Italy Earthquake Warnings by Giampaolo Guiliani Dismissed

Few believed the warnings of a major earthquake that hit central Italy this week,  predictions that could have helped minimize the damage and death in Central Italy this week. 

The epicenter of the earthquake occurred almost on top of the major fault line that runs north–south along Italy’s Apennine Mountain Range and a minor east–west fault line that runs across the center of the country that produces frequent small earthquakes. http://blogs.physicstoday.org/newspicks/2009/04/2009-laquila-earthquake.html The fault lines nearly make the sign of the cross; perhaps God was here and no one was listening to him either.

Certainly no one listened to the earth’s warnings.  Preceding the days leading up to the 6+ magnitude there were numerous tremors, but not enough to phase people into evacuation.  No risk management. preparedness management, fatality management, no simulations.  Little of nothing, so instead, 100’s of people in the province of L’Aquila, a 80 miles (130 km) east of Rome, were crushed in their beds when the earthquake struck at 3:32 a.m.,  leaving thousands homeless.

Few took note of  “Giampaolo Guiliani, a seismologist at the nearby Gran Sasso National Laboratory in Abruzzo, who predicted, following months of small tremors in the area, that a much bigger jolt was on its way.  The researcher had said that a “disastrous” earthquake would strike on March 29, but when it didn’t, Guido Bertolaso, head of Italy’s Civil Protection Agency, officially denounced Guiliani in court last week for “false alarm.” “These imbeciles enjoy spreading false news,” Bertolaso was quoted as saying. “Everyone knows that you can’t predict earthquakes.”  http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,1889644,00.html

Italy’s Civil Protection agency held a meeting of the Major Risks Committee, grouping scientists charged with assessing such risks, in L’Aquila on March 31 to reassure the townspeople.  “The tremors being felt by the population are part of a typical sequence … (which is) absolutely normal in a seismic area like the one around L’Aquila,” the civil protection agency said in a statement on the eve of that meeting.  Vans with loudspeakers had driven around the town a month ago telling locals to evacuate their houses after the seismologist predicted a large quake was on the way, prompting the mayor’s anger. http://www.globaltv.com/globaltv/bc/story.html?id=1469028

Guiliani claimed he used a radon gas technique to make the earthquake prediction. Ignazio Guerra of the University of Calabria said that it is impossible to rely on that technique to predict an earthquake: ”There have been earthquakes without the emission of radon gas just as there have been emissions of radon gas without earthquakes.  Enzo Boschi, the chairman of Italy’s National Institute for Geophysics and Vulcanology“Every time there is an earthquake there are people who claim to have predicted it,” he said. “As far as I know nobody predicted this earthquake with precision. It is not possible to predict earthquakes.”  A coverup, a conspiracy, or a dispute over science, Guiliani got pretty damned close to predicting the catostrophic event.

Translation of another YouTube video reporting Giuliani’s declaration after the earhquake.  Your comment now… there is the risk tomorrow I could be put in prison. It’s not true, it’s false earthquakes can’t be foretold. It’s almost 10 years since we can foresee events within a range of 120-150 km far from our detectors. In the last 3 days we saw a strong increase of radon and radon’s significant increase above safety threshold implies strong earthquakes… but last night even seismographic room could have realized a big earthquake was to happen because the noise… at least my seismograph… my seismograph revealed a big earth tremor and we had it online… everyone could notice and a lot noticed it and understood tremors were getting more and more intense.

Even, let’s say, classical technology could foresee the earthquake yesterday evening…

Yes, I’m among the evacuated people and all my family is out. We saved ourselves but there are a lot of children who died… so these… these… these canonic scientists who can foresee everything and who can say earthquakes could never be foretold… they knew earthquakes can instead be foretold.

My previous post at https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/04/06/italy-earthquake-epicenter-near-nuclear-physics-lab/ questioned the experiments that occur at The Gran Sasso National Laboratory- home of The National Institute of Physics.  LNGS is located about 120 km from from Rome near the town of L’Aquila inside the Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga– pretty much ground zero for this weeks 6+ earthquake.

Earthquakes by and large, are not that unusual.  It is not everyday that the ground unleashes its fury so close where experiments in nuclear astroparticle physics and nuclear astrophysics occur.  My head tilts a bit.  I put on my tin foil hat to listen my own inner harmonics that make me question the forces of natural and unnatural events.

