Swine Flu Vaccine Patent Conspiracy

Swine flu, the virus of the novel A H1N1 flu strain-the never before seen mixture of viruses typical among pigs, birds and humans now has vaccine and a flu mist drug approval from the U.S. federal government.  The first of the cases of flu were being reported from the outskirts of Mexico City, Mexico in February 2009.  Six months later, the swine vaccines are manufactured, approved and ready for the government mass vaccination programs!

First WHO declared a Phase 6 alert level and the CDC followed suit declaring the H1N1 flu pandemic a public health emergency. This  allowed the FDA to authorize drug companies to fast track experimental vaccines skipping over the usual required testing and clinical studies.

The dirty little secret is that it appears the drug manufacturers may have held patents on the mutated Swine H1N1 Flu vaccine before it ever began its trek across the world.

Novartis of Switzerland is expected to supply nearly half of the vaccines in the U.S. and applied for it’s Swine Flu vaccine patent on November 6, 2006.  The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) accepted and granted the application,  US 20090047353 for a “Split Influenza Vaccine with Adjuvants” in February 2009, just about the time the flu was beginning to spread.

USPTO Class 424, Drug, bio-affecting and body treating compositions inventions-“Influenza virus strains used in vaccines change from season to season. In the current inter-pandemic period, trivalent vaccines are typical, including two influenza A strains (H1N1 and H3N2) and one influenza B strain. The invention can be used with inter-pandemic strains of this type, but can also be used with viruses from pandemic strains (i.e. strains to which the vaccine recipient and the general human population are immunologically naïve), such as H2, H5, H7 or H9 subtype strains (in particular of influenza A virus), and influenza vaccines for pandemic strains may be monovalent or may, for instance, be based on a normal trivalent vaccine supplemented by a pandemic strain. Depending on the season and on the nature of the antigen included in the vaccine, however, the invention may protect against one or more of influenza A virus HA subtypes H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6, H7, H8, H9, H10, H11, H12, H13, H14, H15 or H16. The invention may protect against one or more of influenza A virus NA subtypes N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8 or N9….

“For pandemic strains, administration to all age groups is preferred.”

It is a coincidence that a split influenza vaccine is granted its patent just as a split influenza virus is infection thousands?  Is it beyond reason that Novartis could have released the mutated virus as a boon to profitize on the patent?  Is it plausible that Swine Flu did not occur due to a freak in nature?  Why would Novartis suggest that administration of the vaccine is for all age groups and pregnant women?

As to what ingredients is in the approved Swine Flu vaccine-Celtura Novel H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine Novartis -it is still any one’s guess, although the adjuvant MF59 is in it and numerous tests show adjuvnats cause significant side effects.  MF59 has never been approved by the FDA. Drug ingredients can usually be found herehttp://www.rxlist.com/script/main/srchcont_rxlist.asp?src=swine+flu+vaccinee  but no listings yet on the flu vaccine.

Reuters reported August 5, 2009- http://www.reuters.com/article/pressRelease/idUS112167+05-Aug-2009+MW20090805 that Novartis will be providing 30 million doses of Fluvirin® vaccine in the U.S., to support the annual seasonal influenza vaccination campaign for 2009-2010.  The vaccine contains antigens to the three influenza virus strains for this year’s vaccine recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO):
—  A/Brisbane/59/2007, IVR-148 (H1N1)
—  A/Uruguay/716/2007, NYMC X-175C (H3N2) (an A/Brisbane/10/2007-like
    virus)
—  B/Brisbane/60/2008

CDC’s website for the ingredients of FLUVIRIN® , from Novartis, we see it contains the following ingredients:

“Beta-Propiolactone , Egg Protein, Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Polyoxyethylene 9-10 Nonyl Phenol (Triton N-101, Octoxynol 9), Thimerosal (multidose containers), Thimerosal* (single-dose syringes)” (page 2)

We at Ahrcanum are no scientists, but could the Fluvrin vaccine itself help prompt the further mutation of Swine flu: as Novartis notes it’s flu vaccine has not been evaluated for mutagenic potential, let alone fertility?  Why are there still trace amounts of mercury in the ingredients with ties to causing autism and autoimmune diseases? Baxter International, is not without it’s own vaccination conspiracy,  but it will not be supplying swine flu vaccine to the U.S.  The company “is not able to distribute pandemic vaccine in the U.S., because the U.S. government requires license for a seasonal vaccine first, and Baxter doesn’t currently have that license,” says Chris Bona, a spokesman for Baxter Biosciences.  Baxter is is producing all its H1N1 vaccine at facilities in Austria and the Czech Republic. They applied for a US Vaccine Patent Application US 2009/0060950 A1 FILED AUGUST 28, 2007.  TWO YEARS BEFORE SWINE FLU.

