Reincarnated as a dog

Ahrcanum officially expired today!  Do you believe in reincarnation?  Can you spy the tinfoil from our hats in the background there on the left?   

Having bought our domain name not once, twice but now four times in one year, we are getting pretty sick of figuring out who to pay for exactly what service.  Alas, this snafu provides the perfect opportunity to take a writing hiatus to do some research on a few articles we’ve been working on and figure out our domain mapping situation.  

Since we’ve been suckered in for another $9.95- this time to WordPress (who’s service we otherwise like for the most part), we’ll definitely be back to give you our money’s worth.  We will return to the site shortly with more hedonistic commentary combining controversy, conspiracy and truth.  Anything you want us to report on in particular?

Umatilla Chemical Depot Mustard Gas Leaks, The Business of Destroying Chemical Weapons Stockpiles

A vial containing less than 1 milliliter of mustard agent is prepared for analysis

The Umatilla Chemical Depot in Oregon has had yet another leak of a chemical mustard agent.

The Chemical Demilitarization Program’s mission is defined, “To protect people and the environment by overseeing the safe destruction of the chemical agents at the Umatilla Chemical Depot as soon as possible.”  http://www.deq.state.or.us/Umatilla/cdp.htm  “As soon as possible?”  Safe? For more than ten years there have been admitted exposures, leaks, and spills at Umatilla.  

The Umatilla Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (UMCDF) is headed by the U.S. Army Program Manager for Chemical Demilitarization (PMCD) and is operated under contract by Washington (formerly Raytheon) Demilitarization Company. Washington is responsible for the construction and operation of the UMCDF. Along with UMCD, both PMCD and Washington Demilitarization Company (WDC) are Permittees named in the UMCDF Hazardous Waste Permit. http://www.deq.state.or.us/Umatilla/cdp.htm

The chemical warfare agents VX and GB (nerve agents) and HD (blister, or “mustard” agent) are stored as liquid in various types of munitions and containers, including rockets, bombs, projectiles, mines, bulk containers, and aerial spray tanks. The chemical weapons stored at the UMCD represent approximately 12% of the United States’ original chemical weapons stockpile.

On January 27, 2010, thinking things were in order, via http://www.tri-cityherald.com/yahoonews/story/879396.html  another leak of blister agent was discovered.   Workers at the Umatilla Chemical Depot yesterday found another mustard agent leak in one of its igloo storage units, the sixth such leak detected at the Oregon facility in three months.

Umatilla generally experiences more leaks in the summer, when containers holding the deadly blister agent tend to thaw. The igloos where the mustard containers are stored are fitted with air filters that prevent any dangerous fumes from escaping.  Yesterday’s leak did not threaten the surrounding public or environment, according to depot officials.

Yes, of course everything is contained, we are so reassured!  If they know in advance that Umatilla generally experiences more leaks when it is warm, why wouldn’t The Washington Demilitarization Company, which is really URS, which is really Black Stone turn on the air conditioning in the storage areas? A passive filtration system- but no climate control?  The storage units are underground. Could they potentially be leaking into an aquifer that occupies a roughly rectangular area of 19,728 acres?

Raytheon holds a patent http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/6516008/description.html  for a wavelength conversion system that uses lasers to detect mustard gas but can not be bothered with figured out a better way to prevent these leak incidents?  There are also connections from The Center of Public Integrity linking Washington Group International’s leadership roster to read like a Who’s Who of the government contracting business. http://projects.publicintegrity.org/wow/bio.aspx?act=pro&ddlC=65

The U.S. arsenal — which used to include 31,500 tons of chemical weapons such as Sarin, VX and Mustard agents– is systematically being destroyed at an increased pace, Mahall said.

“It is a tremendous success story. Not only is the U.S doing all it can to meet its international commitments, but more importantly the Chemical Materials Agency is contributing to the national security of the United States in the process. These weapons in the wrong hands can do harm. They are safely and securely storing and destroying them while providing maximum protection to the public and environment,” said Carmen Spencer, deputy assistant Secretary of the Army (Elimination of Chemical Weapons).

“As of 26 January, 2010, the U.S. has destroyed a 22,322 tons of the original 31,500 tons,” said Greg Mahall, chief of Public Affairs for the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Agency (CMA)….In addition to the weapons stored on Johnston Atoll in the Pacific, chemical weapons stockpiles were dispersed among eight locations within in the continental U.S. at Army facilities in Anniston, Ala., Pine Bluff, Ark., Tooele, Utah, Umatilla, Ore., Aberdeen, Md., Newport, Ind., Blue Grass, Ky., and Pueblo, Colo.

