Yadda, yadda. There are earthquakes everyday, but it is not everyday that the Sun hurls giant Coronal Mass Ejections towards the Earth’s magnetosphere. On August 1st, a flare, shockwave, filament eruption and CME erupted on the Earth-facing side of the sun. The CME is heading directly for us — see the SOHO video of the CME. The storms arrival time? NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) and the NASA/ESA Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) detected the C3-class solar flare, sunspot #1092.

After sunset, look west and you will see Venus, Saturn, and Mars have converged to form a triangle. You will also see the Summer Triangle – technically an asterism, rather than a constellation – formed by the stars Vega, Altair and Deneb. Translation, we’ve got a 50% chance that we’re going to have some geomagnetic activity that may or may not cause satellite interference and communications malfunctions here on earth. The earth, so delicately balanced also relies on the magnetosphere and ionosphere to protect it from upheaval. NOAA / Space Weather Prediction Center reassures us all is calm, all is bright, all is all right.

It would seem likely that if the Earth’s atmospheric magnets are going out of whack so is the Earth, and possibly the cause of an increase in earthquakes and volcanoes.

The scientists will tell you about plate tectonics causing earthquakes. Most recently is a new theory out of Purdue University.

What about EISCAT, SURA and the worlds other large arrays? Do you think they only receive and not emit?

The Arecibo Observatory is the largest and most sensitive radiotelescope. It sits atop the seismically active Puerto Rico Trench, and ever so close to Haiti. The chart above is a running 36 hour plot of the readings taken from the fluxgate magnetometer, built by the University of Alaska, Geophysical Institute, operating at the HAARP ionospheric observatory in Gakona, Alaska. The three traces represent mutually orthogonal components of the earth’s magnetic field as follows:

The “H” component (black trace) is positive magnetic northward
The “D” component (red trace) is positive eastward
The “Z” component (blue trace) is positive downward

Hmmm, looks like a split in the road between the red and the black. We have never seen such an anomaly at the same time. There is only one positive North. Here something is creating two positives at the same time.

Is that possible? We are positively confused.

H.R. 5741 The Universal National Service Bill, also called the Slavery Bill was introduced by Charlie Rangle last month before more of his legal woes came to light by The House Ethics Committee. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_B._Rangel

The exact description-

To require all persons in the United States between the ages of 18 and 42 to perform national service, either as a member of the uniformed services or in civilian service in furtherance of the national defense and homeland security, to authorize the induction of persons in the uniformed services during wartime to meet end-strength requirements of the uniformed services, and for other purposes. {sic. What other purpose would there be?}

He is the sole sponsor of the bill that amounts to a two year mandatory uniformed military draft or civilian service draft. I object.

This is not China and this is not Israel where National military service is mandatory for any non-Arab Israeli citizen over the age of 18, although other exceptions may be made on religious, physical or psychological grounds. Rangel took to the floor of the House to reintroduce H.R. 5741, stating, “I have introduced legislation to reinstate the draft and to make it permanent during time of war. Rangle first brought the idea up in 2003 when the U.S. was at preparing to invade Iraq, and again in 2004, 2006 and 2007. Under the guise of National Security and Homeland Defense, the President would have far reaching power into the individuals pursuit of life, liberty and happiness, and of course more government control.

America it seems is nearly always at war. From the War on Terror, to Iran and Afghanistan, yet our voluntary military system works on behalf of the downtrodden and U.S. interests. It is up to the leaders to provide the leadership to make it work as it has for hundred’s of years. We already have a VOLUNTARY MILITARY, if the government wants to set up VOLUNTARY SERVICE then so be it; NOT A MANDATORY DRAFT!

We could almost understand a bill that would require, that if you are 18 years of age, not in school, do not have a job, and not needed at home, then, and only then would any-sort of a MANDATORY service be required. Perhaps that is Rangle’s angle, to soften things up a bit in the bill’s final passage. A t least Rangle served in the Army, which is more than our commander-in-chief can say.

Legal and non-legal citizens are currently required to register with Selective Services for men 18-25, not 42!

Selective Service does not collect any information which would indicate whether or not you are undocumented. You want to protect yourself for future U.S. citizenship and other government benefits and programs by registering with Selective Service. Do it today.

If you are a man ages 18 through 25 and living in the U.S., then you must register with Selective Service. It’s the law. According to law, a man must register with Selective Service within 30 days of his 18th birthday. Selective Service will accept late registrations but not after a man has reached age 26. –http://www.sss.gov/

Just maybe if Selective Services verified if registrants were undocumented, we would know if they were here illegally! Duh. Does the Armed Services accept undocumented citizens into the military? We accepted a President with little documentation.

