H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccine Pandemrix Recall

With a rush to produce millions of H1N1 vaccines by Pharmaceutical Companies, comes the news of the first recall of the vaccine.  Will it be the last?

GlaxoSmithKline has asked that the October batch of H1N1 swine flu Pandemrix be taken out of circulation because it produced serious and immediate anaphylactic reactions in one out of 20,000 vaccinations, compared with one out of 100,000 in other shipments. Most of the vaccine Manitoba received from the suspect lot had already been used by the time the province received the alert. Of the 63,000 doses shipped, only 630 remained unused by the four regional health authorities in Manitoba that received them…Pandemrix contains parts of influenza (flu) viruses that have been inactivated (killed). Pandemrix contains a flu strain called A/California/7/2009 (H1N1) v-like strain (X-179A). Pandemrix contains small amounts of haemagglutinins (proteins from the surface) of a virus called A(H1N1)v that is causing the current pandemic. AS03 adjuvant composed of squalene (10.69 milligrams), DL-polysorbate 80 (4.86 milligrams) tocopherol (11.86 milligrams), The vaccine contains 5 micrograms thiomersal.   6.1 List of excipients:  Polysorbate 80,  Octoxynol 10, Thiomersal, Sodium chloride (NaCl), Disodium hydrogen phosphate, Potassium dihydrogen phosphate,  Potassium chloride,  Magnesium chloride, Water for injections, Sodium chloride, Disodium hydrogen phosphate.

In clinical studies of efficacy they tested the vaccine in ferrets where all of the ferrets died and exhibited viral shedding.  Additionally:

Following influenza vaccination, false-positive serology test results may be obtained by the ELISA method for antibody to human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1), hepatitis C virus and, especially  HTLV-1. In such cases, the Western blot method is negative. These transitory false-positive results may be due to IgM production in response to the vaccine.

Back up to the flu episode of 1976.  

About 200 soldiers in basic training at Fort Dix in New Jersey fell ill and at least four soldiers had pneumonia, and one died and the virus was identified as an H1N1 swine flu virus, “thought to be a direct descendant of the virus that caused the pandemic of 1918,” . “This conclusion was based on antibodies to H1N1 antigens found in survivors of the 1918 pandemic and the belief that the 1918 virus was eventually transmitted to pigs in the Midwest, where it persisted and caused sporadic human cases.”

Not only did the pandemic fail to appear, but the vaccine apparently harmed some people. Health officials suspended the vaccination campaign on Dec 16, 1976, after receiving numerous reports of Guillian-Barre syndrome (GBS), a paralyzing neurologic illness, after vaccination, according to an August 1979 report in the American Journal of Epidemiology. Baxter Flu Vaccine Contaminated, TV Investigative Report

Baxter Pharmaceutical, makers of H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccines has admitted that they were involved with contaminating vaccines, a Polish television station has reported.  In May 2009, we reported:

Is the H1N1 Swine Flu the excuse that pharmaceutical companies needed to sell vaccines that were patented well before the outbreak occurred?  Like Sarah Palin, we might say, “You Betcha.”  The rush for approval based on previous manufacturing process is nothing short of a ploy for the probability that it is a weapon for population reduction.  Targeting pregnant women and young children first, they are being injected with toxic laden chemicals including spermicides to inhibit future fertility.

Not only is the Ukrainian government apparently using fears of Swine Flu pandemic to change the domestic political calculus, and President Barack Obama using the fears to impose an unnecessary state of emergency. Novartis of Switzerland is expected to supply nearly half of the vaccines in the U.S. and applied for it’s Swine Flu vaccine patent on November 6, 2006.  The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) accepted and granted the application,  US 20090047353 for a “Split Influenza Vaccine with Adjuvants” in February 2009, just about the time the flu was beginning to spread.