A tremendous success story? Who manufactured 31,500 tons of chemical weapons in the first place?

A group of workers who were overcome last year by fumes at a chemical weapons plant in Oregon is accusing the Army of covering up leaks of highly toxic nerve agents and mustard gas on the day of the incident.  Lawyers for the workers at the Umatilla Chemical Depot charge that investigators from the Army and Raytheon, a defense contractor, concealed four leaks of sarin and mustard gas that occurred just hours after 34 workers became ill on Sept. 15.

The lawyers, citing Army documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, also said chemical agents had leaked at the site 22 times during a six-day period, including the day the workers were sickened. The depot is near Hermiston, in eastern Oregon.

After ten years of a checkered past, The Umatilla Disposal Facility is finally about to undergo some critical evaluations.

“Beginning next week, staff from the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Agency (CMA) will be on the installation to conduct a Site Assistance Visit (SAV). Citizen Wells Takes on Glen Beck

“Glenn Beck insults Americans, military, US Constitution, Citizen Wells red phone challenge!

Unlike Lou Dobbs, who on CNN of all places, asked the basic journalistic question, why doesn’t Obama present a legitimate birth certificate, Glenn Beck, on his radio  and Fox TV show has insulted millions of concerned Americans. Many of these Americans are current and retired military and quite a few high ranking officers. Beck often talks out of one side of his mouth about upholding the US Constitution, while at the same time insulting Americans exercising their First Amendment rights.

Three concerned Americans, Philip J Berg, a lifelong Democrat, former ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes and Charles F Kerchner, USNR Commander, all requested Obama’s college records using legal channels and were opposed by Obama attorneys.

Glenn Beck, et al, the above question is simple to answer, simple enough for a fifth grader. Lou Dobbs, while still at CNN, asked another simple question. Why doesn’t Obama just provide a legitimate birth certificate. However, Glenn Beck, the eligibility issues surrounding Obama appear to be too complex (or controversial) for you. You know, messy stuff like natural born citizen and the US Constitution. So I have decided to just focus on something real simple for you, something you can get your head around. Obama’s college records. That’s not too complex or controversial is it?

Glenn, perhaps even you at one time or another had to prove you attended a school.

Glenn Beck, you inspired me with the red phone you set up to receive calls from the Obama Administration. So I have dedicated a phone to receive calls from you. If anything I write or put in a video is incorrect, please call me anytime and let me know. The follow video, let’s call it a trailer for upcoming shows, presents some information regarding efforts to obtain Obama’s college records. I will be curious to know if you consider the three men referred to in the video as right wing idiots.  One of them is a retired military officer. You have insulted plenty of them in the past, so why not. Heck, you will probably call me an idiot. However, I must warn you, I fight back. I will not back down.

Where to Move the 9/11 Trial, The Town of Intercourse, PA

It seems eminent that the trial of the 9/11 Guantanamo Bay detainees will not be held in New York City, NY, USA after all.

The taxpayers are getting screwed anyway, so the town of Intercourse seems a logical choice.  Since there isn’t a federal courthouse, we can just spend some of the remaining TARP funds to stimulate it’s economy.  Perhaps there is a little wiggle room in the $3.8 trillion dollar budget from President Obama to garner whatever would be necessary to hold the trial there. Surely the local Amish population would pitch in, as many of them are known for being master carpenters.  

Attorney General Eric Holder might want to consider moving there as well.  He can visit the home of North America’s largest African Elephant “Fannie.” on Mondays through Fridays at the Intercourse Zoo. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intercourse,_Pennsylvania

Whatever city is chosen for the trial, it is going to be a fiasco on American soil- all at the expense of the thousands who died on September 11.

Haiti Warned to Prepare for More Earthquakes, Say Scientists

PORT-AU-PRINCE (Reuters) – Haiti should be preparing for another major earthquake that could be triggered by the catastrophic one last month which killed up to 200,000 people and left the capital Port-au-Prince in ruins, experts say.

