Haiti Earthquake Conspiracy, SOUTHCOM Drill Prior to Quake Reminiscent of 9/11

Operation Unified Response

 The Haiti Earthquake conspiracy lingers on while Anderson Cooper Vanderbuilt scratches his head reporting of the lack of aid getting to the people of Haiti.   If David Brooks at the NYTimes is accurate in his claim, there are 10,000 aid organizations in Haiti.  He also blames cultural differences that caused the poverty that allowed the significant destruction to occur. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/15/opinion/15brooks.html    

Putting aside cultural differences, Operation Unified Response, Joint Task Force- Haiti sure has a nice new logo that someone designed rather quickly.      

What’s the hold up to the Rescue, Relief and Reform of Haiti?  “From practice, we’ve found that the assessments are critical to making sure we get the right equipment in there and make the recovery efforts and the life-supporting efforts as efficient as possible,” Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser explained.

With due respect to the General, we access, your assessments have been asinine.  As if 9-11 and Katrina wasn’t practice enough, the U.S military reaction was practiced and planned out in advance for Haiti the day before of the quake, and practice was far from perfect.    

In light of the United States government SOUTHCOM and the Defense Department’s European Command,  “preparing for a test of the system in a scenario that involved providing relief to Haiti in the wake of a hurricane. SOUTHCOM was practicing and running emergency relief drills for a catastrophic event in Haiti the day before the earthquake hit on January 12, 2010.    Why not practice a hurricane drill on a U.S. territory like Puerto Rico?

Our antenna are going haywire reminiscing of the FEMA and NORAD drills on September 10, 2001- the day before the attacks of September 11, 2001.

In another coincidence, Air Force Maj. Ken Bourland  37, had flown into Haiti from the Dominican Republic the morning of the earthquake with Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command with  five other members of U.S. Southern Command.  All five, also staying in the Montana hotel except Bourland escaped. Keen, outside the hotel at the time of the earthquake, is now overseeing U.S. military aid as commander of Joint Task Force Haiti.  http://revolutionarypolitics.com/?p=3205    

Yes, the deputy director of the  U.S. Southern Command travelled from the DR to Haiti the morning of the quake!    In operation BIOWARFARE EXCERCISE TRIPOD II, Mayor Giuliani knew when to leave WTC 7 because he got advanced warning that the Trade Towers were about to collapse. “We were operating out of there when we were told that the World Trade Center was gonna collapse,” Rudolph Giuliani told Peter Jennings of ABC News. How did Giuliani know the towers were about to collapse?  Was Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command warned in advance of the coming disaster?

The North American Aerospace Defense Command will conduct exercise flights Thursday night and Friday morning over Washington. Exercise Falcon Virgo is designed to hone NORAD’s intercept and identification operations as well as procedural tests of the NCR Visual Warning System. In addition to providing immediate humanitarian assistance, the U.S. response to the tragic earthquake should address long-held concerns over the fragile political environment that exists in the region….The U.S. should implement a strong and vigorous public diplomacy effort to counter the negative propaganda certain to emanate from the Castro-Chavez camp. Such an effort will also demonstrate that the U.S.’s involvement in the Caribbean remains a powerful force for good in the Americas and around the globe.

I have instructed the leaders of all agencies to make our response a top priority across the federal government. We are mobilizing every element of our national capacity: the resources of development agencies, the strength of our armed forces, and most important, the compassion of the American people.

And by the way, 5 warships, 10,000 troops, etc.  Even the French minister in charge of humanitarian relief called on the UN to “clarify” the American role amid claims the military build up was hampering aid efforts.

In the meantime, http://www.un.org/en/peacekeeping/missions/minustah/ MINUSTAH, the  United Nations Stabilization Mission’s 9000 troops already in Haiti, have not been seen in action in news reports. 

Seven days after the quake, “The Security Council today backed Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s call to increase the overall force levels of the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Haiti to support the immediate recovery, reconstruction and stability efforts following last weeks devastating earthquake. 

 Following his visit on Sunday to the capital, Port-au-Prince, Mr. Ban asked the Council for an additional 1,500 police officers and 2,000 troops to reinforce the mission, known as MINUSTAH, to augment its 9,000 uniformed personnel already on the ground.

The Council, in unanimously adopting resolution 1908, decided that MINUSTAH will consist of a military component of up to 8,940 troops of all ranks and of a police component of up to 3,711 police, and that it will keep the new force levels under review as necessary.
 

