Pelosi’s Population Control

I am beginning to think that the government is currently conducting subversive population control on women and vagina’s, and its leader may be Nancy Pelosi.  The latest stimulus plan sells itself on a clean bill of health in the best interest for all, but dirty little secrets and political motivations are slipping through the crack. [pardon the pun]

I read that the bidding recently topped $3.5 million in an auction for a virgin. http://www.salon.com/mwt/broadsheet/2009/01/23/virginity_auction/index.html  I can just see her tax reporting on this.  Is it a goods or a service tax?   This $3.5 million is just a drop in the bucket as to the real worth of  woman’s vagina’s on Capital Hill and in the marketplace. 

The health and drug industry has a huge investments in Washington with lobbying groups resulting favorable laws coming down Capitol Hill and and into woman’s bodies, let alone the billions in profits. Contribution trends are into the millions.   http://www.opensecrets.org/industries/indus.php?Ind=H04v  In 2005, it was estimated that $2.7 billion dollars was spent on female personal hygiene alone.  http://www.mindbranch.com/listing/product/R567-440.html  That is a lot of  buying power in the economy! 

The vagina  is also apparently, a huge drain on our economy.  Maybe it is only the financially poor vagina’s though as just yesterday, on ABC This Week, Sunday Morning, Nancy Pelosi defended the move to add birth control funding to the latest economic stimulus package saying, “Well, the family planning services reduce cost. They reduce cost. The states are in terrible fiscal budget crises now and part of what we do for children’s health, education and some of those elements are to help the states meet their financial needs. One of those – one of the initiatives you mentioned, the contraception, will reduce costs to the states and to the federal government.”  video link at http://www.breitbart.tv/?p=266063.  

Family planning services sounds like Planned Parenthood- the leader in providing abortions to poor and economically disadvantaged woman.   Who is going to provide all these free birth control pills? Why your and my tax dollars of course.  Want to bet the Pill manufacturers were doing the happy dance when they heard the news. 

The free prevention of birth assumes that it is the governments job to raise, feed and educate the children, not the responsibility of the parent.  If the government doesn’t have to support them in the first place, we all save money in the long run, right?  Less food stamps, less housing, etc.  Democrats want to prove that its better to stop life by funding it on the taxpayers dime and President Obama certainly seems to support that.  On his 3rd day in office he rescinded the “Mexico City Policy” that indicates his commitment to increasing abortions not only domestically but around the world, all at tax dollar expense.  “Our hard-earned tax dollars will now be used by international abortionists to kill babies and fill their coffers with cash,” said Laffety of  The Traditional Values Coalition. http://www.traditionalvalues.org/modules.php?sid=3538   

Does this “actually open(s) the door to population control: “…there is no way advanced capitalism and rampant consumerism can deliver all the goods to all the people and “sustain” both the natural environment and the grossly inequitable distribution of wealth.”?  http://climateandcapitalism.com/?p=358  Maybe population control is only for poor, predominately black people who use social services.  Where is the outrage from the black community?

To add further insult, Immigration Services announced that people who want to become legal permanent residents are required to get the  “cervical cancer” vaccine against the human papillomavirus (HPV)-.the sexually transmitted cervical-cancer virus.  Manufactured by Merck, the Gardasil vaccine is so new there is no knowledge of how those patients might be affected, it is also impossible to know how long their protective effects will last, how they might affect women’s natural defenses against other strains of HPV or future fertility.  http://www.naturalnews.com/025411.html  Could this vaccine be just a subversive method for population control?

In the medicalization of  sex, we see a million ads on TV for Viagra, but  barely any for making good choices in contraception and the prevention of unwanted pregnancy in the first place.   A Congressional Budget Office reported that Medicare spending on ED drugs would total $1.93 billion during the first 10 years of the new Medicare drug benefit, which began ’06.  http://www.kaisernetwork.org/daily_reports/rep_index.cfm?hint=3&DR_ID=30320

I guess fair is fair in government funding.  You know we have to spread the wealth around while spreading legs.  If we’re going to pay for someone to get it up we might as well pay for someone to prevent a birth.  Putting aside religious convictions, I guess a prescription is cheaper than an abortion.

