Swine Flu Kills Kermit The Frog- Miss Piggy in Isolation

Kermit The Frog has succumbed to death from the H1N1 Influenza Swine Flu. 

There were rumors over the years that Kermit he overdosed on Heroine and fatally shot himself  http://www.thespoof.com/news/spoof.cfm?headline=s2i3170 , but Kermit was alive and on the mend after attending the Cookie Monster’s Rehab Center on Sesame Street.

Most recently he and his divorced wife, Miss Piggy and their seven” frigs -hybrid offspring as the result of a frog and a pig procreating,” had been seen at Chuckie Cheese rekindling their romance kissing and holding hands while the children played. 

Listening to the CDC warnings that H1N1 virus could not be transmitted by pig, or unprotected sex with a pig; autopsy reports have shown he was indeed a victim of Swine Flu.  Kermit’s case is the first mutation of  bird, pig, human, frog mutation. Results are inconclusive if Kermit was sneaking BLT sandwiches for lunch and could also not rule out tainted tomatoes.  The CDC is informing people not to consume raw or undercooked frog legs.   There is no known vaccination for this new strain.  He was found alone in his apartment after the mailman noticed a foul odor and large stack of fan mail in front of his door.

Miss Piggy and the frigs are in isolation and treatments of Relenza and Tamiflu are being administered.  They appear to be recovering.  Miss Piggy was up and about telling jokes.

“Why can’t Miss Piggy count to 100? ‘Cause at 69 she gets a frog in her throat,”  she said, tears streaming in grief. 

The entire staff of the Muppet Show was sadden to learn of such a tenacious actor who affected so many you people’s lives.  They were grateful that he had not been on the set to infect anyone else.  Oscar The Grouch has moved to the streets of California where recyclable trashcans prevent the flu virus from permeating to its occupants.

A member of The Green Party, he had recently been an adviser to Al Gore and President Obama on creating more wet land habitats for frogs during the recent Land Management Grab Act. 

Kermit had also traveled on vacation to see Miss Piggy’s relatives outside Mexico City, ignoring travel warnings from Joe Biden.

Piglet, of Winnie the Pooh fame has been keeping his distance from co-workers as well, noting that he has received a restraining order from Christopher Robin.  He intends to partake in the eulogy.

Kermit the Frog was preceded in death by his father Jim Henson, who did not die of Swine Flu.  Funeral arrangements are pending with mourners asked in lieu of flowers to sign a petition to save all of the frogs that are getting run over and harmed by humans at http://www.thepetitionsite.com/42/help-save-the-frogs-that-get-run-over .  Or conservation biologist Kerry Kriger, who in reality researches to prevent the extinction of wildlife populations including frogs. http://www.savethefrogs.com/kerrykriger.html

Swine Flu is Bad, Pig is Good

“Bacon tastes good, Pork Chops tastes good. A sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie but I’d never know cause I’d never eat the filthy mother fu%^er.” God love Quentin Tarantino and the domestic pig- Sus scrofa.  Tarantino’s new movie  Inglourious Basterds, is about a band of Jewish-American soldiers on a scalp-hunting revenge quest against the Nazis which is to have its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival on May 20.  The film may or may not have pigs in it.

All those holier than thou folks that avoid pig have no idea just how good pig tastes let alone how much the pig has provided for humanity.  Besides being one of the most commonly consumed meats, we use almost every part of the pig for one thing or another.

Bones & skin are used for glue, pigskin garments, gloves, shoes and footballs.  Hair is used for artist’s brushes, insulation, upholstery. Dried bones are used for buttons, bone china.  Pigs are a source of nearly 40 drugs and pharmaceuticals such as insulin. Animal insulins saved millions of lives.   Pig heart valves are surgically implanted in humans to replace diseased valves.

Recipients of pig valves to repair heart damage put religious beliefs aside when it comes to saving their own ass.

The Jews and surprisingly, Christians are forbidden from eating pork. Here is a quote from the Old Testament to that effect: “And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase.” Deuteronomy 14:8

The 3,000 year old Confucian Book of Rites says, “A gentleman does not eat the flesh of pigs and dogs.” Ancient China recognized pork-eating as the root of many human ailments. Buddhists, Jains and Hindus usually avoid eating any kind of meat. The verses 2:173, 5:3, 6:145, and 16:115 of the Qur’an forbids Muslims by God to eat the meat of the pig.