Recruiting standards have been lowered and more people looking for jobs are already turning to the military. In a report from the Army, a “newly released study on the psychological health of its soldiers, “Health Promotion, Risk Reduction, and Suicide Prevention,” is brutally honest about a growing problem in the ranks.

America remains in a declared, “state of emergency,” from the swine flu pandemic. As it stands, if this passes- mothers, daughters, fathers and sons will be commissioned into government servitude service disrupting core families, further eroding jobs, the economy and quite possibly affecting an entire population with mental health issues, say nothing of battlefield injury. Certainly not to say all servicemen and women experience problems or participate in battlefield operations.

Suggested FEMA CAMPS

BTW, just where would you house a civilian military? Could it be all those FEMA camps we’ve been hearing about? Sarcastically we write -on the plus side that those called into service would not be a drain on Universal Healthcare. Inductees would be mandatorily vaccinated and medically cared for under the military budget. They would also not be counted in unemployment levels, screwing the jobs report numbers. You know, do whatever it takes to cook the books.

The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution officially abolished and continues to prohibit slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime. It was passed by the Senate on April 8, 1864, passed by the House on January 21, 1865, and adopted on December 6, 1865. It was then declared in the proclamation of Secretary of State William H. In an attempt to yet again alter the Constitution, we are reminded of President Obama’s challenge to democracy. He said loud and clear, “It’s a tragedy the Constitution wasn’t radically reinterpreted to force redistribution of wealth for African Americans.”

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.

(a) Short Title- This Act may be cited as the ‘Universal National Service Act’.

TITLE I–NATIONAL SERVICE

SEC. 101. DEFINITIONS.

In this title:

(1) The term ‘contingency operation’ has the meaning given that term in section 101(a)(13) of title 10, United States Code.

(2) The term ‘military service’ means service performed as a member of an active or reserve component of the uniformed services.

(3) The term ‘national service’ means military service or service in a civilian capacity that, as determined by the President, promotes the national defense, including national or community service and service related to homeland security.

(4) The term ‘Secretary concerned’ means the Secretary of Defense with respect to the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps, the Secretary of Homeland Security with respect to the Coast Guard, the Secretary of Commerce, with respect to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Secretary of Health and Human Services, with respect to the Public Health Service.

(5) The term ‘United States’, when used in a geographical sense, means the several States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Guam.

(6) The term ‘uniformed services’ means the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, commissioned corps of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and commissioned corps of the Public Health Service.

SEC. 102. NATIONAL SERVICE OBLIGATION.

(a) Obligation for Service- It is the obligation of every citizen of the United States, and every other person residing in the United States, who is between the ages of 18 and 42 to perform a period of national service as prescribed in this title unless exempted under the provisions of this title.

(b) Forms of National Service- The national service obligation under this title shall be performed either–

(1) as a member of an active or reserve component of the uniformed services; or

(2) in a civilian capacity that, as determined by the President, promotes the national defense, including national or community service and service related to homeland security.

(c) Age Limits- A person may be inducted under this title only if the person has attained the age of 18 and has not attained the age of 42.

SEC. 103. INDUCTION TO PERFORM NATIONAL SERVICE.

(a) Induction Requirements- The President shall provide for the induction of persons described in section 102(a) to perform their national service obligation.

(b) Limitation on Induction for Military Service- Persons described in section 102(a) may be inducted to perform military service only if–

(1) a declaration of war is in effect;

(2) the President declares a national emergency, which the President determines necessitates the induction of persons to perform military service, and immediately informs Congress of the reasons for the declaration and the need to induct persons for military service; or

(3) members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps are engaged in a contingency operation pursuant to a congressional authorization for the use of military force.

(c) Limitation on Number of Persons Inducted for Military Service- When the induction of persons for military service is authorized by subsection (b), the President shall determine the number of persons described in section 102(a) whose national service obligation is to be satisfied through military service based on–

(1) the authorized end strengths of the uniformed services;

(2) the feasibility of the uniformed services to recruit sufficient volunteers to achieve such end-strength levels; and

(3) provide a mechanism for the random selection of persons to be inducted to perform military service.

(d) Selection for Induction-

(1) RANDOM SELECTION FOR MILITARY SERVICE- When the induction of persons for military service is authorized by subsection (b), the President shall utilize a mechanism for the random selection of persons to be inducted to perform military service.

(2) CIVILIAN SERVICE- Persons described in section 102(a) who do not volunteer to perform military service or are not inducted for military service shall perform their national service obligation in a civilian capacity pursuant to section 102(b)(2).