Who is Ted?

Every where you go, people want to know, who is Commentator Ted?  Well, okay really people want to know- how America got into this mess in the first place.  Will the real Ted stand up?

Making an appearance in the commentator section occasionally here at Ahrcanum, and throughout the political blogosphere, Ted has posted well thought out, topically appropriate sentences using nouns, verbs, and adjectives that make his words worth reading.

Pray, Ted isn’t The Rev. Ted Haggard who is facing a second round of disgrace with a  second gay sex partner coming forward with allegations against him.

Was Joe Biden President, Will he be Again?

Along the campaign trail, when introducing Senator Joe Biden as his new running mate, Barack Obama slipped and almost declared the Senator from Delaware as the next Commander-in-Chief:

When Senator Biden got on stage he upped the ante declaring Barack Obama to be, not just the next President, but the next Super Hero.”A man I’m proud to call my friend.  A man who will be the next President of the United States — Barack America!”

Mr. Barack Hussein Obama had it right after all, as Joe Biden was the 44th President of the United States of America at noon on Inauguration Day, January 20, 2009 and through January 21, 2009 until 7:35 pm, when Obama re-took the Oath of Office.

Article 2 of  The Constitution-if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, or alternatively  if the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term, being 12:00 Noon which ability and/or qualification includes that he take the Article 2 Oath “before he enter on the execution of his office,” then either the Presidency shall devolve on the Vice President under Article 2 or the Vice President shall act as President under the 20th Amendment.  http://www.constitution.org/constit_.htm 

Vice President Joe Biden already took his Oath of Office before Obama completed his oath at approximately 12:05 PM.  To top it all off , we are well aware of the flub in reciting the Oath by Justice Roberts.  The misspeak was a huge flub which led some to question the authority of Obama’s Presidency from the first moments. 

As commentator Ted has pointed out, “This is significant because at such time that the Supreme Court finally rules on the merits on Obama’s disqualification as not being an Article 2 “natural born citizen” (clearly he is NOT), [emphasis is Ted’s] Biden’s automatic status (without needing to take a separate Presidential Oath) of being President would be predicated upon four different bases: First, having been Vice President under Article 2; second, having been Vice President-elect under the 20th Amendment; third, having been actual President in the hiatus before Obama took the ‘oath(s)’; and fourth, retroactively deemed President during the full period of the Obama usurpation so that the acts of the Federal Government under the usurpation can be deemed authorized and/or ratified by Biden’s legitimacy.”

Holy Batman, would Hillary Clinton or Nancy Pelosi fill in as Vice President?  By law, I think Nancy Pelosi, but it would be a good cat fight.  Poor Joe Biden. 

All for naught.  Obama re-swore The Presidential Oath given by Justice Roberts a day later, and this time correctly- putting away any constitutional doubters.  They did this out of “ an abundance of caution.”

The only doubt remaining,  is Obama qualified under the the natural born citizen clause of The Constitution?  If Obama is not, Biden could be, on a technicality the 44th, 45th and 46th President, without even running a campaign.

Obama Re-Sworn In

Roe v Wade March for Life

Mr. President?  What about your pro- abortion stand Mr. President?  How’s that treating everyone equal?

The March for Life  http://www.marchforlife.org/content/view/35/41/ will be on Jan. 21, 2009 at The National Mall, the same place filled on Inauguration Day with two million souls whose parents chose not to abort them.  A far cry from the inaugural turnout, thousands are expected to gather at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception for prayer on the anniversary of the 1973 Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion, Roe V. Wade.

President Barack Obama’s proposed Freedom of Choice Act, which would make it mandatory for hospitals and pharmacies and health care providers to furnish abortion and contraceptives makes this years March for Life even more attentive to anti abortionists.

Just when Obama thought he’d heard the last from President Bush, – The provider conscience legislation drafted at the last minute by the Bush administration’s Department of Health and Human Services allows pro-life health care workers to refuse to provide services, including filling a prescription for birth control.  http://hr.cch.com/news/employment/010509a.asp  The jockeying to it’s legality has just begun and Obama has already issued an immediate halt to any pending legislation that the previous administration had queued up for approval. 

