Operation Unified Response

The Haiti Earthquake conspiracy lingers on while Anderson Cooper Vanderbuilt scratches his head reporting of the lack of aid getting to the people of Haiti. If David Brooks at the NYTimes is accurate in his claim, there are 10,000 aid organizations in Haiti. Putting aside cultural differences, Operation Unified Response, Joint Task Force- Haiti sure has a nice new logo that someone designed rather quickly.

What’s the hold up to the Rescue, Relief and Reform of Haiti? “From practice, we’ve found that the assessments are critical to making sure we get the right equipment in there and make the recovery efforts and the life-supporting efforts as efficient as possible,” Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser explained.

With due respect to the General, we access, your assessments have been asinine. As if 9-11 and Katrina wasn’t practice enough, the U.S military reaction was practiced and planned out in advance for Haiti the day before of the quake, and practice was far from perfect.

In light of the United States government SOUTHCOM and the Defense Department’s European Command, “preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane. SOUTHCOM was practicing and running emergency relief drills for a catastrophic event in Haiti the day before the earthquake hit on January 12, 2010. Why not practice a hurricane drill on a U.S. territory like Puerto Rico?

In another coincidence, Air Force Maj. Ken Bourland 37, had flown into Haiti from the Dominican Republic the morning of the earthquake with Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command with five other members of U.S. Southern Command. All five, also staying in the Montana hotel except Bourland escaped. Yes, the deputy director of the U.S. Southern Command travelled from the DR to Haiti the morning of the quake! In operation BIOWARFARE EXCERCISE TRIPOD II, Mayor Giuliani knew when to leave WTC 7 because he got advanced warning that the Trade Towers were about to collapse. “We were operating out of there when we were told that the World Trade Center was gonna collapse,” Rudolph Giuliani told Peter Jennings of ABC News. How did Giuliani know the towers were about to collapse? Was Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command warned in advance of the coming disaster?

The North American Aerospace Defense Command will conduct exercise flights Thursday night and Friday morning over Washington. Exercise Falcon Virgo is designed to hone NORAD’s intercept and identification operations as well as procedural tests of the NCR Visual Warning System. Such an effort will also demonstrate that the U.S.’s involvement in the Caribbean remains a powerful force for good in the Americas and around the globe.

If it was propaganda President Obama wanted, he sure got his monies worth, but so far the “display of a powerful force for good,” is far from what has happened. And by the way, 5 warships, 10,000 troops, etc. Even the French minister in charge of humanitarian relief called on the UN to “clarify” the American role amid claims the military build up was hampering aid efforts.

In the meantime, http://www.un.org/en/peacekeeping/missions/minustah/ MINUSTAH, the United Nations Stabilization Mission’s 9000 troops already in Haiti, have not been seen in action in news reports.

Seven days after the quake, “The Security Council today backed Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s call to increase the overall force levels of the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Haiti to support the immediate recovery, reconstruction and stability efforts following last weeks devastating earthquake.

Following his visit on Sunday to the capital, Port-au-Prince, Mr. Ban asked the Council for an additional 1,500 police officers and 2,000 troops to reinforce the mission, known as MINUSTAH, to augment its 9,000 uniformed personnel already on the ground.

The Council, in unanimously adopting resolution 1908, decided that MINUSTAH will consist of a military component of up to 8,940 troops of all ranks and of a police component of up to 3,711 police, and that it will keep the new force levels under review as necessary.

With regard to troops:

Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega says that the United States has taken advantage of the massive quake in Haiti and deployed troops in the country. “What is happening in Haiti seriously concerns me as US troops have already taken control of the airport,” Ortega said on Saturday. The Pentagon says it has deployed more than 10,000 soldiers in Haiti to help victims of Tuesday’s earthquake. This is while US paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division took control of the main airport in the capital Port-au-Prince on Friday three days after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake brought death and misery to the impoverished nation….”There is no logic that US troops landed in Haiti. Thousands are dead and thousands await a simple drink of water, yet Cooper Vanderbilt looks to have been clean shaven and showered everyday. The general population is barely shown on TV. By the accounts of other reporters on the scene there is little evidence of violence, yet we have reports of nearly 20,000 U.S and U.N troops ready to keep the peace and take over the airports.

We suppose when you haven’t had food or water for days, there is little energy to riot when you are dying. Is that the plan in the long run, to allow the Haitians to nearly starve so they will be compliant for occupation again?

