Norway Lights Blamed on Russians Missile- Where did it land?

Norwegian authorities are investigating strange lights seen in the arctic sky. The spiraling white light was seen for several minutes on Wednesday morning. Locals say the light appeared to be bigger than the moon. Thousands of Norwegians bombarded the Meteorological Institute to ask what the light could possibly be.

Yesterday a Norwegian defence spokesman said the display was most likely from a failed Russian test launch.

What missile hangs out for 12 minutes? Apparently a Russian missile as, ” Russia admitted on Thursday another failed test of its much-touted Bulava intercontinental missile, after unusual lights were spotted in Norway across the border from the launch site.” http://www.nytimes.com/reuters/2009/12/10/world/international-us-russia-missile-failure.html?_r=1  Well then, what goes up must come down so there will certainly be physical evidence of it being a missile.  Right? Right.

Probably just the aliens wanting to see President Obama get the Nobel Peace Prize.

Maybe the folks at Fermi, CERN’s Hadron Collider, HAARP in Alaska, NASA in Space, and EISCAT, the acronym for the European Incoherent Scatter Scientific Association, gathered all their technology together for a big plasma burst test as prelude to December 31st, 2009.  New Year’s Eve will offer a blue moon with two full moons occurring in December.

NASA Apollo Moon Footage Conspiracy Continues

The Eagle may have landed but is the truth out there?  The original footage of man landing on the moon was filmed by a video camera on the lunar module.  Technology being what it was 40 years ago used a non-standard format which US television channels could not use. It was beamed back to earth, and then converted into a TV-friendly system.  As a child, I saw it all live with our rabbit ear antenna TV.

Once again, my antenna are twisting to get a frequency of truth, as NASA has admitted that it probably deleted the original footage in the 1970s and 80s, when it had a film shortage and needed to reuse them.

At a news conference, NASA  revealed some newly-restored footage of the moon landing, including Neil Armstrong’s first step onto the lunar surface.  The four selected scenes showed Neil Armstrong and then Buzz Aldrin stepping on to the lunar surface, putting up a commemorative plaque and the raising of the American flag. Engineer Richard Nafzger spent three years searching for copies worldwide. He found footage in Australia and at the CBS television studios in Houston, as well as reels of tape in NASA’s own huge archive vaults, which had not been viewed for 36 years.  Lowry Digital is restoring two-and-a-half hours of the footage and NASA expects to release the full version in September.

If you read through the now declassified and very abbreviated transcription of the Apollo conversations which can be found at http://www.jsc.nasa.gov/history/mission_trans/AS11_CM.PDF one of the first conversations is over the cameras. “00 00 30 39 CMP Alright, Buzz, here’s one Hasselblad for you.” 

Later in the day they discuss setting up for a live video feed to earth- “00 01 16 58 CMP And you have 6 frames per second, and it’s color; you got 15 minutes worth – 6 frames a second, f:8,infinity, 1/250th.” Inevitably they miss taping that sunrise and the Hasselblad ends up floating around and they somehow can’t find it in the little module.  In the end they figure things out at, “O0 01 28 28 CMP See that, Buzz? You’re a TV expert.”

NASA knew damned well the importance of documenting the Apollo missions, but the the conversations between the astronauts sounds more like the three stooges trying to figure out light readings, how to turn things on and which camera to use.  They had color and black and white film to preserve what they saw including what was noted on Page 72, day 4, when they get a good look at the moon’s surface  “03 04 06 44 CMP Yes, that’s what I was talking about just a minute ago. It’s kind of hard to believe that that’s volcanic and formed by some faulting, isn’t it? I don’t believe that – but it’s such a perfect straight line.

 I’m going to put the R in the reserve camera.OB 09 55 46 CDR Okay.0B 09 55 47 LMP And the S in the surface camera. On Day 4, page 106. don’t think there’s any place except in the – in here, that it says anything about 16-millimeter footage – 03 l0 04 33 CDR In the card, right? 03 l0 04 35 LMP No, I’m thinking about for the descent. NASA went so far as to prepare a card of what camera was to be used for each duty!   For the landing, ” unstow and configure for use 16 millimeter, HC-EX, f:4,500, infinity, 6 frames per second., 

It is all recorded on film and NASA tapes over it? Perhaps the real reason the tapes went missing was not to allow anyone to ever see what is described here, ”

Apollo Conspiracy on 40th Anniversary

Apollo 11, with Neil Armstrong, Michael Collins and Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin was the first Apollo flight to land on the Moon on July 20, 1969- departing from Cape Canaveral, Florida. Collins stayed in orbit around the Moon in the command module, Armstrong and Aldrin descended in the lunar module, landing in the Sea of Tranquility at 4:17 P.M.