New World Order for Population Control, Swine Flu, Planned Parenthood, GMO Food

It is a wonder the population continues to grow at all with all the challenges to live and breath, but does.  Sex is good and with it, sometimes babies get born.  “Oh the horror,” we say sarcastically.

The sweet smell of a babies breath is joyful until the influences of politics, religion, and education take over in time to sour the opinion of a child who grows up, only to think a eugenics agenda acceptable.  Eugenics is not acceptable now or in The New World Order. 

Pessimists of the world who believe in Climate Change and Global Warming like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Rockefeller’s would have us believe that the earth can not sustain so many people sucking up the earth’s resources.  They and others have worked to do just that.

Gates has donated millions of dollars to Planned Parenthood http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planned_Parenthood. Dealing with sexuality, the organization is mirrored in controversy as it is the U.S.’s leading provider of surgical abortions.  It receives about a third of its funding from tax payers and was a leading campaign contributor to President Obama. 

Planned Parenthood of Central Ohio is staging a fashion show of spectacular custom-designed garments featuring “Proper Attire” condoms. http://www.plannedparenthood.org/central-ohio/condom-couture-2009-26884.htm.  Wonder what people who attend should wear?  No stranger to legal battles.  The Supreme Court struck down spousal consent requirements for married women to obtain abortions.  In Ohio, doctors require spousal consent for a vasectomy.  How’s that for a little snippet in justice?

The globalized agribusiness controls our food and it’s distribution.  Remembering the sick joke- How many Ethiopians can you fit in a telephone booth?  All of them reverberates with thousands starving every day.

Do 3rd world countries exist because they allow themselves to do so, or because of groups who seek genetic purity and population control as their main agenda?

CGIAR, the global network created by the Rockefeller Foundation  promotes an idea of genetic purity through agriculture change picking and choosing who gets food, fertilizers and seed.  Land grabbing by foreign investors in developing countries puts more money in investor pockets than it does food on the table. 

It was probably just a matter of time before the international agricultural research establishment would get caught up in the current scramble for land being waged by a number of governments and corporate investors to secure food supplies abroad. After all, that is where a lot of money tagged for “food security” is going these days: on a raft of new projects to acquire and develop huge areas of land for offshore farming. The death toll was compounded by large population movements during the war just like we have today.  An estimate on the number of wars known to the United Nations is about 134.. www.un.org.  People are on the move for war, work and vactions but so is the H1N1 Swine Flu, Avian Flu and other deadly disease.

The Swine Flu infection numbers are staggering but so far the death count remains in the thousands.  WHO said there is no way to contain its movement, with nearly every country in the world reporting cases.  Government solutions around the world to fast tracking and mandate new Swine H1N1 vaccines with barely any clinical trials.

With no extended vaccine trials,  the outcome of the flu may be that the vaccine kills people more than the virus. 

Where did the mutated swine flu come from, more than likely engineered in a lab from one of the vaccine manufacturers and released either accidentally or intentionally for profit and population control.

Finally the jury is getting closer to the verdict that realizes redistributive social policy, food control, medical control, economic control and population control is leading toward a eugenics program that is unfathomable.  It all adds up to nothing less than a New World Order.

Body Exhumed from 1919 Spanish Flu to Fight Swine Flu

In case you missed it…scientists are exhuming bodies from 1919 and the outbreak of the Spanish Flu.

WHO and most countries declared a pandemic and state of emergency thanks to the novel H1N1 Swine Flu months ago.  The future pandemic they would have us believe in is now.  Finality will decide if it is the vaccine or the virus that kills more.

Swine Flu H1N1 Vaccine APPROVED in USA

Seeing as we spent millions buying something that didn’t exist, is there any wonder the vaccines got aproved?

“There will be vaccines for everyone,” said Sebelius at a hearing of the U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee.

Yipee.  The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved vaccines from Sanofi-Aventis SA, CSL Ltd, Medimmune and Novartis AG forSwine H1N1 strain of influenza.  The MedImmune vaccine is the swine flu version of FluMist, which is a nasal spray. The other three vaccines are traditional flu shots. Novartis is expected to supply nearly half of the U.S. supply calling the vaccine Celtura.

