SCALAR Rupture Dynamics

Earthquakes are being made by man.  PERIOD.

While we remain skeptical of experiments that were going on at HAARP, EISCAT and the other observatories on January 12, 2010, (see https://ahrcanum.wordpress.com/2010/01/14/haiti-earthquake-conspiracy-haarp-eiscat/)  there is little doubt that the plates beneath Haiti shifted, causing a direct impact on Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Bypassing a random act of God and mother nature, we find that indeed earthquakes can be man-made.   An earthquake simulation occurred in Israel on August 25, 2009  and we paid for with our tax dollars.  From Avraham Zuroff for Israel National News, http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/133083

The Seismologic Division of the Ministry of National Infrastructure’s Geophysical Institute will attempt to simulate an earthquake in the southern Negev on Thursday. The experiment, financed by the U.S. Defense Department, is a joint project with the University of Hawaii and is part of a scientific project intended to improve seismological and acoustic readings in Israel and its environs, up to a 1,000 km/621 mile radius.

The experiment intends to improve the understanding of sound waves in the atmosphere. Scientists will then be able to fine-tune Israel’s seismological equipment to give advance warning of earthquakes….the Geophysical Institute has created several earthquake simulations in order to calibrate its equipment. In June 2004, the institute detonated 32 tons of explosives in the southern Negev….

Simulating a 3.0 Magnitude earthquake with explosives is one thing, but what could produce a 60 or 70 tons explosion under Haiti?  Is it plausible?  Take a look…

SCALAR Volume, as in visualizing the impact of a SCALAR Weapon?  The San Diego Supercomputer Center works in conjunction with The Center for Astrophysics and Space Sciences (CASS) is an interdisciplinary Organized Research Unit (ORU) at the University of California at San Diego.

FERMI, Grid technology for high energy physics research

Finally, the RICH angular coordinate system must be aligned with the coordinate system of the magnetic spectrometer system. The uncertainties in this alignment are a systematic error…Conclusions:  A prototype RICH dector with a phototube based photocathode has been sucessfully tested.   

Success? Systematic errors?  Does beam momentum reflect back to Project Blue Beam? More recent FERMI grid technology for high energy physics research can be found at http://grid.fnal.gov/.  This phototube experiment from 20 years ago only  illustrates the advances that surely have been made in particle physics that could now be capable of producing such a beam.

While we are no where near understanding quantum physics; according to Einstein’s Nobel prize-winning formula, the energy of the electrons produced by the photoelectric effect is given by the formula…blah blah.  In explaining Photo Detectors better, The University of Pennsylvania has this to say  http://www.physics.upenn.edu/balloon/phototube.html:

Even when no photons are reaching the photocathode, a small current, called the dark current will flow. It appears because of

  1. thermionic emission from the cathode and dynodes
  2. leakage currents
  3. radioactive contamination in the glass
  4. ionization phenomena
  5. light phenomena

Haiti Earthquake Predicted 24 Hours Before

The Haiti Earthquake was imminent.  Did they know it and not tell anyone?

Northern Hemisphere Earthquake Watch Until January 16th.  Entering a period of intense earthquake activity.  Astrotometry of recent holes in the solar corona indicate upcoming inconsistencies in the Earth’s hypertime translation. During the period January 11th to January 16th a very strong seismic event above 7.7 in magnitude is probable and several seismic events above 6 in magnitude are expected in the Northern Hemisphere.  Based on correlated cloud patterns, in order of probability, the quake-prone watch regions most likely to be effected are:

Indonesia
California
West Central Asia
Southeastern Europe (near Greece or Italy)
Hawaii

It’s probable that more than one region in the Northern Hemisphere will be effected during this period.  A separate coronal hole indicates a quake of lesser magnitude in the Solomon islands region in the Southern Hemisphere near the end of the watch period or shortly after.