Projects with some cool names like OPERA, LUNA and UNDERSEIS have been ongoing in the academia of Physics at the Lab. http://www.lngs.infn.it/lngs_infn/index.htm?mainRecord=http://www.lngs.infn.it/lngs_infn/contents/lngs_en/research/experiments_scientific_info/ Searching for scientific truths that could explain matters of the world have a high degree of integrity, but at what cost to society? 

ATLAS is a particle physics experiment at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN. “Starting in Spring 2009, the ATLAS detector will search for new discoveries in the head-on collisions of protons of extraordinarily high energy. ATLAS will learn about the basic forces that have shaped our Universe since the beginning of time and that will determine its fate. Among the possible unknowns are the origin of mass, extra dimensions of space, microscopic black holes, and evidence for dark matter candidates in the Universe. ” http://atlas.ch/   Besides the potential benefit to knowledge, what if the outcomes aren’t acceptable to the norms of society.  Say for example, ATLAS proves the origins of the universe, where does this leave God? 

Would some of these experiments be able to predict natural catastrophes like earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and tsunami with complete accuracy?  Disaster Recovery Journal asks,” Is it really possible to save lives and property even with such accurate advance information?  Unfortunately the answer is a big no, ” citing the potential for financial chaos, transport chaos and civil unrest. http://www.drj.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2335&Itemid=419&ed=48  That gives little comfort to the scenes played out in movie thrillers and in our U.S. schools where we are taught to duck and cover under a desk.

Russian scientists speculated that a U.S. strike against China was cause of the earthquake that struck Sichuan province in China, believing “it was  ‘exactly timed’ to coincide with the dangerous experiments ongoing at Large Hadron Collider for the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).” http://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message556660/pg1

Many of LNGS’s and CERN’s experiments could conceivably alter our fragile, terrestrial ecosystem including the experiments of the Radio Frequency (RF) Waveguide Vacuum Valve.  The device enables low-loss RF power transmission in a waveguide across a gap, where a liftable instrument is positioned. http://technologytransfr.web.cern.ch/TechnologyTransfer/en/Technology/VacuumValve.html Could a strong enough wave transmission from CERN to LNGS have caused the earthquake?

The New York Times author, Dennis Overbye  reported that, “Whatever forms of matter and whatever laws and forces held sway Back Then — relics not seen in this part of space since the universe cooled 14 billion years ago — will spring fleetingly to life, over and over again in all their possible variations, as if the universe were enacting its own version of the “Groundhog Day” movie. Does the endgame include a reign of manmade catastrophes like this weeks earthquakes?

Italy Earthquake Epicenter Near Nuclear Physics Lab

 In this mornings post, I took  into account HAARP’s potential at causing catastrophes from tsunamis to earthquakes.  Having family in the central area of Italy, I took a closer look at the regions and providences and found that  The National Institute of Physics at The Gran Sasso National Laboratory-LNGS, is located near the heart of the earthquakes epicenter! 

Taking a complete conspiracy guess, maybe it wasn’t a natural occurrence or an incidence of HAARP.  Was the seismic event caused by an experiment gone awry or perhaps something aimed at or away from The Gran Sasso National Laboratory? 

LNGS is located about 120 km from from Rome near the town of L’Aquila inside the Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga. The underground facilities are located along a freeway tunnel crossing the Gran Sasso Mountain.  The lab was/ is expected to host the prestigious Nuclear Physics in Astrophysics IV  NPAIV  in May http://npa4.lngs.infn.it/Poster_NPAIV.pdf

 The SGNL is  an physicists dream of experiments and academia http://www.lngs.infn.it/.   The main mission of the Laboratory is to host experiments that require a low background environment in the field of astroparticle physics and nuclear astrophysics and other disciplines.

OPERA, collects neutrinos from the CERN particle physics lab in Geneva to the Gran Sasso underground in central Italy, 730 km away.  Neutrinos are elementary particles postulated by Pauli in the 30’s as a “desperate attempt” to save the principle of energy conservation in radioactive beta decays. They have been observed 20 years later emerging from nuclear reactors and, since then, many of their physical properties have been established.  Could a cosmic ray have caused this earthquake or the “storage” limits exceeded capacity causing a seismic shift?  Will there be a higher radioactive reading post earthquake?

LUNA -Laboratory for Underground Nuclear Astrophysics is housed at San Grasso.  LUNA was a new experimental approach for the study of nuclear fusion reactions based on an underground accelerator lab. http://luna.lngs.infn.it/ .

