EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11002 designates the Postmaster General to operate a national registration of all persons.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

Here are the later Executive Orders:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

Officials said this was not in response to any single development on an outbreak that has lasted months and has killed more than 1,000 people in the United States.  So why declare a National Emergency now? 

What else has killed 1000 people in the United States in the same period of time?  Drugs, violence, heart attacks, cancer, car accidents, suicides, vaccines? 

Where is the Swine Flu Czar to usurp the Constitution?

Wayne Madson and others have claimed that swine flu strains have been engineered in two universities in the US and Canada, and says that they’ve been deliberately designed to resist vaccines.  The Baxter Pharmaceutical conspiracy of intentional malfeasance to deliver the virus into the population continues.  Then there are those missing vials from Ft. Detrick, don’t forget about infected pigs and birds, and oh yeah…. and people are still being infected and dying.

U.S. Sovereignty Ends When Obama Signs U.N. Climate Change Treaty, Environmental Injustice

Lord Christopher Monckton, a noted climate change expert, gave a presentation at Bethel College in St. Paul, MN on October 14, 2009.  He issued a warning that U.S. sovereignty is in danger over the the United Nations Climate Change Treaty which is scheduled to be signed in Copenhagen in December 2009. Monckton sued to stop Gore’s film “An Inconvenient Truth” from being shown in British schools due to its inaccuracies. According to Monckton, the treaty will result in a communist world government which would supersede our own Constitution. I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. The United Nations Climate Change Treaty is one giant step backwards and pure blackmail.  The working documents are another attempt to hold the United States of America and other industrialized nations for ransom.  It penalizes our advanced technologies and encourages the acceptance of The New World Order that will indeed further erode U.S. and other national sovereignty.
 
In plain English, Environmental Justice amounts to nothing less than pure extortion.  The horrendous atrocities occurring  in Africa are a result of war, pure and simple.  Millions have died not because of global warming, but at the hands of dictators and tyrants who care nothing for their nation’s population or global warming. 

Heads of state from about 100 countries gathered at the United Nations climate summit in September ’09 where, Obama declared that unless the world acts to slow climate change, “We risk consigning future generations to an irreversible catastrophe.”   In addition to vowing to work on eliminating fossil-fuel subsidies, he also announced the first U.S. requirement for companies to report emissions.  Obama offered no new initiatives to cut U.S. greenhouse gas emissions, leading Keya Chatterjee of the World Wildlife Fund, an environmental group, to call Obama’s speech “a missed opportunity.”  http://www.istockanalyst.com/article/viewiStockNews/articleid/3499288

HAARP’s high-frequency radio waves can accelerate electrons in the atmosphere, increasing the energy of their collisions and creating a glow.

February 2008, HAARP induced a strange bulls eye pattern in the night sky. Instead of the expected fuzzy, doughnut-shaped blob, surprising irregular luminescent bands radiated out from the centre of the bulls eye, according to Todd Pedersen, a research physicist at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Massachusetts, who leads the team that ran the experiment at HAARP. The team modelled how the energy sent skywards from the HAARP antenna array would trigger these odd shapes. They determined that the areas of the bullseye with strange light patterns were in regions of denser, partially ionized gas in the atmosphere, as measured by ground-based high-frequency radar used to track the ionosphere.

“The novelty is not seeing the aurora – it’s the fact that we can actually create enough high-energy electrons to form plasma,” said Mike Kosch, chair of Experimental Space Science at Lancaster University, UK. “It shows something completely different and new that we hadn’t expected.     Ten significant seismic events, unusual weather patterns, and volcanic eruptions, nuclear power outages.  All in February of 2008,  all the while HAARP messes with the ionosphere.   Are we beginning to see a pattern here?

    After the 1930 Idu Peninsula earthquake in Japan, for example, researchers collected over 1500 reports of unknown lights. And the Tangshan earthquake in China on 28th July 1976 was accompanied by a “colorful, flashing light display [that] was seen in the sky 200 miles away” In 1988 and 1999, the Saguenay region of Quebec had thirty eight instances of EQL activity,

    Just before the earthquake struck Sichuan province in China, there were odd visual disturbances and they were caught film and tape.  One puzzle is that the colors in the Chinese clouds were upside down from a normal circumzenithal halo – red pointing toward the horizon and blue to wards the Sun, instead of the other way round.

