Oddly enough, buried in the My Obama blogs for President we find Mark Davis.  Mark Davis ” is the son of “Frank” (Frank Marshall Davis), mentioned in “Dreams From My Father,” defending against right-wing disinformation (red-baiting) campaign. I was born at 5:31 PM on November 9, 1950, at Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii. Frank Marshall Davis is listed as my father, and Helen Canfield Davis is listed as my mother, on my birth certificate. http://my.barackobama.com/page/community/blog/Kaleokualoha  Is Mark Davis Obama’s half brother???? 

Well batman, this is sure a stretch that isn’t going away but it isn’t going to be mainstream media news either.  It is being picked up on other blogs like http://astuteblogger.blogspot.com/2008/09/obamas-real-father-connecting-dots.html where a headline also asks of OBAMA’S TRUE PARENTAGE: IS BARACK OBAMA REALLY THE BIOLOGICAL SON OF FRANK MARSHALL DAVIS? 

Comments on his websites “[Andy Martin] has also been described by state psychiatrists of “moderately severe character defect manifested by well-documented ideation with a paranoid flavor and a grandiose character.” and “Martin has been labeled a vexatious litigant by numerous federal and state courts. As early as 1982, Edward Weinfeld, a federal judge for the Southern District of New York, observed that he had a tendency to file “a substantial number of lawsuits of a vexatious, frivolous and scandalous.  Maybe the comments are true enough and mybe he has filed some odd things in his life,but requesting the courts release of Obama’s was deserving filed.

http://www.aim.org/aim-column/obamas-communist-mentor/ goes into detail about Obama’s relationship with Frank Marshall Davis and the influence he has had in his life.  The article cites a quote “Marx once compared revolutionary struggle with the work of the mole, who sometimes burrows so far beneath the ground that he leaves no trace of his movement on the surface. This is the old revolutionary ‘mole,’ not only showing his traces on the surface but also breaking through.”

One thing for sure, there are sure a lot of people in the blogosphere who question where Obama came from, his connections, and what his actions will mean for America.  Barring being the son of an alien, even if Obama’s dad by a long shot is Frank Marshall Davis, that still makes him eligible.  Mickey Mouse was eligible to vote at one point too- thanks to ACORN. 

That One could just put it all to rest by picking up and releasing his birth certificate when he is Hawaii this week, now couldn’t he?

Supreme Court Refuses to Order Release of Obama’s Original Birth Certificate

Plaintiff Andy Martin filed in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT, STATE OF HAWAII – CIVIL NUMBER: 08-1-2147-10 against Defendants LINDA LINGLE, in her Official capacity as Governor Of the State of Hawaii requesting an original copy of Obama’s birth certificate.  “Omaha’s refused to release personal documents including his birth certificate, leading to suspicion among some voters that he’s covering up his true place of birth out of country.” http://www.hawaiireporter.com/story.aspx?540ca50a-154d-4000-bf5e-ce03204a3f5a 

Reading the three page opinion, it seems clear that the Honorable Judges believe that releasing Obama’s birth certificate was not mandatory and that the person filing the claim has no direct and tangible interest in the record. 

The Supreme Court of Hawaii honestly believes that one person- on behalf of all voters, doesn’t have a vested interest in seeing Obama’s birth certificate and not birth record?  Little old me in butt nutt, Wherever State, USA has a right to see Obama’s original birth certificate before election day-  even without filing a lawsuit. 

Perhaps the original legal brief was written poorly.  Andy Martin may have sought demands above the laws and limits of the court.  The court did outline a means by which there are exemptions to releasing documents like birth certificates to persons of interest.

There must be one citizen in the state of Hawaii that can file a brief to the courts that asks for relief with in the laws to get the birth certificate,  even if it is after the election. 

The person of interest in seeing his own Birth Certificate should be Obama himself.  Obama is travelling to Hawaii to see his aling grandmother today.  While he is there he should get in a limo, tv crew in tow, go to the wherever Birth Certificates are stored, and pay to get his original birth certificate all while the media is watching.  He should hold it up to the camera, next to his handsome little face and say either- Look all you assholes, I was born in America so shut the frig up or oh, Shit- it looks like I wasn’t born here after all. 