Seeing as so many religions bar the eating of pig, it’s no wonder the pig is often a lucky charm, sort of a rabbits foot if you will-in Germany, Austria, England, and Ireland, as well as some Anglo Americans. The tradition is that pigs bring good luck — especially at the New Year — is apparently Teutonic in origin.The Chinese Zodiac says those born in the Year of The Pig are is a fun and enlightening personality blessed with patience and understanding. People born under the sign of the Pig enjoy life and all it has to offer, including family and friends.

Twenty countries have banned imports of pigs, pork and other meat in response to the H1N1 flu strain that has infected both people and swine. This despite the fact that the Centers for Disease Control and others have made it clear that swine influenza viruses are not transmitted by food and you cannot get the flu from eating pork or pork products.The National Pork Producers Council has a flurry of new ads reminding people that pork is safe. pork is safe

H1N1 Swine Flu is indeed a revolution in genetic mutation that appears to have been created and released in a lab in Russia or China, not from a pig in Mexico.  How science and governments find a solution is yet to be determined.  In the mean time, give me my eggs and bacon for breakfast, a hot sausage sandwich smothered in peppers and onions and pork chops for dinner.  Note to self- remember cholesterol meds.

Yep, pig is good.  The flu, not so good.

Is the Swine Flu that originated in Mexico a test run for the Rex 84 Program? While the flu pandemic for the time being seems to be subsiding who knows what lies ahead during future flu seasons.  Obama is gearing up for the possibility of issuing 3 flu shots- 2 for swine flu and 1 for the common flu. Is ordering new flu shots, not knowing the severity of the Swine Flu’s illness or its vaccine efficacy part of Operation Garden Plot leaving an opening for FEMA to have more control? Is Obama heeding the Fema warning with good conscience that, “A second wave of global spread should be anticipated within a year, based on past experience?”

Swine Flu Vaccine, Obama Ready for Mass Inoculations

My have times changed.  36,000 people died from the flu in the U.S. last year. 2000 are infected with Swine Flu- H1N1 and it is now deemed a level 5 Pandemic.

A WSJ report says,” Parental doubts about the safety of childhood vaccinations are leading to outbreaks of largely eradicated diseases like measles and whooping cough, doctors warned in a new report http://online.wsj.com/article/SB124165229009493675.html.  “A lot of folks are counterculture-type independent thinkers [who] do not have faith in all the modern medicine-type stuff .” Counterculture?  Perhaps faith in the modern medicine type stuff of vaccines has to do with making an informed decision and about vaccine potential relationships to autism, recalls, efficacy rates, vaccines potentially causing the illness they were designed to prevent, and having guidelines that recommend twenty seven shots. 

The American Pediatrics http://aap.org/advocacy/releases/may09vaccines.htm wants parents to have all the information they need to feel confident in their decision to immunize their children,…supporting  parents in making good health care decisions for their children, and vaccines are critical to our efforts to keep our children out of harm’s way.”  What kind of harm are we inflicting with 27 shots in two years? 

Polio has all been eliminated.  Small pox eradicated, but  I am hardly confident with the vaccine license process and the large number of new vaccines on the horizon. Science has used eggs for years to grow vaccines but what if the eggs are from Avian Flu or H1N1 viral carriers?  The CDC’s own documentation shows reassortment of viruses in ducks, chickens, and turkeys- all egg layers.   Whether it is reverse genetics or creating a hybrid strain through a re-assortment of genes; vaccine work by tricking the immune system into thinking it has been infected with a virus so that it creates antibodies against it.” says the BBC.  It all sounds well and good until you think of the Legionnaire’s Swine Flu outbreak where the vaccine caused more deaths than the virus itself. Remember the Rota Virus vaccine scare that caused painful intestinal twisting?