CDC’s website for the ingredients of FLUVIRIN® , from Novartis, we see it contains the following ingredients: “Beta-Propiolactone , Egg Protein, Neomycin, Polymyxin B, Polyoxyethylene 9-10 Nonyl Phenol (Triton N-101, Octoxynol 9), Thimerosal (multidose containers), Thimerosal* (single-dose syringes)” (page 2)

Likely no press in the U.S. will ever investigate or make the connections that we have tried to make, and authenticate here at Ahrcanum.  Sad to see Lou Dobbs go, he would have been the one person left who could have presented this to the American people.  Jane Burgermeister’s claim to Austrian authorities regarding a vaccine ‘conspiracy’ has been apparently dismissed.  What is not so easily dismissed, is that citizens from Poland to the four corners of the world are beginning to take notice and refuse to vaccinate.  Funny how all the vaccine manufactures are immune from lawsuits in the U.S.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11001 allows the government to take over all health, education and welfare functions.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

Here are the later Executive Orders:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11049 assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An “emergency czar” was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

Officials said this was not in response to any single development on an outbreak that has lasted months and has killed more than 1,000 people in the United States.  So why declare a National Emergency now? 

What else has killed 1000 people in the United States in the same period of time?  Drugs, violence, heart attacks, cancer, car accidents, suicides, vaccines? 

Where is the Swine Flu Czar to usurp the Constitution?

H1N1 Swine Flu, The Global Pandemic to rival the 1918 Outbreak has so far not mutated into a catastrophic event, unless of course you are one of the 1000 dead in the U.S.  http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091023/ap_on_he_me/us_med_swine_flu . Worldwide, more than 5,000 people have reportedly died from swine flu since it emerged this year and developed into a global epidemic, the World Health Organization said Friday. It has become painfully obvious that neither governments or the pharmaceutical industry are able to deal with any sort of a pandemic, let alone one more serious than H1N1, like SARS.

Unlike the song, “I cannot put my finger on it now,” we have a pretty good idea of where to put our finger.  Which finger and where to point it is the question.

We would definitely give our thumbs down at governments ineptitude to precipitate any remedy or vaccine remediation for its people.  Consider H1N1 a test of the emergency broadcast system that has failed.  The people who want bring government health care to millions can not even manage to stockpile vaccines or antivirals.  They authorized expired Tamiflu to be distributed to children after it sat on shelves for years! https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/10/08/tamiflu-expired-children-to-reciev/

We would give thumbs up if we were to succumb to the theory of big pharmaceutical and government collaboration and collusion.  Much evidence points H1N1 to being lab created.  Wherever H1N1 originated from, it is a viral mutation from animals that has jumped into the human species.  No virologist can predict the mutation of H1N1. No vaccine in the U.S. contains adjuvants, just a little injury causing mercury.  Also,  no cell line from African Green Monkey has been revealed in vaccine manufacturing for the U.S.  (at least that we know of)

Pink Floyd’s Animals album was born from Roger Waters concept, where the human race was reduced to dogs, pigs, and sheep. The concept was borrowed from George Orwell‘s Animal Farm, but in Waters’ version the sheep eventually rise up to overpower their oppressors.wiki-

Waters and Orwell weren’t too far off. If we are the sheeples, are we the damned?  Are people waking up from the dream coma and illusion of safety by the government, World Health Organization and World Bank?  Are the sheep rising up in knowledge and mistrust in everything from the financial bailouts to a campaign to vaccinate with little clinical testing. We think we’ll give them middle finger.

“It’s astounding, with all the information being distributed about swine flu, that only a third of the population expects to get vaccinated,” Pickens said. “There is also a group of people who are very concerned about swine flu, but not likely to get the flu shot. Presumably, they experience some type of barrier to care. They are mostly young adults, less educated, lower income, and female.”

We presume, they do not want a Swine Flu Vaccines because they are other wise healthy.  Any differences in education, income, or access to health care, “people who are concerned about Swine Flu,” are smart enough to know when the sheep of the wool is being pulled over their eyes.  Lumping in the female perspective- perhaps women who may be pregnant do not want to pass toxins on to their fetus.  Every source cites the fact that there no clinical studies on fertility from taking the H1N1 or seasonal flu vaccines.

Oh shut up.  Sebelius is appealing for more money for the pharmaceutical industry plain and simple, and is doing so at the risk of every single man, woman, child animal, and insect population on Earth.   

