Operation Unified Response

 The Haiti Earthquake conspiracy lingers on while Anderson Cooper Vanderbuilt scratches his head reporting of the lack of aid getting to the people of Haiti.   If David Brooks at the NYTimes is accurate in his claim, there are 10,000 aid organizations in Haiti.  He also blames cultural differences that caused the poverty that allowed the significant destruction to occur. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/15/opinion/15brooks.html    

Putting aside cultural differences, Operation Unified Response, Joint Task Force- Haiti sure has a nice new logo that someone designed rather quickly.      

What’s the hold up to the Rescue, Relief and Reform of Haiti?  “From practice, we’ve found that the assessments are critical to making sure we get the right equipment in there and make the recovery efforts and the life-supporting efforts as efficient as possible,” Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser explained.

With due respect to the General, we access, your assessments have been asinine.  As if 9-11 and Katrina wasn’t practice enough, the U.S military reaction was practiced and planned out in advance for Haiti the day before of the quake, and practice was far from perfect.    

In light of the United States government SOUTHCOM and the Defense Department’s European Command,  “preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane. SOUTHCOM was practicing and running emergency relief drills for a catastrophic event in Haiti the day before the earthquake hit on January 12, 2010.    Why not practice a hurricane drill on a U.S. territory like Puerto Rico?

In another coincidence, Air Force Maj. Ken Bourland  37, had flown into Haiti from the Dominican Republic the morning of the earthquake with Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command with  five other members of U.S. Southern Command.  All five, also staying in the Montana hotel except Bourland escaped. Yes, the deputy director of the  U.S. Southern Command travelled from the DR to Haiti the morning of the quake!    In operation BIOWARFARE EXCERCISE TRIPOD II, Mayor Giuliani knew when to leave WTC 7 because he got advanced warning that the Trade Towers were about to collapse. “We were operating out of there when we were told that the World Trade Center was gonna collapse,” Rudolph Giuliani told Peter Jennings of ABC News. How did Giuliani know the towers were about to collapse?  Was Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command warned in advance of the coming disaster?

The North American Aerospace Defense Command will conduct exercise flights Thursday night and Friday morning over Washington. Exercise Falcon Virgo is designed to hone NORAD’s intercept and identification operations as well as procedural tests of the NCR Visual Warning System. Such an effort will also demonstrate that the U.S.’s involvement in the Caribbean remains a powerful force for good in the Americas and around the globe.

And by the way, 5 warships, 10,000 troops, etc.  Even the French minister in charge of humanitarian relief called on the UN to “clarify” the American role amid claims the military build up was hampering aid efforts.

Seven days after the quake, “The Security Council today backed Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s call to increase the overall force levels of the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Haiti to support the immediate recovery, reconstruction and stability efforts following last weeks devastating earthquake. 

 Following his visit on Sunday to the capital, Port-au-Prince, Mr. Ban asked the Council for an additional 1,500 police officers and 2,000 troops to reinforce the mission, known as MINUSTAH, to augment its 9,000 uniformed personnel already on the ground.

The Council, in unanimously adopting resolution 1908, decided that MINUSTAH will consist of a military component of up to 8,940 troops of all ranks and of a police component of up to 3,711 police, and that it will keep the new force levels under review as necessary.
 

With regard to troops:  

Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega says that the United States has taken advantage of the massive quake in Haiti and deployed troops in the country. “What is happening in Haiti seriously concerns me as US troops have already taken control of the airport,” Ortega said on Saturday. The Pentagon says it has deployed more than 10,000 soldiers in Haiti to help victims of Tuesday’s earthquake.  This is while US paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division took control of the main airport in the capital Port-au-Prince on Friday three days after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake brought death and misery to the impoverished nation….”There is no logic that US troops landed in Haiti. Thousands are dead and thousands await a simple drink of water, yet Cooper Vanderbilt looks to have been clean shaven and showered everyday.  The general population is barely shown on TV.  By the accounts of other reporters on the scene there is little evidence of violence, yet we have reports of  nearly 20,000 U.S and U.N troops ready to keep the peace and take over the airports.       