Health officials have asked manufacturers to ramp up production of the seasonal vaccine scheduled for roll out this fall to make way for the possible mass production of a swine flu vaccine.  I wonder if  the recent shortages in common vaccines are due to the fact that manufacturers were already gearing up to make the switch to producing a H1N1 vaccine that they knew in advance would be a threat. “If they are asked to stop doing that it means there will be shortages of the normal (flu) seasonal vaccine and vulnerable people could be susceptible if there was an epidemic of ordinary flu this winter” says http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/8029917.stm 

The top 20 drug corporations and the industry’s two trade groups, PhRMA and the Biotechnology Industry Organization, which represents biomedicine companies must be frantic with their lobbying to encourage federal funding and authorization for the Swine Flu Shot.  I can see the education campaign now with commercials placed right in the middle of Anderson Cooper CNN’s report or an emergency broadcast alert in the middle of announcing the Idol winner.  How’s that for government propaganda?

Smallpox is the only human infectious disease to have been completely eradicated yet, “This press release at MSNBC discusses the intent of SIGA Technologies to respond to a recent U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) RFP for treatment courses for people infected with smallpox. This is the latest in a series of contracts related to preparations for outbreaks of diseases either due to biological attack or pandemics. In January the U.S. government teamed with Novartis to begin construction of a factory to produce flu vaccines in vast quantities. Suddenly the panic button is pushed,  pandemic levels raised, health emergencies declared and as the H1N1 flu continues to spread, the lead story from Google blogs this morning;- Los Angeles Dodgers slugger Manny Ramirez has been suspended 50 games for testing positive under Major League Baseball’s drug policy. No mention of the flu til page 4- some 40 topics behind. 

Baseball is a game full of cheating- doctoring baseballs, cork bats, watering home plate, steroid use.  The medical community that researches the various Flu’s appear to be in the same league with cheating, but no one is investigating them.  Congressional hearings on steroids- howzabout a hearing on the flu industry?

Ramirez took the banned substance HCG, human chorionic gonadotropin,  prescribed to stimulate female fertility and testosterone production in men and to treat delayed puberty in boys.  Humph, more likely to stop his balls from shriveling up to eventually looking like a couple of raisins.

Who has the biggest balls of them all?  The CDC.- touting that the latest H1N1 virus is the first reassortment genotype virus- a mutation of bird, pig and human.  Bullshit. Ramirez is way past puberty to take HCG, and CDC ought to start reading some of it own documented case of re-assorted viruses.

The CDC has warned that it’s test panels for the flu may not be accurate, yet way back in 1997 from the Bureau of Microbiology, Laboratory Centre for Disease Control, Tunney’s Pasture, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada-“all segments of the viral genome can be amplified from a single MRT reaction, which can yield valuable sources of products for future genetic analysis. They also reported that H1N1 has a resistance to oseltamivir.  Absofrickinglutely incredible is this statement-  Resistance to the older flu drugs, amantadine and rimantadine, remains high this season, and the CDC continues to advise against using them for flu, the CDC report says.
 
In January of 2004, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) began experiments designed to combine the H5N1 virus and human flu viruses and then see how the resulting hybrids affect animals. The goal is to assess the chances that such a “reassortant” virus will emerge and how dangerous it might be.  The agency already has made hybrid viruses with H5N1 samples isolated from patients in Hong Kong in 1997, when the virus first caused human disease.

That takes some big balls to tell the public the flu was created in a lab, the tests don’t work, the vaccine doesn’t work, the drugs don’t work, while we provide tax dollars to buy the drugs and vaccines, and then ask the public to get a flu shot.
 
Baseball is not a game of life and death.  At least Ramirez is taking his punishment like a man whatever is going on with his balls.  I am thinking, the CDC is lying, manipulating facts and has so far, failed miserably to inform the public of the facts only playing the game of fear.  I’d rather play baseball or go to a game, the odds are better no one will lie about the score.  Too bad I have to wait 50 games to see Ramirez.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture will begin collecting genetic sequences of swine flu found on pig farms in the future, says Nancy Cox director of the influenza division at the CDC.  The News Observer http://www.newsobserver.com/news/story/1510217.html  is reporting, and “the new H1N1 virus contains strains from past swine viruses.  Just yesterday, Canadian scientists completed the full genetic sequencing of the H1N1 swine flu virus, http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/20090506/wl_canada_afp/healthflucanadascience_20090506170314  and reports, ” lab work  appears to suggest that there’s nothing at the genetic level that differentiates this virus that we’ve got from Mexico and those from Nova Scotia and Ontario.  Whew, there doesn’t appear to be a genetic drift, just bad luck.   Nothing to worry about; just the first ever mutation of pig, bird, and human virus.