United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, the public policy arm of the Catholic Church, http://www.usccb.org/prolife/ wrote a letter to President Obama stating they would ” oppose legislative and other measures to expand abortion” and “will work to retain essential, widely supported policies which show respect for unborn life, protect the conscience rights of health care providers and other Americans, and prevent government funding and promotion of abortion.” 

Cardinal George’s wrote in part:

In the last Congress, a Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) was introduced that would, if brought forward in the same form today, outlaw any “interference” in providing abortion at will. It would deprive the American people in all fifty states of the freedom they now have to enact modest restraints and regulations on the abortion industry. FOCA would coerce all Americans into subsidizing and promoting abortion with their tax dollars. It would counteract any and all sincere efforts by government and others of good will to reduce the number of abortions in our country.http://www.usccb.org/comm/archives/2008/08-174.shtml

Parental notification and informed consent precautions would be outlawed, so would laws banning procedures such as partial-birth abortion and any protection for infants born alive after a failed abortion. Abortion clinics would be deregulated. The Hyde Amendment restricting federal funding of abortions would be lifted and FOCA would certainly have deadly consequences for prenatal human life. 

There is no guessing game here as to what Obama proposes, and you and I are going to pay for it, one way or another.

No Cigar Senator, er President Obama

Close enough, but no cigar with regards to President Obama taking the Oath of Office as the 44th President.

The Constitution requires:  “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”   The Constitution requires that he is a natural born citizen as well, but the jury is still out on that one .

With less than five minutes into Obama’s Presidency, the first flub of the Constitution began with Chief Justice John Roberts saying the oath incorrectly.  Obama caught it and gave Roberts a moment to recover but still did not do it right.

The oath includes the phrase “That I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States” but Roberts didn’t say “faithfully” until after saying “president of the United States.”  http://www.nypost.com/seven/01202009/news/politics/roberts_flubs_swearing_in_oath_151047.htm

They are simple words and yet on this most historic of days, already our Constitution is thrown side for a statement that is close enough.  I thought close enough only counted in the game of horse-shoes.  

“I, Barack Hussein Obama,” totally jumped the gun and cut off Chief Justice Roberts before he had completed the line.  It didn’t help when he called Obama as “Senator”.   When the noon is passed, the President-elect automatically becomes President without taking oath.   Calling him Senator was only the first mistake.

In post news analysis, Fox News noted that Obama may have not completed the oath as required by the Constitution but more than likely, Justice Roberts would throw out any case against him.  I can’t wait to hear what Rush Limbaugh has to say since last weeks commentary, “”I’ve been listening to Barack Obama for a year-and-a-half. I know what his politics are. I know what his plans are, as he has stated them. Obama and Roberts are, after all, becoming close associates, only last week Obama got a tour of the Supreme Court in a closed session.  Lingering court cases regarding Obama’s citizenship have been shuffling around the Supreme Court for months.  All have been denied or denied without judgment, so far.   https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/01/14/obama-meets-with-supreme-court-justices/  I find it an insult to justice and pretty stinking crappy that a judge would meet behind closed door with a defendant in a lawsuit- even if that man would be Obama.

Wasting no time,  http://www.whitehouse.gov/ the White House’s main web page is all Obama.  http://www.whitehouse.gov/about/presidents/georgewbush/ President George Bush has been relegated to the list of  previous presidents.  From the site, “The Bush family also includes two dogs, Barney and Miss Beazley, and a cat, Willie.”  Surely it must have pissed of President William Clinton, aka Slick Willie, to have had a cat named after him living in the White House.

The amusing footnote in history is noted, let’s  move on.

Since the Main Street Media is so stuck on the fact that a black man has been elected and sworn in at President, I thought I’d take a moment to remind readers that President Barack Hussein Obama, is half white.   Whatever his skin color, I pray he leads us toward safety and prosperity, preferably without our having to pay more taxes and redistributing what little bit of wealth we have left.

Efforts to Stay Obama’s Inauguration

Efforts to stay the Obama Inauguration continue, even as we are only hours from swearing him in as our next President.