We suppose when you haven’t had food or water for days, there is little energy to riot when you are dying.  Is that the plan in the long run, to allow the Haitians to nearly starve so they will be compliant for occupation again?      

So many coincidences, so many dead.

Umar Jr relocated to Yemen by late October this year, had sent a curious text to his parents – according to the report.

His father notified not one, but three governments of his son’s odd behavior and possible threat to the U.S.  Did anyone pay attention?  Nope.  Imagine the sadness in his family. If anyone of the three were watching him shame on them for not thwarting this cowardice act.

Asked by CNN’s Candy Crowley on “State of the Union” how that could be possible when the young Nigerian who has been charged with trying to set off the bomb was able to smuggle explosive liquid onto the jet, Napolitano responded: “We’re asking the same questions.”

Napolitano added that there was “no suggestion that [the suspect] was improperly screened.”

The system worked? You have to be joking. How Napolitano claimed it worked when a man was able to get a bomb on board a plane and almost set it off -were it not for a bad detonator and some heroic passengers?

 B I A T C H, YOU SHOULD BE FIRED. If for nothing else the disgraceful comment that the system worked.  IT FAILED.  YOU FAILED.

A half a million people made a list because they have some subjective hate for America and have presented some sort of evidence that they are willing to risk their lives in the process of killing Americans.  Some made this list in error- but this one asshole  gets on a plane to America and attempts detonation. 

How many on this TIDE database are boarding today?  Is it an Illuminati government pulling the strings for wars?  We now call bullshit.  There is no one but a bunch of disorganized government employees covering their ass just like in 911.  There may be the technology to read a license plate from space, know what kind and how many cigarettes you smoke and beers you drink, but if no one reports a terrorist driving the truck what use it is it.  Execute McVeigh before all the facts are in and it all goes away.  Except the memories.

It would not be appropriate to be a writer and not have something to say on the 8th anniversary of the tragic events of September 11th.  What words are there to convey the immense destruction brought upon U.S. soil? 

Pissed off is my choice in words. 

Pissed that idiots could not put the pieces together ahead of time to prevent the attacks in the first place.  The Phoenix Memo clearly outlined unheeded warnings about Islamic terrorists training at US flight schools. http://www.thememoryhole.org/911/phoenix-memo/

Pissed that the US Justice Department’s Air Force Manual 10-100: Airman’s Manual, Aug 1999 version, and the manual “Managing Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents: An Executive Level Program for Sheriffs” which taught local law enforcement how to deal with terrorist attacks were a failure.  In practicing for an event like 911; the simplest statement to issue- “run” would have saved thousands.  Instead, they told people to stay in the buildings.

I am pissed that school’s do not teach what happened on 911 other than if you are lucky, on the day of September 11, 2001.  The twin towers poster should be hanging right next to the flag of The United States of America that the children face as they say The Pledge of Allegiance.  Look at it everyday and see the sacrifice.

I am pissed that there was no order to fly flags at half mast today in honor and respect of the day.  President Obama ordered that “US flags fly at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings, all military posts, all naval vessels, and diplomatic outposts around the globe until sunset on Sunday to honor Senator Edward M. I am pissed that ground zero is still a concrete hole in the ground.  While lease holders argue about the name of the building, eight years later, not much has been done.  The NY Port Authority should have made it a park. Period.

I am pissed that there is enough evidence that our tax dollars were spent on the C.I.A training Osama Bin Laden, Al Qaeda and the Taliban.  I am pissed at the war with Iraq and now Afghanistan.  Thousands of dead soldiers and civilians.  I know, it’s better to fight there than here- but get in, do your job, get out.  Don’t linger like a fly pestering a camel’s ass. 

I am pissed that our President saw fit to bow to a Saudi King.

I am pissed that while there can never be complete safety, that America’s borders remain wide open to illegal immigrants, drug dealers and terrorists alike.

Now I am really pissed.  Boo hoo for the poor cat that can’t come over the border.  Humpty Dumpty sat on a fence.  The photographers should be sentenced to sit there for the same amount of time documenting the human trafficking, drug trafficking, gun trafficking, and illegal entry of who knows potentially carrying either Swine Flu or some weapon of mass destruction.