Scientists have been busy mapping the human genome, where, “A genetic linkage map shows the relative locations of specific DNA markers along the chromosome. Any inherited physical or molecular characteristic that differs among individuals and is easily detectable in the laboratory is a potential genetic marker. http://www.ornl.gov/sci/techresources/Human_Genome/publicat/primer/prim2.html  Humans and animals are a reassortment of our parents but susceptible to variations internally and environmentally.  Birth defects, autism, cancers, food supplies, personal choice, and access to heath care all influence mortality. Baxter Pharmaceutical Plant in Mexico- Ground Zero for Flu Outbreak

Swine Flu, H1N1 cases seem to be on the decline.  Health Agencies from WHO, CDC,HHS are still keeping a watchful eye.  Tamiflu is getting restocked for availability as manufacturers like Roche are going into overdrive for antiviral production.

In an absolute aberration, Baxter Pharmaceutical  http://www.baxter.com/ has been chosen by WHO to lead the efforts in finding a vaccine cure for H1N1.  Never heard of Baxter?  With little more than a slap on the wrist, Baxter sent vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries before someone caught the mistake and the vaccine got injected thousands of people.  

Baxter just missed creating its own pandemic by mixing  deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses, or did they?  By possibly creating the pandemic, maybe Baxter already has the cure and that is why WHO has deemed them the appropriate pharmaceutical company to lead the way for a swine flu vaccine.

Just imagine the billions in profit to develop a cure for a swine-avian-human mixed flu virus, especially if Baxter’s own research and development teams may have developed the mutated strain in it’s own labs in the first place.

I doubt Baxter is the outlet for population control or reduction, just capitalizing on it’s own inventions.  Sick people are an asset whether they come from Mexico or the four corners of the world.  If they are all dead, how do they make money?

It also has an undergraduate program in genomics.  Cuernavaca is the home of the following research centers: Center for Genomic Sciences (UNAM),[3] the Institute of Biotechnology (UNAM),[4] the Institute of Physical Sciences (UNAM),[5] the Center for research in Energy (UNAM), the Institute of Mathematics (UNAM), the Center for Research in Engineering and Applied Sciences (UAEM),[6] and the National Institute of Public Health. Certainly someone or some government knows how to engineer and unleash such deadly viruses, but the implication is horrendous. Equally horrific is that Americans could be subject to compulsory vaccinations and possible detention thanks to Patriot Act I, Patriot II, BARDA, BioShield I, BioShield II,  BARDA, Federal or State Emergency Medical Powers Acts, FEMA, and the most recent announcement of a Health Emergency from DHS and a level 5 pandemic level designation from WHO.

What a bunch of double speak from not only our elected officials but, governments around the world.  I know they just don’t know, but I also think they know that we know, that they know, that we know that something is amiss. 

Nearly a month ago, Mexico 1st became aware that there was a problem and was as slow as molasses to take steps to warn people of a possible health threat- similar to the Chinese who at least admitted they were negligent with SARS reporting delays in efforts to control the epidemic. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Severe_acute_respiratory_syndrome

While not eliminated, the last infected human case of SARS was in June 2003.  There is no rapid response testing for SARS.  In 2003, WHO announced that “a new pathogen, a member of the coronavirus family never before seen in humans, is the cause of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)” http://www.who.int/mediacentre/news/releases/2003/pr31/en/ Here we are six years later, and we have another new pathogen never seen before that is a mutation of pig, bird, human.  Both virus’ are spread by simple human to human contact. 

Canada is now reporting infected pigs. “With AIDS you have to get fu*^ed in someway; either by a contaminated parter during sex, the medical system, blood transfusions, etc., not just getting coughed on by a ill person.  There is no cure for AIDS either, and the last confirmed report of someone having AIDS was probably yesterday.  Science hasn’t cured the common cold, let alone AIDS, SARS, or the Swine Flu.