Haiti Earthquake Conspiracy- H.R. 1021 Commits U.S. says Ron Paul

In Haiti there are upwards of 10,000 different Humanitarian groups offering aid and assistance for the earthquake victims.  There will be approximately 15,000 U.S. Troops along with nearly 20,000 MINUSTAH troops, the  United Nations Stabilization Mission in place.  What exactly is the mission of so many military troops?

While H.R. 1021 seeks to promote a stable and sustainable future for Haiti, does it also obligate the United States for an unspecified time to contribute financial and military resources?

I rise in reluctant opposition to this resolution…rather it commits the US government “to begin the reconstruction of Haiti” and affirms that “the recovery and long-term needs of Haiti will require a sustained commitment by the United States….” I do not believe that a resolution expressing our deep regret and sorrow over this tragedy should be used to commit the United States to a “long-term” occupation of Haiti during which time the US government will provide for the reconstruction of that country.
I am concerned over the possibility of an open-ended US military occupation of Haiti and this legislation does nothing to alleviate my concerns. On the contrary, when this resolution refers to the need for a long term US plan for Haiti, I see a return to the failed attempts by the Clinton and Bush Administrations to establish Haiti as an American protectorate.

Numerous countries and religious nuts would love nothing better than to see the destruction of the U.S.   Do we in fact have a “moral responsibility to meet the needs of those persons, groups, and communities that are impoverished,” and disadvantaged abroad,  or at home?  In committing to Haiti’s reconstruction for a long term occupation, does it offer an opportunity to  provide a higher degree of security in the region?  Russia and Venezuela were in fact playing live ammo war games in Caribbean basin last year, so when Paul offers concern over establishing, “Haiti as an American protectorate,” does Haiti not also serve America well to potentially become a protectorate of the U.S. like Puerto Rico?

The US military installations in Puerto Rico are part of the US Atlantic Command (LANTCOM).[2] LANTCOM has authority over all US military operations that take place throughout the Atlantic. Puerto Rico has been seen as crucial in supporting LANTCOM’s mission. Both the Naval Forces Caribbean (NFC) and the Fleet Air Caribbean (FAIR) were formerly based at the Roosevelt Roads Naval Station.[2] The NFC has authority over all US Naval activity in the waters of the Caribbean while FAIR has authority over all US military flights and air operations over the Caribbean. We are a bit reminiscent of Grenada.

Grenada was an all out military intervention. “President Ronald Reagan accused Grenada of constructing facilities to aid a Soviet and Cuban military build-up in the Caribbean. There was also worry about the large number of weapons flowing into Grenada. One shipment in 1979 contained 3400 rifles and 3 million rounds of ammunition…. America and the world prior to the quake for years gave billions to Haiti, yet remained it has one of the poorest nations with little infrastructure and slavery rampant.  Were the Haitian government officials playing to the communists at the expense of it’s own people and relations with the U.S.?  Where is any one Haitian government official on TV or in the news except for Aristide? 

But the administration’s actions in Haiti did not always match its words. Interviews and a review of government documents show that a democracy-building group close to the White House, and financed by American taxpayers, undercut the official United States policy and the ambassador assigned to carry it out. As a result, the United States spoke with two sometimes contradictory voices in a country where its words carry enormous weight. Haiti Earthquake Conspiracy, SOUTHCOM Drill Prior to Quake Reminiscent of 9/11

 The Haiti Earthquake conspiracy lingers on while Anderson Cooper Vanderbuilt scratches his head reporting of the lack of aid getting to the people of Haiti.   If David Brooks at the NYTimes is accurate in his claim, there are 10,000 aid organizations in Haiti.  He also blames cultural differences that caused the poverty that allowed the significant destruction to occur. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/01/15/opinion/15brooks.html    

Putting aside cultural differences, Operation Unified Response, Joint Task Force- Haiti sure has a nice new logo that someone designed rather quickly.      

What’s the hold up to the Rescue, Relief and Reform of Haiti?  “From practice, we’ve found that the assessments are critical to making sure we get the right equipment in there and make the recovery efforts and the life-supporting efforts as efficient as possible,” Air Force Gen. Douglas Fraser explained.