Last thing, the thing that pissed me off the most.  I am pissed this day to be recognized as a National Day of Service and Remembrance .  How much of our money is going to be spent on taxpayer-funded grants for projects?

Even under a State of Public Emergency,  thanks to the H1N1 Novel Swine Flu Pandemic- America’s borders remain open.  Ellis Island and The Statue of Liberty have welcomed millions through the department of immigration while others cross an invisible border to scourge America’s resources illegally.  The War on Drugs, The War on Terror- mostly due to the failure of America to protect itself. 

NAFTA, Free Trade, Free access to loot America.  Put your little pinky toe over the border illegally, and it should get shot off with out spending my tax dollars.  No free rides to take you to the best hospitals in the world either.

Since Sept. 11, 2001, NORAD fighters have responded to more than 2,100 possible air threats in the United States and have flown more than 51,000 sorties.  51,000 sorties  in 8 years?   Ummm that works out …….8 years times 52 weeks in a year equals a total of 416 weeks-  times 7 days in a week, equals 2,912 days.  Take those 51,000 sorties divided by the 2912 days and you get an average of 17.5 sorties flown every single day since 9-11.  Holy shit, batman.  Yet, we need more practice?

The military unit most involved in the exercises leading to 9/11, Vigilant Guardian was NORAD’s Northeast Air Defense Sector (NEADS).  The imaginary scenario and exercises played out in reality days later. Labeling it a failed emergency response on the day of the attacks, is to put it mildly.

One $15.3 million grant was obligated to Galveston for authorities to acquire 46 residential properties located in the 100-year floodplain. Audit The Federal Reserve – Trillions Missing, America Bankrupt

TRILLIONS.   Specifically she says she knows nothing about nine trillion dollars ($9,000,000,000,000) that is claimed to be unaccounted for.

Whatever our government’s involvement in possibly creating the virus in the first place, it has been working on a program for responding to a mass superflu outbreak as early as 2001:    

HHS has also developed the National Pharmaceutical Stockpile Program (NPS) into a major national security asset. The purpose of the NPS is to be able to rapidly respond to a domestic biological or chemical terrorist event with antibiotics, antidotes, vaccines and medical materiel to help save lives and prevent further spread of disease resulting from the terrorist threat agent. Operated by HHS’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the NPS Program would provide an initial, broad-based response within 12 hours of the federal authorization to deploy, followed by a prompt and more targeted response as dictated by the specific nature of the biological or chemical agent that is used.  One of the NPS “12-hour Push Packages” was brought to operational status on September 11th. CDC delivered a 12-hour Push Package of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies by ground, vendor managed inventory by air, and a technical advisory team in New York City, all within 7 hours of the order to deploy. Three out of the four non-military aircraft in United States airspace on the night of September 11th were carrying National Pharmaceutical Stockpile assets and personnel to New York City.

The Stockpile Program was developed as a supplementary response asset mainly to address biological and chemical terrorism. But following the events of September 11th, the program is now being expanded for response to an all-hazards event. The Stockpile presently is able to provide a full course of anthrax post-exposure prophylaxis to more than 2 million persons. Secretary Thompson has directed that the Stockpile development be accelerated to provide increased anthrax prophylaxis capacity for 12 million persons, and CDC will reach that level of response within the next 12 months. We will also add four more push packs to the eight already located across the country, making more emergency supplies available and augmenting our existing supplies of 400 tons by another 200 tons.

But we must accelerate the production of vaccines and antibiotics and invest in essential programs to ensure the speedy and orderly distribution of antibiotics and other supplies in the event of a biological event. That is why the President has called for an additional $1.5 billion in federal funding for those areas most critical to our ability to respond to bioterrorist threats. His proposal includes include $643 million to expand the National Pharmaceutical Stockpile and $509 million to speed the development and purchase of smallpox vaccine.

