In a new video uploaded today, Infowarrier 1776 presents another interpretation that The World Health Organization has “binding control of all of its signatory countries in the event of a pandemic emergency…giving them the authority for vaccinations at gunpoint, imposing quarantines …WHO is criminal organization to reduce population while putting in place global government created with the United Nations with political and economic takeover of America and Northern Europe….governments are to be dissolved and replaced by special crisis communities. ”

The video claims that vaccines are designed to disable immune systems that are similar to a long ago report called, The Strecker Memorandum.

Dr. Robert B. Ted Strecker compiled some of the most damaging documents into a report he called “The Bioalert Attack” that was largely ignored. The documentary “The Strecker Memorandum” talks about his evidence of the origin of a Man-Made HIV/AIDs is posted below. In his video he lectures how the AIDS Virus was Predicted, Requested, Created and introduced into human population through Medical Injection Programs. The Truth is that AIDs is a mix of Cow and Sheep virus. The Genes of the Aids virus don’t look like monkeys, they are very familiar to viruses called Bovine Leukemia virus of cattle and/or Visna virus of sheep. He can associate that HIV/AIDs were insisted by the World Health Organization…

As detailed in The Strecker Memorandum, part of the problem with finding a cure is that all the various AIDS viruses are recombinant retroviruses. Simply put, that means they have the ability to recombine with the genes of any cell they enter and the offspring or new viruses they form are different from the parent viruses. HTLV-III alone (that’s the most common American AIDS virus) has the mathematical ability to change itself 4 to the 9,000th power. The common cold recombines much less frequently and we haven’t found a cure for it after a hundred years.

But the fact is, you are not being told the truth by the government or the so-called AIDS experts. The media, for reasons of their own, will not present information contradicting the official propaganda. Over 16,000 Thai participated in a two-vaccine combo, ALVAC-AIDSVAX, from Sanofi Pasteur and the nonprofit Global Solutions for Infectious Diseases with the vaccine results showing it lowered the risk of becoming infected with HIV by more than 31 percent.

Its laboratory network is now working to produce a new set of viruses that it hopes will work better.”

In essence, the report calls for a new Bretton Woods-style system of managed international exchange rates, meaning central banks would be forced to intervene and either support or push down their currencies depending on how the rest of the world economy is behaving.

“Replacing the dollar with an artificial currency would solve some of the problems related to the potential of countries running large deficits and would help stability,” said Detlef Kotte, one of the report’s authors. “But you will also need a system of managed exchange rates. Countries should keep real exchange rates [adjusted for inflation] stable. Central banks would have to intervene and if not they would have to be told to do so by a multilateral institution such as the International Monetary Fund.”

p. 12 [The SCHEME] Whatever form an enhanced scheme of SDR allocation may take, it will only be acceptable to all countries if the terms on which SDRs can be used as international liquidity are absolutely clear-cut, particularly the parity of the SDR vis-à-vis all national currencies. The Bretton Woods system and the European Monetary System provide precedents for what could be an appropriate solution for determining exchange rates within a multilateral framework. In these systems the implicit rule was that the exchange rate of a national currency with the international currency was determined by the purchasing power of that currency expressed in all other currencies.

Straightforward and simple- To define the scheme, the dollar is going to be worthless or worth less upon the acceptance of a new global currency. The financial system that thrives on currency trading would do so no more. So much for economics of growth in America! NAFTA and GATT were the first steps to the “giant sucking sounds” quoting, Ross Perot who stood firmly that NAFTA would cause U.S. jobs to go south, and manufacturing east to china.

China’s reserves are now more than – $2 trillion, the world’s largest. Cheng Siwei now head of China’s green energy drive said referencing the US, “If they keep printing money to buy bonds it will lead to inflation, and after a year or two the dollar will fall hard. The pattern for the Obama manipulation banking game is disheartening to say the least. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation- FDIC, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency- OCC, and OTS are all a part of the supervisory and regulatory framework of the banking industry. Closing the Office of Thrift Supervision is more than likely going to result in the closing of more Savings and Loan Institutions through default, bankruptcy or government bailout. There are existing laws an the books that had they been enforced, would not have allowed the “cherry picking” among banking rules and may have reduced this financial fiasco America and the world has gotten itself into.