(e) Voluntary Service- A person subject to induction under this title may–

(1) volunteer to perform national service in lieu of being inducted; or

(2) request permission to be inducted at a time other than the time at which the person is otherwise called for induction.

SEC. 104. TWO-YEAR PERIOD OF NATIONAL SERVICE.

(a) General Rule- Except as otherwise provided in this section, the period of national service performed by a person under this title shall be two years.

(b) Grounds for Extension- At the discretion of the President, the period of military service for a member of the uniformed services under this title may be extended–

(1) with the consent of the member, for the purpose of furnishing hospitalization, medical, or surgical care for injury or illness incurred in line of duty; or

(2) for the purpose of requiring the member to compensate for any time lost to training for any cause.

(c) Early Termination- The period of national service for a person under this title shall be terminated before the end of such period under the following circumstances:

(1) The voluntary enlistment and active service of the person in an active or reserve component of the uniformed services for a period of at least two years, in which case the period of basic military training and education actually served by the person shall be counted toward the term of enlistment.

(2) The admission and service of the person as a cadet or midshipman at the United States Military Academy, the United States Naval Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the Coast Guard Academy, or the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

(3) The enrollment and service of the person in an officer candidate program, if the person has signed an agreement to accept a Reserve commission in the appropriate service with an obligation to serve on active duty if such a commission is offered upon completion of the program.

(4) Such other grounds as the President may establish.

SEC. 105. IMPLEMENTATION BY THE PRESIDENT.

(a) In General- The President shall prescribe such regulations as are necessary to carry out this title.

(b) Matter To Be Covered by Regulations- Such regulations shall include specification of the following:

(1) The types of civilian service that may be performed in order for a person to satisfy the person’s national service obligation under this title.

(2) Standards for satisfactory performance of civilian service and of penalties for failure to perform civilian service satisfactorily.

(3) The manner in which persons shall be selected for induction under this title, including the manner in which those selected will be notified of such selection.

(4) All other administrative matters in connection with the induction of persons under this title and the registration, examination, and classification of such persons.

(5) A means to determine questions or claims with respect to inclusion for, or exemption or deferment from induction under this title, including questions of conscientious objection.

(6) Standards for compensation and benefits for persons performing their national service obligation under this title through civilian service.

(7) Such other matters as the President determines necessary to carry out this title.

(c) Use of Prior Act- To the extent determined appropriate by the President, the President may use for purposes of this title the procedures provided in the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 451 et seq.), including procedures for registration, selection, and induction.

SEC. 106. EXAMINATION AND CLASSIFICATION OF PERSONS.

(a) Examination- Every person subject to induction under this title shall, before induction, be physically and mentally examined and shall be classified as to fitness to perform national service.

(b) Different Classification Standards- The President may apply different classification standards for fitness for military service and fitness for civilian service.

SEC. 107. DEFERMENTS AND POSTPONEMENTS.

(a) High School Students- A person who is pursuing a standard course of study, on a full-time basis, in a secondary school or similar institution of learning shall be entitled to have induction under this title postponed until the person–

(1) obtains a high school diploma;

(2) ceases to pursue satisfactorily such course of study; or

(3) attains the age of 20.

(b) Hardship and Disability- Deferments from national service under this title may be made for–

(1) extreme hardship; or

(2) physical or mental disability.

(c) Training Capacity- The President may postpone or suspend the induction of persons for military service under this title as necessary to limit the number of persons receiving basic military training and education to the maximum number that can be adequately trained.

(d) Termination- No deferment or postponement of induction under this title shall continue after the cause of such deferment or postponement ceases.

SEC. 108. INDUCTION EXEMPTIONS.

(a) Qualifications- No person may be inducted for military service under this title unless the person is acceptable to the Secretary concerned for training and meets the same health and physical qualifications applicable under section 505 of title 10, United States Code, to persons seeking original enlistment in a regular component of the Armed Forces.

(b) Other Military Service- No person shall be liable for induction under this title who–

(1) is serving, or has served honorably for at least six months, in any component of the uniformed services on active duty; or

(2) is or becomes a cadet or midshipman at the United States Military Academy, the United States Naval Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the Coast Guard Academy, the United States Merchant Marine Academy, a midshipman of a Navy accredited State maritime academy, a member of the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, or the naval aviation college program, so long as that person satisfactorily continues in and completes at least two years training therein.

SEC. 109. CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTION.

(a) Claims as Conscientious Objector- Nothing in this title shall be construed to require a person to be subject to combatant training and service in the uniformed services, if that person, by reason of sincerely held moral, ethical, or religious beliefs, is conscientiously opposed to participation in war in any form.