    After declaring a public health emergency due to the H1N1 Swine Flu and the U.S. approval of numerous vaccines as prophylaxis, the time has come when citizens are taking actions in legal proceedings.  Comment back if you know of more.

    The first H1N1 case in the U.S. began in May, 2009 . Mrs. Trunnell, a 33 year old Special Education teacher, was eight months pregnant when she became ill with the virus in April. She was placed on a ventilator before passing away in early May.     On July 31, 2009.     A preliminary injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations has apparently been issued in the United States District Court of New Jersey.  When/If  the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, it will stop the federal government from forcing anyone in any state to take flu vaccine against their will. It will also prevent a state or local government from forcibly vaccinating anyone, and forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or constitutional rights.     It would be fair to remind that:

    But it’s one thing to sue, say, a private hospital, and quite another to sue New York City. Government entities — countries, states, counties, cities — have what is known as “sovereign immunity,” which in a nutshell means that they can only be sued if they decide to allow themselves to be sued.     October 2, 2009. Carmen Reynolds– a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, has named Gov. Charlie Crist, Attorney General Bill McCollum and Florida Surgeon General Ana Viamonte as defendants in her complaint that challenges a section in a new statute that allows law enforcement officers to vaccinate a resident in an emergency situation.  The law makes no exceptions for health conditions or religious objections.     Today, October 9, 2009.  As we have now bombed the moon, Natural News has dropped the bomb of another Swine Flu related lawsuit.  To be filed later today in Washington D.C., it charges that the FDA violated the law in its hasty approval of four swine flu vaccines by failing to scientifically determine neither the safety nor efficacy of the vaccines.  The suit seeks to not only nullify the FDA’s unlawful “approval” of the four H1N1 influenza vaccines, but to also ask the court to issue an injunction that would halt any mandatory vaccination requirements. The suit on behalf of plaintiff Gary Null, the New York health broadcaster and author, as well as health professionals in New York State who are being told to take the shot or get fired.     For all intents and purposes we have an organization that exists on U.S. Soil with the capability and know how to wage war on American citizens.  The U.S. government contracted with them in Iraq and Afghanistan, why not here in America to quell the the citizen who seek transparency from The Obama Administration? 

    Why would the U.S. Government allow this?  Putting on a legitimate face does not preclude XE, Blackwater, or The American Police Force from being a militia.  Could say China, Russia or anyone of a number of countries with enough money, hire them to carry out these tasks upon America?  While anti-government sentiment is on the rise with peaceful tea party gatherings, the rest of the world does not look to have a party, but would love to over throw the U.S.A.  Even the UN has stated that the U.S. dollar should no longer be the basket currency for the world.

    As it goes for now, I am happy when I have money and sad when I don’t. Someday though, the nation’s printing presses will run out of paper and ink. China and world nation’s will call us on our debt and the fraud that has been perpetuated upon the American people will become apparent.

    Do you think it a coincidence that Timothy Geithner at one point said that eliminating the dollar as the world’s trading basket might be a good idea? That he “quite open” to the suggestion.

    America who defends freedom, liberty and justice for itself and a large portion of the world should tell the UN to shove our dollar right up their a$$.  No more for you.  End,  period, finite, wash our hands of this agency that recognizes Iraq and lets him rant for an hour.    

    The American dollar may not be worth what is used to be, but at least for now it is backed by the good faith of the government of the United States of America.  A return to gold might be the answer, but I doubt that there is any left in the vaults of America, besides the Chinese have been buying so much of it that they control the price increase/decrease each time they make a purchase.

    If you do nothing, you can’t accomplish anything.  Voter registration ends in most states October 4 for November elections.  Register and vote.

    Evolution vs Creation for Swine H1n1 Flu, Virusgate

    Whoopsy daisy Dr. Carlo.  In evolutionary biology, traditionally viruses take a long time to mutate and spread. Apparently, when they are cultered in a lab as Carlo says- they run rampant.  If we refer to Darwin’s theory of evolution and Origin of Man, it took a long time for humans to exist as we are today.