Teams of geophysicists, who have been tracking movements in the fault line that slashes across Haiti and into the Dominican Republic, came to the nation last week to measure changes in the Earth’s crust after the 7.0-magnitude quake on January 12. http://www.reuters.com/article/idUSTRE61033A20100201

Oh pleeazzze, give me a break.  These poor people in Haiti are as prepared as they are ever going to be for the time being.  There is nothing to fall on their heads or trap them.  Like in the game of dominoes, it has already all fallen down.  Haiti was warned two years ago and still it did nothing, nor could it have.  

Haiti’s biggest worries no longer come from underground; but the threat of military, humanitarian and climate interference.

Mark Fried from Oxfam in a recent podcast http://www.oxfam.org/haitiquake  has hit the nail on the head- what are all these people going to do when the rainy season starts in April?  Besides getting being wet, there are going to mudslides due to the destruction blocking the rains natural runoff patterns.   Say nothing of the possibility of fire from thousands cooking under makeshift sheets and tents. 

These people have more to worry about than another shimmy shake.

The Swine Flu Pandemic has been cancelled.  There we said it, even when the World Health Organization, America’s Centers for Disease Control and Protection, and other worldly governments and states have not.  

Millions of sheeples bought into the propaganda of what could have been a devastating, never before seen virus identified as H1N1.  Whatever the origins of H1N1, man made or a natural genetic mutation, thankfully it did not materialize into the expectations of being a larger, true pandemic with millions dead.  

The WHO went to far as to change it’s own  definition of pandemic in order to declare a pandemic. An article from Michael Fumento at http://www.fumento.com/weblog/archives/2010/01/who_swine_flu_c.html  

…pointed out upon the WHO’s pandemic declaration in June, the previous definition required “enormous numbers of deaths.” But the agency desperately wanted a pandemic and swine flu, vastly milder than ordinary flu, clearly didn’t fit. So they simply penned a new definition to match swine flu, making deaths irrelevant and explicitly declaring “mild” strains would qualify.  

Lock, stock and barrel the WHO mislead millions. 11,160 was the median estimate number of deaths related to Swine Flu from April – December 2009  http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/estimates_2009_h1n1.htm .  Nothing will bring these people back, but we take comfort that the number was less than what is expected from the seasonal flu with, “CDC estimates that about 36,000 people died of flu-related causes each year, on average, during the 1990s in the United States with 90 percent of these deaths occurring in people 65 years and older. This includes people dying from secondary complications of the flu.”  

Less people died from H1N1 than the seasonal flu, even though millions of us caught it with some suffering significant side effects like the Swine Flu Rash https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/10/19/swine-flu-rash-hives-symptoms/.  CDC estimates that between 39 million and 80 million cases of 2009 H1N1 occurred between April and December 12, 2009. The mid-level in this range is about 55 million people infected with 2009 H1N1.  The current population clock http://www.census.gov/main/www/popclock.html  reads 308,584,418 divided by the 55 million and we see almost 20% of the U.S. population was infected, but lived to tell about it.  

“Worldwide, the number of deaths is small… we do not expect to see a sudden and dramatic jump in the number of severe or fatal infections,” said WHO’s Director-General, Harvard-trained Dr Margaret Chan

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) is the only organization that we know of, investigating the antics of WHO in declaring the pandemic. “A scientist with the World Health Organisation has testified, during ongoing hearings in Strasbourg, France, that the swine flu pandemic was part of an overblown “angst campaign”, devised in conjunction with major drug companies to boost profits for vaccine manufacturers.  http://www.infowars.com/who-scientist-swine-flu-pandemic-was-completely-exaggerated/  

Following the organisation’s declaration of a pandemic, the Department of Health warned of 65,000 deaths, set up a special advice line and website, and suspended normal rules so anti-flu drugs could be given without prescription.  

But with just 250 or so deaths in Britain and 14,000 worldwide, the WHO is being asked to account for its actions.  

The Government is now trying to off-load millions of jabs it ordered at the height of the scare. Sources say it is even considering giving some doses away for free.  

Wolfgang Wodarg, former head of health at the Council of Europe, the Strasbourg-based ‘senate’ responsible for the European Court of Human Rights, said vaccine contracts were put in place in 2007, when it was feared the more lethal bird flu virus would mutate into human form.

Nations are quick to investigate assistance to the earthquake ravaged nation of Haiti, but not the Swine Flu.  Why?

