Obama Re-Sworn In

In an apparent attempt to actually enforce The Constitution, The Drudge Report is reporting that Justice Roberts re-administered the Oath of Office AGAIN to Obama in the map room of the White House.   http://www.drudgereport.com/flashoaa.htm

Well golly gee, and thanks a million for upholding The Constitution.  Now- in our transparent government phase, Mr. President Obama, Sir-would you kindly provide proof that you are a natural born citizen and meet those qualifications of  The Constitution as well?

Roe v Wade March for Life

Obama said, “The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.” What about Prop 8. Mr. President?  What about your pro- abortion stand Mr. President?  How’s that treating everyone equal?

Obama’s own words,  “I wouldn’t want my daughter punished with a child.”  Was the birth of  Malia and Sasha’s punishment? 

The March for Life  http://www.marchforlife.org/content/view/35/41/ will be on Jan. 21, 2009 at The National Mall, the same place filled on Inauguration Day with two million souls whose parents chose not to abort them.  A far cry from the inaugural turnout, thousands are expected to gather at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception for prayer on the anniversary of the 1973 Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion, Roe V. Wade.

President Barack Obama’s proposed Freedom of Choice Act, which would make it mandatory for hospitals and pharmacies and health care providers to furnish abortion and contraceptives makes this years March for Life even more attentive to anti abortionists.

Just when Obama thought he’d heard the last from President Bush, – The provider conscience legislation drafted at the last minute by the Bush administration’s Department of Health and Human Services allows pro-life health care workers to refuse to provide services, including filling a prescription for birth control.  http://hr.cch.com/news/employment/010509a.asp  The jockeying to it’s legality has just begun and Obama has already issued an immediate halt to any pending legislation that the previous administration had queued up for approval. 

United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, the public policy arm of the Catholic Church, http://www.usccb.org/prolife/ wrote a letter to President Obama stating they would ” oppose legislative and other measures to expand abortion” and “will work to retain essential, widely supported policies which show respect for unborn life, protect the conscience rights of health care providers and other Americans, and prevent government funding and promotion of abortion.” 

Cardinal George’s wrote in part:

In the last Congress, a Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) was introduced that would, if brought forward in the same form today, outlaw any “interference” in providing abortion at will. It would deprive the American people in all fifty states of the freedom they now have to enact modest restraints and regulations on the abortion industry. FOCA would coerce all Americans into subsidizing and promoting abortion with their tax dollars. It would counteract any and all sincere efforts by government and others of good will to reduce the number of abortions in our country.http://www.usccb.org/comm/archives/2008/08-174.shtml

Parental notification and informed consent precautions would be outlawed, so would laws banning procedures such as partial-birth abortion and any protection for infants born alive after a failed abortion. Abortion clinics would be deregulated. The Hyde Amendment restricting federal funding of abortions would be lifted and FOCA would certainly have deadly consequences for prenatal human life. 

There is no guessing game here as to what Obama proposes, and you and I are going to pay for it, one way or another.

No Cigar Senator, er President Obama

Close enough, but no cigar with regards to President Obama taking the Oath of Office as the 44th President.

The Constitution requires:  “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”   The Constitution requires that he is a natural born citizen as well, but the jury is still out on that one .

With less than five minutes into Obama’s Presidency, the first flub of the Constitution began with Chief Justice John Roberts saying the oath incorrectly.  Obama caught it and gave Roberts a moment to recover but still did not do it right.

The oath includes the phrase “That I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States” but Roberts didn’t say “faithfully” until after saying “president of the United States.”  http://www.nypost.com/seven/01202009/news/politics/roberts_flubs_swearing_in_oath_151047.htm

They are simple words and yet on this most historic of days, already our Constitution is thrown side for a statement that is close enough.  I thought close enough only counted in the game of horse-shoes.  

“I, Barack Hussein Obama,” totally jumped the gun and cut off Chief Justice Roberts before he had completed the line.  It didn’t help when he called Obama as “Senator”.   When the noon is passed, the President-elect automatically becomes President without taking oath.   Calling him Senator was only the first mistake.