Just last week, Secretary Thompson announced that Acambis Inc., with support from its subcontractor, Baxter International Inc., has been awarded a $428 million contract to produce 155 million doses of smallpox vaccine by the end of 2002. Production of the vaccine under the new contract could begin as soon as this month and, once completed, will bring the total number of vaccine doses in the nation’s stockpile to 286 million by the end of next year, enough to protect every United States citizen, if needed. In light of increasing concerns regarding the possible use of biological agents such as smallpox in acts of terrorism or war, HHS is undertaking efforts to stockpile as much vaccine as needed to protect the nation in the event of an outbreak of smallpox. http://www.hhs.gov/asl/testify/t011205.html

Really, what the f#*& could our commander and chief thinking to allow an Air Force One Boeing Jet to fly over NYC for a supposed photo op?  Talk about audacity.  Has he got his head completely stuck up his ass?

The plane looks like it is on maneuvers rather than a sightseeing mission. C’mon conspiracy theorists!  It resembled Air Force One on a “pre-planned” military flight taking photos of the Statue of Liberty and Lower Manhattan, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

No wonder people panicked and evacuated buildings with terrorism still on the minds of many, post 911 and in the midst of Swine Flu Outbreaks with no cause.

Could you blame anyone for taking a dive for cover after 911’s fiasco?  Had those thousands of people taken off running instead of sitting there listening to reports from officials that the building was safe on 911, they might still be alive.  Watching an unidentified  jumbo jet pitching and and banking at 45 degree angles back and forth over the city and out your window- all the while being chased by close flying fighter jets ought to scare the hell out of anyone. 

I want to see the Godd&%ned pictures that were worth terrorizing NYC and America yet again.  The NY Times said: The mission on Monday, officials said, was set up to create an iconic shot of Air Force One, similar to one that was taken in recent years over the Grand Canyon. 

Kiss my tax paying ass to pay the $50,000 an a hour tab it take to fly the damned thing.  Lord knows what it costs for an F-16.  I wonder if it will be the White House Christmas/Kwanzaa Card?

If this act doesn’t prove the audacity of President Obama, nothing will.  The Statue of Liberty cried for the second time in her life.   Could no one in the entire government: The Pentagon, NYPD, The Department of Defense, Homeland Security, or any other taxpayer supported Federal Agency manage to PhotoShop a plane in front of the Statue of Liberty?  Give me a freaking break.

The information in this document is considered FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY, and should only be shared with persons with a need to know. Information in this document shall not be released to the public or media.

1. The Department of Defense (DOD), in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), will conduct a flying photo op in the New York City Area on April 27, 2009 involving a transport and fighter aircraft. Below are the details regarding the operation.

• Date: Monday April 27, 2009 (Primary), April 28 or April 30 (weather backup dates)
• Number / Type Aircraft: 1 VC-25 and 2 F-16s. Actual photo op will only have VC25 and 1 F16.
• Callsign: VENUS01
• Departure point: ADW
• Arrival point: ADW
• Flight Plan: Crews will file two separate IFR flight plans:
ADW-JFK: KADW.. PALEO V44 SIE CAMRN4 JFK
Requested altitude FL190B210
EWR-ADW: KEWR..EWR7.BIGGY J75 MXE V378 BAL KADW

• Planned Departure Time: 0930 approximately
• Planned Time On Photo Op Location: 10:00 -10:30L.
• Planned Photo Op Altitude: 1000-1500ft
• Number of Passes: 2, possibly 3

The aircraft will depart ADW via IFR clearance as a three (3) ship formation to Sea Isle (SIE). At SIE one (1) of the fighters will leave the flight and return to ADW IFR via SIE ATR V308 BILIT ADW.

The VC25 and 1 F16 will proceed IFR to CAMRN intersection south of JFK. In the vicinity of CAMRN intersection the aircraft will cancel IFR and proceed VFR with New York TRACON (N90) towards the Verranzano Bridge. N90 will hand the aircraft off to Newark Tower (EWR) for the flight in the Upper NY and Newark Bay. Upon completion of the final pass the aircraft will be treated as a EWR departure and pickup an IFR clearance back to ADW.

The photo op portion of the flight will be VFR in accordance with the specified ground track as per the attached map (Attachment 1). On the northbound flight segments the fighter aircraft will be offset to the east by approximately ½ mile. During the southbound flight segment the fighter will re-position to remain offset to the aircraft within the depicted box.