His mother was born in Kansas so what’s the problem?   I think that still makes him eligible to run as President-but, where is the proof that she is even his mother without a birth certificate. 

Be done with it Obama.

Berg vs Obama has been filed for two months tomorrow, maybe we can get a resolution to seeing Obama’s birth certificate and answers to the 56 questions he has for Obama regarding his citizenship.

The Federal Election Commission Friday[9-8-08] approved payment of $84.1 million in federal funds for the general election campaign of John McCain and Sarah Palin…. In that letter the candidates agreed to abide by the overall spending limit (there are no state-by-state limits) and to other legal requirements, including a post-campaign audit.  Presidential candidates accepting the federal payment are subject to a spending limit of $84.1 million, the amount of the payment, plus a combined personal spending limit of $50,000 from their personal funds.Additional funds may be raised, subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act, for legal and accounting expenses. http://www.fec.gov/press/press2008/20080908cert.shtml

Obama opted out and has significantly received more donations than McCain.  I wonder, if in part, the reason he chose not to accept federal funds was to avoid some of the legal requirements and possibly to avoid an audit.

Getting back to Isaacson -CNN, the network he headed during the Iraq War coverage, he is quoted as saying, “Walter Isaacson, who headed CNN, observes, “The people at Knight Ridder were calling the colonels and the lieutenants and the people in the CIA and finding out, you know, that the intelligence is not very good. We should’ve all been doing that.” If Issacson knew there was some questionable intelligence CNN didn’t report it or question it- Did they?

Why is the contribution to John McCain by William E. Mayer shown as being returned?  It is because he is linked to tightly with the liberal Aspen Institute and was pressured into doing so?  Did William E. Mayer violate campaign laws?  Did he over extend himself and the checks bounced?  Did McCain stamp the envelope with return to sender?

On the Board of Directors at The Aspen we find some notable names like, Henry E. Catto, Madeleine K. Albright, and Leonard A. Lauder.  What brand of Lipstick does Sarah Palin wear? Also David Gergen, Robert K. Steel of Wachovia, Roderick von Lipsey USB Financial Services, Frederick B. Whittemore Morgan Stanley, Sidney Harman of Harmon Ind., but the name that really caught my eye besides well known Henry A. Kissinger, being Chairman of Kissinger Associates, Inc.,  was Prince Bandar bin Sultan-Former Saudi Ambassador to the United States. 

Prince Bandar bin Sultan in the past, has had loyalties to Bush, but not Sultan is not with out controversy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandar_bin_Sultan  There were rumors that Prince Bandar bin Sultan was told of the plan to invade Iraq ahead of notifying Secretary of State Colin Powell.  Did Colin Powell’s feeling get hurt, and the reason he is now endorsing Obama and getting even with the Republican Party? 

Interestedly enough, Prince Bandar bin Sultan has a home larger that The White House, in where?  You guessed it, Aspen, Colorado, USA. Called The Halla Ranch http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandar_bin_Sultan  http://www.christiesgreatestates.com   has it listed for sale.  Since 9-11, Prince Bandar bin Sultan no longer visits as often.  The Halla Ranch home has 15 bedrooms, but in his defense he has 8 children, so I can actually see that for such an honored dignitary.

McCain wants to know where Obama’s money is coming from and so do I.  We know all about William Budinger donation but “There’s $200 million of those campaign contributions – there’s no record. They’re not reported. You can report online now, $200 million, that we don’t know where the money came from. A lot of strange things going on in this campaign,” McCain said. “The American people should know where every penny came from. The Company that you keep, the words you speak, and your current and past associations sure says a lot about you Mr. Obama.  I hear on Howie Mandel’s, new game show, Deal or No Deal, “show me the money”  from contestants.  Well Mr. Obama who has no birth certificate and has 56 other citizenship questions pending for him in the Berg vs Obama, and the DNC et al pending lawsuit, SHOW ME THE MONEY.

Sandler vs Berg for Obama Citizenship

Again, here is the Berg vs Obama commentary on why there is a lawsuit pending.  

Summarily, it is because there are about 56 questions that Obama will not answer in regard to his citizenship, nor has he provided a birth certificate, only a birth record.