In post news analysis, Fox News noted that Obama may have not completed the oath as required by the Constitution but more than likely, Justice Roberts would throw out any case against him.  I can’t wait to hear what Rush Limbaugh has to say since last weeks commentary, “”I’ve been listening to Barack Obama for a year-and-a-half. I know what his politics are. I know what his plans are, as he has stated them. The amusing footnote in history is noted, let’s  move on.

Since the Main Street Media is so stuck on the fact that a black man has been elected and sworn in at President, I thought I’d take a moment to remind readers that President Barack Hussein Obama, is half white.   Whatever his skin color, I pray he leads us toward safety and prosperity, preferably without our having to pay more taxes and redistributing what little bit of wealth we have left.

Efforts to Stay Obama’s Inauguration

Efforts to stay the Obama Inauguration continue, even as we are only hours from swearing him in as our next President.

Last week, President George W. Bush enacted an Executive Order providing for, in part, “Re-investigating Individuals in Positions of Public Trust.” Stating, “It is necessary to re-investigate individuals in positions of public trust in order to ensure that they remain suitable for continued employment.” http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2009/01/20090116-1.html

Like others before her, she is suing Obama yet again, to prove he meets the qualifications specified for the Office of the President of the United States as set forth in the Constitution, which includes that he must be a “natural born” citizen, having sole allegiance to the United States as required to become Commander in Chief. 

In part, “pray this Court will determine that the inauguration set for January 20, 2009 should be stayed pending the outcome of this, and similar litigation, determining that the Plaintiff has a substantial likelihood of success on the merits, that under Article II, Section 1 and Amendment 20 Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, Defendant Barack H. Obama is not a natural born citizen and has not qualified,…”  I wouldn’t expect a ruling today. Chief Justice Roberts will be busy swearing in Obama.

Boys and girls.  This is gross.  It is one thing to question someones past but it is quite another to get the man’s penis involved, wherever it has gone.  I don’t care if it has gone where no man has gone before- we are getting down to plain old slander here.  Leave the man’s dick out of politics- it leaves a sour taste.

If the courts of the law haven’t seen fit to allow one, just one, freaking case to proceed to require Obama to show his legal birth records, then either the attorneys have failed in their job or justice has failed.

For whom among us has standing to question the Constitution?  When it comes to the natural born citizen clause, no one at this time has the authority, as formally entered into record by Judge Surrick in Berg v Obama, et al which is reviewed here http://www.americasright.com/2008/10/lawsuit-against-obama-dismissed-from.html .

The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies has themed the Obama inauguration, “A New Birth of Freedom.” http://inaugural.senate.gov/  The bill for this new birth may hit $150 million!  Although Obama is spending our tax dollars, he did not accept funds from corporations, lobbyists, unions or political action committees’ instead, large donations from Wall Street have poured in making the list a who’s who in hedge fund managers with people like George Soros and D.E. Lincoln couldn’t fathom the dollars nor the fact that we know more about him than our next President.  Lincoln was involved in more than 5,100 cases in Illinois alone during his 23-year legal career.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Lincoln  We’ve had plenty of time to fully vent Mr. Obama yet, how many cases has Obama has tried?  What do his college transcripts reveal? What does his birth certificate say?

In the next four years we will come to know his views and aspirations, but President Obama will be defined by his actions.  Obama is the heir apparent and for the sake of our nation, while we can watch and criticize- today he will be number 44- President Barack Hussein Obama.

Inaugural State of Emergency

Filed in, “What the frig else,”  during the peaceful transference of power to a new president, comes the fact that a State of Emergency has been declared in Washington, D.C.  during  the inauguration of Obama. 