Brazil, Russia, India and China, collectively known as the BRIC nations, said after a meeting Tuesday that “it is very necessary to have a stable, predictable and more diversified currency system.”

Two years ago Jerome Corsi reported that the director of international economics at the Council on Foreign Relations has launched a scathing attack on sovereignty and national currencies. Italy seized $135 BILLION dollars in US Federal Reserve Bonds last week.

Milan (AsiaNews) – Italy’s financial police (Guardia italiana di Finanza) has seized US bonds worth US 134.5 billion from two Japanese nationals at Chiasso (40 km from Milan) on the border between Italy and Switzerland. If the bonds are not counterfeit, then how does a country misplace billions in bonds? What country did they originate from? I get pissed when I misplace a $20 from my wallet. Hell, I still have my $50 dollar savings bonds from my first communion locked in the safety deposit box at the bank.

If the bonds are real, is a country trying to unload them for some other currency; like perhaps the Acmetal, Amero for the World Bank to prop up to replace the US dollar as the world’s leading currency?

The creation of a supranational reserve currency to be issued by international institutions like The World Bank and in part to reform the global financial system was on the agenda at the last G20 summit. The IMF- The International Monetary Fund is looking into the possible creation of a new reserve currency, widening the list of reserve currencies or using its already existing Special Drawing Rights, or SDRs, as a super reserve currency that would be accepted by the entire world.

Russia too has expressed that there should be a new international reserve currency that moves away for relying on the dollar. The fear of counterfeit bonds and securities has been lurking for years making real U.S. issued securities suspicious. Oddly enough on March 30…”the US Treasury Department announced that it had about US$ 134.5 billion left in its financial-rescue fund, the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP), whose purpose is to purchase assets and equity to buttress companies in trouble. Asia News also points out,” During the Second World War several countries at war printed and put in circulation perfectly counterfeit enemy money. It is also historically established that some central banks, like the Bank of Italy 65 years ago, issued the same securities twice (identical registered number and code). North Korea isn’t the only country that has missile capability to hit the USA, and they are clearly taking aim not only at Alaska; but at The New World Order that they want no part of. North Korea is one of the world’s most secretive societies next to the Illuminati.

While the Illuminati existence is arguable, North Korea officially named the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, remains under strict communist rule and clouded in secrecy. Supreme Leader Kim Jong-il has headed up a hard lined state controlled, totalitarian system since 1998. It’s dismal economy, numerous natural disasters, and human rights failures have not stopped its nuclear ambitions, but have increased its ongoing isolation from the outside world and by all accounts Kim Jong-il likes it that way.

Unapologetic, they do as they please. Who is going to stop them? Al Jazeera reports, “Warning the North that its actions will “no longer be rewarded”, James Steinberg, the US deputy secretary of state, told Lee Myung-bak, the South Korean president, that “North Korea would be mistaken if it thinks it can make provocations and then get what it wants through negotiation as it did in the past. The US won’t repeat the same mistake again”.

America in the past has done what it deems necessary to maintain our unprecedented freedoms. Should the rest of the world have the same privilege? Is is in our best interest to demilitarize, while North Korea fires away numerous missiles and continues to hold underground nuclear tests? GWB said it best, “You are either with us or against us in the fight against terror.”

North Korea has one of the world’s largest armies even though the west claims standards in training, discipline and equipment are reported to be poor. One thing they have excelled at is the building of tunnels along the border with South Korea, leading into Seoul. Tunnel Hunters claim to have evidence that at least 20 others have been dug in 2005. The Obama budget has numerous military cuts and that may be the reason for the delay. Ironically, Obama has proposed shutting down Yucca Mountain nuclear storage facility. I wonder where he intends to store the nuclear waste instead? Just keep it in loaded on a missile warhead? Obama still has no plan for the Gitmo detainees for heaven’s sake.