So many coincidences, so many dead.

Yesterday, Chavez took over grocery stores occupied supermarkets owned by France’s Casino (CASP.PA) on Tuesday , the latest move in a drive towards socialism by President Hugo Chavez, who ordered the nationalization after accusing the company of raising prices in the wake of a currency devaluation.

In 2007, Chavez’s government took a majority stake in four oil projects worth an estimated $30 billion in the Orinoco river basin. U.S. oil majors Exxon Mobil Corp (XOM.N) and ConocoPhillips (COP.N) quit the country over the move and filed arbitration claims against Venezuela. France’s Total SA (TOTF.PA) and Norway’s StatoilHydro (STL.OL) received around $1 billion in compensation after reducing their holdings. BP Plc (BP.L) (BP.N) and Chevron Corp (CVX.N) remained as minority partners. We can blame HAARP, EISCAT, or any other numerous agencies and observatories who may have developed a man made device for earthquakes. We can believe that the tectonic plates caused these rash of quakes in Haiti and the 5.8 quake that hit the Cayman Islands. We can believe the Russians that America has earthquake weapons. No matter who or what you believe the devastation is enormous in Haiti.

With a delay in getting aid released to the people of Haiti until U.S. Troops were on the ground to secure the airport and apparently the crushed Presidential Palace- is President Obama in fact , more concerned with the political climate rather than climate of rescue? Does the opportunity to put 10,000 troops in a country with no true government sit well for American foreign policy and protection of U.S. interests in the Caribbean Basin? You betcha.

The Navy hospital ship USNS Comfort drew near to Port-au-Prince Wednesday morning and received its first patients from the earthquake zone via helicopter, the Pentagon said. The Comfort is kept in a reduced operative state while docked at the Port of Baltimore. The Navy’s Military Sealift Command said it takes five days to get it in order to ship out.

We’ve got thousands of doses of expired Tamiflu, useless vaccines, a whole arsenal of soldiers and weapons and it takes five days to offer aid assistance? Whiskey Tango Foxtrot- WTF? What if the quake had hit Miami, San Francisco or some other populous U.S. City?

In 2008, the Western Geographic Science Center, US Geological Survey in a study said:

All things considered, if it is Project Blue Beam, HAARP, a tectonic slip or whatever, the U.S. government was obviously ill prepared based on it’s untimely reaction to providing help to Haitians. Thus far, Haiti is turning out to be President Obama’s Katrina.

Should we take “comfort” as the ship’s name implies, that the U.S. will be able to offer assistance within a comfortable period of time after any kind of devastating event on U.S. Soil, let alone within a few hours travel distance of it’s own shores?

Is it a coincidence that there there so many experiments going on at the antennas and arrays of the world in relationship to ionospheric-heating and weather control?

What benefit could there be to unleashing an ionospheric heating experiment or some other catastrophic device, especially in the vicinity of Haiti? Jan. 17, 2010 the USGS Earth Science Information Center (ESIC) released this:

The Orinoco Oil Belt Assessment Unit of the La Luna-Quercual Total Petroleum System encompasses approximately 50,000 km2 of the East Venezuela Basin Province that is underlain by more than 1 trillion barrels of heavy oil-in-place. As part of a program directed at estimating the technically recoverable oil and gas resources of priority petroleum basins worldwide, the U.S. Geological Survey estimated the recoverable oil resources of the Orinoco Oil Belt Assessment Unit. … The U.S. Geological Survey estimated a mean volume of 513 billion barrels of technically recoverable heavy oil in the Orinoco Oil Belt Assessment Unit of the East Venezuela Basin Province; the range is 380 to 652 billion barrels. The name San Nicolas Island sounds like a beach vacation paradise, but is a US Navy owned and operated island. Located 65 nautical miles southwest of the Point Mugu complex, San Nicolas Island is the cornerstone in the Sea Range capabilities.

Because of its instrumentation, isolated environment, shoreline characteristics, San Nicolas Island is utilized for test and training exercises, providing littoral warfare training, including tri-service and theater warfare exercises. It also offers an environment suited for classified operations. The main San Nicolas Island complex provides complete housing, dining, recreation, transportation, and public works support.

What else is on San Nicolas Island? Giant telemetry collection facilities, known as antennas to you and me!

