EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

Here are the later Executive Orders:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

Officials said this was not in response to any single development on an outbreak that has lasted months and has killed more than 1,000 people in the United States.  So why declare a National Emergency now? 

What else has killed 1000 people in the United States in the same period of time?  Drugs, violence, heart attacks, cancer, car accidents, suicides, vaccines? 

Where is the Swine Flu Czar to usurp the Constitution?

H1N1 Swine Flu, The Global Pandemic to rival the 1918 Outbreak has so far not mutated into a catastrophic event, unless of course you are one of the 1000 dead in the U.S.  http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091023/ap_on_he_me/us_med_swine_flu . Worldwide, more than 5,000 people have reportedly died from swine flu since it emerged this year and developed into a global epidemic, the World Health Organization said Friday. It has become painfully obvious that neither governments or the pharmaceutical industry are able to deal with any sort of a pandemic, let alone one more serious than H1N1, like SARS.

Unlike the song, “I cannot put my finger on it now,” we have a pretty good idea of where to put our finger.  Which finger and where to point it is the question.

We would definitely give our thumbs down at governments ineptitude to precipitate any remedy or vaccine remediation for its people.  Consider H1N1 a test of the emergency broadcast system that has failed.  The people who want bring government health care to millions can not even manage to stockpile vaccines or antivirals.  They authorized expired Tamiflu to be distributed to children after it sat on shelves for years! https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/10/08/tamiflu-expired-children-to-reciev/

We would give thumbs up if we were to succumb to the theory of big pharmaceutical and government collaboration and collusion.  Much evidence points H1N1 to being lab created.  Wherever H1N1 originated from, it is a viral mutation from animals that has jumped into the human species.  No virologist can predict the mutation of H1N1. No vaccine in the U.S. contains adjuvants, just a little injury causing mercury.  Also,  no cell line from African Green Monkey has been revealed in vaccine manufacturing for the U.S.  (at least that we know of)

Pink Floyd’s Animals album was born from Roger Waters concept, where the human race was reduced to dogs, pigs, and sheep. The concept was borrowed from George Orwell‘s Animal Farm, but in Waters’ version the sheep eventually rise up to overpower their oppressors.wiki-

Waters and Orwell weren’t too far off. If we are the sheeples, are we the damned?  Are people waking up from the dream coma and illusion of safety by the government, World Health Organization and World Bank?  Are the sheep rising up in knowledge and mistrust in everything from the financial bailouts to a campaign to vaccinate with little clinical testing. We think we’ll give them middle finger.

“It’s astounding, with all the information being distributed about swine flu, that only a third of the population expects to get vaccinated,” Pickens said. “There is also a group of people who are very concerned about swine flu, but not likely to get the flu shot. Presumably, they experience some type of barrier to care. They are mostly young adults, less educated, lower income, and female.”

We presume, they do not want a Swine Flu Vaccines because they are other wise healthy.  Any differences in education, income, or access to health care, “people who are concerned about Swine Flu,” are smart enough to know when the sheep of the wool is being pulled over their eyes.  Lumping in the female perspective- perhaps women who may be pregnant do not want to pass toxins on to their fetus.  Every source cites the fact that there no clinical studies on fertility from taking the H1N1 or seasonal flu vaccines.

Carbon Emissions, Stop Farting

Having survived H1N1 Swine Flu, we are hungry.  It snowed two weeks ago, one of the earliest on record, giving further pause to the global warming chills in our office.

As President Obama is expected to sign the United Nation’s hostage Climate Treaty in December, comes the news that food and labeling in Sweden has, “New labels listing the carbon dioxide emissions associated with the production of foods, from whole wheat pasta to fast food burgers, are appearing on some grocery items and restaurant menus around the country.  http://www.nytimes.com/2009/10/23/world/europe/23degrees.html?_r=1 

People who live to eat might dismiss this as silly. But changing one’s diet can be as effective in reducing emissions of climate-changing gases as changing the car one drives or doing away with the clothes dryer, scientific experts say.

Um, – if you choose not to eat, you die.  Not eating and dying is certainly one way to reduce the population that contributes to global warming.  Instead of dying, you could just change your diet to eliminate farting that contributes to global warming as well.

Oh shut up.  Sebelius is appealing for more money for the pharmaceutical industry plain and simple, and is doing so at the risk of every single man, woman, child animal, and insect population on Earth.   