(b) Alternative Noncombatant or Civilian Service- A person who claims exemption from combatant training and service under subsection (a) and whose claim is sustained by the local board shall–

(1) be assigned to noncombatant service (as defined by the President), if the person is inducted into the uniformed services; or

(2) be ordered by the local board, if found to be conscientiously opposed to participation in such noncombatant service, to perform national civilian service for the period specified in section 104(a) and subject to such regulations as the President may prescribe.

SEC. 110. DISCHARGE FOLLOWING NATIONAL SERVICE.

(a) Discharge- Upon completion or termination of the obligation to perform national service under this title, a person shall be discharged from the uniformed services or from civilian service, as the case may be, and shall not be subject to any further service under this title.

(b) Coordination With Other Authorities- Nothing in this section shall limit or prohibit the call to active service in the uniformed services of any person who is a member of a regular or reserve component of the uniformed services.

TITLE II–AMENDMENTS TO MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE ACT

SEC. 201. REGISTRATION OF FEMALES.

(a) Registration Required- Section 3(a) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. 453(a)) is amended–

(1) by striking ‘male’ both places it appears;

(2) by inserting ‘or herself’ after ‘himself’; and

(3) by striking ‘he’ and inserting ‘the person’.

(b) Conforming Amendment- Section 16(a) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 466(a)) is amended by striking ‘men’ and inserting ‘persons’.

SEC. 202. REGISTRATION AND INDUCTION AUTHORITY.

(a) Registration- Section 4 of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 454) is amended by inserting after subsection (g) the following new subsection:

‘(h) This section does not apply with respect to the induction of persons into the Armed Forces pursuant to the Universal National Service Act.’.

(b) Induction- Section 17(c) of the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 467(c)) is amended by striking ‘now or hereafter’ and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting ‘inducted pursuant to the Universal National Service Act.’.

Illuminati, Triangle in The Sky

The Illuminati conspiracy extends to the sky with three planets forming a celestial triangle this week.

After sunset, look west and you will see Venus, Saturn, and Mars have converged to form a triangle. http://www.spaceweather.com/ Over the 4th of July weekend, Mars, Saturn and Venus made a celestial line.

One of the most prominent features of the August sky is the aptly named Summer Triangle – technically an asterism rather than a constellation – formed by the stars Vega, Altair and Deneb. Each is the brightest star in its own constellation: Lyra, Aquila and Cygnus, respectively.

It’s easy to find the Summer Triangle. Go outside about an hour or two after sunset and look up. Vega is the bright star hanging nearly overhead. The almost equally bright star about 35 degrees to the south-southeast is Altair, and the bright (but not quite as bright as Vega and Altair) star about 20 degrees northeast of Vega is Deneb. The planetary triangle comes ahead of the annual Perseid meteor shower, a shooting star fest that peaks Aug. 11 to 13th. Viewers in clear sky areas can expect to see 60 or more an hour!

Are the planet’s and constellation’s movement just a part of the divine Kingdom of Nature, or symbols of warning?

Should apocalyptic forecasts by astronomical observations go unheeded? 2012 prophesy persists with the end of the world including Earth’s collision with passing planet- “Nibiru,”or Planet X, and the seeming end of the Mayan calendar.

Are secret societies ready to reveal themselves? Will more earthquakes, flooding, natural or man made disasters occur? Some great invocation from God, Satan, or Martians? You know, as in the triangle of Christianity- Father, Son, Holy Spirit. A revolution of the ages?

The nuclear symbol consists of three parts: the symbol of the element, the atomic number of the element and the mass number of the specific isotope. Is Nuclear War imminent? A terrorist strike?

Might the dollar collapse with it’s All Seeing Eye triangle?

A solar eclipse occurred in June 2010 as a result of the alignment of the Earth, the moon and the sun. HAARP, ELF, UFO’s, Alien Implants, Tooth Implants, Project Blue Beam, Project Camelot, Area 51, Chemtrails, Nanobots, Fluoride, MK-ULTRA, Moon Bounce, blah, blah, blah on the conspiracy charts. I ask again what the frig is that ringing noise in my ears? Is it in my head or some external noise created from, well- something?

I wrote about the ringing noise almost a year ago in this article https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/09/22/rining-noise-mosquito-whine-haarp-aliens-elf-implant/ , but since I then have been noticing the sound more frequently. Has anyone else? The article has been getting more hits as of late as well.

The sound comes, it goes, sometimes the right ear, sometimes the left ear, occasionally both ears. I live in rural America on a few hundred acres, far from inner city noise. There are however, two airports with government bases within 250 miles so my antennae go up just a little, but lots of people live and work on government bases I haven’t heard them telling of weird noises. Classified perhaps?