San Nicolas Island has extensive telemetry collection facilities including three 30 ft, two 20 ft, one 8 ft, and 7 ft diameter antennas. Signals can be recorded and routed to the Point Mugu operations complex for best source selection. The SNI Telemetry Collection Facility also provides real-time reception, recording and relay of telemetry data. SNI supplies this telemetry data to Point Mugu for processing and display. Telemetry signals are received through land-based antennas located at SNI and sent in real-time by a fiber optic cable and/or microwave to Point Mugu. The best source signals are then sent by fiber optic cable to the TDC, located in the ROC for real-time processing and display. The SNI telemetry facilities are ideally located to support operations throughout the Sea Range as well as strategic and space launches from the Western Range (WR), Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB). The capability to record and display Miss Distance Indication (MDI) and video Doppler data is also available. What is a Black Brant Rocket that appears to have a daily launch or intercept in January, 2010?

Black Brant Rockets are the result of research at CARDE during the 1950s into the nature of the upper atmosphere as part of ongoing research into anti-ballistic missile systems systems and very-long-range communication. Its called Arecibo Observatory in PUERTO RICO and is right next door to DR and Haiti. If you got google earth search 18°20′39.05″N, 66°45′10.07″W or type use google maps. This ‘Observatory’ has been off up until recently but look how close it is to Haiti.

For the survivors of Haiti post earthquake, doing nothing is unconscionable.

What has America done for you lately?

Secretary of State Clinton said this morning- and we paraphrase from CNN- we have given over 3 billion dollars to Haiti and as my husband as the Special U.S. Envoy under President Obama, I feel that it is America’s responsibility to lead the effort of rebuilding the nation. Now former President’s Clinton and Bush, who’s response to Katrina was not so happy have teamed up to garner more aid for the people of Haiti. Publicly we can all text our $10, but it is the phone calls to current and former heads of state that will get the funds pouring in. Whether the aid to help the people of Haiti actually follows will be a different story. None-the-less, we can’t help but wonder what advantage America would have dominating the country of Haiti? Oil, natural resources? A diversion from Iraq and Afghanistan? Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory, why not add Haiti to the mix?

Whatever! We believe the technological jargon means- you should be able to hear significant sounds effecting a geomagnetic field disturbance as is possible during an earthquake. This patent was classified by the Navy under national security order in 1987, but other patents exists for purposes of:

Defense system for discriminating between objects in space (US Patent 4817495)

Whether any of these patents from HAARP, ESCIAT, or other organizations or governments can actually cause an earthquake of this magnitude are all debatable, but the patents exist.

The 7.0 Earthquake striking Haiti has destroyed much of The Haitian National Palace and most of Haiti as well. With most living well under the poverty line on $2 a day and one of four living with mud floors, one can only imagine the devastation to a country that was barely hanging on after being hit with four hurricanes. The rich in the cement homes were crushed to death while the poor survived in tents.

Is it nature communicating to Haiti or is it some man made force of destruction that has by some estimates killed half a million people?

Filchner Ice Shelf breaks off, the size of Rhode Island

An area larger than the state of Rhode Island can be seen breaking from the Filchner Ice Shelf in this series of photo-like images from January 12 (The day of the Earthquake) and January 13, 2010. The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Terra and Aqua satellites captured these images of the ice breaking away from the ice shelf, which numbers among Antarctica’s largest ice shelves. The top image, from the afternoon of January 12, shows only the faintest hint that an iceberg is calving. By the morning of January 13, the icebergs had broken away in a few large pieces. A hunk of ice the size of Rhode Island breaks off in one day? Now, that’s what I call climate change. Could the earthquake or some made made device have caused the ice breaking apart at the South Pole, thousands of miles away?

All of the Caribbean is a hotbed of geological anomalies and tectonics. Earthquakes have occurred there long before any conspiracy angle that man has caused them to occur. The Puerto Rico Trench is the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, with water depths exceeding 8,400 meters making sea exploration difficult. Punta Cana, the major global tourism destination in the DR is located approximately 400 miles (633 kilometers) east of Haiti’s capital, or a 10-12 hour drive, with numerous mountain ranges separating the two countries. What was HAARP up to on January 12, 2010? The official HAARP facility is located in Gakuna, Alaska. The conspiracy theory claims that HAARP could be used as directed-energy weapon, weather control, an earthquake induction device and/or for mind control. http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/cam1.html