Just imagine what Kim Jong-il thinks when Obama reads his TelePrompter to talk about the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the fact that we still have not found Bin Laden- who is most likely hiding in the tunnels. An American military official confirmed an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of striking the U.S. was being readied and it appears capable of reaching Alaska, said Fox News. Satellite images from the GlobalSecurity website show the new Tongchang-ni launch site in the North’s west coast near China. A missile with armed with a nuclear warhead, even with a miss, would most certainly impact the population and environment. Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan left for Washington to consult with his counterpart (Hillary Clinton, perhaps?) and prepare for a June 16 summit between Obama and South Korean President Lee Myung-bak. Reports have suggested that North Korea may try to time its next missile launch to coincide with the summit.

Weapons of mass destruction can be a deterrent, look at the atomic bombs dropped America dropped on Japan. It took not one bomb but two- Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Somewhere along the lines, America had become the world’s defender of The New World Order and globalization; but where Obama takes us, only the future will tell but, “At almost every stop, Obama has made clear that the U.S. is but one actor in a global community. North Korea is playing by its own rules and making the game up as it goes along. So far in America, The New World Order has resulted in something like a staggering half a million dollar debt per family according to Evergreen Securities, let alone the millions of jobs lost. Seems Obama is playing by his own rules and making the game up as he goes along.

It is just as staggering in The New World Order to have a rogue leader who defies what the rest of the world finds appropriate.

The Obama administration is steering the wheels of not only General Motors and Chrysler into bankruptcy, but the FDIC- Federal Insurance Corporation in the new world order.

General Motors Corp. president and Chief Executive Officer Fritz Henderson has scheduled a news conference in New York on Monday, when the Detroit automaker is expected to file Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Having propped up the failing automaker with billions of our tax dollars already, the government will take somewhere around a 70% ownership role.

Perhaps the automakers should have been allowed to sink or swim in a free market economy months ago, none-the-less they are sinking now and fast. So much innovation has come from the auto industry from safety, better fuel management, satellite tracking, etc. GM filed more than 300 patents last year alone and there in lies the money honey.

Here comes more coordination of New World Order. This time the discussion of globalization is being held on U.S. Soil in Washington, D.C. today- April 25. Hosted by our tax evading Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, the Group of Seven (G7) finance ministers will meet and following that, a gathering up with the Group of 20 (G-20).

Reuters, “The G7 comprises the United States, Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and Japan has been the long-standing forum within which the larger economies discuss their economic concerns and try to coordinate policy.” Seems China and its burgeoning economy might want a seat at the big kids table, no?

The last time the G20 met they agreed on a $1.1 trillion deal. How much of that is forecast to come from the U.S. taxpayer? Can you hear those printing presses running now?

At The G20 in the UK, Obama said, ” The only way out of a recession that is global in scope is with a response that is global in coordination,” he said pointing toward “our pursuit of a global economic recovery.” Global Coordination? Global Economic Recovery?

Putting aside the bad manners of touching queens and bowing to Kings, I find it more than rude to ask America yet again to stand up for Global Coordination when Geithner tap dances around the idea of a new currency for the IMF. With little intestinal fortitude, Geithner first thought it would be a great idea to change world’s reliance on the dollar and then rescinded his comments after the world markets tanked.

Throw in the idea of negative interest rates and even a flea on a camel’s ass knows it ain’t going to get paid for sucking off of a hind tit.

The US in is a recession/depression, the banking system in dire need of attention, and consumers aren’t spending. “In economic data, core durable goods orders for March are expected to return to negative territory and fall 1.3%, against a 3.7% increase the month before. Just when consumers may be relying on credit cards to purchase basic essentials like food, Obama is saying we need more government, you know, “We need more accountability in the system. Now that the American people own the banks, resulting in government nationalization, it wants more rules? Ain’t that a convenient kick in the pants? There are rules but no one played by the rules. Whether or not you believe in the abolishment of the Fed, our elected leaders have failed to enforce both US and international regulations for years. Where are the rules of the Basel Accord or Basel II?

Enough already. What religion, in the name of God is Obama?

First Obama was a Muslim, then a Christian attending the hate filled, anti- American services of Reverend Wright for 20 years. Is he turning to Judaism next? Where does Obama get his divine orders?

On the schedule tonight, President Obama and his family will mark the beginning of Passover with a Seder at the White House with friends and staff.

At least we can rule out Catholicism for the Obamas. President Obama will deliver the commencement address to graduates at Notre Dame. The shooter needed mental help. The victims families need our prayers.