Just days ago, the CDC said they have enough anti-viral drugs to combat a spreading outbreak of swine flu.  ”  Acting CDC director Richard Besser said, “ There are no reports, and we don’t expect any reports, of shortages of any anti-virals in any states,” he told reporters.  {empasis mine} The CDC’s interim director for public health, Anne Schuchat, said the US government has “extensive supplies” of the drugs oseltamir (Tamiflu) and zanamivir (Relenza). http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5gsCu6xmwGDfldVN8sTUQzfBauuOQ

Maybe CDC and DHS might want to start communicating a little better as one agency says we have enough and the other that drugs will be in short supply?   

The government bulletin goes on to say that, “The federal government is purchasing additional supplies of these products to refresh the Strategic National Stockpile so that it can continue to meet our public health needs.”  This translates into the fact that there will be less Antivirals on the shelf at the local pharmacy.   A quick survey of several pharmacy’s in and around the City of Snohomish near Seattle, Washington finds that they are all out of the treasured TamiFLU anti-viral medicine. http://www.snohomishtimes.com/snohomishNEWS.cfm?inc=story&newsID=507  “Pharmaceutical giant Roche stopped delivering the flu remedy Tamiflu to French high street pharmacies on Thursday, after panic over the swine flu outbreak saw it disappearing off the shelves.  http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5j0g8mOFeQael0wAaEyLDCagwtnGwMedicines to fight the virus, such as Tamiflu and Relenza, must be taken within 48 hours of first symptoms to do any good.

Don’t you feel better knowing than the government will be in charge and have ownership of our banking system, automobile manufacturing, the unions, and now potentially the medicine that could save lives? 

While the drugs are far from a cure, they seems to have some treatment properties for the standard flu and apparently in some cases, Swine Flu.  Testing for Swine flu and like SARS is far from reliable.  “The rRT-PCR Swine Flu Panel diagnostic test has not been approved or cleared by the FDA. “(empasis mine) An EUA allows this unapproved diagnostic kit to be legally distributed and used for the authorized purposes. Section 8 from cdc http://www.cdc.gov/h1n1flu/eua/qa.htm.  “The CDC says ”A negative RT-PCR test should not be interpreted as demonstrating that the patient does not have swine influenza virus infection.”  http://www.swinefluprevent.org/interpreting-swine-influenca-rt-pcr-detection-panel-test-results-fact-sheet-for-healthcare-providers  Even the tests for SARS are far from reliable with some taking up to 21 days to diagnose and again that the results are not definitive. {Wiki}.

It isn’t even flu season yet.  Will this early response and release of antivirals and effect on the current outbreak jeopardize the efforts to prevent the standard flu witch kills more than a half a million people worldwide every ear?  4 May 2009 — As of 06:00 GMT, 4 May 2009, 20 countries have officially reported 985 cases of influenza A (H1N1) infection. http://www.who.int/csr/don/2009_05_04/en/index.html  How many cases will develop and how far this spreads is anyone’s guess.

On April 26, 2009, pursuant to section 564(b)(1)(C) of the Act (21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(b)(1)(C)), the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) determined that there is a public health emergency under 42 U.S.C. § 247d that affects, or has a significant potential to affect, national security, and that involves a specified biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear agent or agents, or a specified disease or condition that may be attributable to such an agent or agents — in this case, swine influenza A (H1N1).

Joshua M. Sharfstein, MD, Principal Deputy Commissioner, Acting Commissioner for the FDA  wrote he is “authorizing the emergency use of the Swine Influenza Virus Real-time RT-PCR Detection Panel (rRT-PCR Swine Flu Panel) for the presumptive diagnosis of swine influenza A (H1N1) virus infection in human individuals who have been diagnosed with influenza, caused by a virus not subtypeable by currently available FDA-cleared devices, (emphasis mine) subject to the terms of this authorization.”http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/emergency/panel-authorization.html#ft1 

An Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) was issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to allow either the use of an unapproved medical product or an unapproved use of an approved medical product during certain types of emergencies with specified agents. 

