Norwegian authorities are investigating strange lights seen in the arctic sky. The spiraling white light was seen for several minutes on Wednesday morning. Locals say the light appeared to be bigger than the moon. Thousands of Norwegians bombarded the Meteorological Institute to ask what the light could possibly be.

The dark matter they are in search of could offer a lot of explanations. Could dark matter also alter DNA, RNA, viruses, and bacteria? Why not, scientists do it all the time in the name of research or finding a cure for this or that. Could dark matter be responsible for the latest flu pandemics and mutations? How did that dark matter get to Minnesota in the first place?

The author asserts that the Soyuz 11 mission brought back to earth not only three dead cosmonauts who died of pneumonia, but that their deaths were caused by some sort of gray matter that penetrated the capsule in outer space.

Is this story true? Fiction or non-fiction? Where did the grey matter come from? Was it dark matter, grey matter or whatever color matter that the Russians had discovered that was capable of wiping out mankind?
Like Climategate, cosmological theories on dark and gray matter are not impervious to faulty data and outright lying to prove their existence. What is that noise in my ears that no one else can hear?
When I least expect it, at all hours of the day and night, suddenly I hear this odd noise in my ears at least once in a 24 hour period. It doesn’t last long, sometimes a 30 seconds, one minute- at the most two. I spend many days at home far from the electrical appliances and outdoors. There are no high-voltage transformer towers or booths outside. A 50Hz or 60Hz hum from electricity, would be plausible but I would think it would be a constant sound. No windmills about either.

Some research group found a pitch that most teens and children can hear, but not adults due to slow degradation of the ear. A high frequency box was created emitting a tone that was supposed to ward off teenagers that were that hanging out in store fronts- but finally they noticed some adults were bothered buy it as well and stayed away.

There are Youtube vids that are obviously man made recording and not at all what I hear. I can be at the mall, grocery store, in the car, in an airplane, anywhere at home or 100’s or 1000’s of miles from home and sure at shit…there that high pitch whine is at some point of the day or night. Occassionally it has waken me up.
There is no noticeable vibration to speak of. If me or one of the kids puts AC/DC, Kayne West or Hannah Montana on the stereo or IPOD, I hear and feel the musics vibration, with this sound there is NADA. No vibration.

WTF is this photo from Google? Herbert George Wells better known as H.G Wells, one of the founders of modern science fiction would be 143 years young today.
The search engine said on its official blog Monday the images were inspired by Wells’ novel “The War of the Worlds” and were posted to the Web site to mark the 143rd anniversary of the author’s birth in Bromley, England, the Daily Mail reported Monday.
The company said the UFO and crop circle logo was the last part in a series of clues hidden within the Google main page logo starting Sept. 5.
“Now, we’re finally acknowledging the reason for the doodles with an official nod to Herbert George, who would be 143 years old today,” the official Google blog read Monday. “The invasion of the logo by alien crafts and pods makes our series complete, but you’ll have to read the book to find out how Wells’ story really ends.”

The Eagle may have landed but is the truth out there? The original footage of man landing on the moon was filmed by a video camera on the lunar module. Technology being what it was 40 years ago used a non-standard format which US television channels could not use. It was beamed back to earth, and then converted into a TV-friendly system. As a child, I saw it all live with our rabbit ear antenna TV.
Once again, my antenna are twisting to get a frequency of truth, as NASA has admitted that it probably deleted the original footage in the 1970s and 80s, when it had a film shortage and needed to reuse them.
At a news conference, NASA revealed some newly-restored footage of the moon landing, including Neil Armstrong’s first step onto the lunar surface. The four selected scenes showed Neil Armstrong and then Buzz Aldrin stepping on to the lunar surface, putting up a commemorative plaque and the raising of the American flag. Engineer Richard Nafzger spent three years searching for copies worldwide. He found footage in Australia and at the CBS television studios in Houston, as well as reels of tape in NASA’s own huge archive vaults, which had not been viewed for 36 years. Lowry Digital is restoring two-and-a-half hours of the footage and NASA expects to release the full version in September.

Later in the day they discuss setting up for a live video feed to earth- “00 01 16 58 CMP And you have 6 frames per second, and it’s color; you got 15 minutes worth – 6 frames a second, f:8,infinity, 1/250th.” Inevitably they miss taping that sunrise and the Hasselblad ends up floating around and they somehow can’t find it in the little module. In the end they figure things out at, “O0 01 28 28 CMP See that, Buzz? You’re a TV expert.”
NASA knew damned well the importance of documenting the Apollo missions, but the the conversations between the astronauts sounds more like the three stooges trying to figure out light readings, how to turn things on and which camera to use. Apollo 11, with Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin was the first Apollo flight to land on the Moon on July 20, 1969- departing from Cape Canaveral, Florida. Collins stayed in orbit around the Moon in the command module, Armstrong and Aldrin descended in the lunar module, landing in the Sea of Tranquility at 4:17 P.M.
In forty years, a lot has been learned about the moon and space in general but certainly not enough. The conspiracies and skeptics that surround man’s travel to the moon range from a far fetched hoax to plausible. Was the landing on the moon nothing but a pile of lies adding up to the most massive secret in history? Not returning to the moon in 40 years certainly offers encouragement that just maybe NASA has not revealed all that is known.
Remember the 1978 movie “Capricorn One?” It’s a story of a faked NASA mission to Mars. In 2001, Fox TV aired a special called “Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon? NASA has it’s sight on Mars these days, and international cooperation with other countries for the Space Station. The trillion dollar deficit and fragile world economy will put priorities of humans on terraferma, not outer space at least for the time being. According to NY Times, “NASA has named its next-generation space transportation system the Constellation program. The first two pieces of Constellation — the Ares I rocket with an Orion crew capsule — are to take astronauts to the International Space Station beginning in 2015. Obama may be out of office by then and the economy in full recovery to have the funding necessary to revisit the Moon, Mars and beyond. Yeah, and I’ve got some moon rocks in my yard to help raise funds if anyone is interested.
Geologist Harrison Schmitt landed on the moon in 1972 aboard the Apollo 17, the last manned mission to ever touch down on the lunar surface. If only they had discovered oil on the moon, we would have been back there faster than a flea on a camel’s ass. How free am I really? How free are you? How do we ensure our freedoms? We all have some basic day to day living choices. More and more our government makes many of the decisions for us, and can easily track those decisions- far from acting to protect the people of a state from the out-of-control federal government which was formed to protect the same.
I am feeling less protected these days with the thought that the bailout is costing thousands from each taxpayer especially at the notion of a North American Union. I am also feeling a bit exposed, as it has become rather evident that everything we do and every where we go is traceable.
We are witnessing incentives for free enterprise dwindle and turn toward a socialistic government where the taking from one person’s hard work and giving it to someone else is basically slavery. President Lincoln worked hard to remove the chains of slavery. President Obama has managed to spend more money, shackle us with debt, and a misguided promise of economic freedom.
As slaves to a national debt, we extend our hands for shackles and handouts instead using them for hard work. Will we see bar codes on our wrists or chips implanted to track the slaves,-er, citizens?