The new strain of swine flu, A/H1N1 includes genetic material from swine, poultry and human variants, and underscores the contribution of high densities of farmed animals serving as Petri-dishes for the evolution of zoonotic diseases, compounded by human proximity, international travel, and trade, especially in live animals. The US government will spend $2 billion of public funds in contracting drug companies to fast-track vaccine production to combat this new influenza strain, a policy decision based on fear and ignorance, if not also pandering to corporate interests regardless of the potential risks, questionable need and effectiveness of such a vaccine. Vaccinations will be given without adequate testing for safety and effectiveness, and the Government has ruled that manufacturers are immune from law suits over adverse reactions. Michael W. The technology exists.  The question arises, do you want to be injected with a virus that was grown in a mammal that is not human?  Have you already been injected with a vaccine that was cultivated from a mammal like the polio vaccine was?   Dr. Robert B.  Calling for approval of new technology calls into question the safety of using viruses in humans and other mammals as this study GM Vaccines Recombine into Unpredictable Hybrid shows the chaos that can be created when playing God.

 In what may be the first experiment of its kind, scientists infected cell cultures with two related viruses….  A single virus multiplied into hundreds of thousands of viruses in a few hours, with unpredictable consequences. The U.S. government has awarded a $487 million contract to Novartis for a plant in North Carolina that will make flu vaccine by growing the virus inside animal cells, preferably from mammals. That is about twice as fast as flu vaccine produced from eggs.  Biotechnology company Vical Inc. said Thursday its developing swine flu vaccine prompted “robust” immune responses in 100 percent of animals infected with distinct strains of the virus.  Vical is developing its vaccine under an agreement with the U.S. Navy. The U.S. government and scientists are going  buggy!  To think that no one can figure why we are seeing cross species mutations in virus is absolutely asinine based on vaccine technology of intermingling cell species.

An often unreported symptom of H1N1 Swine Flu and/or the Flu Shot is the appearance of hives and a rash.  Children and adults often get rashes as an immune response to many viruses and the swine flu being a virus, is no exception.

“Yes, I have seen a few patients with a rash. They’ve mostly been pediatric patients, not adults. Some were taking antibiotics for possible bacterial co-infections or had high fevers at the time of presentation, so it’s sometimes hard to sort out whether the rash was due to a medication, the blotchy skin that is sometimes seen with high fever, a bacterial infection, or whether it is a direct manifestation of H1N1. From a treatment standpoint, we try to rule out secondary bacterial infections or medication reactions as causative, bring down their fever, and provide supportive care for the flu. The rash has resolved itself without event in each case.

I did a quick literature search. There have been cases of rash reported associated with past influenza epidemics. In particular, this seems to have been a manifestation of the pandemic in the 1890s. Several doctors wrote about a “scarlatiniform” rash they were seeing — a rash that looked to them like what they’d see in scarlet fever but without the other typical signs of that disease (e.g. strawberry tongue, desquamation = skin peels/flakes). Those MD comments note that the rash, if one appeared, occurred within a few hours of the onset of illness, was seen mainly in children under 8 years old, was in proportion to the fever (more fever = more rash), and usually resolved in a day or so. (Bear in mind that these comments were written before viruses were identified and before the role of secondary bacterial infections was ascertained).

Could it also mean the the H1N1 is again mutating and becoming stronger?  Just coincidence? Another less reported side effect?  Is the rash caused by a fever, over the counter flu medicines, Tamiflu, etc. Part of a coinfection of bacteria?

Don’t hold your breath on any scientific tying of the symptoms together.  Guess if you or a child has an itch, scratch it.  We’re curious to know if you see a rash if you would mind adding your findings in the comment section:

Fever present?  Temperature?

Consistent flu symptoms?

How soon after fly symptoms did rash occur?

Was there a seasonal flu vaccine?

Was thre an H1N1 or FluMist ® vaccine?

Did patients fever break and symptoms lesson/get worse after the appearance of any rash or hives?

What medicines were administered prior to the rash?

What medicines were administered after the rash?

How long did the rash last?

What worked best for you for overall treatment of the flu?

Pandemic Influenza Quarantine, Navy Intel

All in all, the H1N1 Swine Influenza appears to be mild.  We pray it is a fear pandemic, rather than a deadly one requiring military intervention that is excerpted here from the Navy report:

H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine Production Slows

The Centers for Disease Control(CDC) believes that up to 12 million fewer doses of H1N1 vaccine than expected will be available by month’s end. Availability will be limited for the next week or two due to manufacturing delays. Dr. Anne Schuchat, CDC’s director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases reported on Friday that manufacturers are making unprecedented amounts of vaccine, but difficulties growing the vaccine, as well as time-consuming potency and purity testing, are contributing to the delay. “We are not cutting any corners in the safety of the production of the vaccine or the testing and oversight of the vaccine” Schuchat explained.