With regard to troops:  

Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega says that the United States has taken advantage of the massive quake in Haiti and deployed troops in the country. “What is happening in Haiti seriously concerns me as US troops have already taken control of the airport,” Ortega said on Saturday. The Pentagon says it has deployed more than 10,000 soldiers in Haiti to help victims of Tuesday’s earthquake.  This is while US paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division took control of the main airport in the capital Port-au-Prince on Friday three days after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake brought death and misery to the impoverished nation….”There is no logic that US troops landed in Haiti. Thousands are dead and thousands await a simple drink of water, yet Cooper Vanderbilt looks to have been clean shaven and showered everyday.  The general population is barely shown on TV.  By the accounts of other reporters on the scene there is little evidence of violence, yet we have reports of  nearly 20,000 U.S and U.N troops ready to keep the peace and take over the airports.       

We suppose when you haven’t had food or water for days, there is little energy to riot when you are dying.  Is that the plan in the long run, to allow the Haitians to nearly starve so they will be compliant for occupation again?      

So many coincidences, so many dead.

H1N1 FATALITIES via Rhizalabs

Fatal cases of Hemorrhagic Pneumonia related to the H1N1 Swine Flu are spreading throughout the world.  A huge number of H1N1 deaths have been counted in the last week.  Martial Law has already been declared in the Ukraine.  What country or state is next?

— The Norwegian Institute of Public Health has informed WHO of a mutation detected in three H1N1 viruses. The viruses were isolated from the first two fatal cases of pandemic influenza in the country and one patient with severe illness….Worldwide, laboratory monitoring of influenza viruses has detected a similar mutation in viruses from several other countries, with the earliest detection occurring in April. In addition to Norway, the mutation has been observed in Brazil, China, Japan, Mexico, Ukraine, and the US….The mutations appear to occur sporadically and spontaneously. Say what?  If the mutated virus is not spreading how is it being traced to numerous countries?  If the earliest detection was occurring in April, why were there no alarm bells going off? Or maybe they were, and you just couldn’t hear them.

Today, November 27, 2009 report from WHO says, “In the United States and Canada, influenza transmission remains very active and geographically widespread. In the United States, disease activity appears to have peaked in all areas of the country. Iowa with state control over antivirals and quarantine measures in place, is also apparently America’s top destination for Hemorrhagic Pneumonia in the U.S.

Doctors in Iowa are observing hemorrhagic lungs in flu patients, but although the state has officially recorded 21 H1N1 deaths, actual cases may be higher as patient rights, laws prohibit the disclosure of specific numbers. Additionally Johnson & Johnson’s McNeil unit is voluntarily recalling 57 lots of infants’ and children’s liquid Tylenol products because of possible bacterial contamination with B Cepacia bacteria .http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/health/2009945674_recall26.html  Anyone give there kids Tylenol for the flu lately?  Better check the lot numbers.

Throw in the “sounding the alarm about the rise of tuberculosis (TB) superbugs. Although the incidence of TB has fallen in many regions, the new findings suggest serious and growing problems with TB could on the horizon. The reason? D225G is in the receptor binding domain and therefore at the surface of HA, and several different polymorphism were noted at that position (D225G, D225E and D225N) suggesting the changes were to escape from the immune response.  Moreover the change was appearing on multiple different genetic backgrounds. Hemorrhagic pneumonia was also observed in the 1918 pandemic and was thought to be linked to cytokine storm. The world’s most populated country is China where they are on high alert for any mutation where H1N5, Bird Flu has been seen.  Zhong Nanshan, director of the Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Diseases in China’s southern Guangdong province, said the presence of both viruses in China meant they could mix and become a monstrous hybrid — a bug packed with strong killing power that can transmit efficiently among people.  “China, as you know, is different from other countries. Zero Hedge at http://www.zerohedge.com/article/cdc-h1n1-forced-quarantine-docs-leak wrote, “the fall H1N1 pandemic may be a convenient pretext by which dangerous levels of expanding social control can be established by elites which have proven themselves utterly corrupt and morally bankrupt.”

Meanwhile, “If vaccines strengthen the immune system (as vaccine makers imply), then why do people who take such vaccines end up at higher risk of future infections? The only rational explanation for this is that vaccines compromise immune function. The Department of State has issued this Travel Alert to update security information (current as of 11/02/09) for U.S. citizens traveling to and living in Mexico.  It supersedes the Travel Alert for Mexico dated February 20, 2009, and expires on February 20, 2010.  http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/pa/pa_4491.html It makes no mention of the H1N1 pandemic but notes the vast increase in crime throughout the country.

The CDC claims The United States is not screening travelers who arrive from other countries or depart for other countries.http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/content/news-announcements/delays-H1N1-screening.aspx But in April 2009-  Richard Besser, acting director of the CDC, revealed that the U.S. authorities were starting to undertake “passive screening” at its borders. Dr Salim J. Habayeb, WHO Representative to India said, “Our official WHO position is not to recommend travel restrictions under existing circumstances for pandemic H1N1 2009. But many countries did institute cross-border measures based on past deliberations. The Department of State has issued an alert for  U.S. citizens to the quarantine measures imposed by the Government of China in response to the 2009-H1N1 pandemic that may affect travel to China.  This Travel Alert updates the July 9, 2009, Travel Alert in order to advise U.S. citizens of the current quarantine situation.  This Travel Alert expires on December 30, 2009. From May to August 2009, the Department of State received thousands of reports of quarantined U.S. citizens http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/pa/pa_4238.html    We would expect one to be issued for the Ukraine soon.

