This is collective action…we have resolved that from today we will together manage the process of globalization.”

Leaders at the G-20 summit have agreed to give $1 trillion to the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank for global unity and a financial strategy. 

We will have to wait to see how much Obama has promised at the G20 summit.  Who and what entity gives Obama the power to spend?  Who authorized Obama to wear a Mr. Goodwrench hat and authorize government backed car warranties?

The latest domestic budget is $3.6  trillion dollars and will create $9.6 trillion in debt.  From the WSJ, ” President Barack Obama delivered a $3.6 trillion budget blueprint to Congress Thursday that aims to “break from a troubled past,” with expanded government activism, tax increases on affluent families and businesses, and spending cuts targeted at those he says profited from “an era of profound irresponsibility.”  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123564748462081261.html

Roosevelt’s ‘New Deal’ failed because it hindered people from helping themselves.  In both domestic and on an international scale, we see the same mistakes.  Obama says it isn’t time to redecorate the house but rebuild foundations.  Founded upon the foundation of democracy, America now has a dictator style infringement upon the rights of private companies and private citizens. 

Obama’s budget bill will essentially allow the Treasury to define “fair pay” for all employees, at any level.  The Serve Act proposes to make volunteering for the government mandatory with pay and prohibits, “volunteers from participating in worship and church activities, political rallies and naturally being involved in a union.  All hail Obama?

Obama has plans for a civilian Army as large as our military, and as well funded- $650 billion annually.  U.S. Troops are on active duty on US Soil and Mexican Troops stand at the ready on the Mexican border.  The Omnibus Land Seizure Act just gave the government thousands of acres to train more soldiers or place civil disobedient citizens into detention centers.  The last stimulus Bill includes $8 billion for America’s railroad system will provide for easy transportation of dissenters to Fema camps. “High-speed rail is the infrastructure bank,” said Rahm Emanuel, quoted at http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0209/18924_Page2.html  Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on behalf of Las Vegas interests seeking a rail link to Los Angeles coined the term, “Sin City to Tomorrow Land.”

If Martial Law comes in America, do not expect ABC, BBC, CBS, CNN, Fox News Network, Reuters or the AP to give a full or accurate account of the truth due to limitations of the digital broadcasting system and the Fairness Doctrine.

Obama Bows to Saudi King

In a further display of disgust, President Obama has bowed before the king and it wasn’t Elvis.  He met the so-called king who governs Saudi Arabia – the historical seat of Islam, where the most basic of human freedoms don’t exist.

Maybe it has something to do with the rumors that Mr. Barack Hussein Obama’s Harvard education was arranged and funded by the Saudi’s old pal Khalid as Mansour, an Islamist with deep ties to the Saudi royal family.

Reality is we need the Saudi’s help for America’s finance and security in the world. 

It is just gross that Obama kissed the ring of  a man who heads a nation who believes in the same repressive Islamic sharia law that makes ownership of woman and rape acceptable. http://www.islamic-sharia.org/

Obama named Iranian born, Valerie Jarrett as the head of the newly formed White House Council on Women and Girls.  Jarret was a senior adviser to Obama’s presidential campaign and a member of his finance committee, and also the chief executive of Habitat Co., which managed Grove Parc Plaza that was apparently was seized 2006, after city inspectors found widespread problems.

Obama did not bow to The Queen of England.   He does apparently bow to Jarret. 

The Saudi’s have oil, America has freedom- at least so far.

Addendum 4.4.09- The new Saudi king has ordered citizens not to kiss his hand, saying the traditional gesture of respect is degrading and violates Islam.

Tobacco Czar Addicted to Taxes on Cigarettes

Here is more smoking gun evidence. 

Obama promised to never ever raise taxes for anyone making under $250,000 and that 95%  of all Americans would receive a tax break, but on April 1st another tax break, has literally gone up in smoke.   

The increase of cigarette taxes jumped up 156% on April Fools Day.  The tax hike on roll-your-own tobacco is 2160% ,

Rich smokers, and the poor who are the least likely to afford it, are paying more taxes. More than half of smokers are working poor and live below the poverty line making about $36,000; well below the threshold $250,000.  I’d call that a tax increase, plain and simple. 

What fools voters were to not see through the smoke for the truth about Obama, who himself smokes.  It is addictive.  It spins molecules in pleasure centers.  It stinks.  It smells great.  Some love it, some hate it.  Most admittedly, inhale.  

I stopped at the Shell gas station to fill up for $2.05 a gallon, for a whopping $38 total for my 18 mpg, gas guzzling, American branded GMC, 4×4.  I bought a pack of cigarettes for $6.50.  How could a pack of smokes cost more than a gallon of gas refined from the earth? 

I get the whole fuel tax whose receipts are usually dedicated to transportation projects- a users fee, where we still have to pay to travel on toll roads.  I also understand the medical costs associated with smoking, but eventually – we will all die of something.  It is probably a higher incidence of pneumonia from for smokers standing outside in frigid weather to light up.  Remember those childproof lighters?  Whatever happened to them?  http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_03/16cfr1210_03.html has a whole list of CPSC- Consumer Protection laws on the books that are not enforced.