HAARP’s high-frequency radio waves can accelerate electrons in the atmosphere, increasing the energy of their collisions and creating a glow.

February 2008, HAARP induced a strange bulls eye pattern in the night sky. Instead of the expected fuzzy, doughnut-shaped blob, surprising irregular luminescent bands radiated out from the centre of the bulls eye, according to Todd Pedersen, a research physicist at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Massachusetts, who leads the team that ran the experiment at HAARP. The team modelled how the energy sent skywards from the HAARP antenna array would trigger these odd shapes. They determined that the areas of the bullseye with strange light patterns were in regions of denser, partially ionized gas in the atmosphere, as measured by ground-based high-frequency radar used to track the ionosphere.

“The novelty is not seeing the aurora – it’s the fact that we can actually create enough high-energy electrons to form plasma,” said Mike Kosch, chair of Experimental Space Science at Lancaster University, UK. “It shows something completely different and new that we hadn’t expected.     Ten significant seismic events, unusual weather patterns, and volcanic eruptions, nuclear power outages.  All in February of 2008,  all the while HAARP messes with the ionosphere.   Are we beginning to see a pattern here?

    After the 1930 Idu Peninsula earthquake in Japan, for example, researchers collected over 1500 reports of unknown lights. And the Tangshan earthquake in China on 28th July 1976 was accompanied by a “colorful, flashing light display [that] was seen in the sky 200 miles away” In 1988 and 1999, the Saguenay region of Quebec had thirty eight instances of EQL activity,

    Just before the earthquake struck Sichuan province in China, there were odd visual disturbances and they were caught film and tape.  One puzzle is that the colors in the Chinese clouds were upside down from a normal circumzenithal halo – red pointing toward the horizon and blue to wards the Sun, instead of the other way round.

    The other other EU-approved vaccines Pandemrix, made by British firm GlaxoSmithKline, and Focetria, manufactured by Swiss company Novartis contain controversial strengthening additive adjuvants and the preservative agent mercury, both of which appear to be contained in the shots.

    Has the German government, in the interest of its “Homeland” security realized that the standard issue vaccine is too dangerous a risk?  If Pandemrix and Focetria side effects are too risky for one group, wouldn’t common sense dictate it is not safe for any group?  Common sense has been thrown out the door with PanFlu.

    The German government, like most are doing the vaccine propaganda dance.  With a variety of vaccines now approved throughout the world, are governments hedging bets on selective eugenics and who gets which vaccination and where it is distributed?

    The virus was propagated in mammalian cells.  That’s not chicken scratch! Monkeys have been a common source for growing viruses as are human diploid cells- you know, the aborted fetus cells.   There is also news of  growing the virus in dog kidneys.  Arf, arf.

    By all accounts Celvapan is the second influenza vaccine made in a mammalian cell line that has been approved. Optaflu was approved April 27, 2007  in the EU- wiki

    The other notable ingredients from the Celvapan patient insert is the use of  Polysorbate 80.

    According to Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, Volume 95, Number 6, December 2005 , pp. 593-599(7), “it is of current relevance as a ‘hidden’ inductor of anaphylactoid reactions”, and “Polysorbate 80 was identified as the causative agent for the anaphylactoid reaction of nonimmunologic origin in the patient. Conclusions: Polysorbate 80 is a ubiquitously used solubilizing agent that can cause severe nonimmunologic anaphylactoid reactions.”

    Baxter sent vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries before someone caught the mistake and the vaccine got injected thousands of people.   Baxter just missed creating its own pandemic then by mixing  deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses, or did they?  By possibly creating the pandemic, maybe Baxter already has the cure and that is why WHO has deemed them the appropriate pharmaceutical company to lead the way for a swine flu vaccine.  Keep in mind- Just 50 miles from the H1N1 ground zero outbreak in Mexico City, lies Baxter’s manufacturing plant in Cuernavaca, Mexico. https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/05/05/baxter-pharmaceutical-plant-in-mexico-ground-zero-for-flu-outbreak/

    Baxter “is not able to distribute pandemic vaccine in the U.S., because the U.S. government requires license for a seasonal vaccine first, and Baxter doesn’t currently have that license,” says Chris Bona, a spokesman for Baxter Biosciences.
