Earthquakes are being made by man.  PERIOD.

While we remain skeptical of experiments that were going on at HAARP, EISCAT and the other observatories on January 12, 2010, (see https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2010/01/14/haiti-earthquake-conspiracy-haarp-eiscat/)  there is little doubt that the plates beneath Haiti shifted, causing a direct impact on Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Bypassing a random act of God and mother nature, we find that indeed earthquakes can be man-made.   An earthquake simulation occurred in Israel on August 25, 2009  and we paid for with our tax dollars.  From Avraham Zuroff for Israel National News, http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/133083

The Seismologic Division of the Ministry of National Infrastructure’s Geophysical Institute will attempt to simulate an earthquake in the southern Negev on Thursday. The experiment, financed by the U.S. Defense Department, is a joint project with the University of Hawaii and is part of a scientific project intended to improve seismological and acoustic readings in Israel and its environs, up to a 1,000 km/621 mile radius.

The experiment intends to improve the understanding of sound waves in the atmosphere. Scientists will then be able to fine-tune Israel’s seismological equipment to give advance warning of earthquakes….the Geophysical Institute has created several earthquake simulations in order to calibrate its equipment. In June 2004, the institute detonated 32 tons of explosives in the southern Negev….

SCALAR Volume, as in visualizing the impact of a SCALAR Weapon?  The San Diego Supercomputer Center works in conjunction with The Center for Astrophysics and Space Sciences (CASS) is an interdisciplinary Organized Research Unit (ORU) at the University of California at San Diego.

Deep undersea experiments?  Deep enough to create a catastrophic  earthquake?

FERMI, Grid technology for high energy physics research

From a 1992 experiment exploring the use of photo tubes http://lss.fnal.gov/archive/1992/pub/Pub-92-155.pdf from the U.S. Department of Energy and the FERMI Lab:

Abstract: The results for a prototype for a fast RICH detector using photubes are presented, testing three different types of tubes in the photocathode. Particle ideati!ication an a function of beam momentum {empasis mine} was studied, as well multiparticle event recognition….

 

Finally, the RICH angular coordinate system must be aligned with the coordinate system of the magnetic spectrometer system. The uncertainties in this alignment are a systematic error…Conclusions:  A prototype RICH dector with a phototube based photocathode has been sucessfully tested.   

Success? Systematic errors?  Does beam momentum reflect back to Project Blue Beam? More recent FERMI grid technology for high energy physics research can be found at http://grid.fnal.gov/.  This phototube experiment from 20 years ago only  illustrates the advances that surely have been made in particle physics that could now be capable of producing such a beam.

While we are no where near understanding quantum physics; according to Einstein’s Nobel prize-winning formula, the energy of the electrons produced by the photoelectric effect is given by the formula…blah blah.  In explaining Photo Detectors better, The University of Pennsylvania has this to say  http://www.physics.upenn.edu/balloon/phototube.html:

Phototubes are widely used in astronomy for precision measurements of the brightness of stars and galaxies since they provide a pulse for each incident photon… If the phototube is connected to a scintillator whose photon output is proportional to the total energy left by ionization in the scintillator material, then the phototube output is not only capable of detecting the presence of a particle but also the energy it deposits in the scintillator….The technology advances behind phototubes are driven by their indispensable use in military and scientific applications.The drive is to produce phototubes with fast transit times from the cathode to the output dynode (this is on the order of tens of nanoseconds) with a jitter in the time of much less than 1 nanosecond …The analog output of the phototubes is converted to a digital signal through a chain of amplifiers, discriminators, and either charge to voltage converters or scalers which store the number of photomultiplier pulses of a particular magnitude…

Even when no photons are reaching the photocathode, a small current, called the dark current will flow. It appears because of

1. thermionic emission from the cathode and dynodes
2. leakage currents
3. radioactive contamination in the glass
4. ionization phenomena
5. light phenomena

Did a jitter in time from a phototube producing device, for just even a nanosecond,  cause the plates to shift under Haiti?  Did a digital signal pass through a chain of amplifiers including the array at the Arecibo Observatory in nearby Puerto Rico?https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2010/01/18/haiti-earthquake-conspiracy-haarp-patents-arecibo/  Is Dark Current responsible for the unusual visual disturbances in the sky as often reported prior to earthquakes?

Chavez has made outlandish accusations in the past, for once maybe he is right.