Last week, President George W. Bush enacted an Executive Order providing for, in part, “Re-investigating Individuals in Positions of Public Trust.” Stating, “It is necessary to re-investigate individuals in positions of public trust in order to ensure that they remain suitable for continued employment.” http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2009/01/20090116-1.html

Based on this Executive Order, people will no doubt continue to interpret Obama’s suitability- including a response to the Order, http://drorly.blogspot.com/2009/01/new-action-filed-by-orly-taitz-esq.html  from attorney Orly Taitz who has filed on behalf of Ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes, Wiley S. Drake and Markham Robinson, on the issue of legitimacy for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Obama aka Barry Soetoro.

Like others before her, she is suing Obama yet again, to prove he meets the qualifications specified for the Office of the President of the United States as set forth in the Constitution, which includes that he must be a “natural born” citizen, having sole allegiance to the United States as required to become Commander in Chief. 

In part, “pray this Court will determine that the inauguration set for January 20, 2009 should be stayed pending the outcome of this, and similar litigation, determining that the Plaintiff has a substantial likelihood of success on the merits, that under Article II, Section 1 and Amendment 20 Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, Defendant Barack H. Obama is not a natural born citizen and has not qualified,…”  I wouldn’t expect a ruling today. Chief Justice Roberts will be busy swearing in Obama.

Attorney Philip Berg , has sent a 2nd letter to Oprah, stressing that she is one that can have Obama withdraw his name to avoid damage to racial relations in the U.S. for years to come.  http://citizenwells.wordpress.com/

Opera must be laughing her ass off like the rest of us.  Throw in Andy Martin and it is a three ring circus.  In a recent release Martin says, “The Obama’s are the most vulgar, nouveau rich family to ever occupy the White House. Boys and girls.  This is gross.  It is one thing to question someones past but it is quite another to get the man’s penis involved, wherever it has gone.  I don’t care if it has gone where no man has gone before- we are getting down to plain old slander here.  Leave the man’s dick out of politics- it leaves a sour taste.

If the courts of the law haven’t seen fit to allow one, just one, freaking case to proceed to require Obama to show his legal birth records, then either the attorneys have failed in their job or justice has failed.

For whom among us has standing to question the Constitution?  When it comes to the natural born citizen clause, no one at this time has the authority, as formally entered into record by Judge Surrick in Berg v Obama, et al which is reviewed here http://www.americasright.com/2008/10/lawsuit-against-obama-dismissed-from.html .

The Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies has themed the Obama inauguration, “A New Birth of Freedom.” http://inaugural.senate.gov/  The bill for this new birth may hit $150 million!  Although Obama is spending our tax dollars, he did not accept funds from corporations, lobbyists, unions or political action committees’ instead, large donations from Wall Street have poured in making the list a who’s who in hedge fund managers with people like George Soros and D.E. Lincoln couldn’t fathom the dollars nor the fact that we know more about him than our next President.  Lincoln was involved in more than 5,100 cases in Illinois alone during his 23-year legal career.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abraham_Lincoln  We’ve had plenty of time to fully vent Mr. Obama yet, how many cases has Obama has tried?  What do his college transcripts reveal? What does his birth certificate say?

In the next four years we will come to know his views and aspirations, but President Obama will be defined by his actions.  Obama is the heir apparent and for the sake of our nation, while we can watch and criticize- today he will be number 44- President Barack Hussein Obama.

Obama Meets With Supreme Court Justices

According to the Wall Street Wire of the Wall Street Journal, “President-elect Barack Obama and Vice President-elect Joe Biden will visit the U.S. Supreme Court today after an invitation was extended by Chief Justice John Roberts. [sic 01142009]

This is the third time in modern history that a president-elect and vice-president elect have made pre-inaugural stops to the court—Bill Clinton and Al Gore visited the court on Dec. 8, 1992 and Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush visited the court on Nov. 19, 1980.

Obama and Biden will meet with Roberts and the associate justices in the ceremonial West Conference Room, and are expected to take a tour of the court. Chief Justice Roberts is scheduled to officiate the swearing in of Obama on January 20, 2008 , but lingering court cases regarding Obama’s citizenship have been shuffling around the Supreme Court.  All have been denied or denied without judgment, so far.  Still, cases are pending.  Perhaps this is a perfect opportunity, behind closed doors for the Justices to ask Obama if he is qualified under our Constitutional Law, to hold the office of President.  Maybe they will ask him but even if they do, I doubt we would ever be privileged to the answer.   

