NASA’s Glory mission launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California Friday at 5:09:45 a.m. EST failed to reach orbit. Telemetry indicated the fairing, the protective shell atop the Taurus XL rocket, did not separate as expected about three minutes after launch. The moon will eclipse the sun from SDO’s perspective in geosynchronous orbit on March 4th 2011 in a very unique way. The moon will first barely graze the sun from above and head down in SDO’s camera, then a few minutes later it will appear again and head the opposite direction, this time covering slightly more of the solar disc. As far as I know it will be the first time any man-made craft has recorded images of a “double solar eclipse” caused by retrograde motion. It is business as usual for the vaccine industry. The Supreme Court heard a case last week that could have destroyed pharmaceutical companies that manufacture vaccines.
You see, in America if you want to sue a vaccine manufacturer you are required to go through special arbitration, in something called The Vaccine Court. Federal law under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 ,
“The majority said that Congress found such a system necessary to ensure that vaccines remain readily available, and that federal regulators are in the best position to decide whether vaccines are safe and properly designed.”- Wapo.
Yep, you read correctly federal regulators are in the best position to make decisions on vaccine safety. There is no tort remedy at all! Too bad if the vaccine was not properly prepared, you have no remediation outside of The Vaccine Court.

In the case of H1N1, it took about month before anyone added up the pieces to notify the public that there was a threat, yet within months we had a vaccine in place.
Across the drink in Ireland, “In its annual report, the Irish Medicines Board (IMB) has revealed that the Swine Flu vaccination has been linked to an increase in adverse reaction reports, with an additional 900 adverse reaction reports this year, reported The Herald.
“The committee agrees that further investigation is warranted concerning narcolepsy and vaccination against influenza (H1N1) 2009 with Pandemrix and other pandemic H1N1 vaccines,” the WHO said, quoted CBS News, which noted that the European Medicines Agency is also looking into the issue, as well. Pandemrix is not being used in the U.S. due to its immune-boosting compound that is not approved in this country.

A giant object has been spotted over Reykjavik, Iceland this morning from the live weather webcam.
A UFO? A HAARP beam? Project Blue Beam? Teleportation? A weather modification project? A fingerprint? Lens flare? Could be. It doesn’t look like it is raining. Pretty nice day to be Reykjavik, Iceland all things considered; except for some grey roundish blob of something or another lurking over the grassy knoll.

Iceland is very seismically active and has numerous volcanoes and it looks like another eruption could occur anytime.
The Eyjafjallajokoll volcano that erupted last year created havoc and some great conspiracy. Air travel was interrupted grounding airplanes all over Europe. The stoppage was supposedly due to silica in the ash possibly clogging the engines; even though airplanes fly sand storms in Afghanistan and Iraq.
We thought we found a face on the surface.

Some blamed global warming. Icelandic Met Office http://en.vedur.is/hydrology/articles/nr/2110 said, “In some areas of Iceland’s glaciers, where ash from the Eyjafjallajökull volcanic eruption was sufficiently thick, glacial melt increased. However, on western Mýrdalsjökull ice cap which is next to Eyjafjallajökull, the ash was so thick that it acted as an insulator.”

Hard to imagine a scientist that doesn’t blame global warming isn’t it? One thing we learned more about from the Eyjafjallajökull eruption is that there seems to be a connection between earthquake swarms and eruptions. We wouldn’t have thought it to be rocket science, just rock science. When adding one and one you get two. When the earth shakes it makes sense that the likelihood of a fissure releasing volcanic ash and lava increases.

The Volcanic System of Iceland runs the length of the country, pretty much right down the middle. Last year the great worry was that Katla, the big sister of Eyjafjallajokull was also going to erupt. This image from the Met office is from May 21, 2010 to give an indication of the rumblings underground. Katla did not errupt.

Specialist remark
Presently, there are no signs of an imminent volcanic eruption in Iceland. The Icelandic Meteorological Office (IMO) did not issue a warning last weekend in connection with increased seismicity beneath the Vatnajökull ice-cap. If signs of an eruption were apparent, IMO would issue a warning immediately.
A lot of earthquakes does not always mean that an eruption is immanent. It sometimes just means a lot of earthquakes and nothing more. Media dramatization does not chance this fact.

In Russia, Moscow’s Domodedovo airport was hit with a bomb explosion earlier today. Officials are saying that at least 30 people have been killed, and hundreds have been injured in a terrorist bombing attack.

This is not the first terrorist attack in Russia and likely it will not be the last.
Moscow suffered its worst attack in six years in March 2010 when two female suicide bombers from Russia’s volatile Dagestan region set off explosives in the metro, killing 40 people. Russia is battling an Islamist insurgency in the Caucasus and deadly attacks on government and police officials in Dagestan as well as neighbouring Chechnya and Ingushetia are an almost daily occurrence.

Airport spokeswoman Yelena Galanova is telling Interfax: “The explosion occurred in the international arrivals hall in a public area, to which people who are not passengers have free access.”
FREE ACCESS, imagine that. Airports in the U.S.A. have free public access to arrival halls and baggage claim areas as well. Take a look at the Las Vegas Airport for example. Think any subway systems, any bus terminal, any department store. Anyplace, anywhere.

When entering the airport we are now patted down and x-rayed before boarding. That in and of itself a whole rant. Remember his concern that while pilots, flight attendants and passengers needed to go through security checkpoints, other airport personnel did not?