With due respect to the General, we access, your assessments have been asinine.  As if 9-11 and Katrina wasn’t practice enough, the U.S military reaction was practiced and planned out in advance for Haiti the day before of the quake, and practice was far from perfect.

SOUTHCOM was practicing and running emergency relief drills for a catastrophic event in Haiti the day before the earthquake hit on January 12, 2010.    Why not practice a hurricane drill on a U.S. territory like Puerto Rico?

Our antenna are going haywire reminiscing of the FEMA and NORAD drills on September 10, 2001- the day before the attacks of September 11, 2001.

In another coincidence, Air Force Maj. Ken Bourland  37, had flown into Haiti from the Dominican Republic the morning of the earthquake with Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command with  five other members of U.S. Southern Command.  All five, also staying in the Montana hotel except Bourland escaped. Keen, outside the hotel at the time of the earthquake, is now overseeing U.S. military aid as commander of Joint Task Force Haiti.  http://revolutionarypolitics.com/?p=3205    

Yes, the deputy director of the  U.S. Southern Command travelled from the DR to Haiti the morning of the quake!    In operation BIOWARFARE EXCERCISE TRIPOD II, Mayor Giuliani knew when to leave WTC 7 because he got advanced warning that the Trade Towers were about to collapse. “We were operating out of there when we were told that the World Trade Center was gonna collapse,” Rudolph Giuliani told Peter Jennings of ABC News. How did Giuliani know the towers were about to collapse?  Was Lt. Gen. Ken Keen, deputy director of U.S. Southern Command warned in advance of the coming disaster?

The North American Aerospace Defense Command will conduct exercise flights Thursday night and Friday morning over Washington. Exercise Falcon Virgo is designed to hone NORAD’s intercept and identification operations as well as procedural tests of the NCR Visual Warning System. Civil Air Patrol aircraft, Air Force F-16s and Coast Guard HH-65 Dolphin helicopters will participate in the exercise via http://www.wtop.com/?nid=25&sid=1864398.       

The Heritage Foundation http://blog.heritage.org/2010/01/13/things-to-remember-while-helping-haiti/said on the day after the quake, “Today, the United States began surveying the damage inflicted by a devastating earthquake in Haiti this week. In addition to providing immediate humanitarian assistance, the U.S. response to the tragic earthquake should address long-held concerns over the fragile political environment that exists in the region….The U.S. should implement a strong and vigorous public diplomacy effort to counter the negative propaganda certain to emanate from the Castro-Chavez camp. Such an effort will also demonstrate that the U.S.’s involvement in the Caribbean remains a powerful force for good in the Americas and around the globe.   

If it was propaganda President Obama wanted, he sure got his monies worth, but so far the “display of a powerful force for good,” is far from what has happened.  Supposedly, “At the request of the Haitian government, the U.S. continues to coordinate America’s relief efforts with the United Nations and the international community.” http://www.usaid.gov/helphaiti/ I’d like to see that video tape or transcript from the Haitian government.   President Obama said in a Newsweek editorial authored by him at http://www.newsweek.com/id/231131/output/print ,

I have ordered a swift, coordinated, and aggressive effort to save lives in Haiti. We have launched one of the largest relief efforts in recent history. I have instructed the leaders of all agencies to make our response a top priority across the federal government. We are mobilizing every element of our national capacity: the resources of development agencies, the strength of our armed forces, and most important, the compassion of the American people.

And by the way, 5 warships, 10,000 troops, etc.  Even the French minister in charge of humanitarian relief called on the UN to “clarify” the American role amid claims the military build up was hampering aid efforts.

In the meantime, http://www.un.org/en/peacekeeping/missions/minustah/ MINUSTAH, the  United Nations Stabilization Mission’s 9000 troops already in Haiti, have not been seen in action in news reports. 

Seven days after the quake, “The Security Council today backed Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s call to increase the overall force levels of the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Haiti to support the immediate recovery, reconstruction and stability efforts following last weeks devastating earthquake. 