Obama said, “I was a constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president, I actually respect the Constitution”  but then again we have to ask how does Obama propose to protect and defend a document he believes to contain a “fundamental flaw”?

Jim Traficant Fighting His Way

Thinking of recent developments in politicians who are supposed to fight crime and not commit crimes, I am reminded of former Congressman Jim Traficant of Ohio.  Famous for his unique one minute speeches, http://www.thememoryhole.org/traficant/  A partial biography can be found here http://www.freetraficant.com/bio.html.

Traficant served 17 years in Congress but in July of 2002,  received an eight year  prison sentence after being convicted of racketeering, bribery, obstruction of justice and tax evasion. The House, using the trial transcript expelled him.  Traficant is currently incarcerated at the Federal Medical Center in Rochester, MN but with six months to go to the end of his sentance, he had the option of being transferred to his hometown of Youngstown in a half-way house. 

Usually non-violent federal inmates are permitted the chance to spend the last six months of their sentences in a half way house, but on Jan. 12, 2009,  The US Bureau of Prisons notified directors with the Youngstown based Community Corrections Association half way house, that Traficant planned transfer has been canceled.  As reported by local paper, The Vindicator.  What?  Why? Who wouldn’t want a get out of jail card?

James A. Traficant, that’s who.  Traficant reportedly told prison officials he did not want to go to CCA because its director Richard J. Billak, CCA chief executive officer testified against him during his racketeering trial.  As the former Congressman would have said in his the one-minute House speeches -the phrase “Beam me up.”

Rather than have to deal with Billack and have work privileges, weekend passes, and other perks afforded to rehabilitated inmates, he chose jail.  

In 1983 while being a Youngstown sheriff , he was charged with racketeering for accepting bribes by the mob. In 1980, Youngstown found itself in the middle of a Mafia turf war.  At the time, the city had two major organized-crime factions.  One was the Carabbia brothers–Ron (who had been convicted of murder and was doing time in prison), Charles and Orland; their principal loyalties were to the Cleveland syndicate.  The other faction, aligned with the Pittsburgh mob, was led by James Prato and Joey Naples.  Charles Carabbia and Prato were the bosses of the two crime groups.      Although Carabbia and Prato were rivals, they often worked together on certain operations, such as buying off local politicians.

Traficant, who represented himself in the criminal trial, claimed that he accepted the bribes only as part of an undercover investigation into corruption and was was acquitted of the charges.  He pleaded not guilty, telling the press, “To all those politicians who want me to resign: Go fuck yourselves.”

Question:  What did the people of Youngstown, Ohio, do when their sheriff was accused by the FBI of taking payoffs from the Mafia, signed a “confession,” and then beat the wrap by defending himself in court?

Surely prosecutors never forgot his actions, indifference and attitude and upon being brought up again on RICO charges and yet again defending himself, they pounced and found him guilty.

The Traficant conviction wasn’t without controversy with allegations of  malicious prosecutions.  The Justice Department declined to investigate sworn allegations of witness tampering, despite a public request from then Congressman (now Ohio Governor) Ted Strickland. http://www.governor.ohio.gov/

When the National Democrat Party Committee accepted a $10 million contribution from a General in the Red Chinese Army, Traficant charged that Attorney General Janet Reno, was a traitor for failing to investigate the issue. Traficant made his charges on the floor of the Congress.

Morford became a national celebrity when the President appointed him Acting Deputy Attorney General but left in 2008 never having made a Senate testimony and a  Senate confirmation would have been required for permanent appointment of Morford as the Deputy AG .  Detore testified before the ethics panel without an attorney or a promise of immunity. “People identified with me having the balls to stand up.  When you think about it, that’s what it is: balls,” said Traficant. 

Balls enough to stay in prison rather than work for and live within reach of a man who helped convict you?  Seems so.  I wonder what he is going to have to say upon his release?