Last week one of my kids said, “Hey, what’s that ringing noise?” I could not hear it. After a few seconds the noise stopped and that was the end of it.

Is the weird tone hereditary? Do we have a predisposition for being able to pick up on odd frequencies? Is someone or something targeting our God fearing, humble, non-recycling, Republican, NRA gun toting, farming family? What for? Does anyone else have a family or a spouse member that can pick up on the odd tones? My spouse can tune me out just fine, but says there is nothing to hear when it comes to the odd sound waves.

I stumbled a visit to http://illogicalcontraption.blogspot.com/ who claims to be, “getting TOTALLY WASTED,” on something called I-Doser. I-Doser is a brainwave synchronizer that supposedly emulates the use of a prescription drug via sound waves. It is is a program designed to give users “binaural beat doses” to “sync their brainwaves.” I-Doser claims that there are three classes of people: Susceptible to Binaural Beats, Originally Unsusceptible to Binaural Beats, and Immune to Binaural Beats. I’d say if you can hear weird tones, we’d fall into the class of Susceptible to Binaural Beats.

In a world where illegal drugs run rampant, did getting high just become much easier? An online music site may provide a legal high that is undetectable, has no health side effects, and can be performed at your computer. I-Doser is a new online service that sells musical tracks for prices between $1-$5 per track. Each track in their library is named after a particular drug, both legal and illegal. The tracks are supposed to give the listener a similar experience to that of the drug it is named after. These tracks range from alcohol, to marijuana, to sleep aids, to ecstasy, to crystal meth, to heroine. The site boasts itself as a legal alternative to the illicit drugs that are rampant today.

In order to understand I-Doser, you need to understand the science behind the service it provides. Each track produces its mental effects through the use of binaural beats. For those of you who are not familiar with binaural beats, it is a concept which states that when two different tones are played in opposite ears, a beating sensation is created in the brain. This beating sensation is the effect of the conflicting electrical signals in your brain’s wiring. Needless to say, headphones are a necessity when trying to experience binaural beats because they allow a different frequency to be played in each ear. In experiments over the last century, binaural beats have been shown to create different states of consciousness within an individual. These states of consciousness are the result of different brain waves that can be induced in a person’s psyche through the beats. If you are familiar with psychology, you know that there are four different sets of waves that are produced in our brain: Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Theta. Personally, I already have different frequencies playing in each ear and am not a fan of illicit drug use, so I won’t be a customer. I never noticed though, if when I hear the weird noise if my mood becomes altered. Am I happier, sad, more motivated, angry, sleepy? Is my state of consciousness altered? Is yours?

I would say that generally I stop what I am doing, notice my surroundings and think to myself, “Oh there’s that noise again.” In a strange way the noise is almost cathartic, sort of soothing. For me, it is as if someone, something or a higher being is tuning in on me, my whereabouts, my health and what I am doing. As if little old me is important enough to matter in the chaos of the universe. If I am being HAARP’d so far I have not noticed anything out of the ordinary in my physical or psychological universe- unless you count wearing a tinfoil hat on occasion!

Most certainly I do not feel stoned, high, or drunk when hearing the noise. When I do imbibe on a alcoholic beverage, I don’t notice the noise any more or any less. Do you?

NORAD announced it is holding a two day exercise over Washington, D.C. next week while North Korea threatens nuclear weapons.

“The North American Aerospace Defense Command and its geographical component, the Continental United States NORAD Region (CONR), will conduct a two-day exercise, Falcon Virgo 10-10, beginning Tuesday in the National Capital Region, Washington, D.C.

The exercise is comprised of a series of training flights held in coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Capital Region Command Center, the Joint Air Defense Operations Center, Civil Air Patrol, U.S. Coast Guard and CONR’s Eastern Air Defense Sector. Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s flights are scheduled to take place between midnight and 2 a.m.

Exercise Falcon Virgo is designed to hone NORAD’s intercept and identification operations as well as procedural tests of the NCR Visual Warning System. Civil Air Patrol aircraft and Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin helicopters will participate in the exercise….”

It seems all this practice has kept the U.S. safe. Since Sept. 11, 2001, CONR fighters have responded to more than 3,000 possible air threats in the United States and have flown more than 57,000 sorties with the support of Airborne Warning and Control System and air-to-air-refueling aircraft.

NORAD has responded to more than 900 possible air threats, and ran 6,000 sorties since July 2009.

That’s pretty impressive! Thank you to our armed forces.

Alas, there is this little tiny hole in my tinfoil hat that makes me wonder if when these exercises occur, does the U.S. intellegence departments know some disaster or threat may be imminent? How many of the 900 possible air threats has the main stream media covered? How many are classified?