 Following his visit on Sunday to the capital, Port-au-Prince, Mr. Ban asked the Council for an additional 1,500 police officers and 2,000 troops to reinforce the mission, known as MINUSTAH, to augment its 9,000 uniformed personnel already on the ground.

The Council, in unanimously adopting resolution 1908, decided that MINUSTAH will consist of a military component of up to 8,940 troops of all ranks and of a police component of up to 3,711 police, and that it will keep the new force levels under review as necessary.
 

With regard to troops:  

Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega says that the United States has taken advantage of the massive quake in Haiti and deployed troops in the country. “What is happening in Haiti seriously concerns me as US troops have already taken control of the airport,” Ortega said on Saturday. The Pentagon says it has deployed more than 10,000 soldiers in Haiti to help victims of Tuesday’s earthquake.  This is while US paratroopers from the 82nd Airborne Division took control of the main airport in the capital Port-au-Prince on Friday three days after a 7.0 magnitude earthquake brought death and misery to the impoverished nation….”There is no logic that US troops landed in Haiti. Thousands are dead and thousands await a simple drink of water, yet Cooper Vanderbilt looks to have been clean shaven and showered everyday.  The general population is barely shown on TV.  By the accounts of other reporters on the scene there is little evidence of violence, yet we have reports of  nearly 20,000 U.S and U.N troops ready to keep the peace and take over the airports.       

We suppose when you haven’t had food or water for days, there is little energy to riot when you are dying.  Is that the plan in the long run, to allow the Haitians to nearly starve so they will be compliant for occupation again?      

So many coincidences, so many dead.

The 7.0 Earthquake striking Haiti has destroyed much of The Haitian National Palace and most of Haiti as well.  With most living well under the poverty line on $2 a day and one of four living with mud floors, one can only imagine the devastation to a country that was barely hanging on after being hit with four hurricanes.  The rich in the cement homes were crushed to death while the poor survived in tents.

Is it nature communicating to Haiti or is it some man made force of destruction that has by some estimates killed half a million people?

Filchner Ice Shelf breaks off, the size of Rhode Island

An area larger than the state of Rhode Island can be seen breaking from the Filchner Ice Shelf in this series of photo-like images from January 12 (The day of the Earthquake)  and January 13, 2010. The Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on NASA’s Terra and Aqua satellites captured these images of the ice breaking away from the ice shelf, which numbers among Antarctica’s largest ice shelves. The top image, from the afternoon of January 12, shows only the faintest hint that an iceberg is calving. By the morning of January 13, the icebergs had broken away in a few large pieces. A hunk of ice the size of Rhode Island breaks off in one day?  Now, that’s what I call climate change.  Could the earthquake or some made made device have caused the ice breaking apart at the South Pole, thousands of miles away? 

All of the Caribbean is a hotbed of geological anomalies and tectonics. Earthquakes have occurred there long before any conspiracy angle that man has caused them to occur.  The Puerto Rico Trench is the deepest part of the Atlantic Ocean, with water depths exceeding 8,400 meters making sea exploration difficult.  The Puerto Rico Trench is also associated with the most negative gravity anomaly on earth, -380 milliGal, which indicates the presence of an active downward force.  http://oceanexplorer.noaa.gov/explorations/03trench/trench/trench.html

The Dominican Republic shares the eastern third of the Island of Hispaniola with Haiti. What was HAARP up to on January 12, 2010?  The official HAARP facility is located in Gakuna, Alaska.  The conspiracy theory claims that HAARP could be used as directed-energy weapon, weather control, an earthquake induction device and/or for mind control. http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/cam1.html 