FDA approval was expected claiming the vaccines are made the same way as seasonal flu vaccines. Apparently neither the FDA nor any other governmental acronym for BS aka Bull $hit, does not take offense at the use of adjuvants that had not been approved for human use until the declaration of emergency.  The FDA  now permits adjuvant use in the approved Swine Flu Vaccine and adjuvant MF59 is apparently in the vaccine from Novartis.  With suspicions of ties to causing autoimmune disorders, these fine squalene ingredients can be found in the Swine Flu Vaccines now approved by the FDA and being paid for with your tax dollars.

Glaxo Smith Kline’s  (NYSE: GSK)  previously accepted orders of FLUARIX® (Influenza Virus Vaccine) for the 2008-2009 influenza season through the company’s direct ordering Web site, www.GSKvaccinesdirect.com, but has apparently been left out of this year’s Swine Flu approval of vaccines- at least so far.

Declaring ‘on French TV that the “swine flu” vaccine could cause 60,000 deaths in France, especially among young people, children and pregnant women. Larry Flynt Tired of The Hustler’s in America

Larry Claxton Flynt, Jr came into this world naked on All Saints Day, November 1, 1942.  Whatever your opinion of  sexually graphic videos and magazines, Larry Flynt’s Hustler magazine has made millions showing off other people’s nakedness to the world.

Norman Borlaug’s Green Revolution of Eugenics And Genetically Modified Food (GMO)

Dr. Norman Borlaug has died at the age of 95.  Borlaug won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1970 for agricultural innovation and the development of high-yield crops that help put a stop to the projection of world wide famine.  He was also awarded Congressional Gold Medal in 2007.

In the hey day of LSD, the Vietnam War and outbursts from Jane Fonda during the 1960’s, Professor Borlaug began manipulating seeds.  He  produced higher-yield, disease resistant dwarf wheats and other grains that rapidly boosted harvests.  Improving crop varieties were just part of his solution, he also worked with governments around the world for farmer friendly economic policies and improved infrastructure to make markets accessible.

Borlaug’s work became referred to as The Green Revolution, long before genetically modified food, pesticide use and climate change became political scourges. 

For many people who believe in Climate Change and Global Warming, decreasing the world’s population would be one way to reduced human footprint upon the earth.  Less people would mean less consumption of resources.

9-11 Pissed Off About It All

It would not be appropriate to be a writer and not have something to say on the 8th anniversary of the tragic events of September 11th.  What words are there to convey the immense destruction brought upon U.S. soil? 

Pissed off is my choice in words. 

Pissed that idiots could not put the pieces together ahead of time to prevent the attacks in the first place.  The Phoenix Memo clearly outlined unheeded warnings about Islamic terrorists training at US flight schools. http://www.thememoryhole.org/911/phoenix-memo/

Pissed that the US Justice Department’s Air Force Manual 10-100: Airman’s Manual, Aug 1999 version, and the manual “Managing Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents: An Executive Level Program for Sheriffs” which taught local law enforcement how to deal with terrorist attacks were a failure.  In practicing for an event like 911; the simplest statement to issue- “run” would have saved thousands.  Instead, they told people to stay in the buildings. 

Twice as pissed that The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (also known as the 9-11 Commission) failed miserably to do its job.  http://www.9-11commission.gov/

I am pissed that school’s do not teach what happened on 911 other than if you are lucky, on the day of September 11, 2001.  The twin towers poster should be hanging right next to the flag of The United States of America that the children face as they say The Pledge of Allegiance.  Look at it everyday and see the sacrifice.

I am pissed that there was no order to fly flags at half mast today in honor and respect of the day.  President Obama ordered that “US flags fly at half-staff at the White House, all public buildings, all military posts, all naval vessels, and diplomatic outposts around the globe until sunset on Sunday to honor Senator Edward M. I am pissed that the media rarely shows the twin towers or any images from September 11.  Too gruesome?  Tuff shit. Play the 911 emergency phone calls, show the planes, play the image of the men and women jumping to their death.  Too inconvenient?  “Never forget – as long as it’s not too bothersome.” said,  Nick Monteleone in the New York Daily News.

I am pissed that ground zero is still a concrete hole in the ground.  While lease holders argue about the name of the building, eight years later, not much has been done.  The NY Port Authority should have made it a park. Period.

I am pissed that there is enough evidence that our tax dollars were spent on the C.I.A training Osama Bin Laden, Al Qaeda and the Taliban.  I am pissed at the war with Iraq and now Afghanistan.  Thousands of dead soldiers and civilians.  I know, it’s better to fight there than here- but get in, do your job, get out.  Don’t linger like a fly pestering a camel’s ass. 