In forty years, a lot has been learned about the moon and space in general but certainly not enough.  The conspiracies and skeptics that surround man’s travel to the moon range from a far fetched hoax to plausible.  Was the landing on the moon nothing but a pile of lies adding up to the most massive secret in history?  Not returning to the moon in 40 years certainly offers encouragement that just maybe NASA has not revealed all that is known. 

Remember the 1978 movie “Capricorn One?” It’s a story of a faked NASA mission to Mars.  In 2001, Fox TV aired a special called “Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon? NASA at the time felt it necessary to respond on the internet http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2001/ast23Feb_2.htm saying “The best rebuttal to allegations of a “Moon Hoax,” however, is common sense. Evidence that the Apollo program really happened is compelling.”

NASA has it’s sight on Mars these days, and international cooperation with other countries for the Space Station.  The trillion dollar deficit and fragile world economy will put priorities of humans on terraferma, not outer space at least for the time being. According to NY Times, “NASA has named its next-generation space transportation system the Constellation program. The first two pieces of Constellation — the Ares I rocket with an Orion crew capsule — are to take astronauts to the International Space Station beginning in 2015.  Obama may be out of office by then and the economy in full recovery to have the funding necessary to revisit the Moon, Mars and beyond.  Yeah, and I’ve got some moon rocks in my yard to help raise funds if anyone is interested.

Geologist Harrison Schmitt  landed on the moon in 1972 aboard the Apollo 17, the last manned mission to ever touch down on the lunar surface.  If only they had discovered oil on the moon, we would have been back there faster than a flea on a camel’s ass.  But Schmitt notes that the moon’s soil is rich in helium-3, rarely found on Earth. and sought for nuclear fusion and energy power .http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5gQpxZjGBU8DUGhQSn9Xo9h0aUsKQ  Who knew Helium might someday be more valuable than oil?

Whatever the truth and whatever lies up, up and away- Apollo 11 instilled patriotism and a spirit of pioneering and new technology.

Obama’s Transparency on UFO Classified Documents

“On his first full day as President, Barack Obama issued two Executive Orders and three Presidential Memorandum that will start an era of transparent and Open Government. The White House Office of the Press Secretary released a statement outlining the sweeping changes to be implemented by the Obama administration. In his Presidential Memorandum on Transparency and Open Government, and the Presidential Memorandum on the Freedom of Information Act, President Obama instructed … all members of his administration to operate under principles of openness, transparency and of engaging citizens with their government. To implement these principles and make them concrete, the Memorandum on Transparency instructs three senior officials to produce an Open Government Directive within 120 days directing specific actions to implement the principles in the Memorandum. And the Memorandum on FOIA instructs the Attorney General to in that same time period issue new guidelines to the government implementing those same principles of openness and transparency in the FOIA context.

President Obama emphasized that his Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. He furthermore said in a press conference announcing his Memoranda: For a long time now, there’s been too much secrecy in this city. The old rules said that if there was a defensible argument for not disclosing something to the American people, then it should not be disclosed. That era is now over. Starting today, every agency and department should know that this administration stands on the side not of those who seek to withhold information but those who seek to make it known.These idiots couldn’t even be bothered to read any of the bailout stimulus plans, let alone find and then release proof of aliens.  You think we paid thousands for gold screwdrivers and gold toilets for aliens at Area 51? What a bunch of $hit.  We just keep paying thousands to get screwed- aliens or no aliens.

Obama’s bold initiative for Open Government reflects the influence of the Co-Chair of his Presidential transition team, John Podesta. Podesta has long been an outspoken advocate of Open Government. On September 16, 2008, he gave a speech before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution titled Too Much Secrecy Puts Our Nation at Risk.