HAARP is an “Ionospheric Heater” which is basically an array of antennas that can send a concentrated beam of RF energy into the ionosphere. It’s located in Alaska because areas near the magnetic poles have a lot of ionospheric activity. It’s not the only facility of its kind. Ionospheric Heating refers to artificially heating the Ionosphere, which is the upper most part of the atmosphere. ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves are used to literally boil the upper atmosphere. These images are “fish-eye” views of the entire sky taken by the HAARP imager. The imager uses narrow-band interference filters, an image intensifier tube, and a cooled CCD camera to record the spatial distribution of various auroral and atmospheric emissions with very high sensitivity. It can detect optical emissions far below the visual threshold of the human eye. The 6300 angstrom red line results from excitation of atomic oxygen at altitudes of 200-300 kilometers. The 5577 A green line is an emission from atomic oxygen peaking at altitudes of ~110-150 km. Emissions from nitrogen (4278 angstroms) produce blue light at about 100 km altitude.

If these photos weren’t in black and white perhaps we would know what emissions these were. What is that burst of light there? Any ideas?

During active ionospheric research, the signal generated by the transmitter system is delivered to the antenna array, transmitted in an upward direction, and is partially absorbed, at an altitude between 100 to 350 km (depending on operating frequency), in a small volume a few hundred meters thick and a few tens of kilometers in diameter over the site. http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/tech.html

Italy Earthquake Warnings by Giampaolo Guiliani Dismissed

Few believed the warnings of a major earthquake that hit central Italy this week,  predictions that could have helped minimize the damage and death in Central Italy this week. 

The epicenter of the earthquake occurred almost on top of the major fault line that runs north–south along Italy’s Apennine Mountain Range and a minor east–west fault line that runs across the center of the country that produces frequent small earthquakes. http://blogs.physicstoday.org/newspicks/2009/04/2009-laquila-earthquake.html The fault lines nearly make the sign of the cross; perhaps God was here and no one was listening to him either.

Certainly no one listened to the earth’s warnings.  Preceding the days leading up to the 6+ magnitude there were numerous tremors, but not enough to phase people into evacuation.  No risk management. preparedness management, fatality management, no simulations.  Little of nothing, so instead, 100’s of people in the province of L’Aquila, a 80 miles (130 km) east of Rome, were crushed in their beds when the earthquake struck at 3:32 a.m.,  leaving thousands homeless.

Few took note of  “Giampaolo Guiliani, a seismologist at the nearby Gran Sasso National Laboratory in Abruzzo, who predicted, following months of small tremors in the area, that a much bigger jolt was on its way.  The researcher had said that a “disastrous” earthquake would strike on March 29, but when it didn’t, Guido Bertolaso, head of Italy’s Civil Protection Agency, officially denounced Guiliani in court last week for “false alarm.” “These imbeciles enjoy spreading false news,” Bertolaso was quoted as saying. “Everyone knows that you can’t predict earthquakes.”  http://www.time.com/time/world/article/0,8599,1889644,00.html

Italy’s Civil Protection agency held a meeting of the Major Risks Committee, grouping scientists charged with assessing such risks, in L’Aquila on March 31 to reassure the townspeople.  “The tremors being felt by the population are part of a typical sequence … (which is) absolutely normal in a seismic area like the one around L’Aquila,” the civil protection agency said in a statement on the eve of that meeting.  Vans with loudspeakers had driven around the town a month ago telling locals to evacuate their houses after the seismologist predicted a large quake was on the way, prompting the mayor’s anger. http://www.globaltv.com/globaltv/bc/story.html?id=1469028

Perhaps Guilianiwas aware of recent experiments at the Nuclear Physics research lab had gone wrong, seismometers were getting strange readings, HAARP was interferring, or things were offline from CERN.   http://www.lngs.infn.it/lngs_infn/index.htm?mainRecord=http://www.lngs.infn.it/lngs_infn/contents/lngs_en/research/experiments_scientific_info/ . Guiliani claimed he used a radon gas technique to make the earthquake prediction. Ignazio Guerra of the University of Calabria said that it is impossible to rely on that technique to predict an earthquake: ”There have been earthquakes without the emission of radon gas just as there have been emissions of radon gas without earthquakes.