Obama has hired the Washington Law Firm Sandler, Reiff & Young.  One of the lawyers filing the motion to dismiss was Joe Sandler sandler@sandlerreiff.com .  Maybe his name rings a bell?  Think hard, you can do it…. Joe Sandler is also a legal representative for CAIR- Council for American Islamic Relations with reported terrorist ties.  CAIR is suspect at best, for being funded by terrorists of Hamas thru the Holy Land Foundation.  Got to just love who Obama associates with.

The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) states that CAIR’s credibility as a community relations agency promoting “justice and mutual understanding” is tainted because it is a spin-off of the Islamic Association for Palestine, which is a front group for Hamas and associated with Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood.[36] Boston Globe columnist Jeff Jacoby criticized CAIR in a 2007 article, calling them an Islamist group. He writes that CAIR Chairman Emeritus Omar Ahmad wishes Islam to reign supreme in America, and contrasts such statements with the words of those he calls Islamic moderates.[37] Investor’s Business Daily condemned CAIR as “the PR machine of militant Islam” after CAIR “dispatched its henchmen” to “try to shout the reformers down” at the first Secular Islam Summit.[38http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_on_American-Islamic_Relations] 

Joe Sandler, who used to be the in-house counsel at the DNC, now represents the committee from his private firm. He has also advised MoveOn.org and the New York Democratic Party.  Remember not so long ago there were some issues on whether or not Florida’s and Michigan’s delegates were going to be counted?  None other than Joe Sandler, attorney for the DNC, told the three-judge panel that the committee is a private entity and “is actually exercising its own constitutional right by not seating delegates.”  “The point we were trying to make in court today is that it’s up to the parties themselves to determine the best means of selecting delegates to the convention, and it’s not really a matter for a court to resolve,” he told reporters later.  REALLY- The DNC is a private entity?  Bet the people who donate to it might have something to say about that.  Got to just love who Obama associates with.  In Mr. Sandler’s defense of representing Obama, the lawsuit names not only Obama, but the DNC.

CAIR has also been critical of a number of U.S. criminal prosecutions, arguing, for example in one of many cases, that Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman, deemed the ringleader of the World Trade Center bombing in 1993, and convicted of conspiring to blow up the Lincoln Tunnel and other New York City landmarks, did not receive a fair trial.[16] 

Ibrahim Hooper, communications director of CAIR, refuses to outright condemn Osama bin Laden. “We condemn terrorism, we condemn the attack on the buildings,” Hooper said. Obama deserves legal representation.  Obama deserves Joe Sandler.  America does not deserve Obama and his associates to run the country.

If the judge dismisses the Berg vs Obama suit, it will go on to appeal which will go on long after the election.  Even better is, if the judge grants and allows the case to go forward thereby at the very least acknowledging some authenticity to Mr. Berg’s request that Obama answer 56 little questions about his citizenship.

Obama’s Birth Certificate Lawsuit Filed in Hawaii

A 4th lawsuit has been filed seeking to find out once again, if Obama is a natural born US Citizen.  Plaintiff Andy Martin,  has filed in the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE FIRST CIRCUIT, STATE OF HAWAII – CIVIL NUMBER: 08-1-2147-10 against Defendants LINDA LINGLE, in her Official capacity as Governor Of the State of Hawai’i, and DR. CHIYOME ******* in her official capacity as Director of the Department of Health. 

 1. Plaintiff requested a certified copy of the birth certificate of Senator Obama from the Department of Health and tendered the requisite fee.

2. Defendants refused to provide a copy of said certificate, invoking the confidentiality statutes of the State.

3. The issue of the Senator’s birth certificate has become a controversial topic of intense national speculation.

4. As an author who strives for factual accuracy and attempts to conduct thorough research Plaintiff wants a copy of the Senator’s birth certificate attested to by the State and not a “certificate” which is posted on a web site and which has been debunked as possibly having been altered.

5. One of the more literate and temperate analyses of the unlawfulness of the Defendants’ refusal to issue certified copies of the birth certificate is contained in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.

6. To the extent that the Defendants’ files contain or retain original supporting data for the birth certificate, Plaintiff asks that he also be supplied with that information and/or material as well.