On the other side of the world, North Korea’s Kim Jong-il has promised “retaliatory sacred war” in response to U.S. and South Korea’s naval exercise, Operation Invisible Spirit, that began on Sunday in The Sea of Japan.

Over the next four days 8,000 American and South Korean troops, 200 fixed-wing aircraft and 20 ships will test the countries’ combat readiness against a backdrop of rising tensions and a flurry of belligerent statements from Pyongyang…

North Korea is threatening to use nuclear weapons and we have a large portion of ships and troops not in U.S. territory to protect us. Does the timing of Exercise Falcon Virgo that is designed to, ” hone NORAD’s intercept and identification,” seem coincidental?

Who knows if North Korea even has a weapon of mass destruction to reach the US. It would appear though, they could reach the U.S. forces in the Sea of Japan. Lest you forget, there are 28,500 American troops stationed in South Korea that could be targets. Exercises happen all the time, most without incident. All was well for everyone except Blago, and a few more Chicago cronies. Mission accomplished.

Earlier this week, U.S. secretary of state, Hillary Clinton accompanied by the U.S. defense secretary, Robert Gates, were in South Korea. They urged North Korea to end its “campaign of provocative, dangerous behavior.”

We reiterate, North Korea’s Central News Agency quoted the statement from the National Defense Commission as saying that the military exercises are “undisguised challenge” to the international community’s hopes to ease tensions on the Korean Peninsula. Is the earth sinking in on itself?

While it appears that our economy is in a deflationary sinkhole, numerous sinkholes are being reported throughout the world. Wiki says, “A sinkhole, also known as a sink, shake hole, swallow hole, swallet, doline or cenote, is a natural depression or hole in the earth’s surface caused by karst processes – the chemical dissolution of carbonate rocks.”

A natural depression? Many of the recent sinkholes occurring around the world are not in an area where there are carbonate rocks, so what’s up? Or should we ask, what’s going down?

Two new sinkholes were reported today.

HARRIMAN, Tenn. (WVLT) — State transportation officials are warning drivers to avoid a sinkhole on Interstate 40 westbound in Roane County. A large sinkhole caused by heavy rains last week has closed down U.S. 51 north of Janesville, and officials don’t know when the road will reopen. On July 22, 2010 a sinkhole 45 meters deep was discovered in the Yucatan.

The depth of the hole is estimated at more than 45 meters, the gap is 13 to 15 meters in diameter. It is the first time an event is recorded of its kind in the history of the entity and therefore the State Emergency Centre ( Cenecam ) isolated the area to prevent accidents, as they fear more landslides.

30m-diameter sinkhole in a northern district of Guatemala City

Mario Arcovedo of Cenecam was a bit confused. The Guatemala sink hole was 60 meters deep, 30 meters wide, according to The Guardian.

When is BP, the Obama Administration and the Main Stream Media going to get their heads out of the rabbit hole? They can’t. Not only is the hole is filled with black oil, deceit, distortion and outright lies. Alice in Wonderland, and all her little friends would be dead were the hole in the Gulf of Mexico.

Albert Einstein said, “After Hydrogen, Stupidity is the most common element in the Universe.” He sure hit the nail on the head.

Does the media, politicians and BP think Americans are stupid? Yep, and there is a whole bunch of stupidity to go around, starting with the people who voted for Obama. That aside, events at the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill are a mess.

In May, BP CEO Tony Hayward said the spill was “relatively tiny”, and the environmental effects would be minimal.

Since the Deepwater Horizon oil rig exploded and sank April 20, BP has estimated 5,000 barrels of oil were flowing from the underwater well into the Gulf. Independent scientists believe the crude oil is spewing more like 95,000 barrels a day.

They have syphoned it, capped it, top killed it, sprayed the dispersal COREXIT at it, lit it on fire, junk shot it and in the last malady, capped it again claiming that their is no oil leaking.

Paul “Red” Adair, the now deceased famous oil firefighter must be rolling in his grave at this epic madness. Enter Pat Campell, Adairs’ colleague who has now been employed by BP to cap the well beneath the ruined Deepwater Horizon oil rig.

These days, Campbell says that disaster relief has become a more collegiate affair. He also told The New York Times that helping BP cap Deepwater Horizon involves dealing with meddling managers and politicians. “Today things are done by committees. The executive management gets involved. Well it sure has not worked out fine. Matt Simmons says BP covering up MASSIVE HOLE miles away, and the cap test is “absurd.”

Back to the COREXIT for a minute.

The Taiwanese super oil skimmer known as “A Whale” has been deemed ineffective by the US Coast Guard. It sucked up only negligible amounts of oil during its test run in the Gulf. Maybe, just maybe it’s because the Corexit worked? The EPA/FDA food tests say it is not showing up in fish, clams, oysters etc.

