Silvio Berlusconi, the Italian Prime Minister, is so fricking rude. He told a German TV station that the 17,000 people left homeless by the Abruzzo earthquake should consider themselves to be on a “camping weekend”. His idea of roughing it is the G20 Summit.
The Italian PM is known for his gaffes. He compared a German member of the European Parliament to a concentration camp guard and described Barack Obama as “young, handsome and suntanned.”
Young handsome and suntanned does not equate to having the best interest of your people at heart. Most certainly referring to disaster victims as heading out for a camping trip is, something an asshole would say. Then again Obama said he didn’t speak Austrian. “It was also interesting to see that political interaction in Europe is not that different from the United States Senate. There’s a lot of — I don’t know what the term is in Austrian — wheeling and dealing — and, you know, people are pursuing their interests, and everybody has their own particular issues and their own particular politics.” Hello, Obama… most Austrians speak German. uggh.
Berlusconi’s own government denied scientific evidence and now he laughs in their faces. Giampaolo Guiliani posted it on the internet and vans drove through town with warnings.
The other percentage of voters who did not vote Obama gave warnings as well.

Few believed the warnings of a major earthquake that hit central Italy this week, predictions that could have helped minimize the damage and death in Central Italy this week.

Little of nothing, so instead, 100’s of people in the province of L’Aquila, a 80 miles (130 km) east of Rome, were crushed in their beds when the earthquake struck at 3:32 a.m., leaving thousands homeless.
Few took note of “Giampaolo Guiliani, a seismologist at the nearby Gran Sasso National Laboratory in Abruzzo, who predicted, following months of small tremors in the area, that a much bigger jolt was on its way. The researcher had said that a “disastrous” earthquake would strike on March 29, but when it didn’t, Guido Bertolaso, head of Italy’s Civil Protection Agency, officially denounced Guiliani in court last week for “false alarm.” “These imbeciles enjoy spreading false news,” Bertolaso was quoted as saying. “Everyone knows that you can’t predict earthquakes.” http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,1889644,00.html
Italy’s Civil Protection agency held a meeting of the Major Risks Committee, grouping scientists charged with assessing such risks, in L’Aquila on March 31 to reassure the townspeople. “The tremors being felt by the population are part of a typical sequence … (which is) absolutely normal in a seismic area like the one around L’Aquila,” the civil protection agency said in a statement on the eve of that meeting. Guiliani was reported to police for “spreading alarm” and was forced to remove his findings from the Internet but the transcript translated is at the time of the this post available here from his March 24, 2009 explanation.
Enzo Boschi, the chairman of Italy’s National Institute for Geophysics and Vulcanology“Every time there is an earthquake there are people who claim to have predicted it,” he said. “As far as I know nobody predicted this earthquake with precision. It is not possible to predict earthquakes.” A coverup, a conspiracy, or a dispute over science, Guiliani got pretty damned close to predicting the catostrophic event.

Earthquakes by and large, are not that unusual. It is not everyday that the ground unleashes its fury so close where experiments in nuclear astroparticle physics and nuclear astrophysics occur. My head tilts a bit. I put on my tin foil hat to listen my own inner harmonics that make me question the forces of natural and unnatural events.

In this mornings post, I took into account HAARP’s potential at causing catastrophes from tsunamis to earthquakes. Having family in the central area of Italy, I took a closer look at the regions and providences and found that The National Institute of Physics at The Gran Sasso National Laboratory-LNGS, is located near the heart of the earthquakes epicenter!
Taking a complete conspiracy guess, maybe it wasn’t a natural occurrence or an incidence of HAARP. Was the seismic event caused by an experiment gone awry or perhaps something aimed at or away from The Gran Sasso National Laboratory?
The SGNL is an physicists dream of experiments and academia http://www.lngs.infn.it/. The main mission of the Laboratory is to host experiments that require a low background environment in the field of astroparticle physics and nuclear astrophysics and other disciplines.
OPERA, collects neutrinos from the CERN particle physics lab in Geneva to the Gran Sasso underground in central Italy, 730 km away. Neutrinos are elementary particles postulated by Pauli in the 30’s as a “desperate attempt” to save the principle of energy conservation in radioactive beta decays. They have been observed 20 years later emerging from nuclear reactors and, since then, many of their physical properties have been established. Could a cosmic ray have caused this earthquake or the “storage” limits exceeded capacity causing a seismic shift? Will there be a higher radioactive reading post earthquake?
LUNA -Laboratory for Underground Nuclear Astrophysics is housed at San Grasso. LUNA was a new experimental approach for the study of nuclear fusion reactions based on an underground accelerator lab. http://luna.lngs.infn.it/ .
Lastly the UNDERSEIS instrument is aimed to monitor seismic radiation with very high sensitivity; Arrays of seismometers are used to study the Earth structure at global, regional and local scale, earthquake source process, nuclear underground explosions and, more recently, for the analysis of complex signals associated to the volcanic activity. If it is still operational, the underground arrays must have gone off the charts being near the center of a seismic event.
A forum post at AboveHotAir recently checked out the resonance of the upcoming April 17th ‘peak’ and looked at all the previous times that particular pattern manifested along the timewave. Man made or natural, residents in the city of l’Aquila, east of Rome in the beautiful mountainous Abruzzo region, ran out into the streets in terror with no warning.
I predict with 100% accuracy that they need help and prayer.

Earthquakes can be heralded by changes in the ionosphere – the earth’s upper atmosphere on the edge of space. Just before the earthquake struck Sichuan province in China there were odd visual disturbances and they were caught on tape. One puzzle is that the colors in the Chinese clouds were upside down from a normal circumzenithal halo – red pointing toward the horizon and blue to wards the Sun, instead of the other way round.
There are reports of the use of HAARP and plasma weapons that influence our 3rd planet from the sun, and us mere mortals who inhabit it. He also rants of a complex web of global financial control at the hands of the Rockefeller’s and Rothschild’s. Could Tesla’s scientific discoveries be what the global political monetary elite need to further enhance The New World Order? Would a secret government use HAARP to do dastardly deeds?
Conceivably then, if one were to mess with the ionosphere could you cause an earthquake ? What about disruptions to airplane and missile guidance systems? Could shifts in the earths electromagnet fields {EMF} completely knock out communications? Is HAARP responsible for the global warming hysteria? Could it now alter the weather? In 1958, then chief White House adviser on weather modification- Captain Howard T. Orville said the U.S. Defense Department was looking for ways, “to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky and so affect the weather by using an electronic beam to ionize or de- ionize the atmosphere over a specific area. Research continues from scientists outside of HAARP. PhysOrg.com reports on the world of quantum mechanics finding that solid particles could exhibit properties of waves; not just light waves. Not only are we seeing an increase of earthquakes, but reports from Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina described brilliant, streaking lights followed by an explosion-like sounds. They also reported seeing “great balls of fire” lighting up the sky in shades of yellow, white orange and blue. North Korea says it sent a satellite into orbit as part of a peaceful space program, and that the device is broadcasting revolutionary music over Earth. Perhaps some exploding junk was over Italy causing the earthquake- U.S. military said nothing entered into orbit.