7. It is axiomatic that the birth certificate of a presidential candidate is a document of crucial public concern and significance.

8. While Hawai’i statutes call for a balancing or weighing test where production is considered by a court, most respectfully Plaintiff submits that the balance falls entirely on the side of disclosure where the original birth certificate of a presidential candidate is concerned

There are other lawsuits out there including legal proceedings in Pennsylvania, Washington state and Utah.  There is also the Internetfamous Berg vs Obama case, but this one has been filed in Hawaii- a state that blocks public access to records of birth.  Hawaii is where Obama was purported to have been born.  What could be so hard as a county clerk, going to the files, pulling it out, making a copy and handing it over?  What is so hard, is that there may not be any birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii at all.   It is also questioned that Obama may have been born in Kenya and then brought here.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andy_Martin_(U.S._politician) may not be so far off the mark to have filed court in Hawaii seeking an original document and not a scanned copy as is on Obama’s websites and on http://www.politifact.com/media/img/graphics/birthCertObama.jpg–but is a registration of birth not a hospital generated certificate that says Obamba was born in this hospital.  In a hospital in Oahu, Hawaii of The United States of America!  Seems that the there is no official stamp.  His own grandmothersays she was there when he was born in Kenya.  Then of course, he was educated later in Indonesia with his adopted Indonesian father, seems he maybe an Indonesian Citizen…..? Can a US President hold dual citizenship?

Corsi was also apparentaly apprehended and detained for poking around.  He also find out that Kenya’s birth certificate records are sealed.

Obama’s $150 million -In God We Trust

It all comes down to the money.  While economist have the US economy in crisis mode, hundreds, if not thousands, have ante up to give Obama over $150 million in contributions.  A record!  I wonder how much of that $150 million is foreign dollars?

Poor Republican nominee John McCain is literally poor.  McCain’s campaign is languishing not only on his message but monies coming in.  The pollsters say that McCain should stay focused on issues and that ads that attack and question Obama’s policies and associations don’t work.  Polls matter but message matters more.  Who owns the polls?  Gallup and Zogby are two polling companies we hear mentioned often in the news but even there associations are suspect.

It is a bunch of crap and McCain better wake up and get his message out now, before it is too late and Obama is in fact the victor in the battle for Presidency.  Ask the questions of Obama directly and stop being such a nice old grandpa figure.  Get Berg on TV to mention the pending court case regarding his citizenship status and 56 questions.  Get Atty. Patrick Fitzgerald to give us an update on Rezko and Obama’s associations.  http://www.americanthinker.com/2008/10/evidence_mounts_ayers_cowrote.html goes as far as to question whether Ayers was the closet author of his biography ,”Dreams from My Father”.  Get friend of Ayers-like Rashid Khalidi, the American-Arab friend of Obama’s with possible tiest to the PLO.  “In the acknowledgment section of his 2004 book, Resurrecting Empire,Khalidi writes of Ayers, “Bill was particularly generous in letting me use his family’s dining room table to do some writing for the project.” 

Get a grip McCain and step up to the plate, you have nothing to loose- America does and if McCain can’t get the truth out there ASAP,  his years of patriotic service to this country are about to come to an end.   There are just so many unanswered questions lingering about Obama, it makes me sick.  And it makes me sick that McCain can’t seem to get this message out.

This is whom Barack Hussein Obama was keeping company with during his “grass roots” years less than less than six years ago, in 2001.  I wish every dime McCain had left would show the headlines and photos of people he has some associations with.   I want a poll that asks clearly and concisely, “Do You Trust Obama?”  Vote McCain. 

“In God We Trust” is on every piece cent of the $150 million dollars Obama has received in contributions.  Will he trust God or rely on his shady associates from the past to form America’s policy for the future? 

If McCain can’t win then let it be his job to make sure every Democratic Voter knows exactly who they are voting for when choosing That One. 

Be warned to keep a wary eye on his motives.