I am pissed that our President saw fit to bow to a Saudi King.

I am pissed that while there can never be complete safety, that America’s borders remain wide open to illegal immigrants, drug dealers and terrorists alike.

Now I am really pissed.  Boo hoo for the poor cat that can’t come over the border.  Humpty Dumpty sat on a fence.  The photographers should be sentenced to sit there for the same amount of time documenting the human trafficking, drug trafficking, gun trafficking, and illegal entry of who knows potentially carrying either Swine Flu or some weapon of mass destruction.

Last thing, the thing that pissed me off the most.  I am pissed this day to be recognized as a National Day of Service and Remembrance .  How much of our money is going to be spent on taxpayer-funded grants for projects? 

You ought to be pissed off too.

Joe Wilson Apologizes With Fingers Crossed for Yelling “You Lie”

Joe Wilson who yelled, “You Lie” during the President’s speech last night has been so overwhelmed his website has gone off line!  .gov bites the dust when the going gets tough. 

The president was greeted by booming applause from Democrats and polite handshakes from Republicans. But the political challenge at hand soon became clear as several Republican lawmakers heckled Mr. Obama when he dismissed the notion that so-called death panels would deny care to the elderly.

“It is a lie, plain and simple,” Mr. Obama declared.

“You lie!” Representative Joe Wilson of South Carolina yelled back after Mr. Obama said it was not true that the Democrats were proposing to provide health coverage to illegal immigrants. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/09/10/us/politics/10obama.html?_r=1&hp

Wilson’s outburst was probably not planned, but an out pouring of emotion and affront to his intelligence.  How long could anyone sit there and listen to well,…lies with out having a comment of some sort of another?  I can not repeat here the words I was thinking while watching this-

For Wilson of South Carolina- enough was enough at about the half way point in the lecture.  He could restrain himself no more.

Senator John McCain felt that Wilson should apologize.  I feel maybe Obama should apologize for stating directives that can never be paid for the way he intends to.  

Wilson was the bigger man although I am not sure I would have- saying, “While I disagree with the president’s statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable, I extend sincere apologies to the president for this lack of civility.”  I just know he had his fingers crossed behind his back as he made the statement.  I might move to South Carolina just so I can vote for Wilson.  Seems like a nice place and they’ve got great beaches and fishing.

It’s about time someone in politics took a stand.  Former Congressman Traficant who was just released from prison might have said something like, “Beam me up, Scotty-who knew there was a politician left who had balls enough to speak the truth?”

Jim Traficant Free To Speak Out Again

Jim Traficant Free From Jail, Free To Speak Out

Former Congressman Jim Traficant of Ohio is free to speak out about the government once again, having never issued any statements from prison.  Traficant served 17 years in Congress.  In July of 2002 he  received an eight year prison sentence after being convicted of racketeering, bribery, obstruction of justice and tax evasion. The House, using the trial transcript, expelled him.

Traficant refused to apply for clemency or a reduction in his sentence, saying that to do so would force him to admit his guilt and apologize for his crimes.  He says he did not commit any crimes, so he would not admit to them and was not going to apologize for something he says he did not do.  He did not want his family to see him in prison and he and his wife, Tish went 7 years without seeing each other.

While Ron Paul and others might be a fan of his, the federal authorities are not.  Traficant says, “I was a target of the administration…I have been targeted.”  One must wonder if he is still a target.

In all the possible scenarios from mandatory vaccines to quarantines, the fact is, that the Novel H1N1 Swine Flu is mutating. 

Not only is it mutating with various genetic markers but crossing into birds and pigs.

Invisible to the naked eye, the little viral bug has scientists apparently suddenly stunned at its new found ability to attach to cell tissue.

The research team included Professor Yoshihiro Kawaoka of Tokyo University’s Institute of Medical Science. “Dr. Kawaoka is very well known for the breakthrough of artificially-made influenza, as well as for remodeling ebola virus into a safe one which increases only in particular cells.

Artificially made influenza?  Yep.

Are the scientists murderers?  Who funds the scientists?  Government?

It is the first case of H1N1 in birds.”  No turkey for me this thanksgiving, thank you very much.

Could the premise of requiring the Swine Flu shot encourage the reproductive life of the virus, increase the possibility of transmission to another human host and encourage mutation?  You betcha. 

GlaxoSmithKline has actually issued this statement on its adjuvanted squalene containing vaccine:  “Clinical trials will be limited, due to the need to provide the vaccine to governments as quickly as possible. Additional studies will therefore be required and conducted after the vaccine is made available.”