President Bush declared that, “an emergency exists in the District of Columbia”” in authorizing federal money to assist the District of Columbia in saving lives and protecting public health and safety during the inauguration of President Barack Obama on January 20, 2009. http://usgovinfo.about.com/b/2009/01/15/inauguration-prompts-state-of-emergency.htm

It would also seems that such a declaration would free up some  FEMA funds to supplement the mayor’s spending deficit.  ” FEMA will reimburse for eligible emergency protective measures performed on January 20, 2009, only if the District has expended on the Presidential Inauguration during the period of January 17-21, 2009, the $15 million appropriated to it for “Emergency Planning and Security Costs” by the Continuing Appropriations Resolution 2009, P.L. 110-329.”    If FEMA is paying for it out of its budget, you can bet your sweet little last piece of delicious apple pie, that FEMA is going to be in charge.  http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2009/01/20090113-9.html  At least President Bush relinquished the powers and the funds effective, January 21st, 2009.

With FEMA in charge, the designated  ‘state of emergency’ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_of_emergency  carries a whole bucketful of centralized powers.  There is always the option of declaring martial law.  There is always the option of ignoring and suspending the Constitution.  There is always the remembrance of New Orleans with FEMA.

This is not some banana republic, this is America where a smooth transition of power is not only expected, but taken for granted- until now.  To add further insult,  for the first time, 1,300 Pennsylvania National Guard soldiers and airmen are joining a team of 10,000 National Guard members providing security during the inauguration.   The soldiers and airmen will get training this weekend at Fort Indiantown Gap in everything from basic first aid to civil disturbance response. http://www.pennlive.com/midstate/index.ssf/2009/01/national_guard_assisting_in_in.html  So while not quite a state of Martial Law, we again see active duty soldiers on guard on our own US soil.

Civil Disturbance Response?  Saving Lives? A State of Emergency?  Oh, Mr. Obama, I hardly think this is what you had in mind when you spoke of change? 

Assuming that the Constitution could be under suspension when the new President takes the Oath of Office, is the newly sworn in President Obama not really our President?  Anyone want to go there?

The costs emotionally and financially are staggering.  Besides the actual inauguration itself there are all the balls.  I do mean the dancing balls of course!  President Woodrow Wilson decreed in 1913 that he would not have an inaugural ball believing that  it was frivolous for a serious occasion. Later Warren Harding cancel events.  Not Obama, he would never cancel such extravagance paid for by tax dollars or private dollars- even if we were at war, even if our economy was in worse shape than all the Portapotties lined up along the mall and filled with shit, sans toilet paper.

White House Chief of Staff-designate Rahm Emanuel said Sunday the inaugural address would touch on themes that call on everyday Americans, business leaders, and politicians to exercise greater responsibility in their day-to-day lives. “This is larger than the economy; it goes to a value system that has held us for 200-plus years,” Emanuel argued. http://thehill.com/leading-the-news/emanuel-says-obama-will-stress-need-for-responsibility-2009-01-18.html

A greater responsibility, eh?  It has been many American’s privilege and responsibility to get up before the crack of dawn and go to work and it will continue to be, even under a redistributing the wealth policy.  It has been the responsibility of Americans to vote, and vote for Obama they did.  I find it appalling the level of dismissal of 200 plus years of history, let alone the thousands upon thousands who have died to protect the value system the Emanuel so easily trounces upon.  What did your ancestors do for this country Mr. Emanuel?  We already know the answer, his father –” a Chicago pediatrician who worked in the 1940’s with Irgun, the militant Zionist group that committed acts against Palestinian and British targets that have been widely categorized as terrorism.” http://swampland.blogs.time.com/2008/11/13/rahm-emanuels-father-problem/  Isn’t that special?

The value system that Emanuel, and apparently Obama too is already dismissing is what has made this country great and I am finding that the real state of emergency may be ahead for all of us.

Obama’s New Declaration of Independence

On the road to Washington, Barack Hussein Obama started with a train trip in Philadelphia delivering a speech declaring that we need a new Constitution.  

“And yet while our problems may be new, what is required to overcome them is not. What is required is the same perseverance and idealism that our founders displayed. A New Declaration of Independence?  Ladies and gentleman, once again you are being introduced to the change that is coming your way.  For the other half of the country that did not vote for Obama this is more than disheartening, it is just plain wrong.  For the most part, we all want to believe in the hope and change of a new President.  We also want to believe in the laws of our land that have made it possible not only for a black man to be elected, but that have yielded a free democracy for America.  