The receivers of the United States bankruptcy are the International bankers, via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. All United States offices, officials and departments are now operating within a de facto status in name only under Emergency War powers. Clinton Signals SOS

America is sending out an SOS and here we have Mrs. Clinton, most likely to be confirmed as Secretary of State, touting that climate change threatens our very existence. ““At the extreme [climate change] threatens our very existence, but well before that point, it could very well incite new wars of an old kind—over basic resources like food, water, and arable land. New wars?  More wars?  So now I get why we were so pissed Russia wants to claim Antarctica-is must be the supposed melting ice to control the drinking water- not the oil.  Duh.  Good thing we’ve hung on to Alaska and all that frozen tundra up there.  Good for Palin! 

Gee, I was figuring an Iran with nuclear weapons is a bigger threat. 

As a Senator from New York, Clinton has voted at least 17 times against measures promoting ethanol production saying she was concerned that it would raise gasoline prices for her constituents. http://archive.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2007/1/29/145402.shtml?s=ic I suppose now that gas is below $2 that is as good of reason as any to abandon drilling here in the US and instead focus on Obama’s plan to help the economy in a greener way.  OMG- how many trees are being cut down to print all that TARP and bailout money?  Tit for tat, a bit of cheese for a rat.

Robert Reich the the nation’s 22nd Secretary of Labor had this to say about what to do? … there’s no reason to think about “green jobs” as simply high-tech. Many low-income and low-skilled workers — women as well as men — could be put directly to work providing homes and businesses with more efficient and renewable heating, lighting, cooling, and refrigeration systems; installing solar panels and efficient photo voltaic systems; rehabilitating and renovating old properties, and improving recycling systems. “Green Jobs Corps” teams could be trained to evaluate and advise homeowners and businesses on these and other means of conserving energy.” http://robertreich.blogspot.com/2009/01/stimulus-how-to-create-jobs-without.html  A Green Jobs Corps?  Oh, heavens to Mergatroid!  Want to bet Mrs. Obama wears a green dress suit to the inauguration?  Will Obama wear a green tie to signify his green, one world global policies?  Got me wondering if he’ll wear a flag pin as well?

Hillary will most likely once again take credit for initiatives her husband’s administration sought, as well as Obama’s and maybe even The Green Job Corps. Whatever goes wrong, she can blame O. 

What about that little diddy in her past about the illegal campaign contributions?  Under the rug.  Peter F. Paul claimed in his lawsuit that he financed a gala and other fundraisers for Hillary Clinton because he was promised by some of the Clinton’s’ handlers that Bill would join the board of his company Stan Lee Media.  The Movie Star laden Hollywood fundraiser was the subject of a criminal trial of Clinton’s former national finance director, David Rosen, who ended up being acquitted.  Hillary was dropped from the suit under California’s anti-SLAPP statute that is designed to reduce frivolous lawsuits and protect people’s First Amendment rights. 

Hillary couldn’t even tell the truth about whom she was named after, “Mrs Clinton also once said her parents named her after [New Zealand native] Sir Ed Hillary, a nice line till it was pointed out she was born more than five years before he climbed Everest, when he was still a lesser-known beekeeper.”  http://blog.foreignpolicy.com/node/8721  Guess that bee stung a bit.

I want to know if she can define the word- is.  President Clinton put it this way, “It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is. If the–if he–if ‘is’ means is and never has been, that is not–that is one thing. If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement….Now, if someone had asked me on that day, are you having any kind of sexual relations with Ms. Lewinsky, that is, asked me a question in the present tense, I would have said no. Is Obama completely off his rocker to employ Hillary Clinton?   For all intents, it appeared they couldn’t stand each other.  Oh, but remember SR 511?  The little resolution that Clinton sponsored about natural born citizenship.  This is payback .

America is in distress and sending out an SOS to anyone who will listen and we are spending countless millions on an inauguration.  Heck, even Bruce Springsteen is going to show up for a free concert.  I can’t bet he will not be playing, “Born in the USA.”  I’ve heard the Beltway mantra is that we need to look forward to as opposed to looking back wards.

Like GWB often says, maybe we misunderestimated Hillary Clinton.