Lastly the UNDERSEIS instrument is aimed to monitor seismic radiation with very high sensitivity;  Arrays of seismometers are used to study the Earth structure at global, regional and local scale, earthquake source process, nuclear underground explosions and, more recently, for the analysis of complex signals associated to the volcanic activity.  If it is still operational, the underground arrays must have gone off the charts being near the center of a seismic event.

A forum post at AboveHotAir recently checked out the resonance of the upcoming April 17th ‘peak’ and looked at all the previous times that particular pattern manifested along the timewave. I found it only 4 times over the last 3 million years. We are scheduled to encounter it 3 more times as well before zero point. http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread392386/pg8 

Man made or natural, residents in the city of l’Aquila, east of Rome in the beautiful mountainous Abruzzo region, ran out into the streets in terror with no warning.

I predict with 100% accuracy that they need help and prayer.

Global Warming Responsible for Cold Weather

Absolutely freaking amazing.  People have found a way to conclude that the current cold affecting most of America is due to global warming.   It is Winter, idiots.  Contrary to fact that global temperatures have been steadily cooling since the 1940’s, environmentalists have created a whole industry centered around the lie that mankind has some influence on weather.  

As far as what has been reported to the public, we humans have no way to decrease or increase the planet’s temperature.  Barely a footnote in the media,  is all the research that has been underway for years to, in fact- change the weather. 

“The US and Russia have developed capabilities to manipulate the climate for military use. Environmental modification techniques have been applied by the US military for more than half a century. US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‘forms of climatic warfare as yet unimagined’. ” http://ppjg.wordpress.com/2008/03/04/haarpintentional-weather-manipulations/ 

I find it much more likely indeed that, “The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns. The technology, which is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), is an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative – ‘Star Wars’. ” 

Established in 1992, HAARP, based in Gokona, Alaska, is an array of high-powered antennas that transmit, through high-frequency radio waves, massive amounts of energy into the ionosphere (the upper layer of the atmosphere). Their construction was funded by the US Air Force, the US Navy and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).  Operated jointly by the Air Force Research Laboratory and the Office of Naval Research, HAARP constitutes a system of powerful antennas capable of creating ‘controlled local modifications of the ionosphere’. We’ve seen snow in Las Vegas and even in Hawaii this Winter.  The odds makers must be realigning statistics that it will happen again based on reports from the National Climatic Data Center.  This will be America’s coldest year since 1997, thanks to La Niña and precipitation in the central and eastern states.   Throw in the Sun’s Solar quiet and we see another reason for global cooling- not global warming. Sunspots and solar radiation are approaching  the minimum in the Sun’s cycle, corresponding with lower Earth temperatures.  National Snow and Ice Data Center has found that the extent of Artic sea ice has  expanded by 13.2 percent over last year.  This 270,000 sq mile  growth in Arctic sea ice is just slightly larger than Texas’s 268,820 square miles. http://article.nationalreview.com/?q=NGYzMzA2MzEzZTI4YjAxOTZhMGY4N2YwOTVmZWIzOTg=

Yet , we have our next President- Obama -about to spend millions of our tax dollars to inhibit climate change.  “Few challenges facing America – and the world – are more urgent than combating climate change. The science is beyond dispute and the facts are clear…  said Obama at http://change.gov/newsroom/entry/president_elect_obama_promises_new_chapter_on_climate_change/  Maligned facts got us into the Iraq war and choosing to believe these facts as truth, is equally reprehensible.

One small bright spot in this political climate of change is that Al Gore will not have an official part in the next administration.   Gore, who won the Nobel Peace Prize for climate change is among the nation’s worst energy hogs. Obama does not fair any better at preserving climate change with his inauguration, The Institute for Liberty has created a carbon footprint estimate for the Obama inauguration itself and estimates more than 500 million pounds of CO2 will be released during the four-day inaugural but goes farther to say that study isn’t entirely accurate. “We haven’t looked at the methane or CO2 that will be expended by people standing on the mall.”

Who knew the amount of  hot air coming from Obama supporters on the Mall in D.C for the inauguration, could in fact, be precipitous to altering the climate.  Political climate yes, weather climate? 

I am ROFLMFAO, farting, freezing, watching the snow fly with my old fashioned, mercury free light bulbs on.  Oh yeah, I am burning through the BTU’s with the furnace on too.