To promote his new, what I’ll call a- Declaration of Incidence, Obama has allocated $75 million dollars toward what he calls, “Organizing for America.”  The LA Times reported, “Obama said Organizing for America, the new network, would be used as a tool to press for policies on major issues, including the health care system, the Iraq war and the development of new energy sources. Perhaps it is not illegal for our own government to give monies to the Democratic Party, but it is certainly suspect.   Where is the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee when you need them?  Should we turn to Representative José E. Serrano represents the 16th Congressional District of New York – the Bronx fro remedial action?  He is the only Congressman from New York City on the exclusive House Appropriations Committee and is serves as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government. 

Seranno proposed  an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.   http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=hj111-5  I wouldn’t be holding my breath for intervention.

At this rate, not only will we have a President Obama with an unlimited term as President, but a leader who plans on ignoring the Constitution.  The DNC will be fully funded and able to promote candidates and issues to promote his agenda of change.  Obama, it would seem is clearly working within the system to promote propaganda that resembles socialism with a “redistribution of wealth” and an abandonment of free enterprise and capitalism.

Global Warming Responsible for Cold Weather

Absolutely freaking amazing.  People have found a way to conclude that the current cold affecting most of America is due to global warming.   It is Winter, idiots.  Contrary to fact that global temperatures have been steadily cooling since the 1940’s, environmentalists have created a whole industry centered around the lie that mankind has some influence on weather.  

As far as what has been reported to the public, we humans have no way to decrease or increase the planet’s temperature.  Barely a footnote in the media,  is all the research that has been underway for years to, in fact- change the weather. 

“The US and Russia have developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use. Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. Their construction was funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).  Operated jointly by the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of Naval Research, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating ‘controlled local modifications of the ionosphere’. We’ve seen snow in Las Vegas and even in Hawaii this Winter.  The odds makers must be realigning statistics that it will happen again based on reports from the National Climatic Data Center.  This will be America’s coldest year since 1997, thanks to La Niña and precipitation in the central and eastern states.   Throw in the Sun’s Solar quiet and we see another reason for global cooling- not global warming. One small bright spot in this political climate of change is that Al Gore will not have an official part in the next administration.   Gore, who won the Nobel Peace Prize for climate change is among the nation’s worst energy hogs. Obama does not fair any better at preserving climate change with his inauguration, The Institute for Liberty has created a carbon footprint estimate for the Obama inauguration itself and estimates more than 500 million pounds of CO2 will be released during the four-day inaugural but goes farther to say that study isn’t entirely accurate. “We haven’t looked at the methane or CO2 that will be expended by people standing on the mall.”

Who knew the amount of  hot air coming from Obama supporters on the Mall in D.C for the inauguration, could in fact, be precipitous to altering the climate.  Political climate yes, weather climate? 

I am ROFLMFAO, farting, freezing, watching the snow fly with my old fashioned, mercury free light bulbs on.  Oh yeah, I am burning through the BTU’s with the furnace on too.

Obama Meets With Supreme Court Justices

According to the Wall Street Wire of the Wall Street Journal, “President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden will visit the U.S. Supreme Court today after an invitation was extended by Chief Justice John Roberts. [sic 01142009]

This is the third time in modern history that a president-elect and vice-president elect have made pre-inaugural stops to the court—Bill Clinton and Al Gore visited the court on Dec. 8, 1992 and Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush visited the court on Nov. 19, 1980.

Obama and Biden will meet with Roberts and the associate justices in the ceremonial West Conference Room, and are expected to take a tour of the court. Chief Justice Roberts is scheduled to officiate the swearing in of Obama on January 20, 2008 , but lingering court cases regarding Obama’s citizenship have been shuffling around the Supreme Court.  All have been denied or denied without judgment, so far.  Still, cases are pending.  Perhaps this is a perfect opportunity, behind closed doors for the Justices to ask Obama if he is qualified under our Constitutional Law, to hold the office of President.  Maybe they will ask him but even if they do, I doubt we would ever be privileged to the answer.   