American better wake up and ignore the polls.  Democrats led us into this market and economic disaster and will continue the plummet into a dismal abyss for the next four years if Obama gets elected. It started during the Clinton administration and Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac pressuring banks to practically give away housing to low income people who could not afford it in the first place.  At the same time the democrats were buying votes and have tried to continue to do so with the antics of ACORN and registering Mickey Mouse and the Dallas Cowboys.  McCain brought up Ayers in last night’s debate but he was far from hitting a home-run out of the ballpark. I wish he’d of hit on his citizenship and had asked at least one of the 56 questions from the Berg pending lawsuit.

It’s not that what just happened doesn’t matter anymore, it is what is about to happen if Obama gets elected that we all have to worry about.  Don’t be a sheeple and be led into believing that Obama is going to spread the wealth around to you and me.  Joe the Plumber doesn’t think so either.  Now that Joe the Plumber has become relatively famous from You Tube, maybe he’ll write a book, star in a real movie, never have to work again and get bumped into a tax bracket that avoids him having to have the government mandate health care for his employees.  ROFLMAO  You go, Joe.

The Book of Revelations:
The Anti-Christ will be a man, in his 40’s, of MUSLIM descent, who will deceive the nations with persuasive language, and have a Christ-like appeal….the prophecy says that people will flock to him and he will promise false hope and world peace, and when he is in power, he will destroy everything. A Trivia question in Sunday School:  How long is the beast allowed to have authority in Revelations? Guess the Answer? Revelations Chapter 13 tells us it is 42 months, and you know what that is.  Almost a four-year term to a Presidency. All I can say is Lord Have Mercy on us.!!!!!!  From one of my emails.

Although I have heard Obama’s former pastor of 20 years, Reverend Jeremiah Wright proclaim the damning America. Does that count?

Here in the USA priests, preachers, pastors and ministers can not talk openly about candidates moral issues and can not legally tell or ask you to vote for one over the other without potentially loosing a tax exempt status.  So much for free speech! Then again, we are supposed to operate with a separation of church and state, aren’t we?  http://chphministries.wordpress.com/2008/10/15/hymn-to-hitler-08-elections/ goes on of a correlation between Hitler and the Jews and Obama.  Yikes! The underlying tone is that there are over 130 million Catholics and Evangelicals who according to doctrine do not believe in abortion and yet we see so many supporting Obama and not John McCain who is pro-life.  Is Obama like Hitler?  Not quite.  Pray for us all anyways.

API has reportedly received a phone call.  From one angry Michelle Obama.   Shocking development: Mrs Obama decides enough is enough: “My husband was born in Hawaii and adopted by his step father, does that make him unpatriotic; she asks”, on a direct telephone to API.  The site also lists 56 Questions Obama refuses to answer about citizenship.  There appears to be an actual authentic court case pending asking the same 56 questions on his citizenship that so far he has failed to answer because his lawyers …

Should “That One” be elected as President and then we all find out he is a big fat liar and is not a natural born US Citizen then all hell’s going to break loose and he personally will have corrupted the political system beyond measure!  Maybe that’s why the Army is on active duty on US soil now in the event of anarchy over him not being qualified and America having no “duly elected leader”.  Oh shit.

The thing that really caught my eye here is that he is a DEMOCRAT, a former DEMOCRATIC CHAIR at that!  This isn’t some quack here filing a frivolous lawsuit, this guy wants answers and just might be the one person left in America who can get them!   

Citing that Obama is not eligible to hold the office of Presidency because he is not a natural born citizen and should not have been nominated in the first place is brilliant.  Why didn’t the Republicans think of this first?    Should this all pan out to be true, this is going to change the face of things immeasurably!  Let’s see how fast this gets into mainstream media -the case was originally filed back in August so don’t hold your breath about if Obama will comply with answering the questions truthfully.  They seem simple enough-  like how about providing a copy of your birth certificate! 

Should Barack Obama be elected and stay in office, I doubt his term will be four years.  Instead it will be eight years of dismal economic reports and continued instability. What other candidate, outside of maybe Hillary, could run against him and win? Gore? Ron Paul? Lieberman?  Whatever happened to Ross Perot by the way?

We are getting down to days until the election and the gloves are coming off and the candidates will be swinging all sorts of crap onto the American public. Lots of low blows are ahead.  

Will America survive?  Of course, we all just have more to loss if Obama gets elected.