The new strain of swine flu, A/H1N1 includes genetic material from swine, poultry and human variants, and underscores the contribution of high densities of farmed animals serving as Petri-dishes for the evolution of zoonotic diseases, compounded by human proximity, international travel, and trade, especially in live animals. The US government will spend $2 billion of public funds in contracting drug companies to fast-track vaccine production to combat this new influenza strain, a policy decision based on fear and ignorance, if not also pandering to corporate interests regardless of the potential risks, questionable need and effectiveness of such a vaccine. Vaccinations will be given without adequate testing for safety and effectiveness, and the Government has ruled that manufacturers are immune from law suits over adverse reactions. Michael W. The U.S. government has awarded a $487 million contract to Novartis for a plant in North Carolina that will make flu vaccine by growing the virus inside animal cells, preferably from mammals. That is about twice as fast as flu vaccine produced from eggs.  Biotechnology company Vical Inc. said Thursday its developing swine flu vaccine prompted “robust” immune responses in 100 percent of animals infected with distinct strains of the virus.  Vical is developing its vaccine under an agreement with the U.S. Navy. Baxter H1N1 Vaccine Celvapan to German Soldiers; Different Than Citizens

Baxter Pharmaceutical Company has been approved to provide upwards of 250,000 doses of Celvapan, a different H1N1 Swine Flu vaccine for German soldiers than German citizens.

…the more compatible vaccine for the soldiers will not contain any contended additives nor will it contain any mercury preservatives, has been reported by the Bielefelder “Westfalen-Blatt” under reference to military sources. The other other EU-approved vaccines Pandemrix, made by British firm GlaxoSmithKline, and Focetria, manufactured by Swiss company Novartis contain controversial strengthening additive adjuvants and the preservative agent mercury, both of which appear to be contained in the shots.

Has the German government, in the interest of its “Homeland” security realized that the standard issue vaccine is too dangerous a risk?  If Pandemrix and Focetria side effects are too risky for one group, wouldn’t common sense dictate it is not safe for any group?  Common sense has been thrown out the door with PanFlu.

The German government, like most are doing the vaccine propaganda dance.  With a variety of vaccines now approved throughout the world, are governments hedging bets on selective eugenics and who gets which vaccination and where it is distributed?

The virus was propagated in mammalian cells.  That’s not chicken scratch! Monkeys have been a common source for growing viruses as are human diploid cells- you know, the aborted fetus cells.   There is also news of  growing the virus in dog kidneys.  Arf, arf.

By all accounts Celvapan is the second influenza vaccine made in a mammalian cell line that has been approved. Optaflu was approved April 27, 2007  in the EU- wiki

The other notable ingredients from the Celvapan patient insert is the use of  Polysorbate 80.

According to Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, Volume 95, Number 6, December 2005 , pp. 593-599(7), “it is of current relevance as a ‘hidden’ inductor of anaphylactoid reactions”, and “Polysorbate 80 was identified as the causative agent for the anaphylactoid reaction of nonimmunologic origin in the patient. Conclusions: Polysorbate 80 is a ubiquitously used solubilizing agent that can cause severe nonimmunologic anaphylactoid reactions.”

Baxter sent vaccines contaminated with deadly live H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries before someone caught the mistake and the vaccine got injected thousands of people.   Baxter just missed creating its own pandemic then by mixing  deadly H5N1 virus with a mix of H3N2 seasonal flu viruses, or did they?  By possibly creating the pandemic, maybe Baxter already has the cure and that is why WHO has deemed them the appropriate pharmaceutical company to lead the way for a swine flu vaccine.  Keep in mind- Just 50 miles from the H1N1 ground zero outbreak in Mexico City, lies Baxter’s manufacturing plant in Cuernavaca, Mexico. https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2009/05/05/baxter-pharmaceutical-plant-in-mexico-ground-zero-for-flu-outbreak/

National Guard to Administer H1N1 Swine Flu Shots

The U.S. military wants to establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials, wrote CNN in late July.  http://edition.cnn.com/2009/US/07/28/military.swine.flu/

We are now well into fall and the midst of falling leaves.  It is the season Halloween antics, but it is no treat to witness the trickery of government and using the military to curb the Pandemic Flu.

In Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle was praising her states vaccine campaign for school children.  “Hawai’i became the first state to offer free flu vaccine to elementary and middle school students statewide. “That’s why we’re so well positioned for the H1NI (swine flu)” vaccination campaign, Lingle said.” http://www.honoluluadvertiser.com/article/20091014/NEWS15/910140325/School+flu+inoculation+begins

Eventually, she said, the Department of Health and the Hawai’i National Guard would be administering swine flu vaccine to the general public statewide.”It’s not just going to be children, or course,” Lingle said. “It will be everybody.”

If Hawaii is so well prepared, why will the National Guard be administering H1N1 Swine Flu vaccines?  Where are all the doctors, nurses, flu clinics at Wal-Mart, pharmacies and support personnel?

“It will be everybody?”  Is she giving advance notice that there are plans to make the H1N1 Influenza Swine vaccine mandatory in Hawaii? 

Acting Secretary Charles E. Johnson announced the determination that a public health emergency existed nationwide. Secretary Kathleen Sebelius renewed that determination on July 24, 2009. These actions taken were under the Public Health Service Act § 319 (42 U.S.C. § 247d). This translates to the fact that under this act Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force and  maybe the Coast Guard too, can be used as any means necessary to combat the spread of H1N1. 

The Maine National Guard has stepped up its efforts and getting involved when it comes to combating the H1N1 virus. News 8’s Steve Minich reports here:

The National Guard, however, will not distribute the H1N1 vaccine on its own. The National Guard will not obtain any of it directly … unless it is specific to their state and it’s in their state plan,” said Army Capt. The use of military assets in civilian law enforcement remains illegal under posse comitatus unless a clear state of emergency exists. Is vaccinating everyone in Hawaii a state of emergency? Apparently Lingle thinks so.

Once again, the science of virology and pharmaceutical corporations seek out a cure and prophylaxis. There are a zillion sites for vaccine ingredients including this one, but none other than here will you learn that the H1N1 vaccine in America may have been cultured in a dog’s kidney.   

In one trial of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 Monovalent MF59-Adjuvanted Vaccine- http://content.nejm.org/cgi/content/full/NEJMoa0907650v1 The vaccine was manufactured by Novartis it is noted that-

The seed virus was grown in Madin–Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) cell culture by means of standard processes similar to those used for the development of Optaflu vaccines against interpandemic influenza. The vaccine was formulated and produced by Novartis (Marburg, Germany) as an inactivated surface-antigen H1N1 vaccine…

Our vaccine was produced from a classical egg-derived seed virus propagated in a MDCK cell line..

Optaflu®  is the first influenza vaccine made in a mammalian cell line, rather than chicken eggs.

“The federal government is encouraging manufacturers to set up production in the United States, since all companies but one, Sanofi-Aventis, now import their flu vaccines.  The government also gave $1.3 billion, spread among several manufacturers, to develop ways of producing the vaccine in vats of animal cells rather than in eggs. Cell culture is less vulnerable to contamination and the process could save at least a few weeks. 

Novartis is building a cell culture flu vaccine factory in Holly Springs, N.C., which might be ready for use in 2010 or 2011. First comes the egg, next comes the dog, next comes the human.  Are we barking up a tree?  We do not have a virologist on staff here, but seeing as H1N1 is a mutated virus of pigs, birds and humans and that vaccines are grown in mammalian cell cultures- the possibility that a reassortment of genetic materials sure seems plausible.   No DNA vaccine is approved for human use, although. “There are reasons that injections of a sequence of DNA encoding part of a pathogen could stimulate immunity. He goes into detail on the vaccine conspiracy and relays a story from 1975- ” When this politician rang me up he said in an endeavor to improve the Aboriginal mortality we stepped up the vaccination campaigns. And that is what had done it. They were actually immunising sick kids. ”

The WHO, CDC and others claim that the world has no defense against H1N1 or any other virus for that matter and they are WRONG.  In the Novartis trial study:

Fifteen percent of subjects had detectable prevaccination levels of hemagglutination-inhibition antibody, consistent with results of seroepidemiologic studies.  Although we excluded subjects with previous respiratory illnesses, asymptomatic infection with influenza A (H1N1) viruses cannot be ruled out, as local activity was present during the study. “

Basically, they immunized people who already had the H1N1 antibody similarly to immunising sick kids in Aboriginal territories!