HAARP is an “Ionospheric Heater” which is basically an array of antennas that can send a concentrated beam of RF energy into the ionosphere. It’s located in Alaska because areas near the magnetic poles have a lot of ionospheric activity. It’s not the only facility of its kind. Ionospheric Heating refers to artificially heating the Ionosphere, which is the upper most part of the atmosphere. ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves are used to literally boil the upper atmosphere. These images are “fish-eye” views of the entire sky taken by the HAARP imager. The imager uses narrow-band interference filters, an image intensifier tube, and a cooled CCD camera to record the spatial distribution of various auroral and atmospheric emissions with very high sensitivity. It can detect optical emissions far below the visual threshold of the human eye. The 6300 angstrom red line results from excitation of atomic oxygen at altitudes of 200-300 kilometers. The 5577 A green line is an emission from atomic oxygen peaking at altitudes of ~110-150 km. Emissions from nitrogen (4278 angstroms) produce blue light at about 100 km altitude.

If these photos weren’t in black and white perhaps we would know what emissions these were. What is that burst of light there? Any ideas?

With props to http://blacklistednews.com/?news_id=5975, An experiment that fires powerful radio waves into the sky has created a patch of ‘artificial ionosphere’, mimicking the uppermost portion of Earth’s atmosphere. It has spent nearly two decades using radio waves to probe Earth’s magnetic field and ionosphere. HAARP’s high-frequency radio waves can accelerate electrons in the atmosphere, increasing the energy of their collisions and creating a glow.

February 2008, HAARP induced a strange bulls eye pattern in the night sky. Instead of the expected fuzzy, doughnut-shaped blob, surprising irregular luminescent bands radiated out from the centre of the bulls eye, according to Todd Pedersen, a research physicist at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Massachusetts, who leads the team that ran the experiment at HAARP. The team modelled how the energy sent skywards from the HAARP antenna array would trigger these odd shapes. They determined that the areas of the bullseye with strange light patterns were in regions of denser, partially ionized gas in the atmosphere, as measured by ground-based high-frequency radar used to track the ionosphere.

“The novelty is not seeing the aurora – it’s the fact that we can actually create enough high-energy electrons to form plasma,” said Mike Kosch, chair of Experimental Space Science at Lancaster University, UK. “It shows something completely different and new that we hadn’t expected. Just before the earthquake struck Sichuan province in China, there were odd visual disturbances and they were caught film and tape. One puzzle is that the colors in the Chinese clouds were upside down from a normal circumzenithal halo – red pointing toward the horizon and blue to wards the Sun, instead of the other way round.

In the Philippines after being blasted with a typhoon for the last few days, got shaken up rather abruptly in its clean up and search and rescue mission when a 6.6 mag hit today.

I am far from an expert. Is there patterns of destruction all across the globe? Are they recognizably connected?

What is causing the sudden and drastic increase of incidences and magnitude?

Far removed from Iran, yesterday Taiwan had a 6.1 magnitude quake.

North America, battling an H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic has also had its fair share of rattling. Yesterday, October 3 saw 38 earthquakes in California. The largest in magnitude (148 miles) W (276°) from Las Vegas was a 5.2 on the Richter scale. Did the slot machines pay out a little extra feeling the vibrations from the earth?

The eastern coast was not spared either.

A micro-earthquake hit North Carolina Saturday. The temblor measured magnitude 2.5 and was situated at 35.301°N, 82.500°W. The hypocentral depth of the earthquake was set at 3.2 miles. HARRP and its Harmonics, CERN messing around with particle physics testing, and underground nuclear testing must have some effect and could appear as an explanation of an increase in the frequency and magnitude of earthquakes.

Another, unincorporated territory of the United States is the North Pacific Ocean is The Johnston Atoll, 2.8 km²at 16°45′ N 169°30′ W, about one-third of the way from Hawaii to the Marshall Islands. The area was a U.S. nuclear weapons test site and later the site of the Johnston Atoll Chemical Agent Disposal System (JACADS). The island is not open to the public so we have no idea what, if anything goes on there. I’d suspect water damage being as the epicenter was pretty close at 172.093°W. Lots of potentials for the end of the world- with or without a New World Order. With nano research weight we are not talking housands of tons for the weight of propulsion, but hundreds of grams. Fortunately for CERN, the only particles present were a group of passing cosmic rays. Okay, so it happened on April 1st, but I am no April Fool to think that scientists have full control over science.