Bill and Melinda Gates announced plans Friday to invest $10 billion in the fight against a number of illnesses including AIDS and said the record donation could save nearly nine million lives.  The decade of vaccines?  Considering these are some of the poorest of poor would Gates’ money be better served to just hand out hundred dollar bills?

This should be the decade of sheeples coming to their senses that if this were a real pandemic, the U.S. is grossly unprepared.  President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) released a report assessing H1N1 preparations citing:

Mars Alignment with Earth, Pole Shift, Chandler Wobble

The pole shift theory and Chandler’s Wobble come to mind today as the Earth will be between the Sun and the planet Mars, in what scientists refer to as being in opposition.  

For visual observers, the best display comes on Friday, Jan. 29th, when the full Moon and Mars converge for a floodlamp-bright conjunction. On that night, Mars will be at opposition—i.e., directly opposite the sun. The apogee and perigee of the moon have a definite affect on the weather and tides here on Earth. When the moon is at Apogee, the furthest distance from the Earth, it has less gravitational pull. Weather conditions can be more stable and the tides more predictable. The alignment of Mars this time occurs during a full moon!  With the moon impacting the Earth’s gravity, could this alignment offer a relationship between the rotation and the magnetic polarity of Earth, which does change irregularly, with a magnetic reversal or what some doomsday theorists claim, a pole shift?

Repeating bursts of increased tectonic activity in various  locations are definitely found associated with the X Wave Min (movement)  of England away from the North Pole) or the X Wave Max (movement of England towards the North Pole).

The money in the president’s budget is not enough to follow through with NASA’s Constellation moon landing plan initiated by President George W. Bush in 2004. An aide to an elected official who was told of Obama’s plans said the president is effectively ending the return-to-the-moon effort, even though $9.1 billion has already been spent.  

We seem to be more interested in Mars.  Ironically or pre-planned, Cassini made its closest approach to Mars yesterday.

Earthquake Prediction for Haiti and Sumatra

Scientists can detect a minuscule solar flair from the sun but they claim they can not predict earthquakes? http://www.swpc.noaa.gov/today.html

Now researchers believe they can possibly predict additional quakes in Sumatra and Haiti.

The earthquake that rocked Padang, western Sumatra, in September last year, killing more than 1000 people, was not the “great earthquake” that earth scientists are waiting for.  In fact, it may have made the next massive earthquake more likely, according to University of Ulster earthquake expert John McCloskey. For some years now scientists have been warning of the build up of stress on one of the earth’s great plate boundaries to the west of Sumatra in Indonesia. For more than 200 years the collision between the Indian ocean plate and the Asian plate has stored an enormous amount of energy. “It’s just like slowly drawing a bow. For hundreds of years the energy is stored as the two tectonic plates bend and deform. Then, in just a few seconds all this energy is released generating a massive earthquake and sometimes flexing the seafloor to create a tsunami.

In a few seconds, Haiti was demolished on January 12, 2010 with no warnings of preceding tremors, and no tsunami after. 

A team funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) is returning to Haiti this week to investigate the cause {emphasis mine) of the January 12, magnitude 7 earthquake there.  The geologists will collect crucial data to assess whether the quake could trigger another major event to the east or west of Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital. Where is the geological information disappearing to?  Investigate the cause?  Natural science would tell us that the plates beneath the ocean shifted- and that has been the official cause of every other earthquake reported in the world.  No government or entity has ever come forward to say, “Hey look what we can do.”

Clearly the San Andreas Fault in California, U.S., remains quite visible.

According to the theory of continental drift, the earth’s surface is divided up into a dozen or so massive, rigid plates that rest on the earth’s more fluid mantle. Some of the plates, the oceanic plates, are under the ocean, and the others, which are much thicker and heavier, are the continental plates.  Convection currents running along the top of the mantle, created by the upwelling of new crust in some places and the sinking of old crust in others, move the plates at roughly 2.5 centimeters per year (Fig. 2). Baja California, for instance, is drifting quite rapidly––it is moving at the same rate in which your fingernails are growing! What makes Haiti so different, besides the fact it sits near some of the deepest waters of the world?   Could it be its close approximation to Puerto Rico’s negative gravity?

Above ground, scientists from Rochester Institute of Technology are sweeping the leveled city with high-tech imaging integrated into a small aircraft.