Less well known is that in October 22, 2002, Podesta petitioned for the release of UFO files that had been unnecessarily classified. He said: “I think it’s time to open the books on questions that have remained in the dark on the question of government investigations of UFOs.””

Lyrids Meteor Shower, Obama’s X-File Politics

The sky isn’t falling.  Or is it?   Putting aside the doom and gloom of economics and politics, tonight is the start of the annual Lyrids Meteor Shower http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lyrids .  Every year in April the Earth passes throughout the tail of Comet Thantcher (C/1861 G1) resulting in the impression of shooting stars reigning down from the heavens.  At the same time, the crescent Moon and Venus will converge for a close encounter in the eastern sky. Viewed from some parts of the world, the Moon will pass directly in front of Venus, causing Venus to vanish.  Cool.

Venus is Vanishing?!?  I wonder if anyone would have believed Chicken Little if he would have made the same claim?  Chicken Little had a little credibility problem like so many bloggers who post theories and conspiracies, but I don’t happen to think that all of them are nuts- just a few.  So what’s the difference between foretelling of a One World Order, a 2012 doomsday, and Venus disappearing during a meteor shower?    

In the Bible, 2 Peter warned believers against false teachers, mostly mocking the prospect of Christ’s return.  1:12 – “I will always remind you of these things, even though you know them and are firmly established in the truth you now have.”  For the modern day response-  “The truth is out there.  You can ask, but it’s not my job to answer,” David Duchovny of X-files fame.

We have scientific truth and evidence for many things, but not everything.  It is in our inherent nature as humans to seek out the truth, weed out the bad squirrels and bury the nuts- so to speak. We need to listen to new ideas, but remember the old truths.  Sometimes the fortune tellers are correct and so are scientists Giampaolo Guiliani who predicted the recent Central Italy Earthquakes and noted physicist Dr.Giuliano Panza http://www.ictp.trieste.it/pages/organization/headsand.html  who continues seismic research.

Some phenomena is inexplicable ( like how people actually voted for Obama) but, experts agree that the best time to look for the Lyrids Meteor is in the dark hours of April 23rd, before dawn where we can anticipate 10 to 20 visible meteors per hour.

McCain’s Campaign Endorsements Grow

By now, we all know the L.A.Times and numerous other liberal newspapers have endorsed John McCain and it got me wondering who has endorsed McCain?  I also question why the L.A Times will not release a transcripts of a confidential video where Obama and his wife were at a “Jew-Bash” dinner, roasting and toasting PLO associate Khalidi with Bill Ayers and his wife.   If one thinks Obama is hiding pertinent information about his past now, wait and see what he hides from the American People if be becomes elected President.  Too many dirty little secrets. 

Wiki lists a who’s who http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_John_McCain_presidential_campaign_endorsements with notable politicians and movie stars from Clint Eastwood to Lee Greenwood and at  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newspaper_endorsements_in_the_United_States_presidential_primaries,_2008.  The accuracy of Wiki being reliable is especially questionable when it continues to show that the N.Y. Times has endorsed McCain, when in fact it has endorsed That One.

Info chimps blog spent a little time revealing the disparity geographically of Newspaper Endorsements.  http://blog.infochimps.org/2008/10/22/2008election-newspaper-endorsement-map/Apart from the unsurprising evidence that (choose one: [[Obama is the overwhelming choice]] -OR- [[there is overwhelming liberal media bias]]), I’m struck by the mismatch between papers’ endorsements and their “Red State” vs “Blue State” alignment.”  Definitely an interesting read of factual data with a little bit of a debatable fictional twist.

What gives newspapers and not television stations the right to endorse any one at all?  It is rather obvious which networks are fair and balanced in their political reporting.

In this campaign of Obama being everywhere, it is becoming annoying to see his face and logo go into saturation mode.  The half hour infomercial was an embarrassment to the whole political system, mocking the fact that he chose not receive federal funding.   I think by now Americans after two years get who the candidates are and what they stand for.  Finally, in making light of endorsements we have the  http://www.weeklyworldnews.com/alien-alert/october-surprise-alien-switches-endorsement-to-mccain/ depicting even an Alien turning away from Obama and supporting McCain. 

For sure endorsements matter even when they are from other worlds.  An alien endorsement for McCain has sealed the deal for me and McCain has my vote.