The operation will be monitored by FAA Air Traffic Security Coordinators (ATSC) at the Domestic Event Network at FAA Headquarters from start to finish. Any questions or issues can be directed to the FAA ATSC at the DEN. The FAA ATSC can be reached at (202) 493-5107.

The Public Affairs posture for this effort is passive. No media or press releases are planned. Please direct all media inquiries to the FAA Air Traffic Security Coordinator at (202) 493-5107. Obama’s Release of Torture Memos Threaten US Post 911

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Israeli intelligence Aman, and others warned with credible evidence of a major attack on the United States prior to September 11, 2001. THE WMD Guidebook show here was in use prior to 911.  In Pakistan and other Muslim countries they believe that the attacks were part of an Israeli conspiracy, but there is little doubt that it was Osama bin Laden and his Al-Qaeda network who were responsible for the attacks. 

Diligence or luck has prevented another attack on U.S. Soil even though VP Joe Biden has predicted that within six months of his administration, Obama would be tested just as John F. Kennedy was.  This is day 101.

The current crisis is Obama having declassified and released memos detailing the programs used to question al Qaeda suspects. Is water boarding torture, did it violate U.S. and international laws?  Has Obama has endangered the country by releasing CIA secrets.  Contradicting himself, he also said he would not necessarily oppose an effort to pursue a “further accounting” and investigation into the Bush-era interrogation program that included waterboarding, sleep deprivation, forced nudity, shoving people into walls and other methods.  You want to bet we’ll see a full blown investigation of the CIA Interrogation program that reveals more secrets for the terrorists to use against us? 

Even Donald Rumsfeld on a Larry King Interview prior to 911 said, “Well, we have to recognize that it’s a dangerous and untidy world. There’s a lot of very powerful, lethal weapons that exist and ways that people can impose enormous damage. And we have to be vigilant. We have to be willing to invest to see that we have the kinds of capabilities that we can deter and defend and, where necessary, preempt. ” http://www.september11news.com/Mysteries3.htm  He went on to mention that on the morning of 911 he predicted there would be an event that would occur in the world that would be sufficiently shocking that it would remind people, again, how important it is to have a strong, healthy Defense Department that contributes — that underpins peace and stability in our world.”

I call foul. Everyone knew something was about to happen and all that Intel slipped through the cracks allowing the most horrific attack on U.S. soil since Japan bombed Pearl Harbor.  Bush had more faulty Intel on Iraq.  We caught a few bad guys and even released some but when some piss ants cry foul about how we treat (-ed) enemy combatants, you have to wonder what information was gathered to prevent further incidents.  Why are members of Congress are doing a tight wire dance to relieve themselves of any association with interrogation procedures that not only did they know about, but worked.

Without full staff support, few lawmakers are equipped to make difficult legal and policy judgments about secret programs, critics say.

Representative Nancy Pelosi of California, who in 2002 was the ranking Democrat on the House committee, has said in public statements that she recalls being briefed on the methods, including waterboarding. She insists, however, that the lawmakers were told only that the C.I.A. believed the methods were legal — not that they were going to be used.  By contrast, the ranking Republican on the House committee at the time, Porter J. Goss of Florida, who later served as C.I.A. director, recalls a clear message that the methods would be used. “We were briefed, and we certainly understood what C.I.A. was doing,” Mr. Goss said in an interview. “Not only was there no objection, there was actually concern about whether the agency was doing enough.”  http://www.reuters.com/article/politicsNews/idUSTRE53J6MS20090422?sp=true  He said, she said- they all knew it was going on and although morally reprehensible, legal.

Intel and congress knew attacks were imminent.  Intel and congress knew exactly what was happening at Guantanamo.  Peter J. Goss has the balls to actually admit that the information they got from torture, prevented further plans to destroy and attack America.    If acts of mental and physical ability to resist, resulted in saving American lives and halting the spread of terrorism, then so be it and Goss should be looked at as a hero not a scapegoat.

At the very least, if Obama wants to declassify details of the programs, he needs to declassify the findings as well.  By all accounts they acted legally within the interpretation of the law. I don’t have to like how they did it, but any future terrorist now knows that torture will not be a part of a deterrent to committing crimes against America. 

Transparency in America shouldn’t be good for the terrorists.