”The US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) sent materials for a quick diagnostic test to Mexico so scientists there can quickly screen people for the new flu.  The centre’s Dr Richard Besser said test kits were also en route to health departments in all US states to speed up surveillance.” http://www.prisonplanet.com/mexico-encouraged-by-fall-in-new-flu-cases.htmlWhatever  Funny thing is, ” Currently, the EUAs do not include translated versions of fact sheets.” 

So what’s the problem?  The tests have not been approved, are unreliable and physicians around the world may not be able to read English! 

Section 8- “While Tamiflu and Relenza have been previously approved by the FDA, certain aspects of the distribution and use of these products are not covered by their approved applications.  An EUA allows these drugs to be legally distributed for the unapproved (empasis mine) uses for which they are being authorized.  FDA has authorized emergency use of disposable N95 respirators by the general public during this declared emergency.  These respirators may help to keep out germs that may be present in the air you breathe.  The rRT-PCR Swine Flu Panel diagnostic test has not been approved or cleared by the FDA. “(empasis mine) An EUA allows this unapproved diagnostic kit to be legally distributed and used for the authorized purposes.

Disposable N95 respirators offered by Survivair say ” The ONE-Fit NBW95 and NBW95V meet NIOSH N95 standards, CDC guidelines for M Tuberculosis exposure control and are recommended as sufficient protection against many substances, including pandemic diseases such as H5N1 Avian Flu and SARS. air-mask-apr_valueairhttp://www.survivair.com/search/searchResults.asp This mask is a far cry from the paper thin masks I see people wearing.  Other sources for masks are here- http://www.cdc.gov/niosh/npptl/topics/respirators/disp_part/n95list1.htmlA EUA is currently in effect. ” The FDA made available to public health and medical personnel important diagnostic and therapeutic tools to identify and respond to the swine flu virus under certain circumstances.  On April 27, 2009, the FDA issued EUAs for the use of certain antiviral products (Relenza, Tamiflu), N95 respirators, and for the rRT-PCR Swine Flu Panel diagnostic test. Section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act), amended by the Project BioShield Act of 2004, permits authorization of such products for use in diagnosing, treating, or preventing serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions caused by biological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear agents even when they are not approved AND ,

Even though WHO has renamed the Swine Flu to A/H1N1   or  Influenza H1N1, an FDA, CDC report says, “Swine flu is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A influenza virus that regularly causes outbreaks of influenza in pigs . Human cases of swine flu virus infection have been identified in the United States and internationally. CDC has determined that this virus is contagious and is spreading from human to human. ” http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/emergency/panel-factsheet2.html

Despite “the fact that it (the test) does not meet certain requirements otherwise required by federal law” it is being distributed to public health and other qualified laboratories and doing so with no liability on the part of the government.  Sharfstein also waived any liability for citizens should the test or cure result in additional illness, death or damages. “The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (“PREP Act”) enacted as Division C of the Defense Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2006, Pub. L. No. 109-148, added new authorities under the Public Health Service (PHS) Act to alleviate concerns about liability related to the manufacture, testing, development, distribution, administration and use of countermeasures against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear agents of terrorism, epidemics, and pandemics. http://www.hhs.gov/disasters/emergency/manmadedisasters/bioterorism/medication-vaccine-qa.html

Let’s hope The rRT-PCR Swine Flu Panel speeds up identifying cases.  The vaccine for the original swine flu ended up killing more people than the virus itself.

I would expect numbers to rise due localized testing rather than having to send samples direct to the CDC.  I find it interesting as well that the CDC says “A negative RT-PCR test should not be interpreted as demonstrating that the patient does not have swine influenza virus infection.”  http://www.swinefluprevent.org/interpreting-swine-influenca-rt-pcr-detection-panel-test-results-fact-sheet-for-healthcare-providers

To summarize The rRT-PCR Swine Flu Panel:

1.  The test was never approved for this use.

2.  The test results are unreliable.

3.  There is no liability.

4.  Our tax dollars are paying for this for U.S. and world wide distribution.

5.  The Instructions are in English.

6.  It might save lives just to spite itself.