Funded by the World Bank (sic, imagine that)  and in collaboration with ImageCat Inc., the five-day flight is meticulously mapping the disaster zone to aid in crisis management and eventual reconstruction of the city…The LIDAR capability detects and measures collapsed buildings and standing structures damaged by the earthquake. At the request of the U.S. Geological Survey, Faulring is using LIDAR to map the fault line to estimate how much the earth moved. Prediction modelling is one thing, but this assumes only environmental issues and not man-made technology can alter the earth’s plates or atmosphere with the potential to cause earthquakes.  If you don’t think HAARP, EISCAT, Project Blue Beam and the host of other Tesla like technology couldn’t possibly cause an earthquake, I have water for you to drink from the moon.  We all know there is water there, we just bombed it as proof.

The Seismologic Division of the Ministry of National Infrastructure’s Geophysical Institute will attempt to simulate an earthquake in the southern Negev on Thursday. The experiment, financed by the U.S. Defense Department, is a joint project with the University of Hawaii and is part of a scientific project intended to improve seismological and acoustic readings in Israel and its environs, up to a 1,000 km/621 mile radius.

The experiment intends to improve the understanding of sound waves in the atmosphere. Scientists will then be able to fine-tune Israel’s seismological equipment to give advance warning of earthquakes….the Geophysical Institute has created several earthquake simulations in order to calibrate its equipment. In June 2004, the institute detonated 32 tons of explosives in the southern Negev….

FERMI, Grid technology for high energy physics research

Abstract: The results for a prototype for a fast RICH detector using photubes are presented, testing three different types of tubes in the photocathode. Particle ideati!ication an a function of beam momentum {empasis mine} was studied, as well multiparticle event recognition….
 

Finally, the RICH angular coordinate system must be aligned with the coordinate system of the magnetic spectrometer system. The uncertainties in this alignment are a systematic error…Conclusions:  A prototype RICH dector with a phototube based photocathode has been sucessfully tested.   

Success? Systematic errors?  Does beam momentum reflect back to Project Blue Beam? More recent FERMI grid technology for high energy physics research can be found at http://grid.fnal.gov/.  This phototube experiment from 20 years ago only  illustrates the advances that surely have been made in particle physics that could now be capable of producing such a beam.

While we are no where near understanding quantum physics; according to Einstein’s Nobel prize-winning formula, the energy of the electrons produced by the photoelectric effect is given by the formula…blah blah.  In explaining Photo Detectors better, The University of Pennsylvania has this to say  http://www.physics.upenn.edu/balloon/phototube.html:

Even when no photons are reaching the photocathode, a small current, called the dark current will flow. It appears because of

  1. thermionic emission from the cathode and dynodes
  2. leakage currents
  3. radioactive contamination in the glass
  4. ionization phenomena
  5. light phenomena

Did a jitter in time from a phototube producing device, for just even a nanosecond,  cause the plates to shift under Haiti?  Did a digital signal pass through a chain of amplifiers including the array at the Arecibo Observatory in nearby Puerto Rico?https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2010/01/18/haiti-earthquake-conspiracy-haarp-patents-arecibo/  Is Dark Current responsible for the unusual visual disturbances in the sky as often reported prior to earthquakes?

Haiti Earthquake Predicted 24 Hours Before

The Haiti Earthquake was imminent.  Did they know it and not tell anyone?

Scientists who detected worrisome signs of growing stresses in the fault that unleashed this week’s devastating earthquake in Haiti said they warned officials there two years ago that their country was ripe for a major earthquake. Northern Hemisphere Earthquake Watch Until January 16th.  Entering a period of intense earthquake activity.  Astrotometry of recent holes in the solar corona indicate upcoming inconsistencies in the Earth’s hypertime translation. During the period January 11th to January 16th a very strong seismic event above 7.7 in magnitude is probable and several seismic events above 6 in magnitude are expected in the Northern Hemisphere.  Based on correlated cloud patterns, in order of probability, the quake-prone watch regions most likely to be effected are:

Indonesia
California
West Central Asia
Southeastern Europe (near Greece or Italy)
Hawaii

It’s probable that more than one region in the Northern Hemisphere will be effected during this period.  A separate coronal hole indicates a quake of lesser magnitude in the Solomon islands region in the Southern Hemisphere near the end of the watch period or shortly after.

Let us remind you that the U.S. government was running drills- allegedly in the event a hurricane were to hit Haiti, just the day prior to the quake.  In light of the United States government SOUTHCOM and the Defense Department’s European Command,  ”preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane.