Is COREXIT Oil Dispersant Eating Through Boats in the Gulf?

Another of The Deepwater Horizon disaster hearings was canceled today in New Orleans, LA after previous day’s testimony provides little insight.

Though the hearings are public, they aren’t entirely transparent. Much of the discussion involves documents that aren’t being released in real time. A blogger has noticed that the oil giant altered a photograph of its Houston crisis room, cutting and pasting three underwater images into a wall of video feeds from remotely operated undersea vehicles. The altered photo is displayed prominently on the company’s Web site.

John Aravosis pointed out the alterations Monday evening on his Americablog.com and observed, “I guess if you’re doing fake crisis response, you might as well fake a photo of the crisis response center.” The photo doctoring comes as BP has promised transparency in a bid to regain the public’s trust.

Arizona Immigration Lawsuit in Court, States File Suit

The controversial Arizona Immigration Law (SB1070) is set to take effect July 29, 2010, but not before being battered from both sides of the fence.

Similar hearings are scheduled before Bolton on July 22. In the morning, she is scheduled to hear arguments in the lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union and several other groups. In the afternoon, she will hear arguments in the suit filed by the U.S. Department of Justice.

The DOJ’s lawsuit is based on the preemption doctrine adopted by the Supreme Court under the Constitution’s supremacy clause, which states that certain matters are of such federal character, as opposed to local or state, that only the federal government can act on them.

Voters by a two-to-one margin oppose the U.S. Justice Department’s decision to challenge the legality of Arizona’s new immigration law in federal court.

Yesterday, Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox filed a legal brief on behalf of nine states supporting Arizona’s immigration law. The other states were Alabama, Florida, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and Virginia, as well as the Northern Mariana Islands. Where was Texas and California’s Attorney General?

Also, on Wednesday, the conservative Washington, D.C.-based educational foundation Judicial Watch filed a motion to intervene on behalf of SB 1070 sponsor Sen. Russell Pearce, R-Mesa, in the U.S. Department of Justice lawsuit.

It states that “as the author and driving force behind the enactment of SB 1070, Senator Pearce has the right to defend it.” Pearce called the fight over the law “a legal battle of epic proportions.”

“What happens here in Arizona will impact every state in the country interested in protecting its citizens by enforcing the rule of law,” Pearce said.

Thinking of Las Vegas and frivolous government lawsuits, is the John Stagliano obscenity trial. The case has it’s beginnings at the Vegas porn industry’s biggest annual convention, Adult Entertainment Expo,Vegas in 2007.

Stagliano makes adult movies and the Feds apparently are finding them indecent. Milk Nymphos and Storm Squirters 2 are the two cited movies in the case for distribution crossing state lines.

What is more indecent is the Judge’s rulings preventing evidence from being admissible. He will not allow the full viewing of the movie in court! That is obscene.

Voted Obama? Embarrassed Yet?

I do find it admirable that voters can see past a persons color, and disgraceful that they couldn’t see what Joe The Plumber warned of the socialistic tendencies coming down the pike. The right to free speech, the communication of ideas and opinions has its history in numerous documents. John Locke established the individual as the unit of value and the bearer of rights to life, liberty, property and the pursuit of happiness. It is supposed to be the role of Government to protect these rights, not take them away. The First Amendment to the Constitution states, “Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press”.

You have to take your chances on the repercussions of having free speech though. Can’t be yelling “Fire” in a theatre and common decency kind of things. Helen Thomas broke protocol when sharing her personal views that the Jews in Israel should go home. Gen. Stanley McChrystal, a former black ops leader and commander of US and NATO forces in Afghanistan couldn’t keep his opinion to himself either. Even prior to the Rolling Stone article put the end to his career, [sic, previous] “remarks earned him a smackdown from the president himself, who summoned the general to a terse private meeting aboard Air Force One. McChrystal may have been unimpressed with the commander-in-chief from the start, but the General worked for him. Not always smart to disrespect the boss. The President on the other hand, is supposed to work for you and I and defend the Constitution, not against us or it.

Discussions, bills and laws like The Fairness Doctrine and Net Neutrality aren’t going away anytime soon.

There is some hope for keeping the First Amendment in tact and further limiting big brother with the Enumerated Powers Act that requires that each bill cite its authority under the Constitution. http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-s1319/show The sad thing about this bill is that it takes a bill or legislation to remind our elected officials to do something they should have been doing all along- you know, a little something called upholding the Constitution to which they were elected to and swore an oath to support and defend.