I know, I know, quit already.  Every time I light up, my blood pressure boils not only at the health risk, but at the fact that it is just one more thing that the stealth government is controlling.

298-112 , The House passed legislation giving the FDA power to regulate tobacco.  The FDA’s reputation as of late has been less than stellar.  Who will be the tobacco czar?  Who is left to pass a moral justification that hasn’t had problems with the IRS?   

The tobacco producing states will oppose the bill.  Where is the outrage from the tobacco manufacturers?   Under the proposed law, they can’t ban existing tobacco products, but will have power to restrict sales for safety reasons. 

Why wouldn’t the government ban smoking entirely?  Because smokers provide more than $5 billion in tax revenue annually! The G20 protesters are running around like little anarchists with their faces covered, spewing anti-capitalism and damaging The Royal Bank of Scotland.  I don’t see a tea pot in sight. 

America was founded on capitalistic principles.  The politics under Obama, Biden and Pelosi are insisting on changing America into a version of European socialism.  The EU’s economy isn’t any better than ours, but citizens who want to live under socialism, should just move to Europe where they can make fun of us far from far away, but they won’t go.

With calm appeal, that leaves the rest of us who are outraged.  Whatever your beef: the trillions of dollars in debt, poor management of existing regulations, unemployment, health care, education, bailouts, stimulus packages, or the heavy burdens of increased taxes, I urge you to consider attending or organizing a Tea Party on Tax Day, April 15.

I pray that the protests any tea party do not attract the type of person who, rather than peacefully hold up a sign, will protest, whine, shout and break everything within sight.

The spread of democracy continues to be fought in Iraq, and Afghanistan with soldiers blood, sweat and tears.  Tea Party Tax Day is not the forum for spilling blood or violence on the streets of America. 

Get your feet out of the quicksand and on to the street.  You can be mad as hell, but the goal is to peacefully protest.

Obama’s Illuminati Ponzi of The Dollar

To think that Madoff pulled off the biggest ponzi scam is laughable.  It is the U.S. government under Obama, and the actions of Secretary Geithner who responsible for the loss of billions of our tax dollars and quite possibly the end of America’s dominance.

“Money, so they say, it the root of all evil today,” Pink Floyd.  Some say the root of all evil is the Illuminati who’s symbol of power is the Pyramid. The same pyramid that is on our current dollar with it’s “All seeing eye.”

The Illuminati remain invisible, either because they don’t exist or because the puppet strings of control can be explained and rationally dismissed.

One site explains the Illuminati like this, “They are the Invisible Ones, the Powers That Be, the Men of Knowledge, the Secret Masters. Lords of the Conspiracy and Kings of This Earth. http://www.sjgames.com/pyramid/sample.html?id=5708 It goes on to say that they are people, “Who have been granted visions and power far beyond those of lesser men.”  Kind of like aliens, gnomes, spirits and having unnatural features?  I don’t buy into Obama being a Klingon, but based his actions, I am becoming increasingly alarmed at the power and control we seem so ready to give up. 

The “All Seeing Eye” on top of the pyramid is a metaphor for control of everything beneath it.  Pelosi, Geithner, the Democratic lead Congress and Senate, and Obama are out of control, authorizing billions and trillions of dollars that have not been printed.  Talk about a ponzi!  They are making each of us more reliable on the government and giving government more control over her citizens. Even Joe The Plumber tried to give warnings about socialism.

China, Germany, the U.N. and others are now calling for a new “international reserve currency”, lessing dependence of the dollar and U.S. economy.  Timothy Geithner’s response?  He is “quite open” to the suggestion to remove the greenback.  The dollar dropped so did stocks.  Later he flip-flopped, passively saying, “The dollar remains the world’s dominant reserve currency. I think that’s likely to continue for a long time.” 

The WSJ wrote http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123802521198942455.html , ” The dollar’s status as a reserve currency gives the U.S. enormous advantages, and it should be protected ferociously by our public officials.”  I’d hardly call Geithner statement ferocious.

I am wagging my finger in shame at our public officials.  It is a travesty that there is not more outrage from them or from people. Is everyone so busy standing in unemployment lines, texting, and chatting not see that this great nation could be headed for catastrophe?  It is time to turn off the TV, cancel the subscription to the Times and start reading, China Daily where you’d find out that China’s military is developing longer-range ballistic missiles, one’s that could reach the U.S.   Not reported in the Main Stream Media, Chinese vessels this month confronted a US Navy spy ship in China’s exclusive economic zone in the South China Sea.  http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2009-03/27/content_7621290.htm 

Barackstar’s cult like status has redefined control.   His ability to direct attention and double speak on issues has resulted in Americans being so absorbed by the distraction, that they can not see what is truly going on.  Geithner has reiterated he too needs more legal means of control to seize private businesses.