Here are the later Executive Orders:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

Officials said this was not in response to any single development on an outbreak that has lasted months and has killed more than 1,000 people in the United States.  So why declare a National Emergency now? 

What else has killed 1000 people in the United States in the same period of time?  Drugs, violence, heart attacks, cancer, car accidents, suicides, vaccines? 

Where is the Swine Flu Czar to usurp the Constitution?

All in all, the H1N1 Swine Influenza appears to be mild.  We pray it is a fear pandemic, rather than a deadly one requiring military intervention that is excerpted here from the Navy report:

As opposed to CDC and government statistics sounding alarm bells at the increased number of H1N1 Swine Flu nationwide, our military is seeing no such numbers U.S. troops are combat ready, just having a lot of unprotected sex.   At the time of this report no one had apparently began receiving the H1N1 Flu shot.

In recent weeks a small number of ARG Sailors and 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) Marines aboard USS Boxer (LHD 4), USS Lake Champlain (CG 57), USS Comstock (LSD 45) and USS New Orleans (LPD 18) had symptoms of an influenza-like illness (ILI). Sixty-nine crew members were officially confirmed to have had strain H1N1 virus, while many others were confirmed to have a typical seasonal flu strain.

“Units now have the ability to provide enhanced medical intervention in shipboard infection control, decontamination-disinfection, patient isolation, sampling and initiation of treatment,” Baxter said.  http://www.navynews.com/local_news_04.htm

Whether or not patient isolation can be defined as a quarantine is up for debate.

(1) Movement restriction (to include isolation, quarantine, and sequestration of units) is a viable means by which to decrease spread of infection.

The move to have active duty troops on U.S. soil throws Posse Comitatus out the door.  Will the same planning measures of isolation, quarantine, and sequestration that applies to military personnel also apply to civilians?

Both Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are preventable with the use of condoms.  Perhaps a better educational directive from the Military would be an appropriate measure since the reported cases far out way those of the H1N1 Swine Flu or Novel Influenza.

Google Bar Codes Itself, RFID Vaccine and Iris Scanning Next in Tracking

57th anniversary of the first patent on the bar code. Inventors Norman Woodland and Bernard Silver filed the patent on October 1949, and it was granted, No. 2,612,994 (pdf), on October 7, 1952. The bar code is just another accepted technology that while if fact might make our lives a little easier at the grocery store or library when making a purchase, also provides data collection and tracking. 

So far, we are bar code free on our personage ( as far as we know)  but at some point in the future it could happen. Nah, why not  just read and scan our eyeballs for everything?  Much better than a tattoo- too reminiscent of the Holocaust.

Here in the Homeland, as U.S. government officials now refer to the U.S.A., Iris-scanning technology, called “Norbert RealARM”  is used in nuclear facilities http://www.lanl.gov/news/newsletter/102405.pdf . Surely it is used other places as well.  Some computer geeks at google could scan your iris and everywhere you wanted to go and every purchase you made could be tracked and authorized!  Oh how about a two way iris scan to use Internet 2 and Internet 3, for authorized users only?  Possible and probable with simple programs like Skype.

Oh, conspiracy theorists can chomp on the bit as criminals cut out eyeballs for access to secured places.  Wait.  Wasn’t that in one of Dan Brown’s novels I read awhile ago?

In the long run it is probably more effective to just put a little RFID tag in something like oh- I don’t know- The H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine.  Be easy to track people’s movements in and out of a quarantine, wouldn’t it.  Or if you dropped dead and where so the Fema crews could get ya before you started leaking contaminates everywhere.

For all intents and purposes we have an organization that exists on U.S. Soil with the capability and know how to wage war on American citizens.  The U.S. government contracted with them in Iraq and Afghanistan, why not here in America to quell the the citizen who seek transparency from The Obama Administration? 

Why would the U.S. Government allow this?  Putting on a legitimate face does not preclude XE, Blackwater, or The American Police Force from being a militia.  Could say China, Russia or anyone of a number of countries with enough money, hire them to carry out these tasks upon America?  While anti-government sentiment is on the rise with peaceful tea party gatherings, the rest of the world does not look to have a party, but would love to over throw the U.S.A.  Even the UN has stated that the U.S. dollar should no longer be the basket currency for the world.

Last October 2008, According to reports out of top Chinese mainstream news outlets, the RAND Corporation also presented a proposal to the Pentagon lobbying  for a war to be started with a major foreign power in an attempt to stimulate the American economy and prevent a recession.