Obama said, “I was a constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president, I actually respect the Constitution”  but then again we have to ask how does Obama propose to protect and defend a document he believes to contain a “fundamental flaw”?

Obama to Serve as President Forever- Constitution Changes

Res. 5 http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=hj111-5  is a proposed amendment to repeal the term limits for presidents and introduced Jan.6, 2009 by Democrat Serrano.    http://serrano.house.gov/Biography.aspx  U.S. Representative José E. Serrano represents the 16th Congressional District of New York – the Bronx.  He is the only Congressman from New York City on the exclusive House Appropriations Committee and is serves as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Financial Services and General Government.

From his bio, “Serrano believes that government should work to ensure that the prosperity of our country is shared by the neediest and most vulnerable members of our society- the poor, the elderly, the disabled, and children- in the form of participation in government, educational opportunities, access to housing and affordable health care. ” 

Golly Gee, sounds just like socialistic rhetoric from Obama.   More participation in government?  Howza bout enforcing laws on the books?  Laws that would have alleviated the disastrous economic declines of Freddie, Fannie, etc.?  Laws that were already in place to prevent the Madoff ponzi?  Laws that discourage capitalism and instead form a reliance on the government to solve the individual woes?  Honest effort and pride in accomplishment used to be a winning formula.

At a time in this country when we have an incoming president who has faulted the Constitution more than once,  here we have an elected official with a significant amount of clout introducing on the first day of Congress a bill to change our Constitution and allow for a President to serve pretty much without time limits, “Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President.”

“English Plus” resolutions have been passed in the U.S. states of New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Washington.  Ironically, English Plus has not been passed in the Congressman’s home state of New York.  I wonder what language would be proposed?  Arabic? Mandarin?  Any of the countries who might be perceived as a military threat? 

For heaven’s sake if he wants to remove a language barrier, how about starting with educating the military.  Imagine these poor soldiers in Afghanistan and Iraq who were never trained in a fundamental intelligence operation like being able to speak the enemy language.  “I surrender, What? What did you say? Oh, you’ve got a gun, bang.”  

We have American combat troops stationed right here on our soil, and I am pretty happy that they speak English and able to defend us.  In fact, I wish there were more protecting our borders.

The leader of the free world, President Obama clearly views the Constitution as an obstacle to “political and economic justice in this society.”   The Constitution has served Mr. Obama well, and rather conveniently somehow allowed him to avoid providing proof that he meets the requirements of the natural-born citizen clause, Article II, Section 1, for eligibility as President.   Every case to date and under the interpreted laws of the land, all the way up to the Supreme Court, he has avoided providing any documentation of his birth.

The Constitution and law has been circumnavigated more than once by Presidents.  Minuscule on the scale are little Orders like-” All executive branch departments and agencies of the Federal Government shall be closed and their employees excused from duty on Friday, December 26, 2008, the day after Christmas Day”  http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2008/12/20081212-2.html to some pretty hefty changes in a Presidents authority can be found here  http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/orders/.  I wonder if our tax dollars paid them for the day off?

We had all better become better informed as to what our elected officials are doing, what laws they are proposing, and what laws they choose to enforce.  We can’t rely on MSM and let’s face it, often times watching C-SPAN is like watching paint dry.  Whatever language we speak, everyone here in America, even the illegals get certain rights afforded to them. It is everyones right, privilege and obligation to see that things aren’t just snuck through the cracks when it becomes convenient. 

The Constitution was designed for America.  It is your Constitution-  our Constitution, yet today multilateral institutions like the World Bank and International Monetary Fund are privatizing economies and restructuring the social policies of  the world- including America and certainly influencing our Constitutional law. 

Our Constitution should not be bent or amended so much so, that we are lost in the New World Order we hear so often about.  Our Constitution should not be amended to allow for a President to serve indefinitely, even if he is “The One,” his campaign promise stood on.