Oh that’s right, the President is after all a Constitutional Lawyer, I think. I’ve never seen his diploma or birth certificate for that matter but numerous times he has made reference that the Constitution does not address social inequities.

Regulate bankruptcies

Based on Constitutionality or a coming to their senses, Democratic governors are already complaining about the Obama administration’s first lawsuit against Arizona’s immigration enforcement law, Attorney General Eric Holder is already planning a second. When setting one little pinkie toe on U.S. soil, one of the first things you have is the right to remain silent, thanks to the Constitution.

4th of July and The Declaration of Independence

“We are destined for Eternity but in this life we live in Time, which consists of the temporal trinity of past, present and future. The present consists of an often confusing series of disparate events, while the future is a deep mystery to us all. When we recall the past we try to make sense of it all, giving order in our mind and our recollections to what has happened to us individually and collectively.

When we look back at the events leading up to the Declaration of Independence from our vantage point of 234 years in the future, everything seems neat and orderly, an old story that we recall from school, books, television and films. Perhaps to some of us it seems a bit trite and boring. Such was not the way it all appeared to the Founding Fathers. For them it was their present, and a chaotic present it must have seemed. On July 3, 1776 the day before the Declaration was adopted by the Continental Congress, a huge British army of some 30,000 men, all regular troops and superbly equipped, began landing on Staten Island. To oppose them, Washington could only gather together an army of 10,000, many of them untrained militia. In the ensuing campaign, Washington’s army would be beaten time and again, often coming close to destruction. The British would seize New York City, holding it until the end of the war in 1783. So it went throughout the Revolution, with the patriots fighting an uphill battle against the mightiest empire since the fall of Rome. At the end of the war, Washington made this observation:

“A contemplation of the compleat attainment (at a period earlier than could have been expected) of the object for which we contended against so formidable a power cannot but inspire us with astonishment and gratitude. The disadvantageous circumstances on our part, under which the war was undertaken, can never be forgotten. The singular interpositions of Providence in our feeble condition were such, as could scarcely escape the attention of the most unobserving; while the unparalleled perseverance of the Armies of the U States, through almost every possible suffering and discouragement for the space of eight long years, was little short of a standing miracle.”

Such statements as that made by Washington, that the Americans relied upon God in their hour of peril, were not rare in the Revolution. This was symbolized in the “An Appeal to Heaven” flags frequently used by Americans during the Revolution:

One of the reasons we study the past is to help guide our footsteps as we proceed into that unknown land, the future. The Revolution of course is a prime example that the future is always a product of what we do in the present. The Declaration is a brilliant statement of why the Americans were fighting. It would have just been another forgotten piece of paper, however, without the endless efforts of the patriots who fought a lopsided war to make the Independence proclaimed in the Declaration a reality. The patriots realized however that if they depended only upon their own efforts, they labored in vain. During the war petitions to God were unceasing, including a Proclamation of the Continental Congress in 1777 which called for a national day of prayer on December 18th:

It is therefore recommended to the legislative or executive powers of these United States, to set apart Thursday, the 18th day of December next, for solemn thanksgiving and praise; that with one heart and one voice the good people may express the grateful feelings of their hearts, and consecrate themselves to the service of their divine benefactor; and that together with their sincere acknowledgments and offerings, they may join the penitent confession of their manifold sins, whereby they had forfeited every favor, and their humble and earnest supplication that it may please God, through the merits of Jesus Christ, mercifully to forgive and blot them out of remembrance; that it may please him graciously to afford his blessings on the governments of these states respectively, and prosper the public council of the whole; to inspire our commanders both by land and sea, and all under them, with that wisdom and fortitude which may render them fit instruments, under the providence of Almighty God, to secure for these United States the greatest of all blessings, independence and peace; that it may please him to prosper the trade and manufactures of the people and the labor of the husbandman, that our land may yield its increase; to take schools and seminaries of education, so necessary for cultivating the principles of true liberty, virtue and piety, under his nurturing hand, and to prosper the means of religion for the promotion and enlargement of that kingdom which consisteth in righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.

Men who are struggling in the present to build a future, do well always to seek the assistance of God who reigns for Eternity. John Adams saw it that way when he wrote to his wife Abigail after the resolution declaring America independent was passed by the Continental Congress on July 2, 1776:

But the Day is past. The Second Day of July 1776, will be the most memorable Epocha, in the History of America.

I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated, by succeeding Generations, as the great anniversary Festival. It ought to be commemorated, as the Day of Deliverance by solemn Acts of Devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with Pomp and Parade, with Shews, Games, Sports, Guns, Bells, Bonfires and Illuminations from one End of this Continent to the other from this Time forward forever more.”