From the Pharmacy Group H1N1 vaccine side effects recap, “In 1976, a certain type of influenza (swine flu) vaccine was associated with Guillain-Barré© Syndrome (GBS). Since then, flu vaccines have not been clearly linked to GBS. However, if there is a risk of GBS from current flu vaccines, it would be no more than 1 or 2 cases per million people vaccinated. H1N1 Swine Flu Lawsuits Begin Flooding Courts

After declaring a public health emergency due to the H1N1 Swine Flu and the U.S. approval of numerous vaccines as prophylaxis, the time has come when citizens are taking actions in legal proceedings.  Comment back if you know of more.

Blame or give accolades to Jane Burgermeister, who on April 8th, 2009 filed criminal charges in Austria against Baxter and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology for producing and distributing contaminated bird flu vaccine material this winter, alleging that this was a deliberate act to cause a pandemic, and also to profit from that pandemic.  Read more from her site at http://www.theflucase.com/  There is no case reference numbers that we can find.

The first H1N1 case in the U.S. began in May, 2009 . “Mr. Trunnell’s wife, Judy Dominguez Trunnell became the first American to die from the Swine flu outbreak. Mrs. Trunnell, a 33 year old Special Education teacher, was eight months pregnant when she became ill with the virus in April. She was placed on a ventilator before passing away in early May. As a side-note- “Attorney Jerry M. A preliminary injunction to stop mandatory vaccinations has apparently been issued in the United States District Court of New Jersey.  When/If  the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, it will stop the federal government from forcing anyone in any state to take flu vaccine against their will. It will also prevent a state or local government from forcibly vaccinating anyone, and forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or constitutional rights. It would be fair to remind that:

“Forced vaccination would violate the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution by allowing the government to enter homes and force people to be vaccinated, or to forcibly remove people to another location for vaccination. In August 5,  2009, “Notice of Claim” from the wife and three sons of Mr. Wiener the first person to die during the latest swine flu outbreak in New York, an assistant principal at an intermediate school in Queens, have notified the city that they intend to file a wrongful death and negligence lawsuit against the city. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/08/12/nyregion/12swine.html?_r=1  “The claim, a precursor to a lawsuit, charges that the city failed to warn Mr. Wiener that he had been in contact with people who had tested positive for the virus; that it did not act fast enough to stop the transmission of the disease; that it did not disseminate adequate information about health conditions that would increase the risks of the virus; and that it did not provide a safe working environment for Mr. Wiener and other school employees, among other allegations.”

But it’s one thing to sue, say, a private hospital, and quite another to sue New York City. Government entities — countries, states, counties, cities — have what is known as “sovereign immunity,” which in a nutshell means that they can only be sued if they decide to allow themselves to be sued. October 2, 2009. Carmen Reynolds– a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, has named Gov. Charlie Crist, Attorney General Bill McCollum and Florida Surgeon General Ana Viamonte as defendants in her complaint that challenges a section in a new statute that allows law enforcement officers to vaccinate a resident in an emergency situation.  The law makes no exceptions for health conditions or religious objections. Today, October 9, 2009.  As we have now bombed the moon, Natural News has dropped the bomb of another Swine Flu related lawsuit.  To be filed later today in Washington D.C., it charges that the FDA violated the law in its hasty approval of four swine flu vaccines by failing to scientifically determine neither the safety nor efficacy of the vaccines.  The suit seeks to not only nullify the FDA’s unlawful “approval” of the four H1N1 influenza vaccines, but to also ask the court to issue an injunction that would halt any mandatory vaccination requirements. The suit on behalf of plaintiff Gary Null, the New York health broadcaster and author, as well as health professionals in New York State who are being told to take the shot or get fired. Robert J. Krakow, in a letter regarding vaccine tort reform to David T. Taylor Jr., M.D., FAAP President, American Academy of Pediatrics said: 

 

The AAP’s position is not one that inspires parents’ confidence in our nation’s vaccine program. Parents must make individual choices that affect the health of their precious children. In light of the AAP’s position in the Ferrari case – placing greater value on vaccine maker interests than children’s safety – there exists profound doubt whether the AAP truly adheres to the legend that appears on its website, proclaiming that the AAP is “Dedicated to the Health of All Children.”Kudos to Krakow.  These lawsuits will be only the first of many yet to come regarding H1N1 Swine PANFLU.