Jim Traficant Fighting His Way

Thinking of recent developments in politicians who are supposed to fight crime and not commit crimes, I am reminded of former Congressman Jim Traficant of Ohio.  Famous for his unique one minute speeches, http://www.thememoryhole.org/traficant/  A partial biography can be found here http://www.freetraficant.com/bio.html.

Traficant served 17 years in Congress but in July of 2002,  received an eight year  prison sentence after being convicted of racketeering, bribery, obstruction of justice and tax evasion. The House, using the trial transcript expelled him.  Traficant is currently incarcerated at the Federal Medical Center in Rochester, MN but with six months to go to the end of his sentance, he had the option of being transferred to his hometown of Youngstown in a half-way house. 

Usually non-violent federal inmates are permitted the chance to spend the last six months of their sentences in a half way house, but on Jan. 12, 2009,  The US Bureau of Prisons notified directors with the Youngstown based Community Corrections Association half way house, that Traficant planned transfer has been canceled.  As reported by local paper, The Vindicator.  What?  Why? Who wouldn’t want a get out of jail card?

James A. Traficant, that’s who.  Traficant reportedly told prison officials he did not want to go to CCA because its director Richard J. Billak, CCA chief executive officer testified against him during his racketeering trial.  As the former Congressman would have said in his the one-minute House speeches -the phrase “Beam me up.”

Rather than have to deal with Billack and have work privileges, weekend passes, and other perks afforded to rehabilitated inmates, he chose jail.  

In 1983 while being a Youngstown sheriff , he was charged with racketeering for accepting bribes by the mob. In 1980, Youngstown found itself in the middle of a Mafia turf war.  At the time, the city had two major organized-crime factions.  One was the Carabbia brothers–Ron (who had been convicted of murder and was doing time in prison), Charles and Orland; their principal loyalties were to the Cleveland syndicate.  The other faction, aligned with the Pittsburgh mob, was led by James Prato and Joey Naples.  Charles Carabbia and Prato were the bosses of the two crime groups.      Although Carabbia and Prato were rivals, they often worked together on certain operations, such as buying off local politicians.

Traficant, who represented himself in the criminal trial, claimed that he accepted the bribes only as part of an undercover investigation into corruption and was was acquitted of the charges.  He pleaded not guilty, telling the press, “To all those politicians who want me to resign: Go fuck yourselves.”

Question:  What did the people of Youngstown, Ohio, do when their sheriff was accused by the FBI of taking payoffs from the Mafia, signed a “confession,” and then beat the wrap by defending himself in court?

Surely prosecutors never forgot his actions, indifference and attitude and upon being brought up again on RICO charges and yet again defending himself, they pounced and found him guilty.

The Traficant conviction wasn’t without controversy with allegations of  malicious prosecutions.  The Justice Department declined to investigate sworn allegations of witness tampering, despite a public request from then Congressman (now Ohio Governor) Ted Strickland. http://www.governor.ohio.gov/

When the National Democrat Party Committee accepted a $10 million contribution from a General in the Red Chinese Army, Traficant charged that Attorney General Janet Reno, was a traitor for failing to investigate the issue. Traficant made his charges on the floor of the Congress.

Morford became a national celebrity when the President appointed him Acting Deputy Attorney General but left in 2008 never having made a Senate testimony and a  Senate confirmation would have been required for permanent appointment of Morford as the Deputy AG .  Detore testified before the ethics panel without an attorney or a promise of immunity. “People identified with me having the balls to stand up.  When you think about it, that’s what it is: balls,” said Traficant. 

Balls enough to stay in prison rather than work for and live within reach of a man who helped convict you?  Seems so.  I wonder what he is going to have to say upon his release?

He proclaimed, “The United States Federal government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act, March 9, 1933, declared by President Roosevelt. The receivers of the United States bankruptcy are the International bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States offices, officials and departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War powers. This new form of government is known as a Democracy (instead of a Republic), being an established Socialist/Communist order under a new governor for America.””