Akhmed Azimov, chairman of the Moscow branch of the Russian Congress of Caucasus Peoples, told The Moscow News that his organisation is calling for a calm reaction to the nationalist riots, and is advising young Caucasus natives to stay away from counter-protests, such as the abortive attempt to hold a rally near Kievsky Station in mid-December.
“We’ve tried our best to calm down the youth from the North Caucasus – we’ve asked them not to react in any way to the provocations from the ultranationalist movements,” Azimov said.
Roughly the same number as those unfortunately killed in today’s suicide bombing will die on America’s roads today, as well as tomorrow and in fact every day of the year – an average of 115 Americans are killed in car accidents daily, about one every 13 minutes, but you will never see it make the national headlines never mind gain global attention.
And why is that? Because every time we climb into our cars we subconsciously accept the price of freedom – which is the chance of being injured or killed. We take the same gamble every time we board an airplane, cascade down a ski slope or go up in a hot air balloon. We do so because the benefits of being a free human being are infinitely more rewarding than living in constant fear and demanding omnipresent “security,” which is never achievable anyway.
I wish the media would show a little freedom of the press, and show his cowardly blown off head. That would be a deterrent.

Is freedom ringing?
Criticism of color barely begins to describe what the American government did to pry into King’s personal life and so many others during the 50’s and 60’s. If you disagreed with the government, you were shall we say likely to have been, ‘looked after.’ Is it any different today?
From December 1963 until his death in 1968, Martin Luther King, Jr. was the target of an intensive campaign by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to “neutralize” him as an effective civil rights leader. In the words of the man in charge of the FBI’s “war” against Dr. King:
No holds were barred. We have used [similar] techniques against Soviet agents. [The same methods were] brought home against any organization against which we were targeted. We did not differentiate. This is a rough, tough business. 1
The FBI collected information about Dr. King’s plans and activities through an extensive surveillance program, employing nearly every intelligence-gathering technique at the Bureau’s disposal. Wiretaps, which were initially approved by Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy, were maintained on Dr. King’s home telephone from October 1963 until mid-1965; the SCLC headquarter’s telephones were covered by wiretaps for an even longer period. Phones in the homes and offices of some of Dr. King’s close advisers were also wiretapped. The FBI has acknowledged 16 occasions on which microphones were hidden in Dr. King’s hotel and motel rooms in an “attempt” to obtain information about the “private activities of King and his advisers” for use to “completely discredit” them.
King spoke about the “Security of Justice,” and in this era of terrorism, it gives new meaning to the balance of security and justice.
COINTELPRO inserted spies into Martin Luther King Jr.’s inner circle to report on all his movements and activities, and it effectively destroyed the Black Panther Party by encouraging armed action against other black nationalist groups, smear campaigns against key members and outright targeted attacks. The result was that the group became splintered and the rest of the country didn’t take them seriously as a political force.

Is it so humiliating to get felt up in the airport security line for the greater good? Tough call. On the one hand, maybe an inspection of my, “junk” is a deterrent to evil shitheads. More insulting, is that an airplane cargo hold likely gets less of an inspection than my junk. Go figure.
Back to MLK. We had the day off, schools and banks closed. Many lived the American dream being good capitalists and spent the day at the mall using traceable debit and credit cards, facebooking our locations, tweeting the day away, going about our business while someone somewhere, if they really cared ran COINTELPRO on you. Whatever one wants to call intelligence these days, someone smart enough, if they wanted to: knows where you are, what you are doing, what books you have bought on your Kindle or Amazon accounts, the books you have borrowed from the library, can find your address and phone number on Google, identify your computers IP address, knows what products you buy from your frequent shopper cards, can predict what your behavior might be, what memberships you may have in the NRA or YMCA, what your political party affiliation is, and on and on.
Are you old enough to remember “the party line, ” phone calls where you shared phone lines? One could listen in, and someone could listen to you so you had to watch what you might say about Mrs. Spillane and Mr. DeLuca down the street. Privacy was paramount.
What privacy we don’t give away today, someone tomorrow can sure find out. Were MLK alive today, we wonder if he would champion civil liberties as much as he did civil rights.

Sarah Palin launched a campaign to take back 20 House seats and remove those elected officials who voted for President Obama’s Health Care reform. TUCSON, Ariz. – Rep. Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona was shot in the head Saturday when an assailant opened fire outside a grocery store during a meeting with constituents, killing at least five people and wounding several others in a rampage that rattled the nation.
Giffords was among at least 10 people wounded, and the hospital said her outlook was “optimistic” and that she was responding to commands from doctors. What a disgrace. Apparently, everyday we exist in a charged political environment that is witness to threats against lawmakers. That is just crap. It is absolutely abhorrent, unacceptable behavior, no matter ones political affiliation to go out on a random or targeted shooting spree.
“For example, we’re on Sarah Palin’s targeted list, but the thing is, that the way that she has it depicted has the crosshairs of a gun sight over our district. When people do that, they have to realize that there are consequences to that action,” Giffords said in an interview with MSNBC.
Giffords’ friend, State Senator Linda Lopez confirmed the bullet entered Gillords head at her temple and exited through her temple. Where the fuck were her body gaurds out of curiousity?
Let’s talk about a piece of shit, the suspected shooter. Jared Loughner is a bizarre case unto himself. One pistol was recovered and it had what police described as “an extended clip.”
The man was identified as Jared Loughner, who appears to have left a trail of Internet postings, including some that express convoluted observations about government. Law enforcement officials said they believed he was a military veteran.

Whaaaa waaaa to our leader who had time to offer congratulations to Michael Vick but not a dead soldiers family.
Really WTF Americans, we expect better than this behavior and mindset of destruction.
Let’s hope that the 19 end up with a nice government pensions and not a shot in the head. Palin may have wanted to change the vote but never in this manner.
